2521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinions about simulated reality games? on: March 21, 2022, 07:19:17 PM
I really like the concept of simulated reality and also the games that are developed with it, however, I am not going to buy a VR goggle set or a gaming console or any of the large and expensive equipment required for it. Why? the answer is very simple: because Virtual Reality is at the very beginning of its journey and technology. Think of it like being the Doom 95 version of being new.

As it currently is, it is not very fun to me. I will wait a decade or so before I get into it. By then I am sure it will have developed further.

I prefer card games anyway. So how much do you need to additionally simulate card games?

Sooner or later, the equipment used for this VR experience will not be much expensive.
As more and more companies will try to manufacture this product or gadget, it will be soon economical for a regular player.
Just look at the expensive gadgets before, and now, you can easily purchase them in cheaper brands.
Give it a year, and the price will go down fast but we are still early on this development.
But in my opinion, it will get a good audience as many people are trying to have home entertainment rather than going outside these days.
Its anticipated but it would be still on that definite schedule on when it would happen because we are seeing that this trend isnt really that moving fast in terms of technology and its application.
As for betting on simulated reality games then i dont think it would really be worth on going big for this one.I do always have bad impressions and mindset about odds on winning
which some people doesnt mind off that thing and do still continue but well its actually on someones preference most of the time.
2522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Hoard Bitcoin? on: March 19, 2022, 09:02:45 PM
It is intended to be spent yes, but the amount of channels and areas where it can be used to is lacking, hence why not a lot of people are enthusiastic in spending it. Also as of the moment, it excels as an asset, and a lot of entities are seeing it as an effective one, so why not use it on where it is good at?

Bitcoin's capacity as an asset is just better than its utility as a currency.
Its someones investment and choice whether  they do make use of it as a currency or making out for circulation or would totally holding it out for future profits which it isnt surprising that someone
will really be deciding on not to spend those coins for some not worth things which if they could simply make or pay with their fiat then they would surely do it rather than on spending
a coin which does have potential on making big profits in near future in just simply holding it.Neither you could make use of it on the place on where you are residing or couldnt able to do so.
This is actually situational because not all would really be having the same impressions or mindset.
2523  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: March 19, 2022, 07:13:48 PM
There's undeniable that they are one of the oldest running casino here and I believe they have reputation built in this community but what's really not good to see are the changes of their behaviour and issues are showing on their business. Maybe they are not gaining enough users to play already that's why we see them slowly getting some issues like what happen on the past. But I believe lightlord still doing his best to create more good things in his casino.
Well yeah there are some irregularities in lightlords management and how He runs the casino lately , and i know that this is something that cannot be tolerated , but lets still accept the fact that this casinos of lightlord had not yet scammed anyone , yeah there are delays but in the end they are still paying.
That is the hardest part for everyone involved as well. Since they have never scammed anyone, people are not entirely sure what to do and how to approach it. I mean if it was a scam then you would say it is a scam and get out of it, and that would be all. However since it is not a scam, what can you even do about it?

Just complain that he is constantly late? That's it? It is annoying and terrible feeling to wait weeks and weeks, at one point over two months just to get paid, and that is only signature campaign, there were moments when hot wallet was empty as well. All of which could be annoying enough to change casinos. But since it is not a scam, nobody can really do anything about it.
We do have lots of options actually on this market which it would really be that common sense to jump into other casinos if you dont have good experience on bitvest due to those delays or other complaints and issues.
You wouldn't really be that dumb on staying if you do know that there are current issues which hadn't been resolved and people had been waiting up for so long for some clarifications
and announcement in regard with the condition of this site.
2524  Economy / Economics / Re: Fuel prices hitting an eight year high on: March 19, 2022, 06:20:07 PM
Oil prices are expected to be highly volatile, till the Ukrainian issue is resolved, which isn't going to happen anytime soon.

Then it is about time to buy a bicycle. Because I think Ukrainian-Russian conflict is not going to be settled this year. Even if the global war actions stops, it will always be small local skirmishes. Same that were after Crimea conflict. This seems like an endless conflict, were people dont even know or remember the reasons why it all started.

