Obari for gift cards like the Amazon gift card, is it possible to use escrow and payment is released from escrow to you after getting tracking number Huh
2543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🐞 Dogecoin Will hit $1? on: February 28, 2023, 08:39:50 PM
Dump $doge ? Cool

BTC= $100,000, when Doge =$1
BTC= 1 million, Doge= $10

The numbers pretty much fit in well Smiley

If I recall before the crypto crush happened at the end of Q4 2021 when bitcoin was flying high and Elon Musk was singing the dogecoin song and using his tesla company to hype the memecoin , dogecoin did actually get close to the dollar, if I remember it should have gotten to about 70 cents there about and if bitcoin can get to a 100k then all these coins will ride the success of btc that's for sure.
2544  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] Sell your EMPTY ETH Wallet! ($5-10/address) on: February 28, 2023, 08:28:48 PM
Buying as much as you can get, as long as they have uniswap activity before 2021!
You guys really need to highlight the uniswap activity before 2021 cause I got a cold shoulder from OP since my wallet was turned down because it doesn't meet the uniswap activity in that timeframe.
I guess for this whole thing to work in OPs favor that condition of uniswap activity has to be met!

Out of curiosity is it possible that wallets that have interacted with the uniswap platform could have got some kind of airdropped coins on them?
2545  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: GETINTOPC BIGGEST SCAM SITE on: February 28, 2023, 08:07:35 PM
And am guilty for using this site for the longest time when it comes to using free software, and of course crypto transactions are never done on this system that has unofficial stuff.

If you install these softwares and cracked, it will change your registry and at first your keyboard will be hacked. whenever you make any transactions, it will show same address that you input but you will realize it change from original one when Metamask approved prompt appear
Have you tried to use malwarebytes to scan and clean your PC, from my experience this little software usually gets the job done, including the free version !

How i discover it?
unfortunately i have been hacked two times and lost 1k$. i used this website for free screen recording and video editing software like premier pro. one day suddenly All Ethereum, bnb has been sent from all my Wallets to unknown address at one time. I think use bot to send only these main tokens. i lost 400$ first time but fortunately my 2500$ token remain safe and i withdrawn immediately after i realize.
Is it possible that you clipboard was hijacked in one of the transactions you were performing , and do you leave you gadgets constantly connected to the internet, because is the only way this bot got active during its idle time ??

The purpose of telling here was that all people should be aware of it and no one should download any software from it. If you  need to download any software, then you should choose such a laptop for that which is extra and have no personal data, account information.

Thanks for the advice, guess it's time to call it quits.
2546  Economy / Gambling / Re: WINZ.IO 🚀 WELCOME BONUS: 300 FREE SPINS 🎁 $45K CANDYLAND QUEST 🍭🍭🍭 on: February 28, 2023, 03:43:28 PM
How long does it take for a payment bonus to reflect on my bonus balance, I deposit using the Friday bonus code but the 2 free spin hace, not veen credited to my spin balance I have already raised a ticket.
When it comes to these bonuses, check email received and the amount required to activate this bonus, don't use exchange rates from other places as you might fund your account with less funds needed and system won't activate the bonus.

Btw when you use the bonus code and press activate, did you see the activation pop up message on your screen (top right).
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hypothetical Question on: February 28, 2023, 03:39:28 PM
If you were told the outcome of a soccer match, hours before the match was scheduled, and you were assured that it would 100% win, how much would you be willing to bet on it? Assuming it was a 100% can’t lose situation.
Knowing gambling to be a game of chance I wouldn't take your word for it!

But if you said something in the lines of my stake been insured by some escrow funds here on the forum should I lose I get my refund from escrow and if I win you get your funds back and if you can do this say 3-5 times maybe, just maybe I might be convinced by this service !

