2541  Economy / Economics / Re: Thailand ban using crypto for payments on: March 24, 2022, 09:25:54 PM
Well, I guess Thai government simply doesn't want crypto to take over as one of the most commonly used currency for paying goods and services. Because If that happens, there will be a significant decrease of using their own currency and will never get possible percentage for every transaction.

Good thing they have not totally ban crypto, Thai people can still use it like the OP said using P2P trading.

They wouldnt push through crypto payments specially decentralized one yet there are rumors about CBDC's but turns out to have some delay but it would
be on this late 2022.

Thai Central Bank to Delay CBDC Test Till Late 2022: Report
https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2021/12/24/thai-central-bank-to-delay-cbdc-test-till-late-2022-report/

So its not that surprising that they do prefer on having their own than on accepting on what we do have today.
2542  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Sites on: March 24, 2022, 08:13:51 PM
A KYC at an online casino is not a big problem in itself. Many players have gotten used to that. It only becomes a problem if players refuse to provide this information. Often referred to as the terms and conditions, they almost always state that the casino reserves the right to perform the KYC, which will happen. Then it is only a matter of time before that takes place. A KYC can, however, be carried out in 24 hours. I often wonder how casinos check such information, since they don't have access to the local authorities for information
We dont know on what would happen into those information whether they would be just securing out those info on a database without boggling up their minds on how it should be confirmed or verify.

As long you do comply out on whats been asked then that what do counts and as a user then we should really be prepared on possible changes in the future if ever you are dealing with casinos
which arent imposing strict compliance in terms of KYC.We do still have lots of places which is having no KYC which is nice but its not surprising that most of them would turn out to be
regulated in the future.
2543  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading journals worth it? on: March 24, 2022, 07:12:45 PM
It's not easy to be emotionless during trading so yes, there's a part that it will ruin your plan.
Journals. A simple spreadsheet will help with date, time, entry amount, losses, and gains. But, not all people could do that and just want to trade on spot, do what they can for a day and try to get lucky and make profits. Not lazy people, just don't want the hassle of putting everything on record.
Like for example I put in $1000, while it doesn't go below that or any further below (converted) then one may say he is doing pretty well so jotting everything down is unnecessary.
Keeping a trading journal is always a trader's choice. If you can succeed without even the need to jot down everything about your trader's gains and loss, then so be it. However, there are still lot of successful traders who always end up keeping their trading journals because it will always remind them to stick with what they are good to, and leave those strategies that seems not working. Having a record of your past trading journey will help you decide what to improve and what to leave behind as they become irrelevant to you.
Its a matter of self discovery because not all who do take note journals would really be just necessary nor being that effective towards his trades and you are the only ones who would able to find out

for yourself thats why its a matter of self preference or choice because not all would really be that willing to do so just because of some reasons neither they are really that in hassle manner or wont really
be that necessary for them to do so.
Trading does really need some certain things which would be helpful or beneficial for you and if you do find out that it is relevant then normally you would really be following it.
2544  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: March 24, 2022, 06:55:07 PM
How this casino can call themself "most rewarding casino"

I lost 7k to this casino on single deposit and all I got back was 80 dollars. After that I closed my account as livesupport told me that there is nothing they can do for me. For me it was most horrible experience ever.

I feel pity for you and at the same time funny, what do you expect when you gamble money, is either you lose or win and for you to make a deposit of whooping $7k in a row, you were aware of the risk involved, so this post drama is not making enough scene.
what do you want support to do? To help you recover the funds you play with your consciousness? try again with a smaller amount or take a break for now and do something to kill time.
If he isn't ready to lose up money then he should not play gambling in the first place and also cashbacks arent really having that nice percentage on which you could take your money at least.

Reading up in regarding about this information is really that important so that you wont really be expecting much plus blaming out the house doesn't really make any sense
but rather a very common gambler behavior on giving out some reasons that a casino do suck just because they have lost too much. This is gambling and you should have realized this
earlier.
2545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc and usdt people trust on: March 23, 2022, 11:32:37 PM
Btc and usdt as USDT is safe place to hold funds but how the exchangers protect this ?
BTC guys do not trust USDT. In fact, no one should trust USDT. The traders only use it for their stable value. When they think the market will go down then convert their BTC to USDT so that they can buy back. They may also convert them in USDT if they think they want to do a p2p trade to get cash and btc price is moving too much.
It should really be on this manner but i do believe that majority specially traders do really treat up USDT on saving up their asses on the time on where bitcoin is too volatile or simply securing out their

