Congratulations to the Miami Heat for qualifying for the playoffs again. Butler took over the game and helped beat the Bulls. I hope Bam improves his game in the playoffs as he didn't perform well in the last two games. Fortunately, other players were able to step up.
Now, it's going to be Heat vs. Bucks. Can the Heat upset the number one team, or will the Bucks sweep the Heat? Which of the two is more likely to happen? I would got with the Milwaukee Bucks to win the series in maybe Game 5 or Game 6, but the chances of the Bucks recording a sweep is practically a far reach imo, the Miami defense is pretty rock solid and Giannis and co would surely not have it as an easy series, and more so if proper care isn't taken the Miami Heat could even eliminate them. Bam Adebayo is having a great time, so the defense isn't their problem, and If Jimmy Butler and Max Struss could stay as sharp and terrific as they were tonight, then it's going to be really long series for the Bucks, in my opinion.. Bucks on 5 is my prediction. Their roster is so deep that they are difficult to defeat even without Giannis during the season. I don't underestimate the Miami Heat but what happened today is like a playoff game and Chicago Bulls gave them a hard time. When it comes to big men, they lack the numbers against the Bucks they might as well go small ball and try to use their speed against them. Their problem with that strategy will be Jrue Holiday. Timberwolves won. They will be against the Denver Nuggets team. Both are offensive teams and will probably score high every game in the series. Gobert did great tonight by dominating the paint. They badly needed that after their defeat against the Hawks. But Gobert must also prepare because next time it won't be that easy when he faces the Joker. That guy is too wise under the rim and he needs to be attentive at every move he will make. I am with the Nuggets here at 5 too. With their healthy roster, I doubt they can be defeated easily. Did you see the team Miami Heat had to play with for majority season, Khris Middleton, but would compare that to a Miami Heat that had Gabe freaking Vincent as their PG for most of the season, the guy is absolute trash of a PG imo, while Milwaukee had a Jrue Holiday that could it all. Gotta start chanting some magical spell for that Damn it, neither of Medvedev nor Tsitsipass could even win a set, no wonder in local are Tennis is called the devils sports, I also lost a potential very win and all I had on that slip on tennis was for both of them to win a set, and the odds for Tsitsipas to win one set is mere 1.14 Odds, I often would never such odds on my slip, but I only did as an incentive to watch both matches, but saying I was disappointed is an understatement. I did my free transfer early this week, took Rashford out. Without a FH chip, i'd rather have someone who plays this week and next, if he's fit for DGW34 i will get him back.
My only dilemma is deciding who to field as my third defender, currently on Estupinan. From Lampard's presser we are to expect rotation in the Chelsea squad, and with Brighton creating so many chances every game, Estu could easily get on the end of one. Schar is my least favorite option, Newcastle could have conceded 3-4 goals in the first half against Brentford, and i don't think they can keep a clean sheet, especially given Watkins' scoring spree. And then there's Rico Henry, who hasn't kept a single clean sheet* (lol one vs. sou) since i wildcarded him in my team. I mean he was really close to scoring/assisting but didn't...the first week i benched him, he won a penalty for them. Lol I have this sneaky suspicion he's gonna return again, maybe even with a clean sheet. Wolves not creating much, not scoring, have low xG, etc. Hmm...
Problem is there isn't a single defender at this moment I really want to have in my team except for Trippier. Still I don't trust Newcastle defense enough for double up. City is rotating too much and their defenders don't get attacking returns. United is plagued with injuries, Chelsea is all over the place. Spurs and Brighton are never teams to keep a clean sheet. Liverpool is one of the worst defenses this season, and so on. I just discovered the extent of Rashford's injury and he won't be back until the final day of their double game week, so I have no reason to hold on to him anymore, I'd agree that there is not safe defender to have so it's rather easier for to go for cheaper Brighton, Brentford and Newcastle ones who can still keep a clean sheet when playing an equal opponent than Recce James and Trent Alexander-Arnold esque with zero clean sheet or a City defender that I'm not even sure would make the line up. If going to double triple up on City with back line I'll rather just go with Ederson. |