Current economical downtrend Russia is going to counter with high oil prices. I think 2022 will be the year when everyone will realize consequences if this war actions. Next year sides will figure out strategy to get business and development back. Several years it will take to rebuild, build own new business, get abroad contracts, or wait till current business who has abandoned Russian market, start to think to return. Maybe year 2025 and further will be the time when prices goes down.
I've got three to be honest, haven't bothered to use them yet, lol. 2022 won't only be the year that we'll realize this war's consequences, but also the year that we'll face the repercussions of Covid-19's quarantine measures and lockdowns, which have resulted in economic depression, increased inflation, fueling and energy costs.

Well, that's one more terrible year to go, I guess.
We dont know if it would be only 1 terrible year to go or would be more since we dont actually knows on what are the things that would happen in the future whether there would be more wars
or even this pandemic would never end but looking at on the current situation on which we are really already recouping up on the bad situation that we do have in past years and slowly
this pandemic come to an end and we do have other issues and problems now about the War which do really affects out commodities like Fuel and other things which do really
make our living more worst.
2525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: March 18, 2022, 11:40:12 PM
Definitely.
That's the reason why there is more interest from the new gen of gamblers because they're the ones that can easily understand the underlying technology that can be adopted soon by casinos.
They'll make the sound louder if it's worth it to try and that's likely due to the new experience that they'd like to have. So spending if it's required, won't matter much to them.
And hopefully, they will know their limits in gambling. Even if they adopt the technology, they will not become addicted because it is very easy to become addicted to today's technological advancements. They have to pay attention to that because being addicted in this era may be even worse than the previous era, especially since they can almost obtain everything they want from the internet. If they could control themselves, they would be able to use the new technology well and it wouldn't have a bad impact on them.
Well, it's their problem and that's beyond control if it's about their limitation. We've came and past that already and it's on them on how they're going to control their chill when they start to gamble.
Whether it's metaverse or not, and they're usually gambling with their emotion and they're going to learn the lesson the hard way just as the others from us.
Emotions could really be affected on different factors and on certain extent and since people are way too different on handling or tolerance about things specially in their emotion towards gambling then
we couldnt really say if metaverse does have that more impulsive kind of behavior rather than with physical engagement thats why it couldnt be sure if there would be some differences or totally
the same at all.Its up to someone on how they do treat up gambling in the first place.
2526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Occupational hazards of trading crypto on: March 18, 2022, 10:39:06 PM
1. Affecting your eyesight (long exposure on monitor)
2. Emotion (rather impulsive or having that extreme stress)
3. Physical (less exercise.. prone to problems)

You would really experience up things if you dont know on how to balance everything up.
It is true that trading does have some hazards if you overextend too much.
2527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in METAVERSE on: March 18, 2022, 09:46:44 PM
If meta gets into gambling then we will see things like virtual games having real effects on the gamblers as though the are in the scene despite playing those games online. it will be the biggest blow in the gambling industry and might trigger lots of none gamblers to give gambling a try. This is no sought of impossible mission i can actually see it's reality soonest
I do expect that whenever metaverse come into picture of gambling world we will going to experience a virtual reality gambling experience. I am not so sure if this is already been adopted by other online gambling sites but as I have heard that someone have had experienced this one already. I can say that we may have different approach about this new feature that someone may well not be good at this new technology or some were excited about this, and for me as long as it will give a significant entertainment and experience for me as a gambler I will be excited with it.
I'm also excited about it. Developments and collaborations in gambling make the whole industry more thrilling and exciting. It may need time for developments and improvements yet it's something to look forward to. Metaverse could impact or even change our gambling experience which is a good thing because it could even attract more crypto players.