profits directly and wont tend to make it affected with volatility but treating it as a sort of storage or accumulation then i dont see for it to be safe or in any coin whether a stable one or not.
You could trust but dont give out 100% and only put up on the amount that you could afford to lose as always yet this had been always the primary rule.
2546  Economy / Gambling / Re: BoleBit|Multi-language Crypto game provider with all Currencies&Cryptocurrencies on: March 23, 2022, 10:37:43 PM
launching even though its still incomplete.I agree that i've seen several sites too on having this kind of behavior on where launching on different type or scale where it wasnt still finished.
We could presume on what would really be their intent but it do really sucks to look at on dealing on something which does have still lots of things to be fixed or changed.
If it is said to be in a hurry to announce far in advance when a long period of time is clear to anyone this will be considered boring. Maybe it will even make this game no longer give an attractive impression. If they come up with a new version of the game that is much more effective maybe the OP will regret that telling us for a long time is the wrong way of promotion.

The only thing that makes such long time of fixing and development is the patience of the players. There's really nothing wrong if you wouldn't bother trying it, but someone out there, with max curiosity on what their games was, will. Announcing it ahead prior to its main release is just called 'alpha/beta testing' where such games are released regardless of the bugs it have and changes it require. The only problem that the OP and their game provider business is that they must also market those games in ways that they pay at least the testers a little to test their games. Quality and Assurance testing is a real job and mostly not given free, unless it is a Play-to-earn like Axie Infinity. Hence, this demo release doesn't have any problems at all, yet it will just not be that effective.

A must thing they must do on where there should be some sort of bounties for those people who do able to find bugs and issues in the site since this is a business on which simple exploits could really put

up your business into problems specially if it do attached with financial concern or aspect.Patience is indeed an issue for most people as they do already expect something whenever a site is been announced but well you cant blame out people on having this behavior because once you had introduced then it should be at least finish so that it wont really be getting any criticism that it wasnt
even finished.
2547  Economy / Economics / Re: There is possibility that we may not see the money printing never again on: March 23, 2022, 09:40:53 PM
Cryptos won't replace fiat, not in the near future. They're still too volatile, and there's still enough fairly strong fiat for people to choose relative stability over volatility. There are also technical obstacles and simply lack of infrastructure almost everywhere in the world to fully adopt cryptos. And not all cryptos have fixed supplies, some can pretty much be 'printed' like fiat. As for fiat, I'm afraid the risky overprinting will continue because one crisis is followed by another, and we're having a third rough year in a row. And bad times do require risky decisions like that to help people.
People should realize this and wont really be going into places and perceptions or hopeful thinking because it could not really be that possible that cryptocurrencies would take place against fiat.

Do we really think that government would really let things to happen? Inflation is there but it just turns out that this is just a typical thing to happen.Institution or overall worldwide community and busines would still much prefer fiat in day to day basis transactions and wont be tending to make out any changes anytime soon.
2548  Economy / Gambling / Re: BoleBit|Multi-language Crypto game provider with all Currencies&Cryptocurrencies on: March 23, 2022, 08:59:16 PM

The slot games and features are like the other slots games from the other provider. So far, we can only wait for the next update, and even if they say they want to release the site in the next 3 months, hopefully, it will not takes too long to open a beta tester for us to see how good the performances of the site from time to time.
that's the point of providing a demo mode so that when we play in demo mode as if in the real mode we will get the same win. Promotional techniques indirectly have a significant impact in attracting visitors. No wonder right? I've often been fooled by this too. 3 months to release, can approve beta testers and reward the first place that achieves the biggest profit. isn't that a great idea? Grin
When they are still on developing state then they should have at least considering on launching everything on 100% operational although bugs and fixed is inevitable. They do have just decided out on

