He was the top fragger on both maps and helped a lot about making a comeback after losing on Nuke by 16-6. fnatic did this to NaVi too. I mean they won the first map against NaVi too but couldn't turn this into their advantage to win. They are still not at the level of top tier teams but this is an improvement that shouldn't be disregarded also.
They have the best match yesterday. If they did not play, it would have been a boring day for CS. The other matches ended quickly. FNATIC dominated the first map but Vitality shown their prowess in Inferno and Mirage. |

It is questionable for now but I bet he will be playing come game 7. It is Castro we are talking about. The guy has lot of spirit and sure will push himself to play even if he is not 100%. Anyway, if he gets to play game 7 and they win, I am sure he will get the Finals MVP award. No one would question how important his presence in the court is for the team. NaVi to make a comeback against Endpoint and win the series has a huge odd now.
The match between them is going on really interestingly. I'd never expect NaVi to have this much difficulty against a much weaker opponent like them. The first map was Ancient and it is the weakness of NaVi as you know. I really don't understand why NaVi are still not banning this map first. Because they lost to fnatic on the same map yesterday too. I still was confident that NaVi would turn the game around but they are struggling on Dust2 also now. They are 15-6 behind and this is really about to end up by a horrible 2-0 loss.
That was disappointing for NAVI, they really lost 2-0 to Endpoint. No one would have thought that Endpoint can pull an upset to a strong team like NAVI. Even the odds are way in favor of NAVI. Those who took their chance on Endpoint are reaping their rewards. |

I thought TNT will claim the victory today, but SMB didn't want to be a loser that's why a tight defense and have a good offense made it and push to game 7 in this series. But as I observe it's a big impact for the team when Castro did not play in this game 6 mikey willams, Kelly willams, rosario and other member of the team did not scored we'll only RR Pugoy scored 30+ points in this game which he is trying to carry his team but he can't.
Maybe coach chot had a good start in game 7 to claim the championship trophy.
TNT does not have Castro today to stop the momentum of San Miguel when they are on the run. In the past games, when SMB is starting to have momentum, Castro is always there to put a stop and start a comeback. But now that he is sidelined, no one is guiding the team on the court. You can feel the lack of Castro in this game. If San Miguel can keep this pressure in Game 7, I doubt TNT will be able to win. They have a hot start and threes are pouring in. They also started being very aggressive in the game that they even got into foul trouble early. Hopefully, they can carry this momentum until the next game and win the championship. |

San Miguel lost the last two outings but they are still the favorite in the bookies. Handicap is -5.5, which I gladly take considering that Castro is doubtful to play this game. He can rest this and be back on Game 7 stronger. Or he can play this game and be a liability if he cannot perform 100%. I hope SMB come out with their guns hot in this game so they can match the scoring capability of Williams and co. Here is my bet for this game. I am not sure about over but I hope there will be shootout in the 3 points area.  |

OG has new player today and it is looks like the a chance for another TI champion to them because of the ESL One Malaysia they easily slain the Team Aster also they have a really good drafting and now the Dota 2 battle pass releases in the public too for sure we can see different chat wheel spams in the game
Who's the new player? As far as I'm looking at their information, currently, they're completely without any new player. If you mean Chuvash, he's just a stand-in on the ESL but he's actually their coach as of the moment. I don't see any new players on them. The exciting thing about the chat wheels is they can be upgraded but I wouldn't spend any money on them.  I am wondering who is that too. Or maybe he meant it is new compared to the old roster of Notail, ceb , Topson, Ana and Jerax. Isn't the battle pass where they get the additional money for the prize pool? I wonder how much it will reach this year. Every year the prize pool gets higher and higher in TI. Will it reach over 50M this year? I just made a prediction right here which is the OG, LGD and the Team Spirit will face in the final match of up top 4 teams in the Sea server there's a chance that T1 but we have the Fnatic and Boom.
T1 has to qualify first before predicting that they'll get into the finals of TI. But with their roster as of now, we're all thinking that they'll be the ones to qualify since Boom and Fnatic are both qualified already. That will still depend on how the two new recruits will perform in the SEA Qualifier. They are not much competition left for them since Boom and Fnatic already qualified but we still do not know, Other teams might surprise us. I Hope ANA gets a larger hero pool or the opposite teams will just ban his heroes. |