The gambling industry is huge and has quite a number of fans, so there will likely be many casinos in the metaverse world. It's possible that
the big casinos have started preparing for that from now on, and bought some land in the metaverse. I also imagine being able to play online
gambling in the metaverse will be very fun, because we can feel gambling but like real, it will be a very interesting experience for those of us
who love to gamble. Technology is indeed increasingly sophisticated, with the metaverse we as gamblers can feel the same atmosphere as we play
in a casino. Of course we can play anonymously in the world of the metaverse and that's something that quite a lot of gamblers around the world want.

Lets see if we would really be having this application or would something to happen on this metaverse thing if we would really be coming into a point on doing gambling which do almost close to reality.
If thats the case then i dont have any doubts that there would be something a demand for this one and for gambling industry then this is something a good thing to expect on.
Somehow it isnt really still that fully been recognized but sooner or later it would really be coming into a point.
2528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can we do to speed up Bitcoin mass adoption? on: March 18, 2022, 08:42:22 PM
Using Bitcoin as a means of payment is an option in El Salvador, I'm surprised the op doesn't mention that. Also, some cities allow some usage of Bitcoin in the US and, I believe, Switzerland, and there are countries that are looking into allowing using Bitcoin as a means of payment along with the national currency. And I do believe that more and more will allow it, but perhaps set some requirements. Some countries also have tax regulations for cryptos, so that people can report income and can make it legal. So the situation doesn't seem too pessimistic to me, and while I don't think Bitcoin will replace fiat, I think its usage will continue to grow and there will be more options to use Bitcoin as payment in the future.
Just remove out on someones mind on having that "Bitcoin could replace fiat in the future" yet this is something an impossible thing to happen no matter how Bitcoin would progress out on the future but still
wont be enough on kicking out Fiats ass in the waters because as long government do exist then there's no way that this thing would really be replaced out thats why its really a very wrong kind of mindset.
Speaking of speeding up mass adoption then let recognition and exposure do its job even though there are some bad publicity on which bitcoin could get but we know that the truth does prevail
and to those people who would seek out on whats its actual usage and utility.
2529  Other / Politics & Society / Re: FIFA and UEFA has suspended Russian Football teams. on: March 18, 2022, 08:33:58 PM
Remember when people acted like this towards Arabs after 9/11? Or Japanese-Americans being put into internment camps in the USA in 1942 because of their ancestry? How many times are we going to act like Germany in 1940s everytime something bad happens in the world? What is it with this incessant need for having someone to blame?

This is obviously a politically motivated move to save themselves from bad PR. This has nothing to do with sanctioning Russia or stopping military funds from causing further damage in Ukraine. What do I think? I think its ridiculous. At what point are we going to start putting Russians in camps? Maybe lets start marking Russian-owned businesses in foreign countries with a painted sickel and hammer?

Are the Russian football players killing people, supporting the invasion or funneling funds towards the military? No. I am no friend of Putin's but we need to call out discrimination when we see it.

FIFA and UEFA should be ashamed.

Many Russian citizens in other countries are already experiencing acts of harassment and bullying by some locals. It makes no difference to those who engage in it who the person is - a famous soccer player, a scientist or an oppositionist to the current government in Russia who has decided to run away from what is happening in the country. And this is very sad.
Very sad indeed on which there's really that kind of discrimination on Russians on whatever career or job you do have then you wouldn't really be that exemption on which people does really have a
bad view or impressions towards you just because you are living on a country or does have that nationality on where your leader do hated the most.Lots of industries and decisions similar to this
on where sanctions and blocking our excluding or removing is very common nowadays as long you do attached up on being Russian then they would be having that common impression
but its not really that totally a solid basis for removing some consideration.
2530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: As big as binance in the future on: March 17, 2022, 11:39:02 PM
What are the crypto exchanges that have the chances of becoming big as binance exchange some day? I need up to three crypto exchanges coin or tokens to add to my long term crypto portfolio.
I dont see any other exchange that would become Binance in near future but what comes next on the line is Kucoin based up on my own experience and preference
but we dont know if there would be some sort of new projects or platforms which would rise up its value in the future. No one really knows, just like on what happened
in Binance on the time on which Poloniex and Bittrex was the popular and suddenly had been overtaken by binance. So its a personal choice on which
you would really put some risk on.
2531  Other / Politics & Society / Re: FIFA and UEFA has suspended Russian Football teams. on: March 17, 2022, 10:36:55 PM
Anyone heard about the news on Chelsea owner (Roman Abramovich)? In this case, I am going to support the decision from UEFA and FIFA. They have removed the oligarch from the ownership and prohibited the sale of his share. I have also heard that the British government is considering to sell assets of oligarchs including Abramovich and use the proceedings for charity. In the long term, this will benefit the ordinary Russians as well. Corrupt oligarchs will be afraid to move their money out of Russia as a result of this.
I think we all understand what they are trying to do but at least in principle I cannot agree with that, after all I am part of this market and I believe on the principles behind bitcoin which allows you to be your own bank and doesn't allow for any third party to steal your money or your property with a few clicks as part of how the system is designed, so while I think it is fair to suspend some athletes or teams from international competitions this is just plain stealing.

