2481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Does mining gets affected? on: March 23, 2022, 03:06:33 AM
Kazakhstan law enforcement officers continue to crackdown all illegal mining firms operating around the country. Throughout the country more than 100 mining firms have been found and closed. Even the legally registered ones were closed. Throughout the country power blackouts and shortages were connected with the mining power consumption.

Power supply interruptions have shifted more mining firms relocate to other countries earlier before the crackdown of mining machines. Since last year Kazakhstan served as a hotspot for mining once after the legal shut of mining from China, now this has changed.

Will this make any big changes, because as of now everything is fine.

2482  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet Bitcoin Embassy Bar, a Bitcoin themed bar in Mexico on: March 22, 2022, 11:19:39 PM
This is interesting to see a bar with bitcoin theme. Another attraction and goodness is the events. Making events with different speakers will surely give better understanding and describe the need of cryptocurrency. Being located in a region where locals use it more than foreigners it'll surely pave path for more people get into the cryptospace.

In one of my thread I've mentioned about different menu named associated with different cryptocurrencies. CRYPTO COFFEE & CRYPTO MENU. Maybe such an addition of menu will make it more interesting and attraction to the bar.

Are you sure is not being sent by wagering?

I think pre-monthly still need wagering, but the only different things the reward is being fixed by the rank of your account. I miss something or what, maybe some information about the topic you are referring would be help.

What I know, mostly need waggering ~XD
If I'm not wrong pre-monthly requires wagering, and based on that will be the bonus amount. If there is no wagering, then the user will get a minimal amount fixed for the level same as that is being followed on monthly bonus. Wagering is needed to receive high bonus amount.
2484  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto.com will be a sponsor of the 2022 FIFA World Cup on: March 22, 2022, 10:41:40 PM
Already crypto.com have begun to sponsor different sports events. Being one among the official sponsor of FIFA will give more visibility. Nowadays it is quite common to see more and more advertisement associated with cryptocurrency firms. The legality is not at all an issue, because it is the association to decide rather than the Qatar government. We can see more giveaway from crypto.com conducting small contests during the matches which is a common practice done by the sponsors.

Yes, doing so the owner can easily divide the holdings between number of people who he wish to give. Even without accessing the wallet it is possible to know the holdings within the wallet. Inherits can view the holdings, divide it between them and use the private key for transaction purpose. This is simple and it is also easier way to safeguard the private key, being short none thinks it as private key.
But, let's just say, for instance, one of the key holders was to be met with an accident, won't the key be permanently lost then? Maybe create a method where the key would be given completely when one of the two (or more) holders were to die? Or is there a better way to circumvent that? In that case wouldn't it be better to let a third party manage an encoded key, and leave maybe a program that could decode the key to the owners. When the time comes, the third party would split the code to how many people there are so that even if one (or more) are gone, they'd still get the full key to access the wallet.
Owner have the complete key. There can be very rare instance of owner and the inheriting person die on a same day. In such case a third party involvement will be more effective.

If the owner haven't died, but one of the person who holds part of the key dies. By that situation owner has the complete control over the funds and he can once again share the private key.
2486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Happens to One's Bitcoin if Death Occurs? on: March 22, 2022, 03:07:09 AM
My wife and Eldest Son already has the share for my private keys so in case of unexpected death then they can share the keys and will take all my funds for their uses when I'm gone.
Does that mean you've shared the private keys with your wife and kid or you've shared part of the key with your wife and part of the key with your kid. So that in case of unexpected death one cannot take control of the entire holdings. Both needs to mutually agree and only then the wallet will be accessible. I don't know in what aspect you mentioned the word "share". However this gave me think of a better way to keep the private key safe in case there are two kids person to share ones holding.
Are you thinking of splitting the private key into 2 or 3 parts and then giving them to people you trust?. I mean each one will keep a small part of your private key. and only when those two sit together can access the inheritance you leave. This will be avoided if anyone with greed cannot access and take that part of the inheritance for themselves.

