Looks like we're getting a slight bit of interest on the markets.
The more places we become a base pair, the more interest / necessity $UNO will have. IMO, I don't see it as a currency to be spent, it has more of a utilitarian purpose of storing value... |

There is no Fractional Reserve unless they ran off with the BTC, all of the Coin that is being asked to withdraw has been sent into the Exchange so it should be there with no restriction. Only restriction should be on FIAT period.
There absolutely could be a fractional reserve problem. If Cryptsy was using phantom coins to game markets in an effort to try to make money for themselves there could be big problems quickly if there was a "bank run." Further, there is no transparency at Cryptsy w/r/t the wallets, so who really knows what goes on behind the curtain... |

Thanks for the replies regarding the Mac wallet- it's working like a charm!  Also, since UNO is such a good price now, I'd like to let everyone know I'm clearing out the last of my Unobtanium bars from this run (no plans to get any made any time soon). And I'd love to accept payment in UNO! I have two silver plated and I think about 5 error bars (laser engraving error), all come with holograms and labels. I don't know if KYC would kick in or not. I'm not sure that Shapeshift ever technically has "custody" of any funds. As soon as funds are confirmed the converted funds go out, right? Cryptsy has fiat and custody...a different ball game... |

you don't think having the chinese language option is redeeming enough to make yobit worthwhile?
Chinese is a plus, I'd rather get listed on a bigger Chinese altcoin exchange. @RDD I certainly understand your reservations regarding Yobit and would like a larger exchange as well. However, based upon the feedback from the larger entities, it is currently not in the cards, at this moment. My hope is that if we get some good action on Yobit, that it will garner some "street cred" in the Chinese / Russian markets. Thereby allowing us to daisy-chain into a larger forum. It's certainly a long-shot; however, it's the only shot at the moment. Certainly money well-spent IMO. I appreciate your candor and suggestions. |

Just an extrapolation of observations of the constant new handles in the troll box that have a complaint about the process / lack of withdraw now that the "bank run" is on. Unless of course, Big Vern may be generating hundreds of new accounts and trolling himself? I don't have a horse in the race... Left Cryptsy awhile ago. Got scared off when the first hiccups began to occur. The whole point of crypto is anonymity. KYC is the government-enforced antithesis of that position. The future of crypto is P2P, not exchanges... |

It's happening.. Now you are only allowed to withdraw up to $100 worth of crypto a MONTH from Cryptsy without being verified to at least a "Tier 1" in their new system. I'm glad I moved my UNO out of there early on with TWO "free" withdrawal vouchers. I will never use Cryptsy again. I could see a very rare occasion if there were 20 UNO or less sitting there for a snipe buy, but I'm not supporting this type of behavior. I do not care if the government cracks down on exchanges. That means it's time to bring on the real decentralized exchanges then. Regulation is about to overtake cryptocurrencies. Sad times. Just over 3 years, I guess we had a good run.  Why it is a problem to be verified? I feel comfortable to be verified anywhere. Verified beats the point of the whole crypto system. The blockchain provides all of the verification needed. Your address either has the coin, or it doesn't. WHO you are is irrelevant. The main reason Cryptsy follows KYC is b/c it is in bed with the government and deals with fiat. I agree, if it demands our information, we should have its information. However, my preference is for individuals to vote with his / her feet and take the trading somewhere else. That's how ones starves the beast... There's plenty of other options out there. |

i have now only 7.54 uno . Not so much maybe i will collect till 20 , now i would like to go till 10 uno . Just want to be on uno train  hehe...i remember when i felt like 20 would be enough  It's simple: "How much is enough $UNO?" "Just one $UNO more!" |
