I am sure this is also to promote the stakes own forum. To have their forum have more visitors and activities. I mean do you have a person who has a daily job of creating new challenges every single day or is it like a team effort where in morning meetings you talk about what the next challenge should be? Challenges are always creative and successful so I wanted to know who comes up with them.

Sad to hear a crypto news site getting shut down.
But isn't it giving up so easily? Other websites are also complaining that their crawl rate has also gone down. It may mean that it is not a targeted shutdown for crypto-related websites. This is a good way to promote bitcoin. The only problem I see here is if they lose the paper wallet or they ignore the importance of the private keys on those wallets. They are newbies in crypto and they can easily make mistakes that can cost them the money. It is a nice way to promote the crypto and for sure anyone would love to have a tip so they would surely accept it,
But I am sure that this wouldn't work on everyone and people would doubt it like for those who already know how it works.
They would doubt that the wallet you gave would still have some crypto when they use it because you could have the same copy of that wallet and right after the delivery guy leave you could access it and send it to another wallet.
You are tipping them, not scamming them. What is the use of sending funds to the paper wallet if you will transfer them anyway? Just send them empty paper wallet then if that is your intention. |

I just feel what the proud Bitcoin and crypto holders from India are feeling now.
But I doubt it will pass according to Pomp on Twitter, because they need to consult with the Rural Bank of India first. A higher chance that passing this law will be unlikely.
But I could be wrong. What are your thoughts about this one guys? Any feedback or opinion will be appreciated. I'd love to see someone weigh in on this topic who actually knows how lawmaking works in India. Most of us are completely ignorant. As you said, this is just a proposal, not an actual law. While there is some bureaucratic support for the measure, I'm not sure that means passage is obviously going to happen. Maybe Pompliano knows something we don't. Even if it does pass, he thinks it will drive adoption even more: I highly doubt this will get passed, but if it does, it will have the opposite effect and actually drive adoption. I am curious how will this drive adoption in India? People there will be too afraid to own cryptocurrency, what more make establishments accept them. Maybe I am not seeing something here. |
