Майнеры в конференции п2пула https://t.me/p2pool говорят что выплаты напрямую проходят на депозиты биттрекс. Но требуется больше подтверждений так как не только сама транзакция но и  новые сгенерированные монетки требую тоже подтверждения сетью.

Выплаты колеблются, потому что на п2пулах майнерам выплачивается не только приз за блок но ещё и комиссия что идёт с этим блоком.
Величина комиссии зависит от количества транзакция идущих с блоками. Иногда бывает существенная прибавка к прогнозируемой выплате (Predicted payout)

Если эти средства Вам до сих пор не поступили то читайте первую страницу этой темы. Там есть предупреждение что на депозиты бирж нельзя копать.
Если копали на биржу то пишите в саппорт биржи со ссылками на блок эксплорер. Большинство бирж после рассмотрения зачисляют средства.