launching even though its still incomplete.I agree that i've seen several sites too on having this kind of behavior on where launching on different type or scale where it wasnt still finished.
We could presume on what would really be their intent but it do really sucks to look at on dealing on something which does have still lots of things to be fixed or changed.
2549  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be comfortable with your strategy! on: March 23, 2022, 08:11:53 PM
In any strategy where you're making money and becoming stable, you should grow there and stay. It's true that not all strategy works for everybody. Strategy for those who are solid in TA won't work for those who do FA. It's always the other way around and whichever makes you better and you're improving there, you should accomplish it until you find yourself no longer effective with that strategy. Whilst for the rest that are not really into trading, HODL is the best strategy and the most comfortable to do.
Having a lot of trading strategies to use do not guarantee success. In fact, even a single strategy or two will already make you successful as long as you have mastered them through your experiences in trading. However, mastery is not enough. Strategies should also suit yourself. As long as you feel comfortable every time you use it, it will also add more chances to make your trades succeed. But strategies do not last long. The market is in a constant change, strategies too need to be more upgraded or change it when you think its not working anymore.
Versatility would be the key on which you could really make yourself adjust on particular situations or conditions on which you could really change your strategy basing up on the current condition you

are facing which is truly a behavior of a trader which do really able to handle up situations specially on trading. It might not be simply but it should really be done if you do like to sustain this market.

You should trust your strategy even though dont expect 100% for it to be precise and profitable because market is unpredictable and total random.
2550  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: March 22, 2022, 04:49:06 PM
Yesterday/today was probably the first time I played nothing but Blackjack (usually I mix it in with roulette) and was a pretty good round. Gambled enough to win a small prize equal to the lower positions on daily wager, plus I saw was still in the top 10 but as usual last minutes kicked me out! Yesterday was even in 8th place until last minute as usual Wink

GOD, RealWinner at 28 and 32 BTC wagered this week with less than 2 hours left on the clock. What legends!

Same here. Today is the first day I played Blackjack with my signature payment. It was great becoming no 9 on the daily wager contest. It was a good session until I get 11 red streaks on roulette and lost all. Lose is also a part of the game. Hope I can recover it with next week's signature payment. I was no.7 on the leaderboard. But, I got kicked to no 9 in the last three minutes. Whales always wait for the last hour/minutes.
I do only test out my signature payment on blackjack and i havent tested out on playing roulette.I might play or test out on next weeks payment too and as for leaderboard then i dont mind that much

because whales specially GOD and Realwinner would really be on that peak spot as always and other heavy gamblers out there which could easily kicked you out on last minute.
Thats why you should not really be that confident when you are already on a spot because high chances you would really be kicked out  Grin
2551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What happend to these Dex on: March 22, 2022, 03:38:04 PM
I've heard about etherdelta and idex but not anymore, can anyone share what happened to these two exchanges?
Etherdelta founder was fined by SEC in the late 2017 for operating unregistered exchange which he then sold to someone else and that was pretty much the end for Etherdelta. Regarding IDEX, I have no idea what happened to them.
Lets put up some link about this one.
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-258
https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2018/11/08/sec-charges-etherdelta-founder-over-unregistered-securities-exchange/

IDEX isnt totally decentralized anymore.
Once you do reach out above $5000 then they do require for a user to upload a selfie which is totally
opposed for a proclaimed dex.
2552  Economy / Gambling / Re: BoleBit|Multi-language Crypto game provider with all Currencies&Cryptocurrencies on: March 22, 2022, 02:28:37 PM
to be clear, The game is still not released and demo games will only be available 3 months from now so it means that real game will be available after 3 months? I already visit the website especially demo slot games, The UI/UX of the game is good for the slot games but the only thing I'm concerned is the leaglity of this Casino, I notice that this Casino is operating in China, Is this even legal? I mean gambling is very strict in China so in case the casino was cracked down by law enforcement, Players money will be in vain because it will be confiscated by the government. It's just odd for me for a Chinese casino start there business here.

Hello, we are a game provider targeting client outside from China, like SEA etc and specializing in gambling game for third parties who wants to build a gambling site and integration our game into their website. The main purpose of the demo on our website is to allow user to experience our game at first
Thanks for the reply and appreciate it. Just making sure everything is fine when you finally open your casino for deposit. Is there any target date for the launch of fully operational Casino? And are you focusing more on slots? Your very own slot design is very unique and I can say that has top notch graphics display compared to other slots provider. It’s just odd to see this kind of demo only here because your thread might get move to other section of the forum since the Casino is not yet operating at this moment. GL!
We've seen similar ANN threads which their site isnt still complete but they had able to retain their thread on gambling board which i dont see any exclusions for this site too to be moved.

