A few good games tonight. Doubleheader on ESPN starting with the Celtics vs Hawks. Then the Warriors vs Suns for the late game. That should be a good one. I like the Mavericks over the Rockets and the Timberwolves over the Magic tonight. The Bulls vs Pelicans and Cavs vs Bucks should be good games as well. Tempted to toss the Bucks in a parlay with the Timberwolves and Mavericks.
I really don't know what to make of Dallas Mavericks, they'll be without host of their players, Luka Doncic, Max Kleber and McGee are all out for the game, Reggie Bullock and DFS doesn't seem to be at their optimal level too, that would leave Spencer Dinwiddie with loads of the play, and I don't know if that's a reasonable risk to take even though the Houston Rocket are the worse team in the league.

This is correct. We don't show your e-mail addresses in the spreadsheets but need to have some sort of control - otherwise you could submit 10 times, with names from other participants, without us being able to see who is doing it. You would have to log in once in a week, so it really should not be a problem.
This is true, but I could also create 10 google addresses and answer 10 times if I really really wanted to cheat like this If I have to sign once in a week that is ok, I had silly idea that we are going to answer questions every day when matches are played in World Cup Do you know exact day we should receive our first real questions, so I could make a reminder? I didn't try out the test form too, but I don't think there should be any problem from my end when answering the questions, I'm also curious as to when will get each sets of questions because I wouldn't want to miss out on any, but I'm sure I'll be very active here during the world cup, I have less school work and stuffs, so I should be able to watch at least 80-90% of all matches.
I have an idea to help curb the challenge of people trying send in multiple answers, impersonate and whatnot, since there are 32 participants, and you don't want to ask for emails, you can generate a unique ID or Tag for every participant which they have to send along with other information they are to provide when answering the questions, the Unique ID or Tag doesn't need to be shown on public spreadsheet, but you'll be sure no one is impersonating another since each participant will be responsible for keep their unique ID/Tag.

Before I decide on my singles and doubles betting for tonight, I've a got 200+ Odds parlay, a couple individual teams for 1st Half Over between the range of 52.5 - 57.5 and a couple of player props' too. You can find the slip below; https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/f45c5dd9-4188-4d54-bd01-b07dc5b12dbaOther than this, my main game of interest for tonight is Warriors vs Phoenix Suns, Cameron Johnson is ruled out as per information from nbcsportsedge.com, while De Andre Ayton and Chris Paul are both listed as probable, although Warriors are also to be without Klay Thompson but I don't see the Phoenix Suns winning this fixture if these players are all missing.

Lost two of my bets today, Nets didn't go through either as well as my Grizzlies bet. I was hoping that these two teams I've mentioned will able to bounce back after their defeats last time but unfortunately, they did not. Ja Morant contributed 36 points in playing 36 mins of the court, quite high but it's still not enough to win because only Clarke and Brooks helped him. While the Pelicans had 6 players contributing double figures each leaded by CJ McCollum.
No Zion no problem for the NOP as CJ lead them in scoring just like how he's doing it way back from the Blazers, while with the Grizzles Ja' got a huge production but ain't enough to win the game. Just like you mentioned CJ got numbers who help him to secure the win role players and other stars are contributing well both in their defense and offense. Congrats to all who win their bets today! CJ is always reliable but he cannot be the main man of the team, he is lucky to be in a good team now that is not only good in offense but most especially on the defensive end. Grizzlies is a good team but they beat them with their huge 4th quarter run, CJ was also 7-13 from beyond the arc. I think all Ja Morant needs is consistent helping hands on the court, JJ Junior back now, it gives the team a better defensive capabilities and Jaren Jackson Jr was also vital for the team last season, I think If Desmond Bane had been able to suit up for the game it would have been a different result entire, Ja Morant needed all the help he can get but it was only Brooks and Brandon Clarke that were producing anything near the needed numbers that could have helped them perhaps win the game, also Steven Adams picking up 3 quick fouls under 3 minutes and sitting out the rest of the first half and played just 12 minutes in total also had an effect on Memphis, which McCollum was getting all the needed help he wants from both Ingram and Nance.

I completed the test. Can you set this up so we could read it and send answers without logging on our google accounts? I couldn't see anything without that and I can't log in every time when I had to send something and answer questions. I don't think It would work without logging on to our goggle accounts, because of security reasons and as to as well be sure of who is answering what, because just a participant if there is no need log on to google account can anonymously asnwer the questions multiple times or for other users with an obviously wrong answers or something.

Good to see the discussion thread. Any outright prediction of who will be the Champion? I understand everyone will favour their home team or at least favourite team but who deserves the trophy? I do not watch international football and it's hard for me to make good calls LOL
I went with Argentina with to be the champion, and I think that'd be solely due to my biases over Messi deserving it, I mean what's left to win in his career, there wouldn't have been a better way to end his international career. but if it's about the squad, I think England with the right tactics would go very far, and Brazil isn't any bad as well, but I don't see France going too far.