There are many trams who opt for a complete blow up. There is no point being a middling team forever. Blow it up now they have 8 first round picks, plus their own and 2 pick swaps and some nice young players. Also what people don't understand is the top 2 picks in this draft are insanely good. Scoot Henderson or Victor who is pretty much the most coveted pick since lebron. If they strike gold and get to draft Victor then they have a ton of picks to build around him. I can't blame them. I hope they strike gold, there are quite a lot of top picks who did not pan out. Their scouts better do their jobs or we will be discussing another Oden 2.0 in this thread come next year. There is some risk in blowing up your team. It means you are tanking in the near future. And as some have pointed out above, it is expensive to run a basketball club. You can run out of money running it without sales. Owners are billionaires but I do not think they like to lose money, not for long. In fact, most rich people do not like losing money even for sports. This move by Jazz can cost them like 3 to 5 years if their move for Henderson or Victor does not pan out. I'm taking action in tonight's series between Team Spirit and NIP. I think Team Spirit is still a bit shaky but I think they can take up NIP in this series. I like how they performed against Endpoint last night. They have grit and tenacity and they never gave up even when they are down. Team spirit has a new member and they have not played that long but I think they have not yet shown what they truly are. I think they still have something to surprise us. While NIP has longer experience playing with each other, their performance is degrading.  |

Utah are rebuilding.
The most insane rebuilding I think I've witnessed so far. They are giving up their young and currently prime 25-year-old key scorer for future draft picks. I don't see how rebuilding takes place on that decision to trade their main scorer. Rebuilding with young cores isn't really an effective way to compete in the league. If only they surround Mitchell with good role players instead, then that's what I called rebuilding. I hope their decision will really bring a good future for the Utah Jazz. Cavaliers, I think the winner of this trade. Well they have given Gobert and then Mitchell, so for sure it's a huge change in the Salt Lake City as this season we will see a brand new team. And I also wouldn't be surprised if Clarkson, Bogdan and Conley and veteran Rudy Gay in the trading block prior to the start. Seems that Utah win this one? agree or disagree? As mentioned, they got lots of options and hopefully they got lucky those those draft picks. This is like OKC all over again, when they traded, WB and then PG and get a lot of future picks. SMB defense needs to adjust. I'm looking for Cruz and Ross to play longer minutes together. They just need more conversions unlike what happens last game 5.
Exactly, they should play more minutes as they can play both defense and offense. CJ has to be efficient as well, he cannot repeat the same game he had in game 5, and we know that JMF can contribute a double double production, but without the supporting cast, SMB might likely to lose. Perez only had 13 points, and worse is Ross with 2 points and Cruz with 6 points. Those numbers have to improve in a do or die time, Ross is a great offensive player, but he cannot just focus on defense, he also needs to help on the offensive so the Burden of Fajardo will be lessened. Manuel also had 1 point, which cannot happen again. boxscoresI expect that to change today. They just had a bad night. I don't think these guys have consecutive bad nights. And they can adjust their offense to give these guys scoring opportunity. If cj and ross can score outside, this will give more space for june mar to dominate the paint. Now that they are on do or die, these guys will work double time to extend the series to a game 7. And if castro is out, they may have easier time to win this game, hopefully. |

TI regional qualifiers begin next week right ? Any surprises that you can see by it ? Maybe Liquid not qualifying ? Soniqs will face The Cut most likely in the finals but Soniqs are a better team when they play serious dota as we saw that whey they took 2-0 on PSG in last major even if they lost all the other games besides that one haha.
I not expecting Liquid to qualify but I expect them to finish at least in the top three of Western Europe. I am expecting team Secret to come out of the top of the WEU qualifier. +