Stake has updated the requirements for receiving the rain in chat. Only level 2 KYC verified users will be able to receive rains from Stake chat now. Wagering requirements is still applicable. I think Stake is the first casino where identity verification is required to be eligible for the chat rains. However, I have nothing to say about this change. I haven't received any single rain in last 11 months, I rarely sent messages in the chat.

On one hand, I can understand it as you will weed out a lot cheaters/abusers/ double accounts. On the other hand, they force you to do full KYC just in the hopes to receive some rain. I know it can be rewarding, but because all the spamming and begging, I rarely chat on gambling sites. It is difficult to really have a conversation.
Most of this scenario happens when the user have shown his gambling stats. If those were kept hidden none knew about the users profitability. This is where users request for some funds. I don't know how people find our wins, because they won't ask us all the time. When we're on the winning streak they ask for it. At times mind says, give some or else you will start losing.. hahaha Wink Cheesy Cheesy
2488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: March 21, 2022, 10:52:28 PM

Test cricket was exciting many decades ago, when we had players such as Brian Lara, Brett Lee, Glen McGrath, Shane Warne, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Wasim Akram, Muttiah Muralitharan, Alan Donald and Alistair Cook. But the current bunch of players don't have any test skills and they concentrate solely on limited overs cricket. Only a few fringe players such as Pujara and Rahane are considered as test specialists in India. The same is the case with other South Asian nations as well. Test cricket is in a better position in SENA nations though.

Test cricket is not appealing to people anymore. I remember I didn't even watch the match by which New Zealand won the WTC. I am quite sure that if a person is still watching test cricket, either he is a student or a retired person.

Because people simply don't have the time right now to watch test cricket and basically waste a huge part of their life. And the players have also realized that the other formats are a lot more interesting and appealing to people than test cricket. We don't often find players who are better in especially test cricket.
For now atleast every cricket series will have a test match. This keeps the test cricket alive, and once again time comes back for test cricket. In the fast moving World people need to run more fast and by the time such a long cricket match is something unwanted. In reality, everyone doesn't think in such a way, if they've tasted how good test cricket matches.

End of the day Australia had a slow scoring and Pakistan is good at its bowling taking five wickets. By the second day of the match Australia will continue and it'll reach atleast 325 runs. As the first two matches got drawn, this match is expected much. For now this match is not into anyone, this also gonna get drawn. If there were early wickets on tomorrow's morning session the match could change.
2490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinions about simulated reality games? on: March 21, 2022, 05:08:29 PM
I frequently see these "simulated reality" games (SRI) listed together with conventional matches.  Huh
As gambler I can think of a lot of questions...

Are these trusted services? Is the result already foreseen before a match or is it managed according to the bets?
Is there a single provider of these encounters or are there multiple services that provide this series of matches?

What is your opinion?

Stimulated reality games are really interesting if you don't have any chance to visit any casinos due to covid and other things as well. This is also a great concept since the VR reality is getting more and more affordable, people use it for games and I think it can very easily be extended to the gambling sites online but to make it is going to be really expensive as well. Forming the whole set would take a while and at the same time there needs to be players and how it would develop as well. I would actually be too excited if something like that would be super common amongst the people. I do think sooner or later it would normal for the companies and whosoever goes first would actually get loads of profits I believe.
Maybe this can happen, but it won't attract a big community towards it. For gaming needs one will go for set of equipments, but the won't be happening with gambling. Even now we've got more games in which we play against the AI. Everyone finds it to be fair, same as that maybe in the future this gets to be normal.
2491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 21, 2022, 03:08:56 PM
Bangladesh's domestic league is completely fixed. And the Bangladesh Board is well aware of this. This is now an open secret. However, Bangladesh Cricket Board has not taken any necessary steps to stop the fixing. Due to this fixing, many young talented players lost interest in cricket. The careers of many talented players are ruined. First of all the board officials have to be honest. Then we have to try to solve the internal problems.
Bangladesh still doesn't have a proper domestic setup. It is still dominated by clubs within the capital city of Dhaka. Teams outside Dhaka fail to get any recognition. And when the setup is dominated by a few private clubs, it can be expected that at least some form of corruption and nepotism will be there. More than two decades have passed since Bangladesh got the test status. Till now, they (BCB) have failed to transform to a region-based domestic league, by replacing the Dhaka-based structure.

