1601  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io SCAMMED for $5000 on: October 28, 2022, 08:46:38 PM
- Do I think Sportsbet.io is scam? Not sure, because last month I played 2-3 million dollars (Yes Steve, check my September + October history) and they've always paid
.....
SPORTSBET.IO SCAM, Don't DEPOSIT FUNDS because they can SCAM YOU and STOP REPLYING ABOUT IT

Which is which?

What is the point of this accusation then if your statements are contradictory?

You also had some issue with them back then and it was still resolved - Sportsbet.io (Resolved)

The Sportsbet team guy is here and he can verify matter through bet ID which I posted
Already he acknowledged it in the other topic
Meaning, you don't need opinions from the third party?
1602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: SEPA to Crypto - Crypto Exchanger / Crypto Exchanging Service wanted on: October 28, 2022, 07:46:06 PM
Why don't you check out exchanger monitors like BestChange? --> https://www.bestchange.com/sepa-to-bitcoin.html
The rates many not seem a little friendly but well, that's the cost of using exchangers

You could also alternatively check out p2p or c2c crypto exchanges for buyers and sellers that accept SEPA as a payment method.
1603  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Could such a thing be possible? Crypto Triangular Arbitrage on: October 28, 2022, 07:25:34 PM
Triangular Arbitrage trading is possible, but I am not sure if it is profitable currently, especially in exchanges with high liquidity like Binance. You probably need to use a very sophisticated software and very first internet connection with very low latency period (Like positioning your trading station very close to the exchange's servers like most big institutions do) in order to compete with them for the profits,

Back in 2017, there would be some great arbitrage opportunities, especially in low liquidity exchanges.

Before you think of buying the bot, ask yourself this question. Why is the owner selling it if it's profitable? Shouldn't he be making it huge right now instead of making it public?
1604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: October 27, 2022, 09:48:24 PM
Arsenal has performed very well in the Europa League in the past matches. Arsenal won the first 4 matches. And so today's match was not that important for Arsenal. And Arsenal conceded only 1 goal in the first 4 matches. Despite today's defeat, Arsenal is two points ahead of PSV. And a win against FC Zurich in the last match will keep Arsenal at the top of the table.
Why was it not important?

I read somewhere that they needed at least a point to secure top spot and avoid the round of 32. You don't know what FC Zurich has in store for them. Winning today's much would have been much better. They would even have a chance to rest some players and play fresh blood.
1605  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Duelbits] SCAM Withdrawal Issue on: October 27, 2022, 09:29:04 PM
Deposit ETH withdraw USDT, deposit USDT withdraw ETH, deposit ETH withdraw USDT. The amounts were not like $100 or $200. It may look like using them as mixer although I don't know how risky those bets were. Casino's are not meant to be a mixer. Obviously all these are guess from us.
Using them as a mixer? Doesn't seem like a smart move to me because he's actually risking by staking using relatively huge odds are seen by the amounts he kept withdrawing.

I doubt if there was any intention to "mix" the coins.

Deposited 6,494.04 USDT ----->  Withdrew ETH worth 9,468.50 USD
Deposited ETH worth 9,228.0 USD  -----> Withdrew 12,700.00 USDT, Withdrew ETH worth 208.13 USD
Deposited 12,690.07 USDT ----->  Withdrew 16,654.00 USDT (Not processed)

Look at the amounts he kept depositing back. It's even probably the same coins from the casino. How is that really mixing coins? Maybe his account was flagged for something else.
1606  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Playbetr] Scammed me about 500$ on: October 27, 2022, 08:41:04 PM
This is not a scam accusation, this is a dispute, and our sports provider has evidence that he has violated our terms of service. We have informed the player that we will submit evidence to a 3rd party mediator of his choice and abide by their decision.
This is what we would love to see here if possible. It could help debunk if OP's allegations are true or false. OP, the ball is now in your hands to choose a mediator.

I noticed he has a similar problem with Betcoin.ag and the reasons for account closure are also similar. Maybe there's something more going on here.

