261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be the ideal currency of the future? on: July 09, 2020, 04:03:54 PM
Btc was originally design by Satoshi as a digital currency to be a second option for transaction, and so far btc has been used by many for this purpose, so I do think btc perhaps will be the most used currency in the future although nobody knows what the future holds.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: July 09, 2020, 03:55:38 PM
I think koinpro has ended since July second maybe you can update your list and put it among ended bounty, koinpro gave very reasonable reward to participants, at least the signature guys got good amount of tokens am sure even rest of campaigns will also get good reward, what is left is knowing the pice when it is announced, hopefully hunters will benefit.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Buying the 'Dogs' on: July 09, 2020, 03:47:11 PM
Aside from exchanges, is there a place where people list private token sales.

I am looking to acquire tokens that have little to no volume and have fallen 95-98% since ICO.

You can only get such tokens with high amount from the exchange, I don't think any single individual will have the volume that you are looking for except from a team member of a project, and I suppose there is no point asking why you have interest in such project with - 98% drop because you won't share that information! Anyways, your best bet is use an exchange.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines SEC warns against crypto investment. on: July 08, 2020, 10:05:30 PM
This is making sure people are safe, maybe they will only ban those projects that looks suspicious and can be a possible scam, banning crypto entirely won't be a good idea in my opinion, like someone mentioned above, maybe very soon regulation of crypto will begin to make it safe for everyone, every government in any country will also say this for citizens to be careful.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DeFi Craze: Could ETH be seen positive reaction in coming days? on: July 08, 2020, 09:54:33 PM
Before when it was ico period, it was said that most ico projects usually dumps their ico funds which is normally eth and that is why price of eth was not growing as fast as bch back then, now the new trend is Defi and although I am not familiar with the way Defi operates but since this is also ecr20 base projects, could it be that it will also have the same impact on eth price as the way ico does in the past? Am curious to know.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alchemypay, the next big project in crypto space on: July 08, 2020, 09:40:18 PM
Am just dying to see ach finally trading in the top exchange, although binance and okex are major partners of this fantastic project so it won't be a surprise to see ach trading in one of this top exchange, the team of Alchemy are really hard working people and most of all are taking the time to ensure that the project has gain some level of development before entry the exchange market, this is good project to follow.

If you are paying usd, why does it have to take a month before payment will be made since this is not token base, and as for the suggestion of the user above for limited participants I think you should consider it, $2000 for signature campaign for 2 month with an unlimited number of hunters won't benefit participants.

269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They say hardware wallets are the safest on: July 05, 2020, 02:12:24 PM
I see hardware wallet as flash drive that you store any valuable and important information, hardware wallet is much more safer than any online or offline wallet in storing your funds, all you need do is store your hardware wallet in a safe and secure place where you will remember, as long as you didn't misplace your hardware wallet you have nothing to fear.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave browser CEO apologizes for automatically adding affiliate links to cryptoc on: July 05, 2020, 02:05:21 PM
I really like brave browser, everything about the browser is to my satisfaction but after reading the thread about the referral link I was a bit disappointed that they could do such a thing, deceiving that users in such manner was very unprofessional, this is supposed to be a privacy browser but even them are taking advantage of users, at least now they realize their mistakes and apologize.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply on: July 05, 2020, 01:18:07 PM
Honestly I really don't see the need for projects to have such huge supply as billions of it, at the end of the day the token price will only need a miracle to pump a bit, and if it does pump if you are an investor better sell and move on because it will take another miracle for the price to move up again,

I don't fancy project with huge supply, I think it is a punishment on the part of the investors, it will take a very long time to see any meaningful increase in price, it is better to have a small supply.
272  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Kingcasino from bounty detective turned scam on: July 05, 2020, 12:42:29 PM
Bounty detective is not at fault here mate, the fault is yours, their job is to make campaigns available to the audience, you have to do research before picking anyone to promote, it failed or turn scam it's your own fault for choosing wrong not bounty manager
Truly bounty detective are not at fault, but I think that they should always do more research about a project before putting them on their bounty list, they are one of the best or perhaps the best bounty community right now, they need to protect themselves from scam projects so as not to deter their image

This thread is a reference that Bounty hunters scored badly in checking projects and yet bounty hunters are still in support of bounty detective, another one like this and they should stop managing campaigns, what are their criteria in accepting a campaign do they care about exchange where the project they are managing is holding IEO in a known scam exchange.

