2481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help in phala.network altcoin on: September 18, 2021, 08:04:29 PM
More like a pump and dump scheme. If you look at the price chart for the last month. You should be able to get a clue on what's happening and where the price is headed soon. If I were you, I would have opted out of the network a while back. It's not worth staking on a network that threatens to become worthless at any time.

2482  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit is ultimate scam and thiefs! proven pictures must look! on: September 18, 2021, 07:46:16 PM
If only you had read the various negative online reviews about them, you wouldn't have signed up and sent your money to one of the worst online casinos in the crypto space presently. The money is gone. They will come up with every kind of excuse for locking up your account, but you will probably never get back your money. They have been doing the same kind of thing month after month, year after year.
2483  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM EXCHANGE] BITRUE.COM ~ 200,000 USD on: September 18, 2021, 06:56:38 PM
What can I say except that one should be persistent even when everything seems to be lost. However, it seems completely unprofessional to me that they charged you a fee for a service that you have been waiting for more than 1 year - regardless of the fact that the problem was caused by your mistake.

I hope you don't have to wait another 440 days to get that forked coins Wink
Some exchanges don't even bother recovering the funds that have been wrongly sent to an address and not just small exchanges, most of them that do such a thing are big exchanges that are widely trusted like Kraken. I think I remember cases where Kraken and coinbase refused to recover funds of some customers, even with so much persistence.
2484  Other / Politics & Society / Muslims and the use of alcohol based substances, how do the rules work? on: September 17, 2021, 09:51:12 PM
The recent COVID19 outbreak got me thinking and have some questions on how the Islamic faithfuls handle the situation when it comes to things like sanitizing and maybe even use  certain medicines that contain alcoholic substances.
From my understanding, alcohol is prohibited or is considered a taboo in the religion, so;

1. How do they sanitize if they got to places that have alcoholic based hand sanitizers?
2. How do they go about medications that are required for treatment but have some alcoholic content?
3. Most perfumes and deodorants I have come across have at least an alcohol substance in them, and yet I observe some of them highly use the body sprays. Isn't this against their religious principles?
2485  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How a derivative instrument works on: September 17, 2021, 09:28:14 PM
By the way, sometimes the derivatives prices tend to differ from the spot market prices especially during the times of volatility, but the deviation is not usually so big because derivatives exchanges use the index price and mark price to liquidate positions plus traders can also choose to take profits and set  stop losses using the index or mark price to avoid cases of losses due to manipulations on the derivatives market
2486  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leverage questions on: September 17, 2021, 08:57:34 PM
There is a question for me too
We give money through leverage, which is the money of others
But where do they get the multiplier profit?
But in general, I do not use much leverage
I use a maximum of 30 levers
In trading when you make profit, It means some trader from the other side has either lost money through liquidation of their equity or triggered a stop loss, like wise, if you lose a trade, it means there is a trader on the other side who made profit out of your loss.

The presence of liquidation price means that traders are able to multiply their profits since there's always going to be someone getting liquidated.
2487  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CLOSED] ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 on: September 17, 2021, 08:31:24 PM
I just know this, that BETBTC closed, I never got email from BETBTC team that they are closing, now I can't even withdrawal, which site sudden close and give ony 15 days to withdrawal and no email from team....

Quite sad if they didn't even send out emails about the closure. I just hope all those people who missed out the announcement and the deadline eventually manage to withdraw their funds in the fore seeable future for the sake of BETBTC's sanity and the possible future owners of the casino

I see nothing wrong with referral codes in links, as long as the main domain name is used. The whistleblower obviously knows nothing how the internet works and most probably none about crypto too.
It's against the forum rules, so @sujonali1819 is more than right. You are probably the one who is ignorant and doesn't know how the forum works.

