2522  Other / Meta / Re: When NFT board? on: February 19, 2022, 04:49:39 PM
I will share my argument from the other thread as to why we don't need a separate NFT board. We already have NFTs covered. I hope it helps you get the point.

NFTs - Non-Fungible Tokens. You saw that, right? Tokens!

The forum already has a child board for Tokens; Tokens (Altcoins). So why should NFTs be any different?
Are we going to create boards of different types of tokens every time there's hype? If we did, Bitcointalk would really become a mess.
2523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best way to mix small amounts of Bitcoin? on: February 17, 2022, 11:59:43 PM
Coinbase would do and ive been using it for a while without having that verification or simply making it as a wallet on which you could withdraw which the only thing you do need to pay is the network fees
Coinbase.com or coinbase wallet?

Before I used coinbase.com I had to first get my account verified.

thats why making it as an option on mixing out your small amounts of bitcoins isnt a bad choice even on Kucoin too.
You must be mistaken. Kucoin charge a flat fee of 0.0005 BTC for every withdrawal.

Also, I don't see the point of sending coins to a centralized exchange if one is trying to obfuscate their Bitcoin transactions. By sending your Bitcoins to a centralized exchange. You are official de-anonymizing yourself. I don't think this is OP's goal.
2524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the best way to mix small amounts of Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2022, 11:43:49 PM
Aside from using mixers, why not use crypto-exchanges which don't require KYC? As the amount is not that big, you can find kucoin for example to use. The fees incurred will be their withdrawal fee but it will not be traced back to you because coming from the exchange, it won't recognize your initial address anymore.
Exchange withdrawal fees are ridiculous. I would not advise OP to use an exchange. For example, most exchanges charge 0.0005 BTC in withdrawal fees. That's almost 22 USD worth of bitcoin lost in fees.

I suggest OP uses a Bitcoin mixer like chipmixer. From what i gather, chipmixer lets a user choose whatever amount of fee they would love to pay depending on how they appreciate the value of the service.

Please note that the minimum amount is 0.001 BTC and the accepted increments are 0.001 BTC.
2525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: February 16, 2022, 11:27:15 PM
He is a good player even in Liverpool but it is Salah who taking more glory than him, he deserves to leave go get a fresh air and get recognition for his labour. At home, mane is very well appreciated among those youths and people but there is a good effort he is doing with Liverpool but yet not have that recognition so if he leaves he can take himself to the top career
Unfortunately, present day Football is about Goal numbers and popularity and doesn't look into the other contributions the player makes in the team. It why we barely see any deep sitting midfielder or defender winning any accolades like Balon D'or or AFCON player of the year.

Otherwise, Sadio Mane is a very excellent and valuable player who deserves some recognition.
2526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 16, 2022, 11:11:34 PM
Kylian Mbappe was the most outstanding standing player against Real Madrid yesterday night, he carried the whole team on his shoulder and for me both Kylian Mbappe and Veratti were the best players on the field. After the match last night Real Madrid have seen why they really need to sign mbappe and real Madrid will do anything to get him next season. Mbappe really showed that he is determined to win the champions league for  his team.
Real Madrid don't have much to do except convince him via an eye-catching wage because if Mbappé decided to extend his contract with PSG. Real Madrid are out of any hope of having him soon.

Mbappé has been PSG's most important player this season, not only in Champion's league but also Ligue 1. The way he played yesterday was sort of a ways to prove how much Real Madrid need to sign him
2527  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: February 16, 2022, 10:53:41 PM
I don't think 1xbit deserves all that negativity. Verification of my account took 4-5 days, but that's the only negative thing I can say about them.
My requested withdrawals were all paid out within 30 minutes with no issues:
Shut the fuck up, then! The world doesn't rotate around you only.  Do you know how many people have been scammed by 1xbit?
Do you think you are the only person who has used the scam site?

If you were lucky to get repaid even when your account was blocked for no reason, then you have no audacity to say that there's a lot of negativity about 1xbit because they are actually proven scammers.

Luckily for us and all the newbies/guest users out there, the flags are active against all your alt accounts and anything spewed by the can be considered suspicious or false.

Thanks for the reminder through this post. I added a type 1 flag on your second alt account - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2911
2529  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Jasminers.com Review For Scam Website - SCAM - on: February 16, 2022, 10:32:36 PM
Looks like there is an ongoing campaign by scammers to impersonate jasminer.com and so many people have been scammed if you look through the reviews in different trust pilot links of the clone sites. Some domains have been abandoned, which is good news.