From the look of things, bounty detective have too many bounty under his management that it will be a bit difficult for them to know the legit ones, I think they should have a criteria for selecting and accepting bounties otherwise many more like Kingcasino will come their way.
273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BIKI Scam: How BIKI collaborated with MOM (mtcn) to SCAM its traders/investors on: July 05, 2020, 12:35:10 PM
I don't understand why exchange will support a project to freeze  accounts without any proper investigation who the account belong to, I think they should be able to verify this by the information provided so they can unfreeze the account of those who are not ex-employess,

And how do they allow ex-employees account trading without restrictions, since 2018 and now they realize this account are unlocked, very strange,
I hope they find a solution for you guys eventually.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your thoughts on DeFi fund losses? on: July 04, 2020, 05:37:42 AM
Few DeFi projects still lose money due to security hacks for each example balancer lost 500,000 worth of ETH to a hacker weeks ago, this shows that not all DeFi projects are capable of keep users funds safe, this is not the only problem I'm worried about, scammers have not even start building fake DeFi projects yet, maybe this DeFi story will end up like ICO hype of 2017? What's your thoughts on this?

It seem Defi is the new kid in the block, especially with such price surge of compound everyone is talking about it, and yes I also read the article about Defi platform getting hacked, and I wonder if this will affect investors thoughts on Defi, I think some investors will still try and invest as long as security is tighten, and as for scam Defi project very possible we would start seeing some pretty soon.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Compound, a crypto bubble? on: July 04, 2020, 04:18:21 AM
Let's see in few days, months and the price is still strong then we can not call it a bubble, although I keep wondering what makes the price to pump so hard in the period when all projects are down in price, what strong and solid partnership they have that can drive the price to such high! Am curious though.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend passed away and he have Bitcoin in his wallet on: July 03, 2020, 06:45:24 PM
I think it is much better if you can tell them in person instead of through the phone, as it is, they are in the state of morning and will be very sad at this time, so telling them about things they have no idea on the phone would sound a bit confusing to them, very heartbreaking to hear this, condolence.
277  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: [Video Contest] Phemex 🔷🔷🔷 1 Bitcoin (BTC) PRIZE AVAILABLE 🔷🔷🔷 on: July 01, 2020, 06:28:24 AM
You are sharing 1btc yet not escrow involved?  Undecided if this is a btc paying campaign maybe take it to the right section, I don't know who will take you serious without following the appropriate procedure.

Have you cross checked very well before taking part or you just want to have an activity build up. I believe this is not even the right section for this post made.

Dear Bitstar_coin, you are confusing yourself there. As already said by above person, it's not 1 BTC per person, it is amount for OVERALL contest. And that's why there is no escrow required. It's very much like your routine Airdrop/Bounty thing, just that instead of tokens/coins, the rewards are in actual money.

Dear Timmzzy, I am not sure what makes you feel that it's a wrong section, may I ask where would I be putting Airdrop kind of thread if not here. This is very much like the Airdrop as explained above already, only difference is the rewards are in actual money rather than other way.

Hope this clarifies everything for you and others. Thank you

Your title read "1 btc price available" so if that is the reward pool for the campaign why is not being escrowed I think is the question of the member above, besides any campaign paying btc as reward is expected to be in service section not here in altcoin section, your bounty is not Airdrop it is a campaign where people get paid for their work, it is totally different from Airdrop, this is my understanding.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥🔥[BOUNTY] ReferCoins: Easiest Way to Earn BTC [Join Now!]🔥🔥🔥 on: July 01, 2020, 06:20:34 AM

The website is not updated take a look, we can submit our entries again, now is 7 per person, looks like the website is working in making the changes for everyone.

Are you saying website is updated now or not updated?
And op can at least tell participants what the problem is instead of being absent for a week or more than

My mistake, I have edited, the Website is updated, we can submit our entries now, take a look everyone and let's share the payments here if they pay.
I think you are right @nicecrypto all it takes is a little announcement about updating website so participants will be informed, maybe op will also update social media too.
Yeah I think it is good participants share here if they get their reward so others can know campaign is paying.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: July 01, 2020, 06:12:00 AM
Shitcoins can do some magic trick, if you have any in your wallet just leave them be, a time might come when they will come back to life with vengeance, some times you can make the biggest gains from shitcoins

I agree sometimes shitcoin can take you by surprise and do a one-time price surge and give you unexpected profit, although not all of them can still perform this way but few ones do revive at some point, the point is, just don't throw them out just jet, you can send them to another wallet specifically for holding shitcoins that way you can clean up your main wallet from them, leave shitcoin in separate wallet and watch what happens in near future.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One good turn deserves another 👈 Scammers way on: July 01, 2020, 06:04:47 AM
Scammers don't quit easily, even when they stole millions of dollars successful, all we can do is protect ourselves, thy are still out there and they will keep coming back for more
The best way is avoid investing even they try to do to repeat and roll out again a new project for scamming users its actually up to us whether we join or not dont we? Sometime the best cure is prevention and this start from individual. Limit yourself to this kind of projects you know already yourself if this is worth it or not. Why not stick with bitcoin or major altcoins such as ethereum.

If you say avoid investing it means nobody will want to invest in new project any more even though we know there are still very few good ones out there but the scam project are to much now it is making it difficult to identify the good from the bad, this things will keep happening as long as there are no governing laws and regulations on crypto, invest only in ieo of trusted exchange is my opinion.
