261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Gambling affect your relationship? on: September 26, 2023, 12:16:43 PM
Of course they can have an impact. because, as for me, the game should only be personal and only at one’s own expense, without involving anyone in the game and at the same time bringing discomfort to other people. If the problems from your losses begin to affect other people, the result will not be long in coming.
262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Importance of Gambling to the society on: September 23, 2023, 02:37:55 PM
this is a good topic for discussion. in my country, many sites that are related to gambling are very closely related to charity; they buy ambulances and also help hospitals, this is a good deed. It is good when companies have a profit and are ready to share it at the level of government assistance.
263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free spins are also a demo in disguise? on: September 23, 2023, 09:40:36 AM
free spins are most often part of a marketing campaign to attract new players and in 99% of cases you need to make a deposit in order to withdraw your bonus. I have never been lucky enough to win a large amount from free spins, most often it was 10-15 dollars and no more. I think the casino will not pay big bonuses for beginners.
264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How will you feel if it happens to you just like this? on: September 22, 2023, 09:25:21 AM
I think many people have encountered this, and not only in games; for example, trading, many people know this feeling of lost profit. I somehow came to terms with this, perhaps at the very beginning I regretted that I did not place a bet on this or that event and was upset about this, later I began to take the games calmly and even be happy for those who guessed the outcome of the event.
265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are You Tax Efficient With Your Gambling Habbits? on: September 21, 2023, 08:37:34 AM
in my country there is a tax on lotteries of 20% of the winning amount, but it applies only to national lotteries, to various crypto sites and other gambling sites there is no. That is, I don’t have to pay taxes on the winnings if the game was for cryptocurrency, I can then withdraw the winnings to cash without problems.
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i have multiple accounts at the same casino? on: September 20, 2023, 05:47:48 PM
I also don’t see any point in this since the risk of blocking is simply huge. If there are bonuses in the form of a referral program, then it is better to ask a friend to make an account and receive deductions and bonuses on it this does not violate the rules. The best strategy is to be honest from the very beginning, then no blockages are scary.
267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: September 15, 2023, 10:51:32 AM
It seems to me that cryptocurrency and gambling have always been together, I started about 10 years ago and even then there were various dice and games, I always liked to play for small amounts, I think in those days there were a lot more different altcoins that were very cheap and I wanted to play.
268  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake phishing on: September 14, 2023, 11:13:40 AM
It’s an unpleasant situation. Yes, you can definitely say that the level of security of your account was not sufficient. I have a separate email for all gaming sites and systematically change passwords every few months and try not to keep funds on my balance so as not to leave hackers a chance to hack my account records. In your case, the hacker was weak and he did a dirty trick.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: September 13, 2023, 04:51:44 PM
Yes, there are many points that completely coincide. I don’t play or place bets if I’m tired, this has already been proven more than once. The result will most often be only negative. First of all, you must be in the mood and strength, then you can do it. If the event is of a global scale, then I can ask my friends to place a bet for me in advance, but not for a large amount, just as much as I am willing to spend.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Behaviours of gamblers you dislike. on: September 13, 2023, 12:34:00 PM
Yes, I also don’t like it when a person starts looking for a reason why he lost or starts making excuses for why this happened. Any game is a risk and you should be prepared for it by default. There are players who like to brag about their victories but are silent about their losses. I think it’s better to remain silent until you are asked.
271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do anyone have done this? with gambling platforms on: September 12, 2023, 10:12:41 AM
No, I’ve just never been so lucky as to hit the jackpot from a small amount. Most often these were some small amounts. besides, I don’t see a problem with going through an identity check if support requires it and it’s stated in the rules. If there were problems, I would write about it here on the forum. Publicity often helps solve the problem that has arisen since the platforms value their reputation.
272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto betting on: September 09, 2023, 02:24:06 PM
Community feedback is one of the most important things one should consider before joining a platform because when you see multiple people rating a certain platform, you can have an idea how they actually are and you won't need to join the platform just to test it yourself since you will have to make a deposit for that as well.
I'm not easily move by the bonuses offered by these new casino gambling sites, because it's definitely no use when they failed to meet-up the satisfaction of their clients and making negative complaints at the end of the day. Before a casino or gambling websites become popular and gaining positive functions, our first target is allocating ourselves to the community reviews, understanding there terms and conditions which is the most important aspect. If we find ourselves satisfied with these feedbacks, only then we can try out new sites and casinos, but it's at our own personal risks.