2489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: September 16, 2021, 08:59:24 PM
Leicester City vs Napoli is interesting to watch. The end of the match was interesting, they both had different fates in the last match in the league. Napoli won 2-1 over Juve and Leicester City lost with Manchester City 0-1. My guess, Leicester City will win 1-0 because they are playing at their home. Moreover, supported by the fans, it will make Napoli a little afraid.
How did you know that Leicester city will win by 1-0.
But the match was still underway. The match ended in a 2-all draw. So the prediction is invalid. Napoli had to come from two goals down to draw. I was lucky to watch the thrilling match

Confirmed results for game this week's Europa League fixtures

2490  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Old accounts still able to withdraw more on binance or just error of display? on: September 16, 2021, 05:40:44 PM
Please move the thread to Exchange board - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0

I have a fully verified old Binance account, so I am not able to tell if it's happening to more accounts or not, but one weird thing I noticed when I was trading on their p2p platform recently is that Regular users (Users who have not verified their KYC) are still able to make orders which ks confusing

Because initially, trading p2p was not even possible if one's account wasn't verified. Something doesn't add up.
2491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 15, 2021, 09:57:13 PM
It's true, in this season's transfer market, Real Madrid seems to only focus on chasing mbappe as their transfer target, without them realizing that after the departure of ramos and varane, real madrid do not have players who are worthy to occupy the position left by ramos and varane, so far I saw that Alaba performance was fairly normal at Real Madrid and even I saw that the Madrid defense often made mistakes that resulted in goals, such as in the match against Celta Vigo, even though Real Madrid won the match, but it should have been 2 goals scored by Celta vigl  players  does not happen if the madrid defenders can anticipate the fast attack carried out by celta vigo.
Even Varane and Ramos used to make mistakes, very silly ones, the only difference was that Ramos was a team leader and very influential in critical matches. Conceding so many goals isn't something new in Real Madrid. Given the traditional style of football at the club, I am not surprised that they are putting priorities in the attack rather than defense.

As of now, I am still liking the free goal scoring Real Madrid.

Good thread to keep track of that one should never use OP

I think if I was the starter of the thread, 1xbit would be number one on the list. Bolded in some red big text size  Grin
I have never seen and annoying and persistent scam online gambling site like them
2493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: September 12, 2021, 09:57:24 PM
Odds on Liverpool's win in tomorrow's match are 1.75 Wink I don't think they will lose against Leeds...

I also found it strange that this high odds value being that the game will be liverpool a very strong team against leeds which is not a very strong team, well Is a good chance to make a considerable profit, I bet on liverpool
How did I miss this?  Angry
It would have been an easy way to make some quick profits

They might have not played Elliot in their title winning season but other teams around them have strengthened a huge amount. Look at Manchester United with Sancho, Ronaldo and varane. Manchester City have bought Grealish and have very good depth. Chelsea have signed Lukaku and have one of the best teams in Europe and won the champions league last season. Liverpool have sold players this season that play in Elliots position and he is their starting player now with him gone they only have Oxlade Chamerlain who is injury prone and looked bad when he played today. Liverpool are out of the title race because they have a long term injury to a starting player. No other team in the league have big injuries.
So only after 3 matches, and you are already writing of Liverpool just because of an injury to one player?
Have you also thought that the other time would also get some of their players injuries over the course of the competition?

By the way,  if things got too ugly for them, there's always the January transfer window. I am not a Liverpool fan, but your analysis is nuts.
2494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: September 12, 2021, 09:47:19 PM
Real Madrid have drawn level for the 2nd in the game against Celta Vigo, with the 2nd half barely started.
The match ended Real Madrid 5 - 2 Celta Vigo

Honestly, the number of times Real Madrid scored 5 goals last season was very countable. Looks like Ancelotti's approach will bring in so many goals, but the Defense will also be very leaky.

It was another great game for Vinicius Jr and Benzema.

By the way, I thought that even though Benzema does not score goals at such a pace as Ronaldo, if he plays for Real until the end of his career, he will be able to surpass Ronaldo's incredible record. This will be an incredible result considering that Ronaldo himself broke the record that had been held for decades. Smiley
Not going to happen. Benzema is already 33. How many years do you think he has to play to outscore Ronaldo's goal tally at Real Madrid?
2495  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CLOSED] ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 on: September 12, 2021, 09:21:17 PM
maybe you have no chance at all unless it is 10bitcoin withdrawal above.
The 10 BTC minimum is for those who would like to acquire BETBTC platform

My Withdrawal request is timestamped with August 31, 2021. So I absolutely did make the cut off. I PM'd BetBTC but haven't received a response. I wrote to see if anyone else is in the same boat.
Have you tried contacting them through telegram (https://t.me/betbtcco). There is a very high chance that there maybe some much more users who were affected like you. I do hope you receive your funds.
2496  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: September 12, 2021, 08:41:02 PM
It's funny and bizarre at the same time. They also ask for KYC and all those things once you have balance. I am pretty sure any player who lost money was never randomly asked for documents. As long as you are losing money to most casinos, you are legit but once you start winning, you are the worst player on the site for them.