Did not watch that one but I was thinking Djoković will not do good in Monaco. When placing answers for our league I was between 2,3 and then choose 3. I was sure Medvedev will not reach semi final and I was on the limb for Djoković. Biggest surprise for me is that Ruud got eliminated. Djoković is always rusty and nervous when missing match fitness and Medvedev on clay is not even top 50 player. Made so much money betting against him on clay. Still playing 3rd set against Zverev and I expect him to lose.
I expected Đoković to reach the SF, he had only Sinner to beat in the draw. I wanted to go with 2 (was thinking Tsitsipas and Đoković are certain and Medvedev and Ruud are out), then changed it to 3. Medvedev just pulled himself out of a really tough spot vs Zverev (saved a few match points), it's really an interesting tournament so far. _____________________ Sevilla is just being Sevilla, eh? 2 own goals from United and Sevilla will go home celebrating with 0.6 xG. Amazing how often this happens to them, even when they are total crap in the league. I had to watch Medvedev vs Zverev in from the second set, I would say Medvedev really dodged a bullet there, from being 5-2 in the final tie breaker, to saving 2 consecutive match points, but the real question is that can both remaining players pull it off tomorrow, especially Medvedev playing against Rune that have literally had it quite easy in the tournament, from a 2-o win, having a walkover against Berrettini today. Yes, my team is definitely winning a trophy this season, and it's not just about a rival fan bants like it is with everyone else, it's just me done making excuses for them while losing more on they dumb asses.
I'm not speaking from a point of rival or an hater, but from someone who had high expectations of the club at the beginning of the season, but have lost quite some unnecessary stake on them week in week out, when the stakes are tempting.
When I look at Chelsea results I always think "it can't get any worse", but it turns out it can (good thing I'm not greedy enough to bet on Chelsea expecting good times to come). As a Real Madrid fan, I hope Chelsea win against Brighton (preferably by a big score) because at the moment it looks like Chelsea are "stockpiling goals" to surprise  I don't want a surprise in the Chelsea - Real game. I don't think I'll consider betting on Chelsea as an act of greed or solely chasing the odds, but it's more from a place of knowing things are only just not going their way, and I know the quality of squad they have, individually, a lot of these players are decent and very skilled so I bet on them with the hope they can actually get it together as a team, however, I don't suppose that'd happen for the foreseeable future. |

My advice to Rashford holder- Sell Sell Sell
My advice is always to not make rash decisions. For instance I am planing on free hitting GW32 so I don't have a problem in that GW. Not counting GW31, it means united will play 5 games until I need him again, plenty of time to get better. Twice against Sevilla and domestic cup. One week on the bench for me and hopefully he is 100% ready in GW34 when United has 2 fixtures and I want Rashford in first 11. Rashford being on my bench would not gave any significant impact because, I got him in for around 6.6-6.8m I can't remember exact figure, but the only reason that'd make me get rid of him would be if I need to have 3 Man Utd, but I don't for now, so I would instead have him on the bench. Too bad I was already thinking of adding Martial to the list and I know Martial - Rashford partnership would always yield significant result but I can for who exactly, I'll just wait before jumping on Martial or Gabriel Jesus bandwagon. |

I even wonder why Tuchel decided to bench Müller and Mané. Müller is always someone you need in such games. Mané isn't in perfect form but I would have given him a chance against Man City, an English team.
Instead, Tuchel goes for Gnabry and Sane and as we know, Gnabry and Sane are wasting chances en masse lately. Musiala as well...
But overally, too many defensive mistakes from Bayern as well. I think he didn't play Muller and Sane because he was trying to deprive Man City of dominating possession and he played right into Guardiola's trap, Man City weren't possession hungry today, the were more about being very clinical and getting Bayern Munich as soon as they lose the ball and are somewhat disorganized, It really could have been 4-5 goals victory in quick succession, I just hope Man City don't get overconfident enough to think this tie is over, it's very far from over. |

Any news on Rashford and Shaw? this is mess. Nothing yet from my end about those two, but I'm fine with having them on bench for one or two game weeks, I have players that could come of the bench for them, because there is no alternative in the Man United squad that I'd rather have over those two, but the hardest task in this past weeks in from the midfield players they're shit loads options, and settling for one or two is very though, for example there are 3 magnificent midfielders in Brighton, there is another set of midfielders with some adrenaline rush in Arsenal, not to talk of a few from City and the likes of the big teams, It would have been a nightmare to pick a squad if Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool midfielders are all performing extraordinarily too. I sometimes wish FPL have 6-3-1 as a part of the possible formations to pick. |

