Our main focus right now is to recompile the wallets with more ips, check points and QR support. |

Update from the Development Team:
First of all, we would like to thank each and everyone one of you that has supported and continues to support DigiByte! We trully have the foundation of an amazing community that keeps growing each and every day. We have had people contribute graphics, code, marketing, reddit support, IRC support, games, merchants, translations and much more! It is trully humbling to be part of something big like this. Once again we cannot thank you all enough for your support!
As we receive over 100 messages or more per day on average we apologize if we have not replied right away or we have missed some messages. We are doing our best to keep up. Most of the development team still has full time jobs on other commitments but they are contributing when they can. BitcoinTate is able to work full time on the project now, and Xploited is also working on the project several hours per day. We are planning on bringing more people on board as DigiByte grows.
Here are our current priorities:
1) Recompile code with qr code support, more seed nodes & checkpoints.
2) Set up a cloud server to ensure DigiByte is able to grow on demand and there is no back log.
3) Release Android wallet with more seed nodes & checkpoints.
Our goal is to ensure the security of the network. If you are a pool operator or have a dedicated wallet with an IP that is up 24/7 please pm us so we can add it to the source code and makeDigiBytet much more robust!
We plan on doing these three things by Thursday when BitcoinTate flies to Arizona to talk with investors, developers for discussions, planning and more.
All other things are still on the table such as graphics, marketing etc but this is an essential task that must be completed quickly to ensure a stronger network.
We will get this done as quick as possible.

There needs to be a DigiByte forum setup. Important announcements like the android wallet or $500k investment opportunity gets lost in the many pages of this thread. Having a forum with designated threads for these announcement would be beneficial.
I agree. I'm setting up a forum for DigiByte (my little support to DGB). I will give full access to dev team, and we need to get some moderators who will fill the forum with initial information. Forum will be online in a matter of hours. Will post information here That's excellent news WutriCoin.W ill be glad to help as a moderator if need be. Please go ahead and set one up, everyone is asking for it. We have one partially built, but have been working on other stuff. At the moment we are working on compiling the QR code support into the Windows Wallet. Linux version is done. We are also working on translating the windows wallet to Chinese. |

We are now receiving more visitors from China on the DigiByte website than any other country. As such we have decided to translate the wallet and website to Chinese to further adoption there.

I am afraid coinmarket. It's new, there is no funds, no money at all. Idiots will dump price just because no one going to buy, because there is no funds. I don't want to see DGB/DOGE = 1/1 there. I'll better will give it for free.

We have never used them, but it appears to be a working trade engine. Our feeling is the quicker we can get on some exchanges the faster the price will stabilize and we can start marketing merchants more aggressively. True but at the same time the earlier we get on an exchange the higher the impact of dumping will be as the coin isn't distributed evenly and is in the hands of "a few", but I may be wrong. The "dump" occurs with all coins, but the longer things go without an exchange the more miners accumulate and the more they need to sell when it does hit an exchange. They have to pay several weeks of electricity & bills. We believe by going through this sooner rather than later it will have a lesser effect on pirce. |

wow this coin really has some strong support behind it...Keep up the good work dev's and this could easily be most promising coin of the year. Really looking forward to seeing what else is planned behind the scenes.