2530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 16, 2022, 08:33:44 PM
Levante taking the lead seems so unpredictable what a lost bet if the match eventually ends in a 0-1 defeat. Lots of prediction has gone in favour of Athletico Maldrid and here they are losing and it's few minutes to the end of match. My surprise is levante which is considered the weakest in the league holding now Athletico with no much game difference between both teams and still taking the lead I feel disappointed and Athletico hasn't gotten a shot on target

Nothing surprising about Atlético Madrid losing this match if you have been following their head-to-head records. Before today, Atlético Madrid had failed to beat Levante in the previous 3 meetings

17 - 02 - 21 Levante 1:1 Atlético Madrid
20 - 02 - 21 Atlético Madrid 0:2 Levante
28 - 10 - 21 Levante 2:2 Atlético Madrid
2531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 16, 2022, 08:14:03 PM
Until last night, when I saw some posts on social media after the PSG vs Real Madrid match, I wasn't aware that the away goals rule no longer applies in the UEFA Champions League. So what I would like to ask is If for example the Real Madrid won the match by 2:1 or 3:2. Does this mean the match goes to extra time, or there is another parameter they will use to determine the winner after the 2 ties?
2532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 15, 2022, 11:49:30 PM
1-0 is a poor result. I enjoyed the game, it was a spectacle and pleasure to see how well psg played. It should have just been 3 or maybe 4-0 and then it's done. Now with 1-0 nothing is certain. Mbappe is match winner, but somehow also had a huge chance of the shoe he missed. And another ball curled just wide. Actually, it wasn't mbappe's day at all, until the 94th minute
Looks like it was your first time watching Champion's League. How is 1-0 with a clean sheet at home a poor result?

All PSG have to do is to at least score a goal at the Bernabéu, and Real Madrid have to score a minimum 3 goals to avoid getting eliminated. You think it's an easy task?
2533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 15, 2022, 11:31:11 PM
Me, too. I have been a Real Madrid fan since many years ago. I know the current performance of Real Madrid looks bad. Luckily, Barcelona and Atletico also experience the same problem, cannot show their best performance. I cannot imagine if Barcelona still has Messi and Atletico can perform as usual. Real Madrid may not be in the 1st place as today.
But you saw how Barcelona performed last season even when Messi was still around  Cheesy
As for Atlético, they got away with a thin margin. They did so well at the beginning, only to start losing points at the end. I think you remember one point early into the season, Atlético lead by over 12 points.

I still think Real Madrid have done so well to be at the top, though they can disappoint at times
2534  Other / Meta / Sharing PM screenshots in forum posts, is it OK? on: February 14, 2022, 11:55:32 PM
I am not sure if this should belong to Meta or reputation board

My question is, is it OK to share screenshots of Personal Messages sent to you by a member if you are trying to prove a link between two alt accounts?
Doesn't it violate any forum rules that I may not know?
2535  Other / Meta / Re: Attempted account hacking via forgot account password on: February 14, 2022, 11:35:15 PM
I just opened an email today and was very surprised by one of the email with the title (New password for Bitcoin Forum). I never thought I'd hit the forget password button while login so far, but in the end I just think someone tried to get into my account by pressing the forgot password button.
I also got a request to reset my password a couple of days ago. Looks like someone is going around requesting password resets on random forum accounts with hope that they owners might fuck up.

Also, be careful not to click links from such emails. Some can just be phishing links.

Do you think something like this would be very dangerous if I ignored it without changing the password to a stronger one than before?
They have no access to your password at the moment, so it's fine if you ignored. If you believe your password is weak. Please request for a password reset your self and follow the newly generated link.
2536  Other / Meta / Re: Incorrect and unjustified deleted messages from 1xbit participants on: February 13, 2022, 11:06:01 PM
That's at least one less to worry about. Does anyone know what was the reason for the ban?
The reason could mostly like be due to Ban evasion. The profile was discovered by @rhomelmabini to be connected to Mikwik  which was already banned.

He probably drew more attention to himself with this rant and someone who had not seen the evidence of ban evasion before decided to report the profile.
2537  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: February 13, 2022, 10:53:52 PM
1xbit has built up its reputation better, I've been participating in the campaign for a while now and I'm happy with it.

Let me ask you this, what does a signature campaign have to do with their reputation?
I'm not sure if you're just dumb, or if you're insensitive towards users who have been ripped off by this casino, but it's not smart to claim a casino is legit if you don't have any first-hand experience.
What do you expect from a jerk who has to suck 1xbit's dirty dick every week in order to receive some weekly pay? He doesn't even care what goes on the outside, except receiving some sats in his address after the warm blow job he's given to 1xbit.
2538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 13, 2022, 09:52:32 PM
How the hell is Eric García still part of Barcelona's back line?  Shocked

From the time I have watched matches in which the lad has played. He's just so prone to defensive mistakes, and the second goal by Raul De Tomas was a typical example of the defensive lapses in Barcelona caused by the incompetent player and just like that Barcelona is going to lose points again.
2539  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Gemini Requires Deposit Funds Via Wire Transfer For Verification? on: February 11, 2022, 03:51:17 PM
Looks like it's a thing for some Gemini users. I guess you fall under the unlucky ones for whatever reasons. It's now your choice. Verify via wire transfer or get another better exchange that won't bother you.

Please read some of these threads
1. Do I really have to wire transfer to verify?
2. Wire transfer required for account verification?
3. Gemini requiring wire transfer as verification step?
2540  Other / Archival / Re: SegWit Adoption on Exchanges on: February 11, 2022, 03:30:09 PM
And, even more, the legacy deposit address is buried after a lot of shitcoin chains and named in a way newbies may ab afraid to use it.
I think you made a small mistake. I guess you wanted to say the segwit deposit address is buried deep below the shitcoin chains... which is very true, and I hate how the tried to promote their Binance smart chain and Binance chain fake chains.
