I have no idea if 6-5 is a good, high, low or whatever score for Japan but it seems that the favorite finally entered the final, and then that helps all of us to make a decision.

Euro felt like day before yesterday, and World Cup felt like yesterday. Should I stay away from betting as both events actually hurt me pretty badly??

I'm likely staying clear of these qualifiers, except I find a few good odds to tail, I'm probably invest more of my time in NBA, and I'm trying to get a better hang of MLB too, I've only been acquainted for a couple of years, but never paid any decent attention until it's time for the super bowl.

And this break seem like really needed one for me to take proper care and plan of my FPL squad, and the final run down of other pools, because it's been quite tough to catch a break these days.

sorry for the delay and congratulations for another matchday win darxiaomi. with 13 points you could secure the $50 free bet on betnomi this time. Smiley
Harkorede and icopress seem to be pulling away at the top of the table... Cool

Icopress is doing better than me though, despite it not turning out to be on of the best game week, I believe being able to keep a close tab on the with the leader of the pool and I score more than average, so it's not so bad, after all.

Now, we've gotta wait for another ~11 days to continue due to the international break, the season is getting to it's delicate times, and just no clubs can afford to lose their players to injuries right now during those international fixtures, as often is always the case with one or few number of teams.

Lest I forget, congratulation to darxiaomi for winning this round!  it's sure not an easy task given to do, given how unexpected so many of those results were.

Playing against the Houston Rockets is probably about as easy as it can ever be for Warriors to get a win on the road right, they fail to get it now they're just done for imo, I have nothing at stake on the game, but it's the match I chose to watch, halftime with the warriors up by 5 points, I'm just curios to see what they'll make of the second half, and Stephen Curry seemed to be feeling it tonight.

I understand, but in order to avoid unnecessary calculations, I'd like us to stick to the official results from each question. (If anyone mathematically wins after 2-3 games, we send the funds to the winner without waiting for all of the games to be played. happened between 1 and Buwaytress last GW, I won him in less than 12 hours and received my prize the next day. I'm in.

Draw! we toss the coin back to our olosho bag

You seem rather very confident, I must say, are you sure you've not got an insider tip from all of these teams, lol  Cheesy Tongue

It's official, I'm in and that means we're on!

I strongly doubt we can get our winner 2-3days though, but it's fine either!

  • Harkorede vs Igebotz

We're at it again! Another must-win game for me to get out of the relegation zone, all beautiful games except for the question 1 just when I thought I was done with baseball tournament, which caused me to lose a point last time, the questions are exciting and I've already note down all my answers, I'm just waiting for the news from the baseball game before submitting my answers..

hey Harkorede can we put some cent on it for fun sake?   2mBtc side bet.  winner take all. anyone from div 1 can apply.

____________++++++++++____________

The season is getting heated, thus it would be reasonable to request the complete schedule of fixtures for the entire league games for transparency and better preparation for next games. @Cro2 team.

Hi there Mate,

I'll take the your side bet, but I wanted eliminate the possibility of a draw, if you're in just quote me on this and we're on! my proposal is simple, this only condition is that there are series of combined bet options, I'm talking about just questions no 4, 5 and 8, they have multiple options, one could be wrong with both, and one could be right with just one, so incase one of us get one right and the other gets both wrong, the person with one right wins for that question, just like in those H2H questions where it's decided by the number of options you get right.

For example;
Question 8 options are;

over 2,5 shots on target and at least 1 goal
under 2,5 shots on target and at least 1 goal
over 2,5 shots on target and no goals scored
under 2,5 shots on target and no goals scored

I don't know if you get my explanation, but if it's too complicated and you'd rather just settle for however it's graded in the official spreadsheet, I'm down for too. Just quote me on what we're in on, and we're good to go!

Harkorede vs Igebotz,

I'll be facing a comrade for this round, just so you all know, this is probably the only person that hates facing me in any competition whatsoever, and we're hardly ever on the same page in terms of opinions, but he's surely a guy I enjoy debating with, I guess the friendly and debate hostility comes from the fact that he's a Chelsea fan and I support Barcelona, and one thing I'm sure about is that, it this our part of the universe, those two fan base are usually cat and rat, they almost never get along, Lol.

I look forward to this mate, just take it easy on me, would ya ?
1668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: March 20, 2023, 01:45:44 PM
Despite using my Free Hit I was barely able to win the round, Thanks to Chelsea's stunning defense 🙄 and My self for having Jensen a 10 pointer as my third option in the bench, despite two players actually not playing, Almiron and Cuccurella, all that came in for them were just Eric Dier and some other defender from Arsenal, I really don't know how I messed having Jensen as the first Substitute option knowing he's nit defender and at least I wasn't expecting Arsenal to keep a clean sheet, the worse case scenario would have been me having him as second option.

EDIT: A question what asking though is there still anyone in the General Cup ? and secondly too, I didn't check at first or maybe I missed it somehow the pool cup is starting in week 34, I think there should have been a slight prize or something set aside for that, it would have been fun.
1669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 19, 2023, 07:26:15 PM
De Andre Ayton is out for the Suns tonight, and Kevin Durant also remains sidelined so that leaves the C position for Bismack Biyombo, as the Phoenix Suns takes on the Oklahoma City Thunder and SGA, the Phoenix Suns are considered the slight underdog here with a 1.97 Odds on ML, that'd be my first bet for the night, I'm hoping this well for me, before deciding on what to do with later fixtures of the night.