Bangladesh is not a big country. So everything is centered on the capital Dhaka. So there is no big club outside Dhaka. The BCB should try to eliminate fixing from their domestic leagues. Moreover, a few days ago we saw the Bangladesh Premier League. BPL was in a very bad position. Until the mindset of the Bangladesh Board officials changes, we will not see any improvement in the Bangladesh team.
Bangladesh is one of the most densely populated countries in terms of population. But it’s true that mostly big club in the capital of Dhaka than Chittagong. Yeah, there are some problems in BCB but i don’t agreed which thing you mentioned last BPL was happened in very bad position. And i see a lot of controversy in the domestic cricket, as like match fixing or something like that.
Bangladesh is the densely populated country in the world. In particular certain cities are much densely populated. It is quite obvious to experience corruption and mismanagement. With the existence of T20 leagues every cricket board is towards money making than selection of right player. This is where corruption seems to be high, and without reason senior players are left from tournaments. The Bangladesh team was progressing good, now slowly this is diminishing.
2492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Malaysian Ministry proposes cryptocurrencies as legal tender? on: March 21, 2022, 02:18:30 PM
If this proposal gets signed, then Malaysia will be the first country in Asia to consider bitcoin as legal tender. Compared to many other Asian countries Malaysia have good userbase. This is positive sign on the Asian market. Earlier most of the Asian countries banned the usage of cryptocurrencies and some even made it a crime, and now slowly every country is accepting. Beyond restrictions people continue to use bitcoin and this proposal will make other countries consider of legalizing bitcoin.
2493  Other / Off-topic / Don't fall for fake E-mails on: March 21, 2022, 01:57:13 PM
Don't fall to these kind of fake emails. Non custodial wallets will never ask for KYC. So, if someone receive these kind of e-mails please stay away from it. This is kind of an attack to enter the wallet. Stay away and safeguard the holdings. A small mistake can lead to loss of funds which couldn't be recovered.

2494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 20, 2022, 11:53:51 PM
You got it so right. New teams joining cricket eco system are mostly composed of players from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. UAE is 100% made of expats and that deny entry of teams that are made entirely of native players like Nepal and PNG.
ICC-T20 events are unpredictable, sometimes they are held after 4 years and sometimes every year.

I am afraid that very soon we will be left with teams that are comprised only of imported players, as cricket is vanishing from the smaller nations. Look at countries such as Kenya and Canada. Where are they now? Kenya had a number of native players, such as Steve Tikolo, Thomas Odoyo and Maurice Odumbe (I'm sure that the younger generation may not know them). Canada also had a few natives, such as John Davison and Ian Billcliff. But the import power of teams like UAE and Oman prevailed over them unfortunately.
There is no proper funding which is the reason for the vanishing of Kenyan cricket. Scenario with Canada is different and there is nothing much with the imported players. With UAE and Oman the teams were formed by players from India and other countries. This has happened as more people move for work life. Even now if good funding is provided Kenya will come back.

With Canada young players weren't added to the team. With the regular old players the team keeps playing. Maybe some updates need to be done. In recent years the interest on cricket have increased among the Canadians.

Batting first is a bad decision. Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal also expressed the same feeling, stating the wicket wasn't what they expected. In every department, Bangladesh fell short of expectations today against South Africa. As a result, South Africa won the second ODI by seven wickets and 76 balls left.
With two contrasting matches i am waiting to see what will be the result in the next match as Bangladesh have a few tricks up its sleeve in this tournament as they are able to trouble some of the South African batsman and if they do not make blunders even after winning the toss if they did not understand the nature of the pitch then there is a chance for another surprise from Bangladesh.
If something happens often then it isn't a surprise. I don't think the upcoming matches will be on the side of Bangladesh. In the first match Bangladesh got good grip on the match, and they grabbed it at every moment. In the second match South Africa took it so serious and the result changed. I'm not sure of the upcoming matches, yet South Africa will not leave it as the first match. Because, it'll create trouble to the players losing the series in home country.