Indeed,
We need to remember that many people who have nothing to do with this war are being harmed by the sanctions that are being imposed.

If even for those who are to blame for this war, we can say that they are being robbed... then what about those who lost their financial freedom without having any guilt in this war?

Bitcoin is a completely neutral monetary system in any situation, amazing how there are still people who don't see it and bet on it.

What a load of garbage. Every Russian is accountable for the mass murder that their army is committing in Ukraine as we speak. They were never threatened by this country, Putin is just choosing to be a bully and pick on a country because it's people will not bow down to him. Only a tiny fraction of Russian's are protesting against this, the silent majority sits in fear but they are accomplices and many of them agree with the brainwashing propaganda that pollutes their mind. There was never any need for a single Russian soldier to enter this country, so the amount of sympathy for the worldwide backlash and sanctions should be zero. The negotiations are a joke because Putin has no desire to end this tragedy.
Wont blame if you do have that kind of impression and treatment on overall on which as if these fellas does have options if they do tend to go against it? For sure even they do reside on a particular
country doesnt mean that they would really be loving to see other people die just because their leader had made out such step on whatever purpose he do have in mind.
Some sanctions are just right and some are not specially about exclusions because they are russians or something like that but well there's no stopping now.
2532  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be comfortable with your strategy! on: March 17, 2022, 09:32:07 PM
There are so many trading strategies that it is not easy to find the right one. If you have found a trading strategy that works for you, it will not only make you comfortable in trading but also help you to win more in trading. But remember it's all just a tool to help us predict the market and it doesn't always work the way it does in the book, manage your capital and emotions to avoid unfortunate risks.
There's no such thing about fix trading strategy on which you could repetitively because market is unpredictable and you would be facing lots of situations which would be different
on which you do really need to adjust on something you are engaging in to. Be versatile would be the key because of different situations then you would really be needing
that kind of behavior.Of course you would be needing to be comfortable or does have trust on any analysis you would make because this is something
that would make you sustain.
2533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: March 17, 2022, 08:30:36 PM
Expected loss on Tundra as they somehow got outdrafted on the first map, even though they held on pretty well their cores barely did much as CK fell off mid game as Entity had so much aoe to kill off his illusions.
That was actually a good start by Entity.

Nice try for huskar on the 2nd game but it didn't do, they shouldn't play with the same hero just because they've won since it would be easier for teams like Tundra to counter that hero through game play.

Still, they've won on 2nd and 3rd game.
Counter after counter and this is something a very common behavior between teams between matches on which if they do saw that it did really beat them up with that draft then if its not banned
on next game then most likely it would be picked up again which it is really that normal that there would be repetitive kind of picks. I agree on that CK illusions which is easily been wiped
and the rest is really talking about being outdrafted but as said they do able to make out some adjustments.
2534  Economy / Economics / Re: Sanction is the right option? on: March 16, 2022, 11:59:18 PM
It will result to multiple effects since there are certain things will get affected in terms of economical aspect especially if the country has been sanction is also a consider a 1st world country which they can also rebut and that's what happening right now where there's a huge effect which totally hurt the global market right now. But it will really give a problem to the main country like Russia since they only have limited things to do especially when dealing their products and also their economy is totally sinking for this action imposed to them.
They might able to sustain for a while but we know that nothing do last forever specially if everything was cut or having no support due to those sanctions been imposed on other countries
which sooner or later they would really able to felt out those after effects and this is the consequence on what their government had done.