Assuming you had millions of dollars that you could put on the match, where would you place the bets? Bookies often limit players. How could one successfully place millions of dollars in bets without drawing up suspicions or having their money frozen? Just curious.
You seem convinced by what you are doing, why not join all sportsbook that we have here and place the same bet, I don't think that will draw so much attention  Tongue
2548  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: African government against or for crypto?? on: February 28, 2023, 10:10:52 AM
In most of these countries it's expected that what they don't understand they would rather declare the unknown to be illegal instead of serving the citizens with what they want..but it's all about time things will go in favor of crypto one way or another.

Btw looking at some of the listed countries in the OP, if crypto has the likes of Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt just to name a few I think this is a big win to be honest. If am not mistaken these are some of the biggest economies in Africa and a great bench mark for other non crypto nations to emulate and adopt crypto, its just a waiting game for now.

I think it doesn't really matter if the government like bitcoin or not.
Totally correct, as long as a user as access to the internet and the alike legislation really does not matter tbh, but am not saying do illegal things be a good citizen Roll Eyes
2549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What If There Is A Ban on: February 27, 2023, 11:56:04 PM
You sound like you want bitcoin to be banned, but unfortunately, bitcoin is not a centralized asset or currency and no one country can make an ultra decision like you have pictured it to be.. besides the USA is a democratic country laws are not just passed on without other stakeholders chipping in.

But say it happened as you have pictured it, well we have several other countries that have given bitcoin a safe landing zone and this is where most crypto businesses that need a physical presence will likely be moving to, talk about El Salvador, Japan etc bitcoin is not going to be stopped by one country, not by a Longshot.

But it seems that a ban on Cryptocurrency is not going to happen in the US. As said by the US Minister of Finance who instead has promised strong regulation. So some tightening of the rules might actually happen but I don't think it will be a problem. and with this it is ensured that Cryptocurrency will be safe and there will be no ban.

Thanks for the news.

I see this giving bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies a bullish push, it doesn't get better than this.

1) I want to ask about ranking queue? Is it static or updated every time a member rank-up? and how to update? Is rankup member added to the end of queue or may it be the first?
First, I consider the order and rank weight they are in the spreadsheet. Higher order, higher rank means higher chance to get the the empty spot.
Second, I consider when they ranked up or safe to say when they informed me when both has same rank but one spot is empty for the rank. If person B ranked up before person A then person B will be the priority.

Quote
2) Is there a vacation? Meaning how many weeks a person can post less than 5 posts before being remove (for inactivity) or is it open?

If they inform me before then their spot is reserved for the time they will be away or I may wait 2 to 4 weeks before removing him from the spot and giving it to the next one in the queue.
No offense just to get some clarity, noticed Gianluca95 hasn't been active for their 7+ weeks on the campaign could this be a reserved spot?
2551  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LocalBitcoins.com EXIT SCAM on: February 27, 2023, 10:32:27 PM
Even in their death bed they still won't let their former clients to have some peace of mind by allowing users get their funds back, besides they have nothing to lose as far as am concerned.. Unless they want to forcely get coins they do not own.

LocalBitcoins have always been shitty anyway, especially after they started doing complete KYC verification.
Agreed, but before we had exchanges like Binance and other CEXs, p2p exchanges like LocalBitcoins were the go to place because you could easily move crypto in and out without the need of KYC but ever since centralized exchanges came in the picture, regulation found its way into these businesses and the game has never been the same.

2553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 27, 2023, 09:39:00 PM
Aubameyang could be a good addition, I agree with that. However, he hasn't played even 10 games worth of minutes so far this season, and he is not considered like a good player that could improve a team anymore.
Aubameyang has seen better days, and at this point its safe to say that he might be at the end of his career and if he knows what's good for him he better go to these lower leagues were he can get more game time and a decent retirement package before he hangs his boots.

