161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: September 03, 2020, 08:30:10 PM
Yeah link now appear to be almost everyone's favourite but I think back in 2018 when it was first launched many people had their doubts about the project but now that price has really gone up very high, link is now the talk of the town, with the current price, i don't think it wise to still buy in, there are other defi project with equal potentials that are still cheap in price.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Tron (TRX) Ever Reach $5? on: September 03, 2020, 08:16:42 PM
Its really insane to thought, tron could reach at $5 along with its large supply. Unable to find out any strong reasons that can make tron to reach $5. Tron has been showing a rising tendency, as the coin exceed to $0.042 although it has been surrounded by controversy & scandal. I guess it could raise around $1 after this year's end

I don't think this will ever happen the op is just having a dream in the cloud 🤔,  before he start dreaming of $5 trx he should take a look at the supply, with such price the market capitalization of trx will be insane,  this is something that will never happen.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin section to join. Dont waste your time with others on: September 02, 2020, 07:12:33 PM
This is a nice thread for bounty hunter. Bounty hunters can easily choose the best bounty campaigns from here. I think it would be good to update this thread regularly.

I want to share some bounty campaign here. If you want, you can add them in the main post.

Before that I want to update one thing Devilsdragon campaign bounty campaign ended on Aug 25, 1 week earlier to the estimated date. You can check telegram pin post also bounty thread is locked.
CorionX bounty campaign (phase 1) extended two more weeks.

Some good campaign:
1. IQ Cash round 3
Duration: 24 Aug to Sep 22.
2. Markaccy.io
Duration: 10 Aug to Sep 30
3. YOUengine
Duration: April7 - Oct 19.
This campaign has 4 round. Round 3 end on Aug 31. Round 4 will start on Sep 1 and end on Oct 19.
4. Scalpex
Duration: Campaign will start on August 31, 2020 and will end on September 27, 2020.
5. Candela Coin
Duration: 7 Aug - 15 Oct.
IQ cash is one of the worst campaigns I have seen. Many people participated in the 1st and 2nd round of the campaign, but they only received $ 3-5 for 2 months of work. And for this campaign, it is even less than before because the price has dropped a lot
I agree with you that IQ Bounty is actually an unless progress because their bounty reward is much less and there are more hunters than that. They want to distribute tokens to hunters for $0.33 targetcap but the value of their tokens is now $0.054 in the exchange market. In fact i think they want to promote their project for free and almost hunters are working blindly.

No the problem is they cheated hunters from the very beginning by pegging the bounty pool value to $0.33 instead of the actual value it was traded in the market back then, hunters even with seeing this injustice rush in like flies, lol, they were used to promote the project for peanuts  Grin,
This is what happen when you allow yourself to be used foolishly.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Yearn.Finance (YFI) hits $28k on: September 01, 2020, 11:58:48 AM
I am still wondering what is pumping this coin, I understand a lot are been locked thereby reducing the supply. The volatility of this coin is too crazy and traders are making crazy money from it. How long this is going to continue, I can't say. Let's play safe, another year like 2017 is upon us again.
As far as i know if so many whales and big names have joined into this project and they are also using the product that has already made by yearn.finance and i have heard the the yield farm has already become the main thing that attracted all of them to join in this project. That's those whales are pumping this coin to the moon.

Ofcourse this project will only be for big whales, look at the current price, how many people can afford to buy many number of this token,  only whales can hold good amount of yfi by now, am just surprise how price have increase so high more than btc, very surprising.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum overpower Bitcoin in the future? Which side are you on? on: September 01, 2020, 11:34:47 AM
I don't understand why the op is comparing this both coin because I know they don't offer similar services so know need to ask if eth can overtake  btc, but if I have to choose,  then i believe btc will always remain strong and above eth.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot - new top ten member on: September 01, 2020, 11:06:42 AM
I have been hearing some talks about this project and it seems many people find the project interesting and worthy of investment, am amazed at the success of the project, i think this can be a good long term investment, who knows what the price will be by 2021.

@BM I think a member in this campaign is either a bot or something, this member has more than 3 proof of authentication post, see link below:-

169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: August 29, 2020, 06:37:06 AM
But I wonder why this project suddenly drop this low in price,  pundi X was a very popular project back then, why the team not doing anything to revive the project and save it from going to hell, they should consider investors who trust this project and hope to gain from it, if this project got delist from binance it will be the end of it.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Kickico KICK coin a good investment? on: August 29, 2020, 06:22:55 AM
a dmm Huh
263 days ago i received kick token from airdrop maybe but stay i have not sold yet. I think it's foolish to invest all these unless tokens instead of bitcoin. Those who have no demand for the product in reality will never find a good investor so do research then decide to invest.

