261  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment, Beyond "Invest What You Can Afford to Lose" on: November 17, 2023, 04:10:51 PM
Well, however, you describe it, I would still advise people I know to invest what they can afford to lose. However, it is the lowest level to minimize losses that could occur in the future.
OK, we agree with the statement that Bitcoin has great potential in the future. however, what we have is only “belief”. When people are asked whether Bitcoin will reach $100k, people will answer "yes". and, when that will happen, the answer is "don't know". When people invest more than they can invest, borrow, or anything else to invest in Bitcoin, it's not a good thing. maybe in the future, the price will rise, but we need to consider living needs and other unexpected costs. Many people are forced to sell the assets they own when they need money, whether because of economic, health, or other factors. Well, what if at that time prices were very low, then big losses would occur, and the people who pushed to invest more would be blamed. If you had said to invest in what you can afford to lose, and they don't listen to that, then in the future, when things get worse, you can't be blamed for that.
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why people are always interested in altcoins on: November 17, 2023, 02:34:56 PM
With alts you can hit a jackpot very easy and quickly with a minimal amount unlike btc that you need a considerable sum in order to maximize your profit. Alts is high risk high reward kinda thing and most investors seems to prefer it than waiting years for their small investment on btc to become something meaningful. As long as you take into account the risk involved.
Another reason is that altcoins tend to have very cheap prices for each coin, moreover, quite a lot of potential coins have cheap prices. The volatile level is also very high and fast, so people can quickly take advantage of the moment with small capital. I also use altcoins more often than bitcoin in trading. This is because I think that it is easier to hope for the assets we own from $100 to $200 with altcoins that have low prices, compared to coins that have high prices.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins profits or bank profits, which best? on: November 17, 2023, 12:24:53 PM
Is there any profit in banks. If the altcoins is rising well this 8-10% for a year is nothing compared to the altcoins. And as I said in other comments before a bank gives you interest because your money is in their bank and that means you have enough money that up to millions which they can use to do business aside that I don't think they will give such bonus to small amount of money.

Even though cryptocurrency investment is more risky than the Bank, I still prefer cryptocurrency investment to Bank. This days, I only use the bank if I want to use fiat currency to buy something. I don't keep funds in the bank any more.
Even though I have some money in the bank as savings, when it comes to investment, I also tend to choose cryptocurrency. that's because the percentage given to cryptocurrency is much greater than what banks give. Moreover, it is an investment with great potential. That's quite meaningful for people who are developing the economy they have and are ready to take risks.
Besides that, many people choose banks because they have a lot of assets, and they tend to choose investments that have low risk.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If I have 1BTC So how did I use to invest in different Coins on: November 16, 2023, 01:42:31 PM
I usually Invest a very small amount of bitcoin to another coin because I know this time is very crucial to invest in any new coin or even in an old coin.
Any suggestion from your side which is good for long term

If you have 1 BTC, you should just leave it in BTC, don't think about altcoins. Everyone dreams of having 1btc is difficult and if you already have 1btc you should hold it to invest in altcoins.

Even if you still want to invest in Atlcoin, don't touch the 1 Bitcoin asset anymore. If you sell some Bitcoin to invest in Altcoin, you will regret it later. You have to look for additional funds to invest in altcoins. Maybe this is wiser and good altcoins for the long term in my opinion are ETH and BNB.
Well, basically, people aim to have at least 1 bitcoin in their wallet, and if they want to invest in altcoins, then they won't use the 1 bitcoin they have. Honestly, I also think that when you have 1 bitcoin, then it is enough to hold it and not exchange it for altcoins, because the potential increase in the price of bitcoin is quite large, especially when you have 1 bitcoin.
however, I realize that everyone has different strategies. So if you are looking for another investment besides bitcoin, then the best choice after bitcoin is probably ethereum, and if that's not enough, you can try BNB, XRP, or other popular altcoins.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's a good app for watching your porfolio? on: November 16, 2023, 11:46:27 AM
I've been used to using CMC for a long time, so I installed the Coinmartketcap application on my smartphone to track the crypto assets I own without needing to connect them directly to the wallet I own. although it is not practical, but I think it really helped me. Yes, maybe many people recommend other places to keep an eye on the portfolio we have, but personally, I am used to using the coinmarketcap application.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some rich person not interest about bitcoin for following reason on: November 16, 2023, 06:35:35 AM
A friend of mine is not interested in buying Bitcoin even after learning about it.
Because according to him Bitcoin is a small number of people who have a lot of Bitcoin. They can easily go down on the bitcoin market if they want to.
Example: Cz. Craig wright & Michel Sailor etc.

