This is my point though, that lightlord must hire or assign some stuff or facilitator to take an action immediately if there's any problems in their casinos. And I have a doubt too that lightlord is still sick or not and this is a big questions to us. Of he is still sick and then he will leave a message or a reply to us that he can not active because of health conditions.

building a trust again in these both casinos and the owner is not hard for me. but he must  fix these issues first to gain trust,  and he must hire an facilitator to take over if lightlord is not around so that these issues will not gonna happen again in the future. Honestly I will still believe the owner of these casinos that he will not ruin the reputation but there's no action from him so I doubt that if he will continue to run or not.

I believe Lightlord will come back to fix the problem. Perhaps hiring a facilitator would be better for Lightlord, especially after he had solved the main problem first. It can restore the confidence of its members that there are good intentions there.

It's like they are slowly dying because we don't see them being active just like before. Maybe this business is not profitable to them anymore and they are just keep running it hoping that they can earn a profit if there are still players will try to have fun on their casino. Let's do hope lightlord will clarify things and became more active because he's presence is important to make people clear their doubts about their long time running business.

Let's hope they can survive until the Lightlord returns and explains many things to us. Besides, we've already seen that Lightlord still wants to return to this forum and try to revive his two casinos. But yes, we still hope that they will come back here again later.

Its impossible that you wont able to held up your own mobilephone and log in with your forum  account and at least do make out some announcement
that you do have some recent health issues which you couldn't really able to arrange things up on the site and with this  then people would not be

This seems like a PM thing until LL does something wrong. I've not seen LL do any bad mistakes since I've been watching, although I could be wrong.

Not addressing big issues is a bad mistake if you're following what's going on before Lightlord stop posting for many months because of his health issues there's a lot of concern if the two casinos he's managing can keep plus we have hot wallet issues, there's a lot question now because we all thought it's already fixed because he already announced that they will take care of it now another similar issue pop in and there's more concern, although the issue is already settle what's the guaranty that it will not happen again.

The problem with the appellant here is that the withdrawal of the plaintiffs has been made here and all sorts of things have been thrown out. I am a new plaintiff. I do not recommend using this method.  I guess there could be a lot of damage to the player here

You did the right move to check this thread first before playing there because of the current issue about withdrawal plus the owner is not active. I fear that when lightlord might return to his gambling sites, many of the old users have already left the platform and new users who are not having a good experience won't be there too. So it may take lightlord to rebuilt the reputation for the casino from scratch.

Bitvest is one example who is reaping the rewards of their long years of existence and promoting in this forum, you can only take out the reputation if they stop paying their players but we only see one or two complaints and there's a long gap of complaints and it seems Lightlord is not really alarmed, some members still hoping that a new signature campaign will last I hope a feeling that they will soon launch one again maybe in the second or third quarter.

Dont know if those past issues from several users had already been resolved or not because i havent seen continous complaints on this site which had happened earlier so this basically means

230 BTC in the bankroll of bitvest.io is not a small thing. Most new companies dream to get this much bankroll. Bitvest would not lose its name unless this 230 bitcoin is used up and there is no refill. Seeing the history, i am sure light lord will refill the wallet before it is exhausted.

Actually, OP replied, but it did not have much impact into real situation:

We were running it lower in hot than normal after the site was brought back online. It should be fairly quick for withdraws in general.
The hot wallet is more topped off now, so things should be getting back to normal.

Despite the fact that OP is active on forum (last time 13 march) and the site works (even both of them work), it is difficult to say that Bitcointalk support or marketing works at all.

I think they have some issues which might be too complex to describe here. @lightlord himself is still busy with what he's going through in real life so maybe that's why he hasn't been able to come back here and explain to us.

But I don't think @lightlord will abandon what he built years ago because he has earned a good reputation with his two sites. We don't know how much longer he will be back here and hopefully, this year will be a good time for him and his team to get things right.