Here are my bets for today New Orleans Pelicans vs Memphis GrizzliesI am taking the underdog in the match between New Orleans Pelicans (7-6) and Memphis Grizzlies (9-5). Desmond Bane is still out in today's match, but I am hoping Ja Morant will be playing. It will be a good match if Ja is playing. New Orleans Pelicans odds is @1.85 while Memphis Grizzlies is @2.00 Memphis Grizzlies and Ja Morant couldn't stop the high flying New Orleans Pelican who were without Zion Williamson, even with Desmond Bane being ruled out for the Grizzlies, I trusted Ja Morant could handle things well and getting the W for them, especially with Jaren Jackson Jr back into the squad, but the 36 points from Ja Morant wasn't enough to keep them afloat.

Yes, it is pretty interesting, but I'd advice you not to bring in any player just yet and wait until the world cup is over because if you should sell a player now, you'll be selling for less than he's current market worth, if for any reason you need to settle back for that player before the end of the free window, you'll have to pay the current market price (I don't know if that makes sense or if you understand what I actually meant). Yeah I kinda got it there and also not to mention that players are prone to injury so picking up some players just before the end of the deadline seems pretty much the best way to utilize this free transfer. Planning on making the full list of players that I might need and transfer them before the deadline, I hope most players on my list wont ended up being injured Yes, I will just draw out a list of players I need and their value to suit my needs, I should be able to draw out 2-3 draft of players I'll get and their alternative options during the break, so It will make things less tedious for me when the FPL resumes. That's all if there aren't any surprises as the world cup progress, some players might not even get to play more than 4 games, so I don't expect loads of injury worries.

Do players' prices rise or fall as a result of their performance in the World Cup? What about the players who have been left behind? I assumed that the only effect of the World Cup would be on player injuries. I hope this helps others...as I didn't know about the price lock for example. . . . A period of unlimited free transfers in FPL is subtly different to a wildcard: player prices are locked during this period, which means no price rises or price falls. I don't know how to explain it in layman's language but I'll try, you know what causes changes in players value is the number of transfers in - numbers of transfers out, what price locked meant is that during world period players current value will not fluctuate, how however if you sell a player you'll lose 50% of your profit earned from when brought the player in, so if later you want to bring the player again before the next game week you'll have to pay the players full current worth, if that makes sense ? Does the 50 per cent sell-on still exist? Will I have to pay the difference if I sell a player and then get him back in? The price shown on your transfers page is a player's selling price. This selling price may be less than the player's current purchase price as a sell-on fee of 50 per cent will be applied on any profits made on that player.
This remains in effect for the World Cup period. For example, Erling Haaland’s current cost is £12.1m. If you owned him at his £11.5m starting price and transferred him out, you’d receive £11.8m. However, if you then decided to bring him back, Haaland would cost you £12.1m. For further explanation below; is how my defense line looks, Take a look at the value of Trippier and Cancelo, it is 5.6m and 7.2m respectively, so If I'm to trade them out today that's what I'll get for them, However, If tomorrow something comes up and I need get them back in, I'll have to pay the current prices for both players which is 5.9 and 7.4 respectively so, I would have lost 0.5m on both players just for taking them out and bringing them back in again, even though I'm not getting any points hits. I think it should be clear enough for everyone now ?

Who else got a win for the overall cup (Round of 8388608 )? I somehow managed to get a win as well in the overall cup, I won the tie by 4 points, It was a very close call, luckily for me my opponent, had Willock on his bench and he wasn't his first choice sub, if not those 11 points from Willock would have ensured my elimination. the only thing you'll get is unlimited transfer during the world cup break
This is pretty interesting, so I get to remake my whole draft for free? Its not that I want to change alot though but I figure that I wanna drop some of my useless bench out of my draft and some other players to try things out. Im pretty much at the bottom of the league so yeah trying some new things out wouldnt hurt as technically Im pretty much out of this competition already Yes, it is pretty interesting, but I'd advice you not to bring in any player just yet and wait until the world cup is over because if you should sell a player now, you'll be selling for less than he's current market worth, if for any reason you need to settle back for that player before the end of the free window, you'll have to pay the current market price (I don't know if that makes sense or if you understand what I actually meant).

This is so entirely different from what have been accustomed to here on the forum, and this is going to be loads of fun, just like the Serie A and La Liga exclusive free bet competition we had last season.
Too bad that Cryptofrka and Trofo can not join in to play, but looking at the structure of the competition and since the answers couldn't have been know before hand and users predictions would get posted one each match day start, I don't think that gives both of them any form of edge over others, but I understand the reason for not being allowed to join in, I just believe it would have gotten more competitive you both playing.
@Trofo, I didn't seem find an answer to the question buwaytress asked earlier, That is If a BetBuilder bet would count towards the minimal 1.5+ Odds for one match ?