If AD avoids any major injury this season, I believe the Lakers could successfully run this roster again next season.
That's right, actually even if Westbrook were struggling last season but as long as AD were healthy, most likely Lakers will still have a shot in the NBA finals. With Lebron and AD leading the team, we've seen that before already when they won a championship. Next season is going to be the last chance of this tamdem I believe, if they will still fail, most likely a trade is gonna happen. The question right now is what are the chances that AD will not get injured? Because after the title that he got in the Bubble, he has been very inconsistent and unreliable because of injuries. He's very fragile that you can't rely on him. I'll just hope for him to be healthy all throughout the season and in the playoffs but will not be surprised if he will get injured because it is what is happening to him for the last 2 seasons. The chances of the Lakers winning a title will be higher if AD will not get injured and Westbrook will improve and adjust. I believe that Lebron can still win a title with the Lakers. Just give him good teammates that will help him. I agree that this upcoming season will be the last chance not only for AD but also for Westbrook and if they still fail then they will be traded. But that always has been a problem with AD ever since he came to the league. He is very talented but his availability is limited because of injury. Maybe there is something wrong with his physical training or something, but they have to do something about it. He is still very young so he should not be easily injured like this. Westbrook can have chemistry with AD and Lebron if they can play together more and that all relies on AD not getting injured. |

Two more days before TI11 regional qualifiers will officially start in eastern Europe and South America. I am not very familiar with the Chinese players but it seems that the region together with western Europe have the most crowded teams that are capable of winning.
West Europe: Team Secret, Nigma, Entity, and Liquid
China: RNG, Extreme Gaming, Invictus, and Vici
Eastern Europe: Outsiders, BetBoom and Navi
Southeast Asia: T1 and Talon
North America: Soniqs and nouns
South America: Infamous
Those two regions will be fun to watch come TI qualifiers. Team secret and Nigma will be favorites for sure to qualify to TI but I think Entity and Liquid will give a good fight too. I think Liquid has become less and less competitive their past year. I am surprised that there is no more top teams in SA. Is infamous the only strong team in that region? I am not very familiar with South American teams. |

Looks like TNT is winning this game, they don't have Jason Castro on the floor but their defense has improve and they are getting easy shots, especially an open outside shots. There's still a time though, if SMB can have another big run, maybe this game will go to overtime again.
TNT win in game 5 and now a win away to claim another title in PBA. I'm quiet disappointed on the plays of SMB tonight, it looks like they are off but the game is very close, bad for them they didn't able to take the lead again. Good to see TNT playing a good game even without their key player. SMB should do better on their next game or else, they'll miss the chance for another title. JMF should play well and the other key player of SMB, this is not the end yet. A back to back win for Chot Reyes, kudos! It is a heartbreak that san miguel lose this very important game. Now TNT has solidified its momentum. They have won twice in a row against the beermen. Though they can stlll come back from this for sure. I thought it will be an easy win to SMB when Castro was sidelined due to a bad fall, but the heart of TNT never falters. They even became more aggressive, and the defense was the one that killed smb. Kudos to Kelly, he is playing like a young gun again. |

I miss the old Gilas, the Romeo and Castro lineup, they are well coached.
The Gilas I missed are the Castro, Tenorio, and Alapag lineup. It is still a dribble-drive play style but they were successful in executing it. They have plenty of time to practice that time which is why they were able to execute their play perfectly. And they have lots of shooters that they can kick the ball out to when the drive lane is not viable. The players trust each other and there is no player who dominates the ball too much. The movement of the ball is quick and precise. That lineup is exciting to watch. The current lineup that defeated the KSA is already a good roster, leaded by Clarkson, I think with better chemistry and coaching job, we could have won against Lebanon.
Yes, because we have Kai Sotto and Clarkson already, how much more if we already have Jalen Green who is also an NBA player, this team will really improve so we need a good coach to carry it to its success. Meanwhile, let's talk about the game tomorrow. I checked on my bookie and the line was very surprising. SMB now is -3.5, the opposite of line in game 4.  Maybe the bookies are expecting SMB to come back strong after that disappointing performance in game 4. Which I think is also what would happen. SMB would not allow losing because they will be down 2-3. |

It's not only PSG.LGD but almost every Chinese team. We can say that they're the strongest in the region and yet they're being beaten by these EU teams.
The sad fate of Chinese teams. Their play in DOTA is too honest that they go full force from the get go. They do not hide any strategy and use them starting from the group stage. That is why they always dominate the early stages because the teams have not adjusted yet to their gameplay. But in the later stages, there are already a lot of games the opponents can use as reference to adjust their game play. That is why Chinese teams seem to be weak on Game of 5 series because the opponents already know their strat. And most of the time, Chinese teams are stubborn to change even when they know they are already exposed. |