Great news for Bangladesh cricket fan. That's a wonderful victory. Shakib was always in discussion - I have seen so much appreciation in forum for Shakib. People spoke so high about Shakib. But Bangldesh team is now emerging as more stronger team than before. Congratulations against. Hope everyone is celebrating in Bangladesh.
It is a huge win for Bangladesh as i did not expect this kind of performance from Bangladesh while touring and the odds were huge if you placed a bet on Bangladesh to win the match and they batted really well and they were able to pick wickets and put pressure back on South Africa and it was a great victory. Tomorrow is the next match and the odds are still showing Bangladesh as a heavy underdog, but i am not sure whether they will showcase the same level of performance.
Brilliant BD created history with first ever  ODI win in SA. The Bangladeshi team  had never won a One-day International in South Africa in 19 previous attempts, but they have produced a superb display in the first ODI of the tour to break new ground in the format. Bangladesh's Stunning win further strengthens their place at the top of the ICC men's cricket world cup super league standings, where they lead England and India in the top three.
In the first ODI Bangladesh played good, but it wasn't able to continue it in the second ODI. Scoring above 300 runs is big and South Africa too played with good confidence of winning the match. Few unwanted and unexpected wicket fall disturbed the partnership. This ended with a loss for South Africa. Now in the second ODI South Africa have managed to win the match in a much simple manner as the target is less than 200 runs.
2497  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC over 50k? on: March 20, 2022, 05:04:29 PM
but everything can change if big institutions are willing to give encouragement and keep prices from going down at all, with their intervention not to release their deposits into the market, which will actually make prices go down, but instead buy and hold them longer so that prices can be controlled and the possibility to increase could happen.

I don't think that institutional money is the problem though, they have deep pockets so for sure they can buy whatever they want. And I suspect that majority of them is still inside and buying at this dip. I think the problem is the retail investors, like the majority of us here, perhaps some of them are reluctant to invest because of what's going on around the world that reflects on the market downtrend.
It looks like institutional investors have moved big volumes from CEX. Maybe that have created some discussion, but this didn't make big downturn in the market. As said the retail investors participation have decreased for now due to the ongoing war between Ukraine-Russia. By the time usage on the other end have risen drastically with the legalizing of bitcoin by Ukraine and Russian government. This keeps the market stable against the ongoing market imbalance. This gives the sign of forward move.

Bitcoin accepted services were available in the market. Now these girls switching from ruble to bitcoin could get them a better life in the long run. Majority of these girls get into this occupation by situation. Everyone deserves a better life, and keeping the same in focus they laugh standing around the streets. What they receive now could make them leave prostitution and find a better occupation to lead good life.
2499  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine has legalized the cryptosector on: March 20, 2022, 02:40:11 PM
This is a good thing to make the Ukrainian economy survive because of the war, if it is not immediate adoption of cryptocurrencies, it can be sure there will be thousands of percent inflation that makes long-term big problems, Cryptocurrencies has proven effective to overcome various financial problems.
Wondering why if there’s no sanctions against them most probably, they are doing this to reach more people especially on giving help but with regards to their economy, I think crypto wont affect that much they still need to do something better to slowly recover from this war. Though making crypto legal is a good thing, but for sure this us just their band aid solution.
Ukraine even at its worst situation legalized the usage of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. At this moment Ukraine have made this decision to overcome the ongoing issues with transaction and to receive the donations with ease. Already it have recieved more than $60 million in donation. By the same time Ukrainian Bank have restricted the people from buying bitcoin with fiat. This is an initiative to recover the fallen economy.

What OP have suggested seems like the Whales game. They've got good capital and with the same tends to manipulate the market. In traditional market such instances were very rare to happen, and making use of such opportunities isn't a easy thing. There is nothing as get wealthy secret. Learn and experiment what you've learnt. There might be failure, but take it as an experience and keep yourself focused to get the outcome. Surely this will lead towards wealth.
