Poll is closed ,POS working properly and we in the right track again.
I had 5 "Generated but not accepted" PoS-rewards within 2 minutes. After that I got nothing anymore.
Inform here your weight and network weight in your wallet client?
Code:

If PoW ended early, does this mean the 10% premine turned into a 50% premine now?

25403  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] Rollin.io Signature & Avatar Campaign on: May 13, 2017, 05:29:44 PM
I realize it's a bummer that the campaign rates are dropping by 25%, but I think these rates are still pretty good - Hero members will be paid about $90 USD per month for 50 posts, not counting the avatar bonus.
I was actually waiting for this to happen.

I've analyzed all my past payments (latest payment first, all including avatar):

Hero Member:
0.08 BTC - $94.32
0.08 BTC - $94.07
0.08 BTC - $82.75
0.09 BTC - $75.07
0.09 BTC - $70.31
0.09 BTC - $64.12
0.09 BTC - $57.68
0.09 BTC - $54.61
Sr. Member:
0.065 BTC - $37.52 / Hero got: $51.95
0.065 BTC - $43.10 / Hero got: $59..67
0.065 BTC - $49.87 / Hero got: $69.05
0.065 BTC - $29.43 / Hero got: $40.75
0.065 BTC - $27.90 / Hero got: $38.64
Full Member:
0.04 BTC - $16.63 / Hero got: $37.42
Dollar-prices based on https://www.investing.com/currencies/btc-usd-historical-data

My next payment is due in 3 days. If I take the current price, I get $139.74
At the new rate this will be $104.81, still over 2.5 times more than a Hero member got when I joined this campaign, and still higher than my last payment. I'm happy Smiley

25406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WNOBT - a blockchain loyalty scheme and more|| WAVES token | RXD | Airdrop on: May 13, 2017, 07:25:33 AM
2- Sign a message e.g "Today is 12-MAY-17 and TB uname is the owner of NOBT address(75gbfjhfjhvfvbjg241b856gfjhdfjh)" get 1 WNOBT for every 1 NOBT you holding in this address
I did that, but didn't get WNOBT. What is "TB uname"?

Quote
3- send me a PM containing your Waves address and mention the airdrop you will get 1000 WNOBT
I did that too.
25407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WNOBT - a blockchain loyalty scheme and more|| WAVES token | RXD | Airdrop on: May 12, 2017, 06:05:51 PM
So, I guess this is not a airdrop, but the coins swap.
Quote
-airdrop 10 WNOBT : 1 NOBT
yes this is swap coins but waht happens whit nobt coins? now i have 4006 nobt
No, no swap coins at all it is the loyalty for NOBT hodler. more options add for airdrop pickup the option that suits you.
Your explanation is unclear and you are contradicting yourself. If it's not a swap, why do you ask to send NOBT coins to that address?
25408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: May 12, 2017, 06:03:29 PM
That said....
Yes, you can register an exchange address by the following method.
First, you know it's an address from an exchange (or even a gambling site), because you have coins on it.  You make a withdraw to yourself, so you see where it came from so you know how much is in it.    Now, setup a byteball wallet.  transition bot, you give it the address, and it says to send a small payment to an address.  On the exchange, you withdraw the specific amount to the byteball transition bot.  If the exchange uses that wallet to pay you (the bot), then the bot believes you own that address.   So, if no one else does this, then you just scored free bytes/blackbytes during that snapshot.
You forget a crucial detail: the exchange doesn't send the change back to the original address, it sends it to another address. When you withdraw for the second time, it comes from a different address.

Edit: valid points below.
25409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NOBT]✔NOBT Hybrid PoW+PoS ◕◡◕ Zerocoin Protocol - AIRDROP on: May 12, 2017, 10:01:22 AM
I followed all vinylfever's steps to upgrade my wallet on lInux, that worked. Nice new logo btw.
But: still no PoS. How do I get it back?
25410  Other / Off-topic / Re: I want open this topic for Bitcoin core developers on: May 12, 2017, 08:56:09 AM
The fees (25.641 sat/byte) are too low to get any confirmation, let alone a fast confirmation. And yet, they all get confirmed very fast by BitFury!
So the real question is: Why is BitFury mining spam transactions?

