Group H is also very interesting.
It seems to me that the first favorite in that group is the English club West Ham, and Genk and Dinamo will probably fight for the second place.

Kada se počnu uključivati svi + njihovi mame,tate i daljnji rođaci, bježim van glavom bez obzira. Idealno je to što svi oni žele i kupiti kripto od tebe i to što je cijena veća to više žele kupiti  FOMO radi za nas zašto ga ne iskoristiti. Zašto bi bježo ako svi žele nešto kupiti? zar cjena neraste ako drugi kupuju BTC? tako da što više ljudi kupuje za tebe je bolje. ''Percepcija javnosti'' ti je u ovoj priči najvažnija. U cryptu uvijek postoje ciklusi rasta i pada, bull i bear period. Kada nešto pada, obično nastaje masovna panika i rasprodaja i tada kupuju oni koji ''znaju što rade'' i nisu podložni emocijama a to su veliki institucionalni ulagači i dugoročni iskusni investitori. Obični ljudi često kupuju na ''euforiju'' i nemaju nikakvu dugoročnu strategiju osim neke nejasne ideje da bi se ovdje ''na brzinu'' mogla zaraditi neka velika lova, i da samo treba što prije kupiti i što brže prodati. Naravno da to uglavnom završi katastrofom tako da kada svi u kvartu počnu pričati o cryptu i kako se tu može brzo zaraditi velika lova, slažem se s kolegama, to je dobar znak da slijedi vrhunac vala i preokret, te veći pad. |

Eh, što nisu tu povišicu u plaćanju dali i nama A nema veze, za 10 $ neću tražiti prebacivanje, a možda i mi s vremenom dobijemo ''nagradu za vjernost'' s obzirom da smo u ovoj kampanji duže od godinu dana. Mislio sam čak da će se u mojoj kampanji otvoriti još koje slobodno mjesto jer 1 član prošli tjedan nije napisao nijedan post. Vidim da je ovaj tjedan ispunio kvotu i ostao u kampanji što znači da je vjerojatno bio na godišnjem i javio to na vrijeme. Bravo Hhampuz! |

Imam slična iskustva. Ljudi počinju govoriti o kriptu na netipičnim mjestima, poput frizerskih salona ili tržnice.

Sve je to već viđeno milijun puta i zapravo nekim ljudima se ne može pomoći. |

Pa, to bi trebalo biti jednostavno budući da blockchain sve pamti a ti možeš potpisati adresu na koju ti je crypto prebačen i tako dokazati da je u tvojem vlasništvu. Osim toga, ako si kupovao na mjenjačnicama onda bi trebao imati i dokaz o fiat transakciji od banke ili kreditne kartice. Doduše, ne znam je li to ono što porezna traži...
Stvarno misliš da bi netko od ljudi koji rade na šalterima Porezne uprave prihvatili potpisanu crypto adresu kao neku vrstu dokaza? Zapravo, stvarno misliš da bi netko tamo shvatio o čemu pričaš kad bi rekao "OK, potpisat ću adresu walleta što će dokazati da se radi o mom walletu"? Hahaha! Da, na trenutak sam zaboravio u kakvoj državi živimo. Sigurno je da ljudi koji rade na šalterima neće shvatiti, ali valjda ima netko tamo 'gore' tko se razumije malo bolje. Kako inače dokazati način stjecanja i posjed kripta dulje od dvije godine? Možda netko iz njihove informatičke službe ali i to je upitno Zapravo su ti ljudi na šalterima navikli raditi sa određenom vrstom papira poput potvrda o isplati plaće registriranih firmi ili potvrda zg burze i sl. a onda im mi dođemo sa nekim ispisom transakcija u Excelu koji izgleda kao da se neko dijete od 5 godina "igralo upisivanjem brojki na kompu" i onda oni kao iz toga trebaju sve shvatiti i povezati 😀 I njima je jasno da je takve dokumente lako "nastimati" po potrebi a nema kontakta firme da provjere kao što to mogu kod uobičajenih potvrda. Failing to win vs 10 players for almost 60 minutes in your home is so frustrating for Eindhoven fans.. Malmo passed thanks to the goal scored in this match and it is funny to see Young Boys results the same as in the home game with an inverted red card, mirror force  For Wednesday games, Salzburg and Dinamo should pass too, but I think the most interesting match will be between Shakhtar and Monaco. Dinamo has a really difficult task today, I personally feel their chances are slim. They are a better team on paper but they lost the 1st game 3-0, and more importantly they played really bad. I'm not sure how much they can improve in such a short period of time, Sheriff defended them without much problems a week ago. Dinamo is lucky that they scrapped the away goal rule, with that active I'd say they have no chance of progressing. In an open game like this I expect Sheriff to score so I'll be going for both BTTS and over 3,5 goals bets. Indeed in the first match, Dinamo failed to prove on the pitch that it's a better team than Sheriff and now things are really tough for them. They need 3 goals to send the match to the extra time, so they have to start in full attacking mode from 1st minute of the game. Perhaps if they score an early goal, things will be different but I don't believe that Sheriff will sit back. I agree that there is a big chance to see goals from both of them. As for Eindhoven, well, they were unlucky and they fall into a superb Vlachodimos and Malmo, just do their part. Until this last game with Sheriff, Dinamo was actually very good in this competition and mostly easily beat their opponents. It seems to me that in the match with Sheriff Dinamo players did not have the right approach and that they underestimated their opponent. In the past, these 2 clubs often had mutual matches in European competitions and mostly Dinamo was the winner. Unfortunately, it seems to me that Dinamo is currently in crisis because they have poorer results in the Croatian championship as well. The real question is whether Dinamo can play a fantastic game again like against Tottenham last season and create a new miracle. |