If I understand correctly, every used/unused chip will be returned to everyone after the World Cup break, right? Or am I overlooking something?
No you don't get any unused chip back after the World Cup, the only thing you'll get is unlimited transfer during the world cup break and the 2nd wild card after the week 18, every other chip that have been used are gone, and all unused chip will remain valid except the wild card which you can't have more than one at a time, that's the only chip that would have gone to waste if not used before this game week.

My pick for tonight.
Los Angeles Clippers vs Brooklyn Nets = Brooklyn Nets Win 2.02 Odds
Good luck guys.
My bet won. and congratulations to the winners. I will bet for tonight. I will share it as soon as possible after reviewing it. That was some solid pick you made there, and I believe that the Brooklyn Nets are actually still a very underrated team in the NBA. I like the early fixture for today, but I'm not going for the spread, I'm only taking the New York Knicks ML @ ~1.5, I hope the Knicks defense will have a plan capable of stopping SGA, or at leas minimize he's effect on the game, because at full strength, he is more than capable of carry the OKC all by himself.

-snip Monchengladbach had just 6 shots on goal but 4 of those were able to find the back of the net.
abd Schalke, Bochum that are below everyone else and heading full speed to relegation Schalke looks to be set to go down to 2. Bundesliga but it's also possible to have a few lucky games and be back to secure relegation playoffs. Surprisingly, Bochum won 2 games in a row now, last round against Gladbach and today against Augsburg, which is causing Augsburg to get in huge trouble. Augsburg wasn't bad but didn't score... And even Hertha won against a very strong FC Köln today. Also here, FC Köln didn't score any of their various attempts. Adamyan's missed attempt was just hilarious. He's getting the ball 4m in front of the line, goal is empty but somehow he's managing to mess it up. Of course, he's very fast and it's difficult to get the ball under control properly but it's just looking so bad: https://twitter.com/Kellner_Koeller/status/1591443120377724928I had better expectations of Schalke 04, I didn't list them in any of my 3 teams to end at the bottom 3 of the table, I chose Werder Bremen to get relegated instead, but they have been doing fairly well and I think they'll avoid the relegation. Bayern Munich are now 6 points clear at the top of table, it's safe to say they'll win the first leg already as it just 2 games to go, although their next game is going to be a bigger test, RB Leipzig.

I thought of going all out with points hits for the final game week but my team looks pretty decent imo too, just a bit of luck with the captaincy this time around is all I hope for, I really don't think there is any need to play or fall for Guardiola's mind games and unpredictability. is Salah finally back for good ? or is it just a temporary fluke Don't do hits this week unless you can't field good 11 players. No point in changing someone just for slightly better option when you have free transfers from next GW. It is really though for transfer to pay itself in one GW unless you are doing something like Mitrović who will not play to Haaland with cash in the bank. That one is worth -4 for sure. I am sure Guardiola either plays FPL or hates FPL managers from bottom of his heart...What he does each season seams too much too be coincidental. Salah is putting really good underlying numbers for about a month now, it just happened that his good chances in Europe went in while those in PL did not. I am counting on him as back for good. If Haaland isn't in first 11 and site works, Salah will be my captain. If you know better, you'd do better, they say... I should have known better than take a 4 points hit to bring in that curly hair bast**d, but at least, he did me favor by not scoring because it would have been another blow to me because of those that had him has their captain, but I probably would have been better of with Mason Mount, he's in Chelsea starting XI, and except he picks up a booking, I would have been better off, even if he pick up just a yellow card. I'm glad I stayed on with Ward, 8 points already and there's 3 more coming for the bonus,

Man, first win at City for Brentford in 85 years, and it should have been a hattrick for Ivan Toney. This guy not picked by Southgate, by the way. Tell you guys, bet against City as much as you can when the odds are very good. 4/1 Liverpool and 19/1 Brentford... you're already up 21/1 if betting the same amount in all City games and you know they do lose games every season.
Arsenal top at Christmas it seems.
Hope you profited on this one then, nobody else was cray enough to take Brentford today I am sure. Who would have thought Brentford can take all 3 points here, they were a bit lucky that half time break basically went on for much longer with head injury to Laporte and Ref loosing communications. All that helped at easing the pressure and City just couldn't pile it high enough. Also there could have been some penalties for City in this one, few shady situations, no obvious mistakes but if it were cumulative City would have gotten 2 penalties Arsenal must win tonight then and it will pile even more pressure on City. I would have profited well from Toney's brace today If hadn't sold him from my FPL after his 5th yellow in game week 14, but then Haaland as captain and the best he could do in 90 minute is pick up a yellow card, I should have listened to your Nunez cry Now that I have Salah back, Liverpool has scored 3 goals and he's not involved in any, very typical!

I need to be rid of the last Chelsea player on my team which is Mason Mount, giving both him and Aubameyang the chance are two major reasons for my decline over the past few weeks but, I'm done with that now.. I'll definitely be having 3 Newcastle players on my team after the world cup, and no Chelsea for me at least probably for the reminder of the season, they just aren't worth it! is Salah finally back for good ? or is it just a temporary fluke
