141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme. on: December 29, 2023, 05:30:40 PM
Many people think that investing in Bitcoin is a get-rich-quick strategy. And they invest in Bitcoin without fully knowing about Bitcoin. A kind of desperation works in them when they don't see quick cash after investment. They never want to try to understand bitcoin get rich slow scheme. Those who have minimal knowledge about Bitcoin must understand that investing in Bitcoin requires investment for a long period of time to get a decent profit. I think the impatient person can't expect much from Bitcoin investment. Only those who invest with patience and time have succeeded in Bitcoin investment
Now on YouTube there are hundreds of bloggers who offer to invest in crypto without knowledge and often promote quite strange things such as buying various memes and shitcoins, because of this, beginners get the impression that bitcoin and various tokens are the same thing and can be earned quickly and without unnecessary movements. But as we know, in 99% of cases this simply will not work. Only a general knowledge base, such as the operation of a wallet, network, and so on, will help a beginner understand the principle of how Bitcoin works.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Know, But Can i Invest In Bitcoin? on: December 28, 2023, 11:31:43 PM
Hello everybody, how are you?

In this forum i am new and proud to be here as a member of this forum. Heard there is a lot of discussion about Bitcoin so I came to join here for my own needs. Hope you all will help me. I don't have a good idea about cryptocurrencies. I just know that investing in Bitcoin is extremely profitable. But I don't know how to do it. One of my acquaintance suggested me to invest some money in Bitcoin. I told him how many dollars to invest and he said as much as I am willing to invest. I made up my mind that I would invest $500 but i am confused. I don't know much about Bitcoin so the person gave me the link to this website and suggest me to know about the various opinions of users on various topics. Since I see that Bitcoin is always discussed , I want your suggestions about my Bitcoin investment.

Should I invest money with the suggestion of that guy? He told me that if I invest I will get good profit. He said, he will open my bitcoin wallet and help to buy bitcoins. Should I invest in bitcoin?

Hello! don’t rush into investing, start with the basics. First, you need to understand how the entire network works and how wallets work and what types there are. The second stage that awaits you is security, familiarize yourself with all possible ways to protect your funds. And the third thing is that you can’t just buy and earn money in two clicks, start with the basics and then maybe something will work out.
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling all about luck? on: December 28, 2023, 10:45:56 PM
if sports betting is not only luck, but requires analysis before deciding which pairs. for example, soccer requires analysis of the strength of the two teams. not just choose and only rely on luck.
Betting in sports is actually a little easier if you understand all the aspects that can be associated with a team, for example, what players will be there today and who the opponent’s team is. This knowledge is quite enough to determine who will win today, but you should not exclude moments of unpredictability of teams when the whole game may not go according to plan and the bet may not work.
144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I dodge KYC using the his medium. on: December 28, 2023, 06:20:03 PM
Is it possible one can dodge KYC verification request after winning a big amount of money and decides not to withdraw a lump sum but bit by bit in smaller amounts. I have read many posts talking about how they wanted to withdraw the money they won but due to the amount they wanted to withdraw was big, they were asked  pass kyc verification because they never did when they first registered.
This will no longer make any sense since the casino knows that you have won a large amount and it will keep track of it. You can withdraw in parts, but not for long, since the protection will most likely work and subsequently you will have to undergo an identity check. I would go through kyc and wouldn’t worry if for some reason I didn’t want to go through my identity; there is always the opportunity to provide other documents (although this is not recommended) and always act only according to the principle specified in the casino rules.
145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you make gambling a profession - a full time job on: December 26, 2023, 05:09:27 PM
In the first place, I can't make gambling a full-time job, to be honest. Think before you win really big here; it will take a lot of money to make it happen if you are unlucky. It would be fine if you were sure that you would win every day.

As others have said in this section, the more a gambler plays for a long time and often at the casino, the higher the chances of the gambler becoming addicted. And this will be a big problem later, and it will be difficult to recover in this situation.
Yes, you are right that even for a strat you need a large amount to provide yourself with a budget for bets and games. It is also worth considering the likelihood of losses and how this will affect the overall budget and be prepared for any force majeure that may happen in life and of course the most important aspect is addiction, I think if games replace work then addiction to games simply cannot be avoided in the end .
I would not risk taking part in such an adventure, as I see more disadvantages.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I ask for refund if casino game has bugs? on: December 26, 2023, 04:17:17 PM
I think this depends on the casino, especially their rules, so when you go to gamble on a gambling website, check the terms and conditions of the casino website. But basically I think if there is a bug in the software of that casino website then the funds should be refunded but in this case you need to contact the support team to report it.
I also think a lot depends on the casino itself, if it is large and has a reputation then problems should not arise since they value their reputation and they do not need negative reviews that future players will read. And if this is a new site with a new casino, then I think there will be more risks that the problem will not be solved, so it is better to choose only proven sites with a long-term reputation and a large player base.
147  Economy / Speculation / Re: Fear of December dump is fading away - for Bitcoin on: December 26, 2023, 01:08:46 PM
What's your opinion on current Bitcoin trend, will it continue the same way or we will go through the December nightmare once again?
I don’t think that there will be any strong changes, over this month the price has shown only stability and I personally don’t see any prerequisites for a decrease now. There are two high-profile events ahead that everyone has been discussing lately, and this may indicate that no one wants to sell, but are only strengthening their positions.
Until the halving, at least, I will only buy more and exit alts. So far, this is the plan.