Edit: Before I start pointing fingers: it could of course be a script stuck in a loop, generating invalid transactions to pay their miners. In that case someone has to fix it.
25411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: May 12, 2017, 07:58:23 AM
Yesterday the transition bot only copied my text ("hi" > "hi"), today it doesn't respond at all.
This has happened before, is this a known bug?

25413  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Problem with signing messages in Electrum "error (false, x)" on: May 11, 2017, 05:38:36 PM
Just for further clarification; are you attempting to sign using Electrum WITH imported keys
I can confirmed this worked for me. I haven't tried to sign a message from an address created by Electrum itself.

@apoorvlathey: as a work around: you could move your funds to another wallet. Obviously make backups before trusting the new wallet.
25414  Economy / Services / Re: I'm giving away 0.00512* BTC per Bitcoin you own by signing a message on: May 11, 2017, 04:06:15 PM
I did motivate several people with considerable balances to join the Byteball giveaway, so at least I did my part to create awareness about Byteball.
Some even tried to copy you  Cheesy
I noticed a thread like "I give you $2000 if you sign a message from 1000 BTC". Lol.

Quote
And I like the fact that more people participate in the airdrop, although some will just dump their coins on the market.
So far the price is going up, although some coins are dumped right after the airdrops.

Quote
Your rate is ~half of what they can get from the airdrop.
Let's say it's negotiable Cheesy

Quote
Also I hope that you don't really expect somebody with 1000BTC+ on cold storage to just risk* signing your message for 0.5%.

* by risk I mean that cold storage and paper wallet are anti-hack measures and signing could just bring them a (tiny) risk to get hacked; I know that you cannot do any harm by getting that signed message
About the "risk": as far as I know signing a message exposes the same amount of information (the public key) as you do when you re-use the same address. Either one of these two methods is used to link an address. A total of 207457 Bitcoin has been linked now.
Of course you shouldn't sign your cold storage on a compromised online PC, but if you do that offline you're good to go. Or use a Trezor to sign.

I saw this thread yesterday and wanted to take part in it, but due to some error in the electrum wallet I was not able to sign message using any of my wallets. I wish the error in the wallet to be updated before June to take part.
What error do you get?
25415  Economy / Services / Re: I'm giving away 0.00512* BTC per Bitcoin you own by signing a message on: May 11, 2017, 12:39:52 PM
Update: the airdrop happened yesterday.

Some statistics
I got nobody with a high balance to sign up through me.
I got one signature in PM, from a clueless Brand New who apparently thought he would get free money after signing from an empty address.
I did motivate several people with considerable balances to join the Byteball giveaway on their own, so at least I did my part to create awareness about Byteball.
One of these gave me 10% of his earnings, which motivates me to keep this thread alive.

This giveaway continues
Same rules, new deadline: June 9. To join: sign a message as explained at the start of this thread.
25416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ABC] ABC Blockchain Protocol | Launch 11 May, 2017 - TBA on: May 11, 2017, 12:25:19 PM
The developers launching ABC are not compensated in any way for their efforts developing/maintaining the ABC protocol.
The developers will maintain and update the protocol in effort to provide a useful system to users, this may include a fork to a contracting codebase in the future.
Without compensation, developers have no incentive to keep working on this. What motivates them to keep working? I guess developers will be mining coins from the beginning, and make up for the lack of premine, am I right?
25417  Economy / Services / Re: Avatar and signature space for free on: May 11, 2017, 10:29:11 AM

I've updated the topic with the currect (much higher) Byteball price.
Only 1 day left to join for this month.

When is your own personal deadline? (A time that you can confidently say messages will be read by)
The 9th would be a safe estimate.

LoyceV have you noticed any funny business on your machine after you have installed the Byteball wallet?
From the OP:
I have the client running in a virtual machine to ensure no rogue wallet can compromise my system.

The Android version of the Byteball wallet wants access to my Identity, my full profile and account data. I don't know what to think of that  Roll Eyes
Most Android apps want way too much access. I don't use it on Android.