I would trade him for Giroud and Zlatan together in an instant, but they need even better than that. He is 33 too, that's not really that much younger, sure compared to 36 and 41 then he looks young but they need someone they can play at least 5 seasons, that's a much better deal, which I think at oldest should be 29 or so.
Strikers in the age group usually retire early has their speed, reaction, intensity all go down and very few can play through this age, and unfortunately looks like
Aubameyang isn't one of them Sad

But come on mate, Giroud for Aubameyang, aren't you being too harsh here Tongue

I don't know who they can get, but they need someone much better, and also younger.
Transfer market these days is unpredictable, it's anybodys guess tbh.
2554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Shiba INU tokens continue to rise? on: February 27, 2023, 08:48:55 PM
Honestly, I don't think so...You might ask why, well with crypto we always have a coin that's making some serious headlines in a certain niche and it has that Shiba INU come at a time when dogecoin was really making several crypto headlines thanks to Elon Musk and his Twitter shilling. But unfortunately, crypto markets crashed when musk was talking about how much carbon crypto mining caused and these meme coins could not build on the wins and gains they had and people's attention when to other coins and I believe this was the same period we got NFTs..and that's why Shiba inu is now playing hardball for now.
2555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gave investment advice to my grandfather. on: February 27, 2023, 08:32:50 PM
My grandfather has some wealth. Now my grandfather will invest all his wealth in Bitcoin.
For someone that worked so hard to acquire that wealth while they were still youthful, I don't believe they can give up all their work and money for some unknown tech asset as an investment!
Honest this is too good to be true, did someone force him into getting into the crypto space or this was a personal decision??

I told my grandfather not to invest all your wealth in Bitcoin. I suggested to my grandfather that Bitcoin not only has the potential for profit, but also the potential for loss. So you invest some wealth in Bitcoin. You don't have to sit on the street if your investment suffers.
Sound like grandpa might have been in the finance industry during his working days, but credit to you for advising him well on what to expect with crypto investments.

You are a good man  Cool

My only question to all, was I able to give my grandfather the right advice??
Yep the advice given couldn't get any better than that Cheesy

Advising on investing in bitcoin is a good idea but it takes a little longer to convince older people because they have less knowledge about bitcoin and hence the risk is higher. Before investing you need to know about bitcoin and use good wallet so that the hacker does not lose the bitcoin after one and a half cryptocurrency is the future of the world's economy. Investing in this field is definitely a smart thing to do several things should be considered before investing.
Agreed, for this reason, I actually think that to some extent if they suffer some kind of loss of investment, with a good lawyer they could get back what they lost because they lack the capacity to make a sound decision.

2557  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading good for beginners? on: February 27, 2023, 06:53:06 PM
Someone met me and we were had a conversation on trade and he told me that he has used all he has been saving for trading and asked me if he can make something out of it and I asked him if he had any knowledge about it and he said no.
Rule number one about trading,if you don't have the skill do yourself a favour and don't trade!
If you choose to be stubborn about it chances are high that you will actually lose more money than you would want to win.

My question is can someone that doesn't have any knowledge about trading and how the system work can he or she trade and be profitable in it? Since at some points it has some compliments bof luck.
Beginners luck you mean, without skill you definitely have a 50% chance of getting you first profitable trade but after that to survive you require skill.

After some time of discussion, he has been told that it's just for them to choose on the candles sticks if it's up the they want to choose or the one going up just with this idea can they trade with such an idea.
so I wan to know if it's right for the person to begin trading?
This sounds like guess work and I will discourage your friend from going this route, trading requires skill, discipline, patience and a good reading of technical analysis to navigate your way around the charts.

2559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do scammers scale through on Bitcoin talk? on: February 27, 2023, 02:45:54 PM
As I new bie, how do I know someone is a scammer?
For starters, a scammer's fishing net is not limited to newbies they can target pretty much everyone out here and need to be on the look out.

Then how to spot a scammer, well at first glance you can't really tell.. they have to slip up for you to stop one or if offers are too good to be true then it's not or simply a scam.

What should I do if I meet a scammer on Bitcointalk?

What should I do so I won't fall a victim of scam?
Please your contributions and advice will really appreciated.
If the scam has happened you can make a report in the scam accusations board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) or if it's happening or suspect someone of being a scammer then you can put up a post in the reputation board(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0) .