Looking forward to the well thought out opinion of the experienced in this regard.

well, they have many businesses and if they have been very successful with the businesses and investments they have, then it is natural that they are not interested in bitcoin. Additionally, not everyone is necessarily interested in bitcoin. Bitcoin is just one of the great investments available today. People who do not choose bitcoin in their investments means they have no interest in such investments. I also know many rich people who are not interested in digital investment. he only chooses real estate or gold as his investment. Well, that's a natural thing for everyone's interest. we cannot force everyone to accept and choose bitcoin, even when it is very profitable.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your Favorite Altcoin and Why? on: November 15, 2023, 12:54:11 PM
Most favourite altcoin? Well, that's automatic, I don't think someone is beating ETH in the altcoin market.
With its continued innovation in smart contracts technology and development of decentralised applications, nothing is more consistent than ETH.

I'm also using XRP because of it's low transaction fees. Also, BNB for my Binance transactions, also looking forward for this coin despite of all the issues and drama with Binance.
Yes, ethereum has always been the top altcoin. I also got several benefits from Ethereum, and that makes Ethereum still my favorite altcoin to this day. However, even though it is a favorite, I still often use other altcoins such as BNB. however, the highest potential crypto after Bitcoin, I think it is Ethereum. Apart from that, I also think that many crypto users also idolize Ethereum as one of their favorites, and it continues to be included in their crypto investment portfolio.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is it difficult for people to get capital easily? on: November 15, 2023, 06:52:41 AM
Yes, I think everyone's story of collecting capital to start a business is not the same, and has a hard struggle, except for those who were born into rich families. Personally, I myself also collected capital with great difficulty. In fact, I have to raise capital at the same time as meeting my family's living needs, because my family has several debts and I have to pay them. However, I started all of that on the internet, especially crypto. This helped me collect capital little by little to build the businesses that I am thinking about and running now. However, it still continues today. raising capital is not an easy thing.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do You trust Tether (USDT) Stablecoin? on: November 15, 2023, 04:23:52 AM
I don't trust any crypto, but I gotta give it to Tether, it has been always been surrounded by accusations but their stable coin never depegged (It has momentarily due to fuds).

My side question to this would also be: Which type of stablecoin do You find the most credible in the Crypto space?

Usdc, don't ask for reasons, I just do.

Since the UST case, my trust in crypto has decreased, even some of the investments that I felt had great potential have also become scams. Back to the case of Stable coins, I also don't believe in USDT, however, the stable coin that I use most often is USDT. The reason is because USDT has a ranking of 3 on CMC, and I think USDT is the most frequently used stable coin at the moment.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins profits or bank profits, which best? on: November 14, 2023, 12:04:07 PM
Bank investors have more certainty because there capital is completely safe but they give 8-10% annual profits to the investors of per year. But it is comparatively less in terms of profits.