Finally this is just another SCAM crypto Sportsbook
Stay away from that bookie and her brother playbetr.
Closed the account without any real reason. Asking to support said that I was making arbitrage bets. I can be easily demostrate that this is false. All bets was quoted from 1,6 to 2,1. The amount of the bets was not very high, from 10$ to 50$, and more than 50% of my bets was multiple
The amount stolen was insignificant, about 200$, they are just poor scammers.
(Lets see if they also deletes that post)

We always respond to any accusation. In this case, we will let the community know the same thing we told you. Your account was suspended after our odds provider confirmed that you were using banned technology to guarantee yourself wins. This is a violation of our terms. Your deposit was refunded. This matter is closed. If you continue posting on our thread, yes we will delete them, as they are considered spam.
1607  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 27, 2022, 08:09:33 PM
Cloudbet should answer this because hiring shill cannot give any positive output on them but instead people will doubt about their intentions for doing this. They are old casino so they should know the consequences of the actions towards this and if many people will find out that they hired shills for sure this could bring them more criticism from people who doubt about their reputation.
I don't think Cloudbet is behind the shilling, though. It's an old casino, they have had so many campaign in the past, and they definitely know the forum rules. This particular ring of scammers or bumping farm just replies other threads to;
1. Increase post count.
2. Make their accounts undetectable to the snoops by covering their tracks in legitimate threads.
1608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won 9600$ in dice by mistake with 2% chance on: October 26, 2022, 09:54:50 PM
That's what gambling is all about. Luck. And it becomes interesting if you are doing it for fun rather than earn from it. Congratulations and enjoy your winning. I hope you won't finish it up too, chasing for another lucky mistake.

Also, the casino in question is having so many complaints at the moment, we pray withdrawals go smoothly for you without any issues
1609  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Another Exchange Bites The Dust - Localcryptos Announces Closure. on: October 26, 2022, 08:54:03 PM
Is KYC mandatory for such services? Localcryptos do not provide financial services directly between the parties, but act as an intermediary.
Governments don't care if they are just intermediaries, so long as it involves their fiat. If you are the creator of such a service, and they get to know you, but you refuse to bow down to their demands. They will start accusing you of "facilitating money laundering" and before you know it, you are behind jail.

I think you know how Tornado cash story played out, though it's not directly similar to this case.
1610  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 26, 2022, 08:11:10 PM
What's going on here? Does Cloudbet hire a bumping shills since there's a lot newbies with copper membership keep replying in this thread. I don't think those copper member-newbie rank accounts are just accidental, not many users are want to pay copper membership and you wouldn't see copper member-newbie rank accounts replying on the other thread except on Cloudbet.
I noticed the bump accounts, too, a while back. I am trying to compile the list and then report them. My current findings suggest it's an elaborate ring of scammers who have not only stopped at setting up scam projects or coins, but also shill other scam projects. The involved accounts are so many. We are looking at 60 plus shill accounts.
1611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: October 26, 2022, 07:55:49 PM
With this result, Barcelona is almost out and relegated to Europa League.
Almost?  Cheesy

Bayern Munich is also just winning in Barcelona.
It could have been an easy 3 or 4 goals by half-time for Bayern Munich. I know the Barcelona players are demotivated, but at least they would try to put in some effort for pride. I think the truth is Barcelona find it had playing against big teams. It's becoming a noticeable pattern.
1612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 25, 2022, 09:54:59 PM
In the world of football, clubs like Dortmund and Ajax are well known for generating young players with high potential. The Dortmund authority is not interested in winning trophies, they only want money, and in order to achieve their objectives, they just produce young players every season and sell them to the elite clubs of Europe for bags of cash.

Besides Lewandowski, Haaland, and now Bellingham, there are also several other players on Real Madrid's radar and I don't think Jude would be able to resist an offer from Real Madrid if he were given one. The best way I can describe Dortmund's team is to imagine what it would have looked like if they had not sold any of their players!! Roll Eyes

Regards

Duke
A lot similar to what Arsenal used to do in the early 2000's

They got unknown young stars and turned them into star players before selling them off to the highest bidder. The real heroes in such clubs are talent scouts. The day the scouting team is gone, that's when hell breaks loose for the Club.
1613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 25, 2022, 09:22:34 PM
Xavi shouldn't be held accountable if Real Madrid plays very well, if Xavi has like 2.2 points per game type of season and then Real still ends up with better result then it's not his fault, he played as good as hoped for and still lost, that's the verge of being good or bad, over 2.2 and you are a great manager, under 2 and you are at risk, that's how Barcelona type of leader teams are calculated most of the time.

