261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 09:10:55 PM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.

You should take no offense actually, just move on! I have only experienced sharing with some colleagues and only few have been really complacent to a fault. And what do I do? Nothing, move on and make my progress with it.
262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the time to invest in bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 08:58:23 PM
Yes, from the way it looks now, market has been going red on weekends and picks up in midweek. You can make your entry point to when it dips at this time out. But if you are talking about Cryptocurrency, you are still good to go.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: January 21, 2018, 06:30:10 PM
I like the fact that it is decentralized and moveable! Basically, it is a new way of earnings for a lot of persons and its relevance has soared till date.
264  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: January 21, 2018, 06:17:22 PM
Would banks and governments actively work and implement countermeasures to undermine this process? Are the underestimating the potential of cryptocurrencies by investing in some of them?
Do you think there is a possibility of cryptocurrencies being banned in the future for the reason of being a threat to "normal" currencies?

I think the banks themselves will need to equip themselves with more information on Cryptocurrency and the blockchain itself if they will be countering Cryptocurrency itself. This means banks will adopt and adapt to blockchain first before wanting to use their findings against them. I will think that along the line, they will get bought over when convinced to make full use of the blockchain themselves.
265  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: January 21, 2018, 05:52:26 PM
I believe being smart makes you to be strategic as a person. I for one would say I had both manifested in my life experience recently. I did have some urgent things to fix as regards money but cash wasn't forthcoming. But I had to act smart not to fidget and also did some strategic planned works because not all works will yield money.
266  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: January 21, 2018, 04:22:52 PM
So much so that 15% of banks world wide expect to widely implement blockchain, which is a ledger of transactions updated in real time by various institutions, by next year, according to the report which surveyed 200 global banks.

These banks, mostly medium to large-sized institutions, are focusing their blockchain technology on three areas: consumer lending, retail payments, and reference data, which refers to the real-time information sharing of transactions across business divisions and institutions.

In four years, IBM says that 66% percent of banks expect to have blockchain in commercial production and at scale.

It is inevitably the way the world is going towards and will be patterned to; blockchain. The earlier the better as we are now transiting from adoption to adaptation stage. So, it is still quite early to jump in the long ride.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: Weak Hands lose money, strong hands makes profits in this game! on: January 21, 2018, 04:10:31 PM
Different strokes for different folks. Whenever the market has any of red or green lights, it sends different interpretation to individuals; definitely because we are of different behaviours. So, good reason why the market will always be busy too.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: The markets are finaly stabilizing. on: January 20, 2018, 04:42:13 PM
This has been a great relief for me especially. It was funny when the bitcoin was digging and the altcoins were following suit. A real  sigh of relief now.
269  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: January 20, 2018, 03:37:10 AM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

Lose some and gain some. If I knew what I know now I wouldn't there put my real money into Cryptocurrency. Better to earn it decently and then use in investment later on.
270  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: January 20, 2018, 03:20:22 AM
why so many people store their bitcoin in their wallet for a long time, whether the benefits will they get?

Come share your thoughts

Well if they have saved their wallet content from December 2016 till early December 2017, then it was worth it. But better to use it to invest in prospective coins too.
271  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: January 20, 2018, 03:03:51 AM
My own view from what I have seen from a friend's view that buying into prospective ICOs is a good way of investing in which you get to make your capital back after the coin gets tradable.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: January 20, 2018, 02:47:03 AM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley

If bitcoin dies, most altcoins will be going down too! This is evident in what happened on Monday to Wednesday, this week; as bitcoin was dipping, they too were dipping. I will presume there will be another coin to take over bitcoin's place I.e ethereum.
273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin an asset or a currency? on: January 19, 2018, 02:47:12 PM
Bitcoin I will say can be used as both asset and a currency. In the Cryptocurrency world and in our now buying and selling, bitcoin is now commonly used and accepted. With your own discretion, you can have it as an asset for the later future.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Can Ethereum or any altcoin devalue Bitcoin later in future? on: January 19, 2018, 02:05:29 PM
I have just noticed that Ethereum is beginning to increase in value much more due to its use in purchasing the altcoins during their ICOs. Can this affect bitcoins value in later times?
275  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoint to $1,800 USD by end of 2018 on: January 19, 2018, 01:52:05 PM

I don't think it can deep that low. With what has happened, the price is somewhat having a limit to the dip because of the volume in circulation.
276  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you don't buy you will cry on: January 18, 2018, 03:41:16 PM
The biggest crash in the history of BTC has been occurred from 2 days ago till now. It' all over now. If you don't buy after reading this post you will cry soon.

Why would I cry? There has been a lot of avenues now to earn on the platform of Cryptocurrency now. I believe a lot have started investing in other coin areas; altcoins. As for those who complained bitterly that Bitcoin price was too high, a window was created for them to buy yesterday. Don't know if there will be another dip like that again.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin rises still, but why? on: January 18, 2018, 03:27:51 PM
You as right as regards the major reason why bitcoin is still high because it is majorly used on the exchanges to acquire the altcoins. As it is now, ethereum is also now being used which is giving it too more relevance.