Share your thoughts here. I think the Hawks vs Heat game is quite difficult to predict compared to the Lakers vs Timberwolves game. Let's discuss these games. I would say I like the Miami Heat -5 here, but I really don't know If I'd fancy the Los Angeles Lakers -8 against an healthy Timberwolves, that's a bit of a stretch imo, I might have a slight amount on the Timberwolves ML, if the odds is significant enough, but then I'll have to wait to see who or who isn't available for the Timberwolves, If I can get KAT, Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert all available, I'll likely go with the Timberwolves. Rudy Gobert will not be available as he was suspended by the Timberwolves' management for punching his teammate Kyle Anderson during a heated altercation in the bench while Jaden McDaniels will be out also because of a broken hand after punching a wall  . But still it is very to bet against the Wolves with a healthy KAT and Edwards towing them so I'm going to bet for the Wolves +9.5 @1.82. Yeah, I got on that information a bit later, I don't have anything on the ML for the match and I think I'll just pass on that totally, I know Lebron, Anthony Davis and D'Angello Russell are all listed as probable, but I'm sure each one of them would suit up tonight, maybe not Russell though, but LeBron would play with even if he had an arm amputated today, because there is no ways he'd want to have on another year without making the post season. Frankly that Im quite happy that with the results from UCL then thought to myself that Im doing good this time only to know that we both had the same answers I had Haaland Over 2.5 shots on target and you have the opposite, so you're currently in the lead  I counted 2 shots on target by Haaland, UEFA stats don't show that specific statistic. bet365 shows 2 as well so far, but I'll recheck again tomorrow - sometimes it is changed later.
I don't think it will be though - I don't recall any other shot from Haaland that could be measured as 'on target' other than the 2 he's got. Same here, all my sources shows just 2 shots on target, I didn't watch the first half of the game but the first short on target was said to be an early one, and the second was supposedly the goal he scored, I'd say and I didn't see him attempt any other short, however, there is a slight possibility it could change because there as blocked shot, so I don't how far that was or if it was goal bound to be considered a shot on target, although I doubt it. |

That is because Bayern is in poor form and to make it even worse their only striker is injured and will not play. Bayern is still good team but I feel and bookies agree that City shouldn't have problems in this first game. Watching it and so far it is a very good game, City is better but Sane is giving his best to trouble them. The other game is much more of unknown for me. Expected Benfica to do better but I see they are loosing against Inter. I anticipated a win for Inter Milan, I swear! I just feel bad that I only have it as a parlay on both Bayern Munich and Inter to win, and I could follow my guts still to go for an Inter win in the pool. Man City are currently 3 goals up with just 6 minutes to, that's surely it right ? Guardiola actually gave Bayern Munich a dose of their own poison today, City weren't possession obsessive, the left Bayern Munich to that, and then catch them with the speed of light on the break. |

I hope few more goals come during the second half from Manchester City, meaning they have to create a safe position so that the chances of qualifying for the semi-finals are really good. The second leg will definitely be more difficult at the Allianz Arena, but because Thomas Tuchel is the coach of Bayern Munich, I think Pep knows how to handle it. No matter the goal deficit or advantage Man City have before trip to the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich would still find a way to put City on their toes for the entire 90 minutes, but Man City aren’t a slouch either so it’s going to be a game to be decide by the two legs not just by today’s scoreline, I agree with you that we should still get a couple of more in the 2nd 45 minutes, but it depends on conservative or relaxed either team decides to be. As for the Man City goal, that should sure be in contention for UCL goal of the week. |

Benfica - Inter and City Bayern. What are your thoughts? Seems that bookmakers heavy favoured City in 1st leg. I think that they understimate Bayern too much.
In other pair Benfica is looking strong against Inter. Benfica playing very solid all season long. Yes, they lost to Porto on Friday, but it was visible that all their focus is on game with Inter. While Inter struggling a lot recently. Including all competitions they already failed to win 6 games in a row. So, I'm going with Benfica ML.
If it's a money bet, a win or a double chance for Bayern is an easy choice. You have to be a very optimistic City fan to bet with a 1.60 odds of them winning. It's just not profitable if opponent is Bayern. If we talk about the choice in the pool, then this is different and it may be logical to choose City (although who knows). I also expect Benfica to win - Inter has decent odds only because of the brand, their game itself does not deserve good ratings now.
