Here’s a little tidbit I’d like to share for the Brentford vs Brighton match up.  The owner of Brentford, Matthew Benham, used to be a protege of Brighton’s owner, Tony Bloom.  These guys are reaally interesting characters in the gambling world and used to run a sports betting business together raking in millions before they had a falling out. 

So it’s bragging rights for the owner of the team that wins this match. 

They will be sending their bet slips before the match and then whoever wins will brag about the money they earned. I think it might be a draw instead because Brighton are good defensively but struggle to score and Brentford are a new team not used to teams like Brighton and how they play.

So far in the Crystal Palace - Tottenham match, I haven't seen a very exciting performance from any side. Both teams are seeming like they are measuring each other. However the absolute favourite team are Tottenham here of course. Son can't play because of a calf injury unfortunately. But Harry Kane is in the game as the centre-forward now. Tottenham are the side which is very close to a victory and I suppose they will make it. Harry Kane can score in this match also.

I disagree I think Crystal Palace has looked good and Tottenham have looked awful. Tottenham are missing Son and Kane is doing nothing and I think he is going to score under 10 goals this seaosn because he does not want to be at tottenham any more and that is clear in how demotivated he is on the field. Benteke had a chance where they had lloris stumbling at his goal line. I think a goal is coming for Crystal Palace if Tottenham continue playing like this.

Tottenham is playing a terrible match so far.Crystal Palace is better in statistics and off-statistics.A lot of pushing from the wings by Crystal Palace and too many mistakes by Tottenham players.Tottenham aint close to victory at all,they will need big luck now to even get a draw in this match.

Crystal Palace has really shocked me in this game, an awesome game for Odsonne Edouard who has scored just coming on from the bench and on his first debut, i never would have predicted crystal palace to win Tottenham, maybe it's because of the red card though, but nice game from crystal palace.

If I was a Tottenham fan I would want the manager out asap. He watched Tottenham get dominated in the 1st half and did not make any changes until he was forced to because of a red card. He should have took that player off and maybe show some ambition instead he watched his team get dominated for 90 minutes without attempting to change the momentum. Crystal Palaces new signing scored 2 goals he looks like the real deal what a signing he could be.

looks like your guess will come true, because before the first half ended, ronaldo had scored a goal by utilizing the rebound that occurred in front of the newcastle goal, ronaldo's performance today was really quite good and i see his ability to dribble the ball is still the same as he was young.
I think today ronaldo will be the best player in the game and lets we'll see if he can add another goal in the second half.

A hattrick for CR7 will be an awesome start to his Return to Man Utd. The ManUtd game with Newcastle is a thriller to watch really, i already expected Manchester United to win this one and the game so far us nothing far from expectations. The Manchester United attack is looking very lethal with Ronaldo, Sancho, Greenwood and Fernandes and they still have options with the likes of cavani, martial and Rashford.

It's a wonderful time for all Manchester United fans at the moment.

Apart from the Crystal Palace v Tottenham match were basically predictable... I also assumed that Leicester could beat Man City, but they lost... But they still stood up to Man City's onslaught with dignity!

Odds on Liverpool's win in tomorrow's match are 1.75 I don't think they will lose against Leeds...

I don't have any doubt. Liverpool would most likely win. If not anything but the fact that majority of the top teams won their games and changed positions on the table. If Liverpool wants to remain competitive this season, they have to keep winning these first sets of game without problems as most title winners are discovered during the first half of the season.i

Leeds might have been hyped when they got promoted to the PL last season. Liverpool would claim on 3 point since we have a healthy roster.

The surprise of the day was that Tottenham were destroyed by Crystal Palace 3-0. I assume that so many people placed a bet on Tottenham's victory. And nobody expected Tottenham to perform this bad. It was like they weren't in the field and C. Palace played only themselves. And Tottenham were shown a red card also. This was the thing that finished them. C. Palace started playing even more dominant and finished them. O. Edouard performed great that he scored 2 goals.

It was actually quite a surprise cause Spurs came Into this game having won all of their first three matches (with one of those victories coming against the champions City) holding a hundred percent record thus far and sitting top of the league, we all expected their winning run to continue or at the very least get a draw and share the spoils, but crystal palace had other plans and blew them away. Tanganga's dismissal might have had a thing or two to contribute as to why Spurs lost, but even at that, 3-0 is way too heavy a scoreline, and now they must regroup and come back stronger.

Having said that, after watching Lukaku's performance today for Chelsea, there is no doubt the blues made a very good decision to bring the Belgian back to Stamford Bridge and he might just be exactly what they need to be EPL champions again.

Ronaldo's debut was excellent, with two goals in the first leg. I think everyone is happy and the management of Manchester United and Ronaldo too. And you can see that the whole team is playing very charged, it seems that the team really believes that they can beat everyone. Now for me it will be the most interesting games when Manchester will play with City and Chelsea, possibly also with Liverpool. The intrigue in the Premier League this season will be very good!