Unfortunately for them, real is playing amazingly, and that means Real could very well be the champion, which won't be that easy to handle but it could still happen, which is why it's going to be alright if they kept Xavi as well.
It should be worth noting that he has a bad win rate if compared to the last 6 managers at Barcelona since 2001 after 50 games. If the win rate keeps low, I think the management will look into it too when considering his future, regardless of how good Real Madrid will be.

I wouldn't be surprised if HodlHodl becomes next.
They could be. In fact, I think they will most likely follow the localbitcoins" path by just amending their terms and conditions. Localcryptos never talked of KYC/AML in their terms of service, but HodlHodl has some clauses in their TOS (https://accounts.hodlhodl.com/pages/terms_of_service)

Quote
Identification and Verification

If we are obliged to do so by the law or in accordance with our internal policy, we may at any time introduce or amend mandatory identification / verification procedures and require you to complete our identification and/or verification and may also require you to submit identification documents to Hodlex Ltd. Failing to complete identification and/or verification will be considered a violation of the Agreement and may lead to the suspension and/or termination of your account.
1615  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Duelbits] SCAM Withdrawal Issue on: October 24, 2022, 08:57:26 PM
I find it a bit suspicious that you made a withdrawal after each win, and that you then made a deposit again.
Why would you find it suspicious?

Isn't it a smart practice you, I and many other members keep preaching about in regard to avoiding storing one's funds in a centralized or custodial service?
1616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: October 23, 2022, 09:36:20 PM
Newcastle United's 2-1 win over Tottenham was the answer to their outstanding performance on the pitch, and for the time being they deserved to move into the top four of the Premier League.
Most people haven't yet realized it, but Newcastle will soon be among the league contenders with the money they have got. Tottenham will just get back to being a mid-table team in the next couple of seasons like they used to be. I don't think they will hold onto Harry Kane and Son for long.

The current Newcastle reminds of Chelsea under Claudio Ranieri, a season before Roman Abramovich took over.
1617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: October 23, 2022, 09:06:43 PM
Since Sevilla are good opponent, I was somewhat sure that Ancelotti would be wary of Sevilla's squad and his tactics.
The substitutions he made really changed the game and for the first time in many games, I saw Ancelotti celebrate with vigor when Lucas Vasquez scored, he's usually calm even when the team score a crucial goal.

Meanwhile, Barcelona won their match 4-0 and once again Robert Lewandowski was heavily involved in the win.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin Derivatives ? on: October 23, 2022, 08:22:34 PM
A derivative is a financial instrument that represents the underlying value of an asset used mostly for trading purposes, and not some sort of currency that can be exchanged between individuals for other goods. Maybe you should read more about derivatives and money to avoid confusing the two.

Derivatives have been around for a long time, so how is a Bitcoin derivative the future of money?

1619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How accurate is the BTC RAINBOW chart? on: October 23, 2022, 08:09:00 PM
There is always a first time for everything. I remember when some people would say that Bitcoin had never fallen below an all-time high of the previous bull cycle but then during the recent dump, it dropped up to around $17k

So I would advise you not to religious follow the rainbow chart if you are using it as a signal to buy or sell.
1620  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LocalCryptos is shutting down on: October 23, 2022, 06:57:37 PM
If it's true, it would be a shame since they could relocate to country with better regulation.
It's tricky. Relocating to another jurisdiction, yet you have a bulls-eye on your back especially if the founders and developers are well-known isn't something easy to pull off.

They could possibly do it if they were completely anonymous, but not when the Law enforcement knows who they are. Voluntarily shutting down is a smarter move to do if you don't want to bend down and kneel for the Government.