Barcelona are totally focused on the league now. I think they are going to win today. I'm going on unexpectedly good in the pool so far. I hope I can finish the season in top 5.

I would agree that Barcelona have nothing significant else to fight for other than the league, but I really don't believe that'd increase the club's chances of winning it, Barcelona are of course the favourite team right and everything have been going their way against all odds in the league, but I remember Barcelona being completely focused on the UCL group stages but got knocked out so very early, and the headed to Europa League but couldn't even go another stage further, while those games were top priorities as at then, I'll rather just enjoy them going gradually towards winning the league, than believe simply because they are more focused on it, it's going to be an easy one to get.

Memphis Grizzlies VS Golden State Warriors

The stake odds for this game are 1.90 for the Grizzlies and 1.85 for the Warriors, Vince Williams Jr., and Steven Adams, can not play for the Grizzlies Ja Morant is still suspended, while Ty Jerome, Andre Iguodala, Andrew Wiggins, and Gary Payton II can not play for the Warriors, for this game I really don't know if the Grizzlies could step up for a win because the Warriors is having a crazy loss, but I think the Warriors will manage to win this because they got bad blood Dillon "Dynasty" Brooks because of his trash talking I think my pick is the Golden State Warriors,

I think it's high time we all move past this idea of the Golden State warriors getting a win on the road, and it doesn't matter if they are playing Boston Celtics or Detroit Piston, or even as mediocre as a team from the G-League, these clowns just can't get a win on the road, I believed playing the Atlanta Hawks or a Ja Morant-less Memphis Grizzlies' would have been an easy way to dismiss that narrative, but here we are again, the fumbled it!

I'm probably done with them until the post season, I mean that's even if they manage to secure their spot for it.
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: March 18, 2023, 05:30:53 PM
Although Vieira was mostly good at CP, I think they haven't won in like 10+ games and lately they have been playing really bad.
Still - I feel he should have kept his place and that they will struggle more without him in their relegation battle than they would with him at the helm.

I don't feel that CP will get relegated and that they were ever in any real danger of doing so, there are far worse teams in the league this season.

It's just a matter of time before the threat of them getting relegated in the becomes more of reality of things, and guess Crystal Palace board wouldn't just wait to find out the hard way.

I'd agree with you that Crystal Palace aren't any risk of getting relegated imo too, and they also of one the easiest fixtures of all the teams battling relegation, Arsenal and Tottenham are the only teams from the top 5on the table that they'd play against for the rest of this season.

I literally planned on saving my Free Hit for gameweek 32, but as things currently stands, there is likely to be only just two 2 possible fixtures to be postponed and rescheduled, so I'm better off with it for just this week, but something strange literally happened to, I didn't want to waste my free transfer for the game week, so I first transferred out a couple of players and took a 4 point hit, and that was intentional ahead of the next game week, so the next day I then used my free hit with the hope that my team would return to the squad I had before the free hit, but I guess the freehit rules wasn't very clear to me before, so my team would return to how it was before the at start of the game, and not after I used chip.
GW 32 is small blank but very though to navigate for most teams, there will probably be no fixtures for United, City, Brighton and Chelsea and I will have 6 and possibly even 8 players from those 4 clubs. Defiantly the week to free hit for me.

Did not understand what you wrote about free hit but it works in following way. You get new team for just one match day and afterwards you get your initial team back. All transfers you made before pulling free hit are voided, you will not pay -4 for them but you will also not keep those players.

Edit:
How do you know you are too deep into Fantasy PL? I know I am, I was just reading a tweet which says that Chilwell is doubtful and making a fun of us that transferred him in. One account replies, I did not, his npgi is just 0.3.

I am going what the fuck is npgi and even before I finished that thought, other part of my brain supplies <Non Penalty Goal Involvement> and I go of course, the number is right on point for that as well  Grin

Yeah, thanks I didn't know that's how the free hit works, I felt if had already done a transfer with my free transfer, it wouldn't be part of the reversion after using the free hit, Since I made the transfer prior before, using the chip later, It's all about your team going exactly what it was before the game week., but then I feel FPL should allow keep our usual one free transfer whenever we use the wildcard and free hit, but we still get charged of the free transfer for that week, despite claiming all transfer as free, probably the terms should the first transfer cost us our free transfer for that week and every other transfers are the once we get for free.