149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who says you can't be a millionaire in sports betting? on: December 23, 2023, 07:34:06 PM
Being a millionaire is not easy as you say,if you are already one, then you don't have to think your luck and other people's luck are thesame. So many persons started gambling or sport betting before you,but they are still at the level where they where when they first started.Sport betting is one game that I try to avoid now, because I have had so many loss ever since I started, although I know I'm trying so hard to stop it,but because it has become part of me,I still sometimes try my luck whether it will work for me or not,But when it doesn't work,I always feel discouraged, and lose the interest in playing it again. But if I was able to quit playing it forever,I would have been happy, because instead of it to be of financial help to me,it's taking away my money, and I'm not gaining it back.
Perhaps you need to take a break for at least six months, if you are experiencing problems with the fact that the first signs of addiction are appearing, it is better to save your nerves and money for a while. If you understand that you cannot stop, contact a specialist or talk to your friends and describe your problem to them. problem, maybe they can help you.
Don’t expect that you will pass the bet and one day win big money that can solve all your questions.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: December 23, 2023, 03:00:44 PM
The terms and conditions of casinos and other companies is usually very lengthy and somehow boring for some people. Hence , many people rarely find time to read them. They may actually contain some of the complaints that people raise about some casinos such requiring KYC if there is need or suspicion of money laundering activities.

What is your take on this?
Of course I read. Not everything, as there really is a lot of text, but the main points for me are the kyc policy, how it works and what documents they need, and the second point is in the jurisdiction of which country they work. I think it’s better to read everything in advance than to write later in support with the same questions, while wasting both your time and theirs.
I have a personal rule: everything related to money and where it is stored should be studied as much as possible so that there are no unpleasant surprises later.
151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Timely Halving Event and Bitcoin ETF a Positive Bombshell on: December 23, 2023, 10:58:43 AM
The increasing price of bitcoin is evident that as four years ago halving take place so same will happen in coming year and it extends surety about halving as a consequence of which the believe on bitcoin is proliferating more.

ETF approval will soon happen and it will put more positive impacts on bitcoin price because the effect of halving is so great so if fortunately ETF approval take place then may be we go ahead from 100k$.

People are accepting bitcoin more and more and everyone is in Struggle to accumulate money and invest it into bitcoin so if halving take place and soon the news about ETF approval arises then people in no time will become rich people if they have bought Bitcoin during right condition in right cost.
you are right that these two factors will only be beneficial. But the forecast of 100k per bitcoin looks very optimistic at the moment, this means that a lot of money needs to be pumped into the market and it will only be used to purchase the main coin. Now it is clear that many are accumulating their reserves are in the BTC and at the same moment it is interesting how the rest of the alta will react if the BTC grows.
We will find out very soon how the market will behave.
152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you still appreciates the price of Bitcoin if it hasn't be your history price on: December 22, 2023, 04:22:34 PM
Can you make it a profited count if your present rate of value is lower than your past?
Most Bitcoin investors has been so excited and appreciating the current Bitcoin markets value since the approaches of the bullish runs while expecting the skyrocketing bull-runs.
So my question is... If Bitcoin price at this era would hit maybe $47K as it was in 2022 or $68K as 2021, I am sure investors would be appreciated about the level of volatily but would those who accumulated their Bitcoins and had experienced such values in the history count an appreciatable profit? Because I feels they should be expecting a higher price value so as to beat their experience price histories.
If I understand you correctly, I’ll try to answer.Everyone has their own investment plan, even if Bitcoin were 50k tomorrow, I won’t sell it because I expect the price to be higher. Just like now, the price is at its peak for the last period and someone is already clearly in a good profit and can sell right now, but there are those who have been suffering losses for a long time. The record is not coming soon, perhaps in the spring we will see something more than the old records.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do casino owners benefit from creating multiple casinos? on: December 22, 2023, 11:35:39 AM
This is simply scaling the business, more players, more profit.Different platforms can have different games and different bonuses and other benefits, and only one owner will have profit from all projects.
It’s like with gas stations, one can be in the city and the second one can be outside the city, and both of them make a profit and have occupied their niche and have their own regular customers.
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beginner needs your advices in gambling. on: December 21, 2023, 09:19:12 PM
Everybody has a story to tell when it comes to gambling because it has had a way to affect or increase our financial status in one way or the other.Every beginner who wants to begin their gambling journey must know some good things and some bad things about gambling,in that way, they won't suffer loss the way most People suffered, that is why it is always good to follow topics that is related to gambling to know when to gamble and when not to.