Yeah you are right its a place for discussion and learning. Wr are bit lucky that inside this forum there are some who guided us or helped us understand about our confusion on bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Its not only about the forum but the people surrounding this place makes us lesrned more. Thats what I thought at first, that forum is just a place for money earning ( big mistake) but I realize much more important than that few years back. Now Im good and happy to say that this forum is the best on some thst Ive tried on.
I have seen it more than once that forums can make money, and I am curious how to make money. I see people selling goods, but I don’t think the income is much. Other than that, I can't think of any way to make money. I think you should regularly review the part of the forum under market and services and you might come across some paid project that you can get involved in. Seeling goods is just one possibility but also you can join some paid translation project or making a logo etc. It is still too early for you to join the signature campaign given your forum rank but this may also be an option for you in the future. Stvar je zapravo u slijedećem:
Porezna si je ''pojednostavila'' stvar sa cryptom i primjenjuje ista pravila za trgovanje cryptom kao što radi i za trgovanje dionicama na klasičnim burzama što je za nas zapravo dosta dobra i prihvatljiva opcija.
Ako trgujete i držite sredstva duže od 2 godine oslobođeni ste poreza a za kraći rok od 2 godine, porez i prirez dođu zajedno do max. 12% što je također prihvatljivo.
Ako se radi o manjim iznosima, možete i to izbjeći i podići novce anonimno u crypto mjenjačnicama, btc bankomatima...
Jedino je problematično voditi preciznu FIFO evidenciju ali valjda će se i to uskoro riješiti.
Ono što je zapravo pravi problem je tzv. ''zarađivanje'' btc i altcoina kroz razne signature kampanje, projekte prevođenja i druge plaćene crypto usluge.
U pojašnjenjima koje mi je porezna poslala, 95 % teksta se odnosi na trgovanje a možda 5 % ili 2 rečenice na porez koji se plaća na tzv. zaradu od crypta, kao da je to nešto sporedno, i rijetko, što nitko nema.
Dakle, porezna je stavila u isti koš zaradu crypto zaradu i zaradu koji ljudi ostvaruju kroz razne vrste poslovnih ugovora, od domaćih i stranih firmi, sa poznatim isplatiteljem, OIB, sjedištem firmi a još vam obično računovodstva tih firmi riješe i porez a isplata je obično jednom mjesečno.
S druge strane, ljudi koji zarađuju recimo na signature kampanjama ovdje, primaju zaradu obično jednom tjedno od neke anonimne fizičke osobe, bez OIB-a i sjedišta firme, nema ni nikakvog potpisanog ugovora o radu, transakcije su anonimne, cijena coina se stalno mijenja, a po mišljenju porezne u roku 8 ili 15 dana od svake isplate bilo kojeg tokena trebali bi ''trčati'' u poreznu i prijavljivati i plaćati porez na dohodak.
To je potpuno neživotno, besmisleno i jako teško provedivo i praktički porezna s ovakvim tumačenjem baš ''zagorčava'' život ljudima i također gubi porezni prihod jer će se malo tko odlučiti na prijavu i plaćanje poreza na ovakav način.
Ljudi će si jednostavno podići novce anonimno na btc bankomatima i u mjenjačnicama i zaobići poreznu u ''širokom luku''.
Ovo je klasičan primjer kako država besmislenim i neživotnim pravilima tjera ljude u porezni prekršaj a istovremeno dobiva manje novca od poreza.
Za iznajmljivače na moru su pojednostavili stvar kroz tzv. ''paušal'' a ovdje ih nije briga jer računaju da se radi o malom broju ljudi.