Speaking with the site, there are lots of adjustments needed specially on that language which English should be on default yet its really hard to understand on first glance unless you do translate it all.
Plus having those fonts which arent really that capitalized or all in smaller case which isnt really that much appropriate. There are lots of adjustments but those are just minor ones.
2553  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Occupational hazards of trading crypto on: March 22, 2022, 11:54:54 AM
If you had a occupation, don't quit it to do trade as a full time. Full time trade is not a easy one. You need to inverse certain amount and get that out with a profit. If you get 5-10 percentage of profit it's enough. But you need find the dump point. Dump point is the point at which all the cryptocurrency started to reduce a huge. When the point is find by you, you no need to worry about the pump or dump. You will not regret for the trade you had involved.
5-10% is really that easy or attainable when you do make out crypto trades which is something that would be too shallow for a crypto trader but if you do stich with stocks or forex then having these

gains does consider you out as a good trader but of course acquiring such skills wouldnt really be that easy or could attain on a short span of time.If you arent sure on your capacity then
better not to rush things up on quitting your day job just because you do go for full time because you cant be sure if you could really able to sustain it.
2554  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: March 21, 2022, 10:53:08 PM
I cast my vote and I've voted for Betfury some of the casinos in that list do not have announcements here but we never know if there are players here in Bitcointalk only five people cast their votes
There are those crypto casinos that don't have an announcement thread on the forum and they probably don't know this forum exists. Or, they don't think that the forum will add to their userbase and get more potential customers.

I hope if there are valid complaints about casinos listed in that poll you will take it down, to put the poll in high standard.
I agree, if the casino that's on the poll have more negative reviews, they shouldn't include it in the poll. There are the other casinos that are not there too like playbetr.

no additional updates coming from the OP. but the list itself is not complete. so don't know if they are pushing thru this award. are they going to give the consumer's choice to the 2nd one in the poll because right now the leading one is the other here.  Tongue

if this will not push thru. they can always create a new one. at least got some insights on how to make this a successful or better one. sometimes suggestions from the community are valid.
Thats why im not really that interested on inputting on some polls because of that particular reason whether they arent active on editing or making out some updates or not really all been listed or precise

thing for us to determine which one is better since forum community members arent all gamblers which means the number or actual demand couldnt really be determined out but at least we do have some idea on where people of this forum do really hang on. Some of those names does have lots of pending issues or accusations on which i dont know on why they had been included on the list.
2555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Happens to One's Bitcoin if Death Occurs? on: March 21, 2022, 09:40:42 PM
Private key is access to your Bitcoin. So make sure you do have back up for private key of your wallet. Depends on wallet you use, it can be either private key or mnemonic seed. You must back it up and have a few backups for recovery later.

Recovery can be done by you or your family members (in case you pass away unfortunately). Of course if you prepare for sudden accidents and have clear idea on who will inherit your Bitcoin, you should let them know about what they should do in case you die.
Whenever we do talk about passing away and talking about inheritance then this one would be most suggested imho.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5180850.0

Using Locktime for inheritance planning, backups or gifts

This one is much more better rather than setting up some will or letting family members completely of privatekey or seed.
2556  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expect Bullrun this year again! on: March 21, 2022, 07:38:23 PM
Nah, just another one of those who seems to be a perma-bull on bitcoin, nothing against him, but obviously, the bull run is over, we have touch a new all time high already in November.

So it's better just to put conservative numbers today, no exaggeration, just pure numbers that is enough for the current situation. Although we wouldn't want the price to hit 6 digits and more this year? But for me, it's not going to happen base on bitcoin's history.
I am a perma-bull on bitcoin as well and yet even I do not make these type of claims. Nobody could really know what could happen with bitcoin, some may act as if they know, but in reality none of us know about it.

There are tens of millions of investors to crypto, and there are hundreds of billions of dollars involved, one person cannot make a big change (well Elon challenged that for a while) and that is why I doubt it could ever make sense for one person to act like they know what will happen. I do hope that we break ATH this year, but I "hope" for it to happen, I do not know if it will happen, I wish, I dream, I hope, I want it to, but none of these are "know", just my preference.
By just being realistic then you would not really reach out these numbers and if you do really make out some analysis and some common sense on how this market moves after all the years then you

would really be seeing these numbers to be some sort of a dream for a short time period but we know that it is really capable or does have potential but lets not anticipate nor expect that much

because no one really knows on where we would be heading out thats why its better to be wise if you are making some investment on when to get in and when to get out.
2557  Economy / Gambling / Re: Vulnerabilities in gambling websites in past on: March 21, 2022, 06:46:51 PM
There had been quite a number of Vulnerabilities in gambling websites since 2011 from satoshi dice to primedice and a lot more.