Feedback from other members who already tested different services is the best way to go for me too, but one should never forget to read the TOS thoroughly (and re-read them from time to time), as no one will do it for you. They're not do long and the information contained there is the most important. But yeah, to know about features, limits, etc... the honest reviews from real players is most helpful.
for me this is an important indicator. On this forum I always look for reviews from trusted people and their review or feedback can be trusted. From the review you can immediately understand whether it is an advertisement or whether it is really an honestly written review of the site.
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 08, 2023, 10:56:55 AM
Personally I was never been able to quit gambling totally. There were a part of my life when I was nearly destroyed due to my compulsive gambling. I tried to quit gambling for good but it was more difficult the more I resisted.
Now I have recovered with a different strategy. I don't use my day jobs salary to gamble anymore. I have dedicated a fixed income source to be used as gambling fund and I stop when I use them all. A controlled gambling has made it easier for me to deal with my life. I'm not sure if it would work for my lifetime but it has worked over a year now.
It’s great that you overcame yourself and found a suitable strategy for you. Try to increase the pauses between games and occupy the time with something else, such as sports or meeting friends it’s important to be more distracted by something else. And then you will understand that games do not take up your time and cause addiction to the game it is important to have fun.
274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Possible measures to stop online gambling addiction. on: September 07, 2023, 02:15:11 PM
Controlling addiction becomes increasingly challenging as we age, which is why age limits are often imposed on habits with the potential for harmful addiction. While some strategies can help manage these habits before they become addictions, it often requires prolonged periods of abstinence, and any relapse can reignite the problem
I think just habits appear at an earlier age than in adulthood, since in youth there is simply no life experience and no understanding of the consequences, and later this can already develop into a big problem. And if a person begins to get involved in gambling at a more mature age, then I think he is more likely to understand that he is doing something wrong and his environment will point out his bad habit or problem.
275  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help us build the greatest crypto casino on: September 07, 2023, 09:43:57 AM
Hi guys !

I'm following up on my previous thread "Opinion on crypto casino project". It's pretty clear that building a decentralised crypto casino isn't viable. Therefore, going for a centralised platform is the way to go. Now, in order to differentiate ourselves from the crowd it seems that providing a world class customer experience is the most realistic opportunity.

So the purpose of this thread is very simple, as a crypto casino player what particular challenges, problems, or complaints do you have ? Or what particular improvements would you wish to see in your favorite casinos ?
Thanks for the help !
the most responsive support will be a plus for any project, I would also like to see games in which there are maximum available rates, so that you can play 10+ games for a few dollars. also the lack of identity verification will be a plus, I think many will agree on this.Weekly bonuses and cashback would also be a good addition, if all these functions are then there will be a desire to return to this particular service.
276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: September 06, 2023, 07:47:24 PM
In fact gambling may be prohibited due to personal feelings, religion, ideals, but you can gamble in privacy but not everyone will accept your source of money. Never worry about what people will say about your personal biography. However family restrictions on gambling must be obeyed because they are close to you. Friends may encourage you to gamble but family will always forbid you. On the other hand if gambling is prohibited in your country, then you have to play secretly. Even there are many gamblers who cannot hide their gambling habit and face many problems which they are not proud of.
I have the same philosophy. I would not say that I have a big addiction to gambling. There are just things that relatives should not know about because of their conservative views, as they will give their advice and views on the situation. I personally don't see anything wrong with gambling and betting should be within limits.

279  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk and the fall of Twitter on: July 17, 2023, 03:53:06 PM
Yeah. Twitter isn't going anywhere op even though Musk messed it up in recent times. It might not be as popular as before, but it's still quite popular. I visit it regularly for various reasons and I never faced any issues with its performance, interface etc.

Personally, I don't like Musk at all since he is a pathetic weasel and he made Twitter worse in some ways for everyone. He received proper karma for his deeds thanks to his wealth falling rapidly recently.

Am curious to see how Threads will fare against Twitter in the future.
honestly, I didn’t notice big changes with the arrival of Elon Musk to manage Twitter, I read it more than I post, maybe that’s why I don’t notice changes, content of a different nature is still present on the platform than I like it and I like that there are no strong restrictions. Now I'm watching the Threads and I don't see much interest from users to go there because there is more censorship and there is no such freedom of speech as on Twitter, according to my observations.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance: $BNB The Future of Exchanges. on: July 17, 2023, 03:47:08 PM
True even though binance has big problem with SEC i still believe on this coin and i believe binance can showing to SEC binance is innocent. Can't wait to see how big this exchange will be in the near future.
I am sure that this year all issues will be settled. Even under the condition that there are ongoing proceedings at the exchange, things are going well and no global problems have been found in the work. What can be said for sure that after all the proceedings, the exchange token will make a profit than many users and will take advantage of those who bought it earlier and at a more attractive price. I don’t think that the fight between binance and sec will last long.