I tried to contact their live support last week and the guy was not even able to explain to me how promotions work. He just said check the page, I was like bro if everything is automatic then why are you even here.
Unfortunately, that's what usually happens not only with casinos but also Exchanges. Depositing funds is not a problem, but when one tries to withdraw, that's when issues come up.
Cloudbet has a history of unreliable customer support. I have a feeling they hire a few unprofessional personnel just to cut the costs
2497  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BITDICE IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND BLOCKING WITHDRAWLS SCAM on: September 12, 2021, 07:26:34 PM
But the OP hasnt answer and he has some explaining to do also. The scans posted by the Bitdice rep put in question his complaint.
I doubt if OP will have any reasonable explanation in the light of the story posted by BoXXoB. It's apparent to me, he's just an ungrateful scammer who is trying to take advantage of someone's kind gesture to him

But  now there stealing from customers and blocking withdrawls.
I was lucky and won some dogecoin and tried to withdrawl 300 dogecoin they blocked my withdrawl and then said I did not win the money because i am banded and the stole the money. They say they will not send the withdrawl and that they took the money.
How about you first pay up the ETH you owe someone who helped you?
2498  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM EXCHANGE] CHANGENOW.IO trying to steal my 3 BTC on: September 12, 2021, 06:57:17 AM
I've taken the time to thoroughly read this scam report and honestly, my first thought is why the frick does gofry47 keeps repeating he's been using his BTC on the darknet.

Not only is this dumb as BTC is even more traceable than it was in 2019 it's incredibly foolish to admit on a public forum you were even on the darknet buying things.

Law enforcement can literally request information from Changenow.io about his BTC addresses and investigate the trail with chainanalysis among other tools specifically made to trace...get this, Darknet Users!!!

I get he's emotional about potentially never seeing his BTC again alongside changenow.io also making a mistake in their own right but it's never a smart idea to casually say multiple times you were on the darknet buying things using a traceable currency.

Him spending the BTC on the darknet then trying to exchange that same BTC to XMR this just opens up all these possibilities and ideas for why he's doing this...

I agree, gofry47's move is not so smart, but that's up to him. If the law enforcement agencies catch up with him, he will only have himself to blame.
What I don't like is Changenow not acting responsible and sending the money they illegal held for three years. If they don't like the idea of using a new address to send the funds, then why don't they just send the 3 BTC to the first address gofry47 used back then?

If gofry47 doesn't have access to the address, again, that's up to him.
2499  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM EXCHANGE] CHANGENOW.IO trying to steal my 3 BTC on: September 11, 2021, 09:40:32 PM
We could've either issued a refund to an address you sent us deposit from or proceed with your exchange — what you want us to do is to send 3 BTC to an unknown address by providing us with an Exchange ID.

We can't send 3 BTC to a 3rd party address without being absolute certainty in the fact that we are talking to the owner of the funds.
But you do know you are at fault here.

Why didn't you send the person the money at that time when it was necessary? What was the reason for holding back the customer's 3 Bitcoins?

Assuming he didn't try to claim the money, you were just going to continue sitting back and relax? Why should anyone even trust your shitty service that keep holding back people's money for no reason  Huh
2500  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: September 11, 2021, 09:31:45 PM
maybe it was blocked because of that reason. But it's funny to think they didn't block some accounts and they block those accounts who have btc left   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Of course, they have to keep accounts that have some Bitcoins under scrutiny. Those that have nothing in them don't matter to Cloudbet as a business.
Try depositing some Bitcoins into those accounts that haven't been blocked and see if they won't get blocked  Grin