Some saying that this isnt the solution for the war to be stopped but these sanctions would surely hurt a lot when they do need it the most.
2535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: March 16, 2022, 11:07:22 PM
I think this fight is quite unfair, isn't it? Canelo is busy preparing for this fight with no distractions while Bivol on the other side is also preparing but his mind is thinking on his homeland where his family is living. I for one believes that Canelo will win this fight but I just also want that Bivol can have some concentration in training without some distraction.

You have a point but they are a professional boxer and they also have signed a deal that the provided match schedule will be observed on time, so Bivol here don't have a choice but to fight Canelo even if he is mentally distracted about his family who is in the middle of chaos right now because if he won't follow the deal then I'm afraid that his career will be at stake and might be over.
Fair or not, this has been agreed and like it or not, this must be done in order to maintain professionalism, for sure Bivol cannot be absent again with a predetermined schedule.
It's quite difficult to do but on the other hand he must also know there will be consequences if he doesn't play this fight because this will definitely have consequences.
He wont be have any choice but to proceed and fight Canelo despite of the current condition of his country or on his family on which it could really affect him mentally but
he needs to be at least focused and concentrated for this upcoming fight even though its hard to ignore but he should do his best.I dont see for this fight to be unfair.
There are really just things in life which do comes unexpectedly but doesnt mean that you couldnt make out any adjustments.
2536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin value more if no Altcoins or not on: March 16, 2022, 10:04:47 PM
I don't know if theirs something that does not like a competitor, if bitcoin did not have competitor like altcoins Bitcoin would have not have domination and have values also, since their is existence of othe coins that is challenging Bitcoin that is why it became more popular and viral to the world, altcoins is like supportive function to Bitcoin and i believe Bitcoin have power over any other coins, and know person values altcoins over bitcoin since i notice what is cryptocurrency, Bitcoin is one and altcoins is many, so difference is pure and never will altcoins dominate Bitcoin.
We couldnt actually tell if bitcoins value would rise up that much if ever there w ould be no altcoins existing. Pumps like this towards its value or price wouldn't be something like this but
rather be on a low scale or slow pace of movement since there's no coins for them to be worried about which i dont see for it to be good on any way also you couldnt stop
people on not to make new one which is more better and more feature packed than with bitcoin alone.Lets just face up this reality though.
2537  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: March 16, 2022, 08:56:35 PM
I like your idea of ??using Shiba.  However, I have not yet heard or read that any casino has started using this exotic coin.
Maybe I don't know everything and someone is already using it?   Smiley
But the meaning of any such use of different coins now comes down to only two factors.  Vl first, you can simply buy and sell it on stock exchanges or at exchange offices.  Secondly, the commissions for its use should be minimal, since a large number of transactions are required.
According to these criteria, Shiba is quite suitable for itself.
That only means that you don't like to try every gambling sites that you see in the forum or you have not visit other gambling threads. Shiba has been accepted in many gambling sites and some of those popular sites if I am not mistaken are wolfbet and bc game.

I know there are more of them but I already forget the name of those gambling sites. I find it funny when you call shiba coin exotic haha and the first thing that comes to my mind when I heard the word exotic are snakes but this is just a coin, it is not alive although the name and logo are an animal. Large number of transactions can lead to a lower fees? Oh that's interesting. Thought it is the other way round.
Yeah, I know that many casinos are introducing the ability to use  shib. We are talking about how many players use this particular coin. It seems to me that not very much, because all the same, there is some cautious attitude towards her???
First of all, it has large whales and can have a lot of volatility.