Boom and FNATIC have enough DPC points to get a direct invite for TI so they will not be in the mix for SEA qualifiers. T1 is seating at the top of the list to qualify for TI but you are right, they should not underestimate other teams in SEA.
Its TI qualifiers though so its pretty much do or die for all teams as they got the chance of getting to the biggest tournament and not to mention the insane amount of prize money even if you ended up last on the tournaments, its just too good to missed that one. Honestly, if everything goes well T1 is literally atleast top 2 at the SEA qualifiers. Its just silly if Ana and Topson ended up not getting that ticket to TI though Unfortunate for Team SMG and their new signing Iceiceice for being taken out of the qualifiers for their failure to register their team before due date. They had a pretty solid team behind them which would have definitely asked questions to the team that qualifies, if not for themselves. WOW That hurts. First, he was dropped by Secret for Reso and now his team failed to register for TI qualifiers. Less competition for T1 then. They are nearer to get that TI slot for SEA region.
Still that good for Midone when it comes to his plays but Iceiceice is indeed past into his prime when you do tend to look at or replay about this game performance which is something not that really that contributive
specially on clashes and even tending to play his role well.On SEA team then T1 is indeed a strong one considering that Ana and Topson is there and i dont have any questions
about Mid position skills of topson and then that carry role Ana and the rest will be depending on other member on how they would make out adjustment.
Individual talent wise, Topson and Ana are still top tier in Dota. It will all depend on how well they will draft against their opponent. Sometimes, even if you are the best, if you get outdrafted, you will still lose. |

Chot Reyes was there in the game earlier. He was actually booed by the MOA Arena crowd when introduced. I think it was very crass to boo the coach, but it reflects how the fans feel about what is happening to Gilas. All these politics is not helping the team win internationally.
Not a fan of Chot Reyes but hearing the crowd booed him is quiet disappointed at all. This is an international competition and we should show some respect not just for our team but also to our opponent. Well, the disappointment is there but I think it’s too much. Well, this is how Pinoy wants to happen then so be it. It’s good that Gilas didn’t affect that much and they still focus on the game. I hope to see the same players in the next leg of this qualifiers, they have a good chemistry already, let’s hope for Clarkson again. There will be no Clarkson or Kai on the November or February window of the qualifiers because it conflicts with NBA and NBL schedule. It means less fire power for us but hopefully SBP will be able to find an abled replacement for both. But I think they will be available for the world cup and that is more important. At least they will be there when it matters the most. It might be disappointing and for some, it was disrespectful as a Filipino to have such an act during a live game but it should serve as a message to the whole SBP and to Coach Chot himself that something big needs to be done. Even players like Jordan Clarkson and Dwight Ramos are supporting Coach Chot Reyes, nothing will change the fact that there's a politics in SBP.
It should be more respectful if, after that "booing" incident, Coach Chot will step down and not stay there just because SBP asked him to do it. I'm not fully against Coach Chot but for the sake of supporting Gilas, stepping down will be more appreciated. But the way things are happening, that won't likely happen.
Hopefully he recognize how much the fans want him to step down as head coach of Gilas. He was ignoring them since it is just in social media that he receives the hate but now it is live and on the court that he received the boos. That must have hurt a lot. We have a lot to thank coach Chot especially the achievements of the 2013 -2014 gilas but it is time that he steps down. His play is not effective in international tournament anymore. |

T1 has a better chance to get the spot on SEA because they have the best roster on the current team that will compete on SEA qualifiers because they have the TI veterans on there Roster while the rest of the SEA team roster is composed of just a typical SEA Dota2 pro players.
You got the best top 3 on your choice and actually that 3 team is the safest team to bet on upcoming TI because they are known for having the best team on games like this and experienced the TI finals. I think the last 3 TI is circulating around those 3 teams that goes in the finals.
I think you're underestimating the grit and the hunger of SEA teams on the upcoming regional qualifiers. Sure, T1 is a powerhouse right now because of Topson and Ana joining an already capable team of supports and offlaners. But you also have other teams out there that could potentially best them if needed (Talon, BOOM, SMG, Polaris, etc.) T1 can edge out on other teams that aren't as experienced as them, but it will be interesting to see if Topson and Ana can live up to the expectations of their SEA fans when they're faced with teams that are hungrier to compete than them.