____________________

I don't think I'll be having any issue with the blanks for game week 32; the fixtures confirmed so far are;

Liverpool v Nottingham Forest
Brentford v Aston Villa
Crystal Palace v Everton
Leicester v Wolves
Newcastle v Spurs
Arsenal v Southampton
Bournemouth v West Ham

After the double games week, I'm not sure I'll tripple on any team, so I have decent time to make provisions to get at least 7-8 players from the fixtures above, I didn't count but I think, I currently have just Haaland from City, 2 from Man United and 2 more from Brighton, I should be fine for that week, this was my best shot based on our my team is projected, but I understand your point and it does make perfect sense too.
1674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: March 18, 2023, 05:20:56 AM
Denver Nuggets covered the -12.5, thankfully. I thought they won't/can't as the Pistons are sizzling hot in the first half and even had a lead when the 2nd quarter ended. KCP did help a lot to put a distance in the score.
The spread was high for a reason, and the Nuggets were expected to play hard. That's just right because they covered the spread. I had the same bet as you, but I wasn't able to watch the game. Despite that, I was confident that they would win, and I was not wrong because when I checked my account, my balance had increased due to the win.

Tomorrow, we have Warriors +3 against Hawks, is Warriors ML worth taking?
Without Draymond and outside their home court, it's really risky, but if you will bet on them better to take the ML instead of the handicap, big risk means big profits.

Moving to the other games, Sixers are winning seems that betting for them might be a good one here, handicap
or even ML if you are okay with small odd profits, chance to see Embiid to work hard and try to win another game
is possible.

It's just different a day on the road for the Golden State Warriors, but it's the same old story Warriors with yet another another, this it's against the Atlanta Hawks, a game that warriors had a 12 point lead very soon into the game, I just expected them to settle into the game and execute a game plan rather than settle for trading buckets, I don't want to believe it was the Draymond Green absence that was vital reason why they lost the game, I know how important Green is to the squad, but without him they should have done a better job than allowing their opponent afford more than 30 points in each of the first 3 quarters, and 104 points in total by the end of the quarter, that's for a team that's emphasizing on wanting to do a better job defensively.

Did anyone else watch the Dallas Mavericks vs Lakers, with Kyrie Irving being phenomenal on his return after missing a couple of games, but it was Max Klebber with the buzzer-beating 3 pointer dagger to snatch the the win from Lakers, and extra kudo to Kyrie once again for being able to have complete awareness of his team being open and didn't settle to go for a midrange shot that probably wouldn't have been looking at how he was marked for the final ~3 seconds.

The UCL Quarter finals draw and Semi finals potential match up has been drawn along with it, It's looks like a Serie A team would definitely make the finals in Istanbul, duly deserved, and I sure the hope it's Napoli, but I'm sure there are two ties in the Quarter finals that most of us are looking forward, and the other teams must be glad that one of Bayern Munich or Man City will be getting knocked out in the next, must be nice right ? but that was my dream final tbh.

Heard that Denver Nuggets are on a slump and have lost four of their last games played. And Jokic might be out of the MVP race if they don't start getting to those winning ways soon.
So their game against a very poor Detroit Pistons team tonight. This a must win and the odds are heavily in their favor for a comeback to be in the winning category again.
I think will go for a -13.5 for the Nuggets tonight.
Watched Pistons play the other day and they were disorganized and very young players on their starting lineup due to so many injuries to their main squad.

I'm streaming the game live because I wanted to watch how Killian Hayes and Jaden Ivey would fair against the Denver Nuggets, Ivey have been worth the streaming but Hayes got into some foul troubles way too early. Denver Nuggets have finally been able to create a reasonable points difference between them and the Pistons, currently, it is exactly 14 point with a little over 2 minutes to play for, but I hope they are able to maintain that margin, if eventually they aren't able to add to it, because Pistons have actually stayed in sight all through the game, until the 4th quarter when Jamal Murray and Jokic dictating the plays and exercising their dominance over the Pistons. I'd say the Denver Nuggets should be able close this one out easily from here on!

My picks for tonight.

Brooklyn Nets vs Sacramento Kings = Sacramento Kings Win 2,24 Odds.

Milwaukee Bucks (-3.5) vs Indiana Pacers = First Quarter Win 1,75 Odds.

Good luck guys.

Man, I can't help but wish you good luck with your picks, although I'm quite skeptical about both choice, Bucks are with a number of players would had been terrific for them when Giannis was out,  Brook Lopez and Jae Crowder are out of this tie, although I still expect an easy win from them btw, just that first quarter might be quite too early for them to establish huge dominace  of the game.

I like your Kings pick more instead, the Nets looks like they've got some really good pieces together and it's 50/50 game from my point of view, so riding with the better odds seem very logical to me, too. I'll be tailing you on this one

GL!

Liverpool were such a bummer, not gonna lie... If they couldn't score first, the least they could have done is to not concede any goal as well, and that'd have kept me in a pretty good light on two ends, I would have won the yellow cap in the Champions League pool, and I wouldn't have been at a disadvantage for this game week against my opponent here.

Loserpool, seemed like a befitting name after all  Cheesy

Real Madrid owes those bums..... Can't even score against a weak Real Madrid fullbacks, a team that is carried by only their attackers. Loserpool + Livarpool looks pretty nice on them.

Now it's Arsenal with the nail to my coffin for the game week, probably the the earliest I've lost a round to any users, so it's literally not me just being awful, but it's Slissy rather being the exact opposite of awful which in my dictionary is prefect, or flawless, he's still yet to miss a single question, and is 5/5 so far.

There no way I can catch up with him, mathematically.

Congratulations big fella great stuff you've you got there!