A beginner should always know that gambling is risky, and when putting your money into it,you must be able to make up your mind that the money might return or might not return, there is no guarantee of a steady income, because the game is all about you losing or gaining.
you are absolutely right. Most newcomers come to gambling because they think that now they will break the bank or will win often, and sites are always happy to welcome newcomers and lure them with bonuses. But there is a downside to all this - gambling does not lead to good things and can have very strong financial consequences and beginners don’t think about this at the very beginning, but only at the very end.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think Bitcoin ETF will be approved? on: December 21, 2023, 06:03:42 PM
I do not think within the next 10 days, the SEC will approve a Bitcoin ETF. Holiday season has already started and would continue till the first week of January next year. A lot of speculated news are being circulated, but they are only speculation. If I am correct, only 113 days left for the next halving, so if there is any positive news it will come after halving. That will surely help the market, and we can expect the start of a bull run after it.
this year they will most likely not approve, there are rumors about the date of January 10.I think there will still be more attention on the future halving for the community; it will be a more significant event for which everyone is preparing in advance. The general trend in spring should be impressionable, there is no doubt about it.
156  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Price Increasing? on: December 21, 2023, 01:56:29 PM
today bitcoin price down, but in long time still uptrend and incrase price again
becuase next year 2024 bitcoin halving momentum bitcoin demand incrase high , so bitcoin price incraese too
the price is now very dynamic, it very often happens before major holidays and, of course, there is a rush for the next halving since it is approximately this spring and many expect explosive growth, which is why they are buying now. But since the market is very unpredictable, it is too early to draw conclusions whether this trend will hold until spring.
157  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2024 halving less than 1 year away on: December 20, 2023, 07:51:41 PM
As the bull market is not too long to come, we may see this bull market soon. However, the year 2023 is only a few days away, and in the meantime, we have seen a huge change in Bitcoin and the price of Bitcoin has increased tremendously. As the halving awaits in 2024, Bitcoin may see further changes when the Bitcoin halving occurs in April. We know Bitcoin halving happens every four years and the bull season starts from the following year.  When Bitcoin halving for the fourth time, next year in 2025, the Bitcoin market will again be ATH and Bitcoin will reach the peak. And the straight lines in the Bitcoin market are the way we are thinking positively, they must be right, and we will never stop negative plans about Bitcoin.
the market is already reacting little by little and Bitcoin is starting to grow. But now there is a problem with transactions, they are not cheap at the moment, this is a big problem for those who want to buy right now or transfer their satoshi.I think that the price has jumped up against the backdrop of this event since the main trading is now concentrated only on exchanges.
158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: December 20, 2023, 04:03:09 PM
How easy it will be for anyone to quit gambling depends on if you are an active gambler or a passive gambler. Active gambler refer to someone who take gambling as a major source of income. He might be working or have businesses but the moment he sees gambling as a major source of his finances and also make plans with targeted winnings from gambling, it will be difficult for such person to quit gambling as that will seem like closing down his business venture where he has invested so much.

On the other hand, for someone that is a passive gambler, gambling is just mainly for fun and might be considered a way of earning passive income. He has his job and businesses that pays his bills and he is not desperate to win as the winning from gambling is not part of his planned income.

A passive gambler can decide to quit gambling when he sees it as a major distraction while active gambler will keep modifying his approach leveraging on self motivation, targeting to achieve success.
I noticed one feature of people who are more likely to become addicted to games. This is loneliness if the player does not have great social skills and is simply closed in on himself, then there is a high probability that he will become addicted to games since no one will stop him or tell him to stop.A person who has a lot of friends and acquaintances will notice in time that the person suffers from addiction.

160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Type of gambling and Intelligence on: December 19, 2023, 04:06:08 PM
Does the type of game you play at a casino or sports you bet on show an individual's level of intelligence or how smart a person is?
Blackjack, Poker, slots, roulette, baccarat, sports betting, horse racing, betting on sociopolitical events, keno, etc.
I don’t think there is a connection between the game and intelligence) I think any game is more about skills and understanding the rules of the game, first of all, the better a person knows them and understands how his opponent plays, then he will play better accordingly. There are cases when people with great intelligence and knowledge do not know how to tie their shoelaces. Not all geniuses are good at gambling.