Obilazis fizicke crypto mjenjacnice i u svakoj dizes po 15k kn bez dokumenata.
Znam iz iskustva da u praksi to zna ipak biti malo drugačije. Recimo, u mjenjačnici ti kažu, evo sad smo već imali par ljudi koji su nam dizali do limita od 15 000 kn, molim vas dignite malo manje, 14 000... Zapravo, u svim crypto mjenjačnicama se jako ''boje'' kontrola regulatora i pokušavaju izbjeći situaciju da imaju više transakcija na ''rubu'' tj. 14 999 ili slično pa ponekad mole mušterije da ipak smanje traženi iznos podizanja bez dokumenata. Najveći im je strah da im taj limit od 15 000 kn smanje ako zaključe da je previše takvih transakcija ''na rubu''. Recimo, s obzirom da npr. InKapital mjenjačnice imaju dosta poslovnica u Zagrebu, to znači da ne možeš baš obići svaku njihovu poslovnicu u 1 danu (čak ni u par dana) i dizati maksimum od 15 000 kn. Ovo je samo 1 primjer u potvrdi teze da ne treba sve što piše na webstranicama tih mjenjačnica uzimati baš ''zdravi za gotovo''. |

Ako si te altcoine stekao nekakvim radom, recimo pisanjem kroz signature kampanje, tada to moraš odmah prijaviti poreznoj i platiti porez na drugi dohodak.
Nemoj plasiti covjeka da nesto mora napraviti, pogotovo u zemlji gdje je sasvim legalno prodati do 15 000 kn kriptovaluta po transakciji/poslovnici dnevno. Uz to sada osim BitcoinStore postoje i druge alternative, pa svatko malo snalazljiviji moze dnevno podici i preko 100 000 kn bez ikakvih problema. Naravno da onda ne treba te novce potrositi odjednom i na jednom mjestu, ali ako se pametno rasporedi nema nikakvih problema sa zakonom. Ipak postoje oni koji ne mogu mirno spavati ako ne daju barem pola zarade drugovima iz vlade, ali to je njihov problem. A čuj, ovdje odgovaramo na konkretno pitanje člana a tema je o mišljenju porezne o tome treba li i u kojem slučaju prijaviti i platiti porez na crypto zaradu. Odgovor porezne sam već podijelio na početku teme, tako da je službeno mišljenje jasno. Dalje je na svako da odluči što će napraviti ali barem što se tiče investiranja u crypto tu i ne vidim neki veliki problem. Ako investiraš u crypto i podižeš nakon 2 godine ne prijavljuješ i ne plaćaš nikakav porez , a ako podižeš unutar 2 godine porez je sada smanjen na 10 % što je po meni u redu. Ono sa čime imam problem je način kako porezna gleda na tzv. ''zaradu od rada'' u cryptu tipa signature kampanja i sl. i s time se neću nikada složiti. |

The Mbappe part is definitely understandable, for PSG it is still a chance to keep him, if they sell him for 100 million or whatever that is going to be basically accepting the fact that he is not going to stay with the team next season. However if they keep him happy this season, win the league, win the cup, win UCL all trio and all, then they could technically make him super happy and keep him. This is not a guarantee, they may end up winning them all and still lose him, or not win them and still lose him, but it is understandable that they may want to give it a go and see if they can convince him, plus they can pay Mbappe insane amount of money, like seriously 50 million a year, and nobody can beat that if they do it, so I am assuming that could be another go at it as well. So, it is totally understandable for PSG to decline selling him this summer. I think PSG is playing a very risky game here. They risk Mbappe leaving without compensation next year, for free, and they bet that their "dream team" will finally win the Champions League this season. However, there are no guarantees in football, anything is possible, including the fact that PSG fails to win the Champions League trophy again and that Mbappe eventually goes to Real for free. There is also a real possibility that UEFA will punish them for violating financial fair play due to too much money spent on football transfers. So, they take a lot of risks because of something that is not certain. Barcelona had Messi and a lot of other quality players, but they still haven't managed to win the Champions League for a very long time. It is not enough to buy a lot of good and quality players, but you need to create a good and quality team, well-balanced and ready for big games. |
