261  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 25, 2012, 11:08:09 PM
Zipzap answer:

We are researching the reason for the different amount on the email but
the transaction appears in our system as 1044,87 so that is what you
should pay
We apologize for the confusion.

Thank you for using ZipZap.

Email sent to Zipzap

Hi,

1- I generated a boleto (not paid) on Bitinstant service with value of 1044,87 (número do documento 95155)
2- Then I received an email with subject ZipZap Action required, with the following info:
Amount to pay: 1022,77
Account number: 781570676

So I ask:

Why boleto is 1044,87 and on Zipzap action required email say 1022,77?

263  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 24, 2012, 08:50:09 PM
Obs: I see 1044 on the cashpayment page and on Boleto generated too.
264  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 24, 2012, 08:33:10 PM
Testing Bitinstant and would like answer for this:

1- "Tried" to buy 500 dollars with boleto (Brazil)
2-  I looked the value of Real and (1 dollar is = 2,05 Real).
3- Clicked send funds and then go.
4- Boleto say I need to pay 1044 Reais
So I ask:
If 500 x 2,05 = 1025
Boleto Fee: 3,95 x 2,05 = 8,09
1025 + 8,09 = 1033,09

Why Boleto is 1044 and not 1033,09?

Suggestion: I think on quote cash transaction should show the value used in the dollar/real conversion.

If I select Brazil flag, I don't see moneygram option
266  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 24, 2012, 03:53:55 AM
How?
267  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 24, 2012, 03:49:51 AM
So why on Brazil don't you use moneygram instead of  zipzap?
268  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 10:47:43 PM
On quote page

1- Hi, why do I still see the message of 1 dollar fee for payment service?
If I go to buy 100 dollars, the quote cash window say I'll receive 95,1. Should be 96,1

2- I think the boleto fee of 3,95 dollar very expensive. Is anything being done to have a cheaper fee?
270  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 09:06:33 PM
Hi,

1- Why not publish boleto fee on quote cash transaction window?
271  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 06:38:52 PM
I meant 100 dollars converted to Real is 207 Reais. Not 96,1.
Hum, 3,95 from boleto. Bad to know.

I think on quote cash transaction page should be listed the boleto "fee".
272  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 06:26:14 PM
Sorry but maybe I'm missing something

100 dollars converted to Real is 207 Reais.
Why 217 on boleto?
273  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 06:14:49 PM
Hi, I think something is wrong, see:

1- I buy 100 dollars
2- Will receive 96,1 because the 3,99 fee
3- 100 dollars is 207 Reais
4- Why on boleto I need to pay 215 Reais? Should be 207
274  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 04:36:49 PM
Hi,

So If I want to buy 100 dollars, I'll receive 96 dollars that is = 208 Reais.
With fees, on the end, I'll have to pay 215 Reais.

Suggestion:

Show total amount necessary to pay on the main page, including the fee. (The same information that appear on boleto)

Is this possible?
275  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 04:09:24 PM
186,57 to 208 is about 10 dollars off. I still didn't use the service. I'm just testing it. If is really a bug, I appreciate a donation. Thanks

Hi,

See this:

1- I go to buy 100 dollars, that is 208 Reais
2- I go to next page and see quote for cash transaction:
Amount you need to pay: 100 usd
Amount you will receive: 95 usd
3- I click go and the total I need to pay is 186,57 Reais. Shouldn't be 208 Reais?
277  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 03:26:15 PM
Hum,

1- If I'm buying with brazilian currency I think the fields should represent Real and not Dollar. When I go to buy I want to insert the exactly amount I want to pay in Real currency.
2- See that I only will know the exactly amout to pay in Real on the last screen that is not Bitinstant page anymore.
3- To generate boleto do I really need to insert my Cpf, Rg and other informations. I don't like that.
278  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [ANN] 700,000 Cash Deposit Locations in Brazil, Russia, USA - BitInstant on: May 23, 2012, 02:02:57 PM
Hi,

1- If I choose Brazil I think the field (amount to send) should be real currency and not dollar.
2- "You receive" on first page should include the 1 dollar fee that appear on the next pages.
279  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Satoshi client gui suggestion on: May 20, 2012, 06:03:54 PM
Hi,

Recently I received an email from safebit team with a link with screenshots of their chrome application, see: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ckcmvo36bwusfe0/pg7cF3ubsR#/

I really liked the design of safebit, like:

1- The send coin, receive coin.. as button on main window too (not only on sidebar) .
2- I liked the idea of have the sidebar together with tabs options on top.
3- I liked the clean interface.
4- I liked all other things that my bad english can't describe.

Hope satoshi client gui devs follow this kind of design. And you, what do you think?
280  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitmit - Bitcoin shopping platform / auction house (new: multi currency support) on: May 18, 2012, 07:39:09 PM
Tosaki,

1- Yes, I'm afraid of rapid price drops
2- I just would like to receive bitcoins if it's valuable compared to dollar. (Valuable is an individual opinion, for me is = 5 dollar or higher
3- What about let the seller choose receive dollar instead of bitcoin? using a system like bit-pay to convert it
