Too many fails bro too many.. I also mined every shit coins, hardly few succeed and more fails thats crypto life ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Most of the new coins are doomed, because they are 95% scam. Launching something, not supporting it and disappear is also scam in my eyes, no matter if you didn't make some BTC from it. Mining is currently not profitable at all and miners are dumping right/soon after they have some confirmed coins. Main problem is that people choose to take their $2 profit and move on. Sadly, this is the right approach in most of the cases.

I'm having trouble getting any peers to connect. I'm running Debian 7.8 and have compiled from source. I added the two nodes listed in the first post without any connections. My daemon version shows: "version" : "v1.1.1.0-g32a928e", "protocolversion" : 60016, "walletversion" : 60000,
Is this correct? Maybe if someone can provide me with other peers, I can get synced. Thanks! Hello, It seems you are using correct version, but no one reported issues with syncing. Have you first tried to run it without adding nodes? P.S. Other option is to add EmpoEx and Comkort as nodes. Cheers, Spartak

Ooops... that doesn't look good at all....

So many fail coins..
You are wrong... there is only ONE. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) P.S. Mined some of this, but sold right away, because I suspected what will happen.

Can't risk it though.
Of course. I'm not putting my money on something in which I don't believe and it's most likely scam. Giving them some BTC means that I will support the scam, no matter if I make profit or not.

Really interesting idea. I just hope that it will not be used to hack people... Will tweet about it though.

I spent an hour or so translating OP with online translator entering, copying and pasting - to see that all has been deleted.
I spent a lot more than that, because FAIL is translated in 7 languages, but greek one was deleted by the mods. Indonesian was deleted as well, because the mod said I was using google translator (or such), but it was actually translated by one indonesian friend of mine.

If you aren't in on the whole scheme, don't participate.
I actually think that early "investors" will make some profit on Viral, because I have suspicions that it will be pumped, but at the end there will be one big EPIC FAIL.

I saw it before. You posted it on ANN sections, which is not exactly place to discuss cryptocurrencies.

If I was you guys, I would take barabbas's advice. I also think that Viral will hurt a lot of people.

Last transaction took about 2 mins, but it is still confirming slow though.

It seems part of my order was filled and I bought 504 more COV. Having more than 5% from a coin for ~0.8 BTC seems like a bargain. I already send 120 COV to help, but if more are needed I can provide again.. no worries. Something must be made for the network's speed. Staking is confirming after 5+ hours, transactions too.

Viacoin added.
Viacoin was presale (crowdfunding), not exactly funding.

I tried downloading the windows wallet 4 times and cannot find it in any of the folders because it doesn't have a name. Is it possible to re do a link named FAILCOIN so we can download it and find it to extract it? It only says windows.zip and I can't find it anywhere where I usually download wallets.. Please help me if possible.. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Ellie, which OS (operating system) and broswer you are using? Cheers, Spartak

Seems that other people joined @ 100K and they look like a strong hands (not moving their orders). My 0.62BTC will stay there as long they are needed and in case someone bought at lower prices and want to exit with profit. Sell orders are for 445 COV, which is about 15% ot entire supply - this is good. If issue with slow transactions is fixed this could easily go to 300-400k satoshi.
P.S. Only 21 BTC to 0.042 price........

Bitbay? Don't really remember, but I think that they gathered over 1000 BTC (despite the scam behind it).
Well, their IPO resulted in 3000 BTC worth of BAY sold. But we know that BTER and Bob were just faking the volume and taking the BAY back for themselves or whatever. Not sure how much actual BTC was netted and by whom. I think dzimbeck got paid like 100 BTC and x amount of BAY for him to develop. I think that Bob took about 600 BTC from the IPO.

Edit: Tried and it worked. Generated some FailCoin vanity address. Now, how do I import it to the wallet?
Try to run the console and type importprivkey <youraddress>.

I'm really sorry for your loss. I am also working on a project and last year I've lost my father, I have a cousin ill with cancer, aunt died from cancer 1 month ago... life sometime sucks. I am now putting some buy support on 100k satoshi and don't care if it's a stupid move.
Cheers, Spartak