I guess you are right, this type of coin without any real demand will be had to grow in price except the dev team decides to include more utility to it so that there will be a demand which can cause a rise in price, better to be careful with this type of investment, instead invest in good project there plenty of them.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: These projects will go big in 2020, I assume. on: August 29, 2020, 06:15:03 AM
This is my personal view not any financial advice.

1. BAANX: Baanx is secure, custodial wallet platform and bridging gap between fiat and crypto. Already have ios, android app and launched their debit card in 30 countries.

2. AIMEDIS: Decentralized blockchain backed ehealth ecosystem, offers more than health, in anyplace, anytime. They are getting ready to launch their own platform

3. Tachyon: Decentralized blockchain based internet protocol that wants to create secure and privacy internet. They promise faster, secure and also pay for staking ipx into the wallet

I will monitor these projects closely

I wonder if @op still have same strong believe as before about this coins he mentioned, recently the market has taken a new turn with the latest Defi trend, this are the project making waves and giving investors high profit, even old projects are now going Defi with the hope they will attract more investors, maybe now your thoughts have been shifted with this new development.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does bounty still kind of worth on 2020? on: August 27, 2020, 06:19:00 PM
Yes if you happens to be lucky enough to choose the right bounty then yes it will be worth your time, take a look at Dia bounty, the value of Dia has rising so high that hunters will earn good reward from the bounty.
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When Bitcoin Maximalists are Promoting/Shilling an Altcoin on: August 26, 2020, 01:56:20 PM
But then again, I just don't like how these people frequently crap on Ethereum and then end up using the Ethereum platform. Though Samson Mow also said on Twitter that they could move to RSK or Liquid once they are able to.
This is exactly why I hate hypocrites. They trash something they are not part of and all of a sudden an ERC20 token is okay just because they have acquired something in their pockets. It shows how their judgement is easily corruptible.

What cobra twitted was spot on.

I guess this goes to show that some people's loyalty only base on where it will be beneficial to them nothing else, they seem to be very confident shilling those erc20 tokens just for their interest, it is not always good to do what people say because they themselves don't usually do what they preach.
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: when will cryptocurrency go mainstream? on: August 26, 2020, 01:47:51 PM
To some extent I feel crypto is already gone mainstream because of the way the awareness has increased over the years, even now it feels more and more businesses are accepting crypto for payment, recently there has been talks about PayPal including crypto in their system, so to me I feel crypto has somewhorth gone mainstream.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: August 25, 2020, 07:00:59 AM
As we all have seen ripple has been quite strong these past few days and with all that it has done over the past months compared to most other currencies and the launch of xrapid is actually starting to show in its price.
There is so much talk about ripple taking over bitcoin and being 10$ what are your thoughts on this?

Not a chance, ripple can't take over bitcoin and you should do yourself a favour and stop listening to those misguided forums or whatever, even if ripple miraculously reach as high as $10 still won't match up to btc in terms of tech, bro better use your time in something useful an stop hyping ripple it won't do any good.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: REALITIES & CHALLENGES OF INVESTMENT PLATFORMS. on: August 25, 2020, 06:53:15 AM
why would you use an 'investment platforms' when you can just buy tokens or use defi on your own?
there is no need for you to pool your funds into a single entity because you don't have enough capital. this is crypto, not stock markets where you need $200k yearly income to open an account.

Exactly, this is what I would do, back in 2017 I did use some of this investment platform and the result was not good, I use them because I was relatively new in crypto, didn't understand much about investment in tokens but now things have changed, I understand things much better thanks to this forum and other online site that educate us, better the op do the investment on his own instead of given it to scam platform.
177  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investment advice backed by real experience on: August 24, 2020, 01:56:06 PM
very informative write up although i think it safe to say we can equally invest what we are capable of losing, making an investment that will bring such anxiety is not a good idea, to each with their investment approach and capability but to me a decent amount that won't hurt us too much is good, not investing in btc at all is what is an offense just kidding, anyways, it has been a pleasure to invest in btc.
178  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The best way to convert Bitcoin into real money on: August 24, 2020, 01:38:40 PM
to me binance is the most easiest and fastest (although i haven't try the rest but as it is i don't see the need) converting btc to my local currency through binance is very fast and ridiculously cheap too unlike some local exchange like luno who are very expensive, competition is always good in market Grin
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto passive income - a bubble? on: August 23, 2020, 04:47:37 PM
When you can mine yourself it is more better, but most cloud mining are usually scam some of them will only pay investors for only a few period before they disappear, staking on the other hand seem more reliable, at least there are some project that have been paying investors from staking for long now, they still active.