What was the total number of exploits and which ones were the lethal ones, I think that hufflepuff guy on primedice did the most damage.
The exploit was called something like "Race time condition" and I read something similar in my CS class but it was related to a banking system so it could be different.

Basically, it was giving multiple inputs to the system trying to get some response from the system in 2 places, and then exploiting the system.

Also, Is there any list for me to check regarding exploits? I'm thinking about developing something so it may come handy.
Well said mate there have been a lot of vulnerabilities in so many gambling sites in the past and a good number of them could not survive the attacks and are forced to close down or pack up, both to aid further discussion on the subject of vulnerability we need to narrow it down to a particularly vulnerable aspect, e.g hack, scam and exit game this all mean different things but link to one thing which is a vulnerability in gambling.
ALso casinos work 24 hrs a days and some of the casinos are located in geographical areas with poor governance. political instability and bordening region with significant crims and risks - in recent past many casinos have developed in different countries but due to social harms done by many gambling sites - gov have imposed bans on most of the gambling sites..
Nothing surprising on here considering that not all places or corners of the world would really be ending up on having the same perception or views towards gambling which you could really expect that

different kinds of decisions and actions towards gambling businesses whether if it would be online or physical ones thats why it would really vary and speaking about security then every site doesnt have

that 100% protection even how you would strengthen it out because it could really be hacked on any chance but of course they would really be putting some focus on making it stronger since
no business owner will definitely be letting these things to happen.
2558  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Does This Always happen? on: March 20, 2022, 09:05:52 PM
I thought I was the only one dealing with such market conditions; I always take my time to research a coin before buying it, but once I do, the coin starts to drop; if I lose patience and sell it, the coin starts to rise again; I'm not sure why; sometimes I think I don't have enough patience, and sometimes I think I do, and it's just time to sell. I'm not sure if it's my destiny.
You dont have enough patience and this is a very common behavior on which you do really mess up with your trades because you are impulsive on whats the market price but well this is a common

reaction when you are still noob and isnt really good on handling out your emotions plus lacking up some knowledge then you would really be having a big problem.
You arent the only ones who do really have this kind of problem and for sure that majority of us does experience this shitty situation on where things or price do
goes to opposite side.
2559  Economy / Gambling / Re: BK8 - Biggest and Most Trusted Brand. Asia's #1 Crypto online casino BTC & USDT on: March 19, 2022, 08:55:16 PM
Are residents from the Philippines cannot register and play on your site? I am trying to create an account however I cannot see the Philippines on the country options, and of course I cannot see the Peso currency option on the list. I thought giving the country of bank and preferred currency was only for those who wanted to use fiat currency, how about those who wanted to play with cryptocurrencies?

I was also surprised to see that the Philippines is not on the list while all other Asian nations are included. So I try to scroll down if this is just a mistake, but then again it was not really included in the list.

Maybe this is just a mistake on the part of the gambling platform as Philippines is more crypto friendly than other nations, it even has 3 biggest casinos.

Same here, but if the site will not ask for KYC, then maybe it's okay to use a different country or in short provide fake information?
I know the risk, of course, that's bypassing the rules of the site, but anyone who likes to try the platform may try to fake their information, so I want to ask, how serious is it? and what would probably be the sanction if the site found out about it?
Trying out to register on the site on using up other credentials specially on that phone number section which there are lots of countries which isnt included on the list also included mine too on where

you couldnt possibly able to register if you couldnt input a valid one but i do make use of some example mobile phone in internet ex. Thailand which i do make use as my information and input up

fake name too just for the sake of seeing overall site design and functionality. They do have fiat and crypto options as a way of payment which is great.
Site itself isnt bad looking and the functionalities as well.
2560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: March 19, 2022, 07:59:39 PM
Preparation is a necessity for crypto investors. No trend is permanent, for every trend there is always a counter trend. And trends change in an unexpected manner. Holding for too long in a trading situation is not a good strategy. At every point there should be a preparation for a reversal
Not for reversal but with those trend to be over and been replaced with something new and not known which is a really common market behavior because we couldn't just stick into a trend which we know

that it wouldn't last forever.Yes, it might be relevant for long time but it would really be having a new one.As an investor then you should really be that prepared anytime on when you would really be
securing your profits. It would be just normal that you would really be setting out targets or goals because opportunities doesnt really come often so better be wise on making decisions.