Regarding transaction fees - I'm talking about the total amount that a particular player will spend on fees if they make a lot of transactions. These amounts can be large. So this is not about general discussions about the functioning of blockchains, where you are really right - there may be a decrease in these calculations, but this is of little concern to real players.

Well, the truth is that I am not a big fan of Shiba Inu, but if the casino is considering introducing this currency, it is because obviously in the market at the moment there are many transactions and many people who want to acquire the currency, the truth is that I think it is a strategy that it is very well elaborated, because anyone who wants to move their shib coins to increase them can get the rumor that in the future they can make bets and predictions with that coin, and I know that many will not hesitate to enter and try their luck, if seen from this point By the way, it's very good.

Taking into account that many casinos and platforms that have to do with sports betting have a wide variety of currencies accepted, it is interesting that they have this innovation with that currency.

The more the better as always because there are users/gamblers/players who do really just tend to make use of a particular coin aside from bitcoin for them to make use while they do make out some bets without the
need of some conversion which would really ease the hassle which they are acquiring and applying in all possible sorts of things or varieties which would really make the situation even more simpler.
Once the community or crowd do see the availability of preferred coin then they would just simply be making out some deposit afterwards.
2538  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Leverage Trading on: March 16, 2022, 07:54:55 PM
...As much as money lost, there are money earned as well. Maybe there are 1 million people who wagered 1 dollars each versus one guy with one million dollars and just one person won and 1 million people lost. It is not as clear as that usually, but the winner people could be less than losers, but they are still there.

Not only individual traders earn money on the cryptocurrency market, but also exchanges, regardless of whether they are centralized or decentralized. I personally think that exchanges earn much more by manipulations that lead to the elimination of margin positions.
Of course, aside on taking up some profits from those trading fees and other sources then they are really making out something in behind the curtains but its sure that it wont really be that noticeable
because if it does then its game over for their business once they had been caught on being that manipulative which it isnt really that easy for them to do so because it does have particular risks
but if not caught then they would really be enjoying for more revenue. We are seeing that these platforms are indeed making that much.
2539  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 StarBets.io 🎲 || A Crypto-based iGaming Platform 🎲 on: March 15, 2022, 11:54:07 PM
Hello, welcome to the forum.

Adding a FAQ page to your website explaining how your referral and Cashback system work would be nice.
This is the first thing that I've looked for upon visiting stars bet although they have the explanation on the cashback tab to have an overall FAQ under the page is what most casinos have.

They really have a decent design and being new to the forum, I saw that they have an amount on their dividend pool. Well, that's a good start for them to attract more investors and players.

Thanks for the Suggestion guys! We have a White Paper where we explained almost everything we have.
You're welcome.

I see that you have it there but most visitors when it comes to whitepaper, there's one thing that we can think of and that's a project related to investments.

Unlike having a FAQ, it's easier to have those questions by your guests answered if it's just written there. Adding another page of it I think is not going to cost you a lot.
Seeing new sites recently launched does have the same or most common problem on where they do really lack FAQ section which is something that it is important or needed for people on not on ending up on questioning the same query or concern on particular things. Listing or making one would be easing out the problem and make things smooth sailing.
Site design isnt bad and have some smooth scrolling and smooth interface even though its a bit lacking in terms of design.
2540  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin at $1 000 000 by 2030 on: March 15, 2022, 10:31:22 PM
We all know about the magic that can happen in the crypto space - I support this high growth - look how many new ppl get daily attracted to the cryptoworld also by "bad news" and the crisis - but they understand more than ever before - the money on their bank account is not under their control - crypto is freedom.
Crypto is indeed freedom but you couldnt just let people or do make them convinced on going all in with it but somehow at least we do have some option to take
whether we do accumulate fiat or both basing up on what you are needing or preferred in terms of storing up your assets. As for speaking with $1M on year 2030 then we couldnt really be
that sure but it isnt bad to having some accumulation of Satoshis on our own wallets and hold for long term.Who knows if we would really be heading right there?