On the other hand you will get constant profits from crypto as if you are experienced in trading then daily profits is possible. Otherwise you can get profits by investing. However crypto investment puts your capital at greater risk (main point).
In fact, both are profitable investments, but depending on what you choose, the risk will be greater. the security of investing in a bank has greater guarantees than altcoins, and it can be a steady income. You just need to save the money you have and receive a percentage every month or year. However, investing in altcoins has greater profits if you do it right, the potential can even be further than investing in banks. However, the risks tend to be high. If you don't really understand how to trade or invest correctly using the altcoins you own, this could be a loss.
However, it all depends on what you choose, but both still provide very good results for now.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Doge coin everly hit $1? on: November 14, 2023, 09:29:33 AM
It is very natural that some altcoins are successful, and some fall, and it is not uncommon for some successful altcoins to fall due to fraud and hacks. However, apart from Bitcoin, each altcoin has a community, functions, developers and other factors that can make the altcoin successful or not.
The potential of crypto is limitless, and is proven by Dogecoin. However, what needs to be understood is how Dogecoin was able to reach this price. It is not easy to push the price of a coin from $0.0000xx to $0.0xx, there are many factors that occur to reach that point. If you ask whether doge has the potential to reach $1, the answer is yes. However, getting Doge to $1 is not an easy road. There are many factors that need to be considered, especially supply, function, and others.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can happen next time due to a lack of proper knowledge about Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2023, 06:12:11 AM
I think that bitcoin or cryptocurrency will develop rapidly in the future, but I think it will only be an alternative, so I think your concerns regarding the things you mentioned can be reduced. Apart from that, several things you need to know are that the government has complete control over the economic system in a country, so I think they will not let a decentralized system control them. Apart from that, the Bank will definitely make adaptations regarding this, so I think the unemployment you mean will probably not happen.
Apart from that, when cryptocurrency dominates, it doesn't mean that Fiat doesn't apply, I believe that fiat will still be the main transaction tool, so that people with backgrounds who find it difficult to understand technology can still use this transaction tool.

274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardwork pays not luck! on: October 18, 2023, 09:40:08 AM
Luck is not the way to become rich or just to say, a way to improve our living but also, it needs hard work. Our lives are not gambling where we just rely on luck which means that in order to survive and be able to reach our goal, then we must consider pushing ourselves to do that.
But I see this thing that usually happens to those people who think that luck could be the answer to their dreams - that is those who keep spending a lot of money on gambling.

As I compared to businessmen, they become rich as they are working hard and spend a lot of time in their business. Because we can just sit down and become rich because we are a lucky person, that is really impossible.
Many people don't realize that by working hard, and continuing to try, they can make a fortune. Some people think that no matter how hard they work, if they are unlucky, they will fail there. They don't realize that it is a process that shapes them so they are ready for success in the future. However, working hard will result in good things, no matter how many times we fail. Besides, without working hard, how could one hope for good luck.
275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gift to wife. on: October 18, 2023, 04:29:29 AM
congratulations on your wedding, and I'm also happy when your wife likes the gift you gave. After all, you are giving something very useful, especially if he likes it. bitcoin is an investment, and so he will probably learn about bitcoin and learn about the investment. It's really nice when our partner really supports the work or hobby we are pursuing. even more so when he has an interest in it. Actually, I'm not married yet, but when I get married, I will probably try to teach my partner about bitcoin and the crypto world.
276  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Reward for a Trading Mentor on: October 17, 2023, 09:17:50 AM
In this case, you need to ask the mentor you find directly. Sometimes some people want to be paid monthly for meetings several times a week. Maybe there are several other mentors who take advantage of a few percent of the profits you get. However, it is quite difficult to find a professional mentor in trading. Many people claim that, but basically they are also looking for additional income from it. A professional mentor will probably provide evidence that they are really good at this, or maybe people already know him or her well at it.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: October 17, 2023, 08:06:27 AM
only invest in a new project that you're really sure of, but considering that there are many existing coin already losing its value heavily its recommended to invest in them first. at least
you won't worry about the coin just gone, these existing coins are more reliable in this case.
that's right. It's best to choose a new project that you really believe will be successful, accompanied by evidence from extensive analysis and research. Apart from that, if you just want to try and look for a potential new project, perhaps you can invest with minimal funds to avoid risks, unless the project has collaborated with a well-known company and has provided information about being listed on a well-known exchange. but projects like that are very rare. In essence, if you want to invest in a new project, do in-depth research, and if you are sure the project will be successful, invest within the minimum range of finances you have.
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Give Bitcoin investment time on: October 17, 2023, 06:18:39 AM
that's because many people think that bitcoin is the fastest way to get rich. they see many people getting rich by using bitcoin. However, they don't know how the person is trying to make a lot of money with bitcoin. They assume that buying bitcoin, then waiting a few days, then the price will rise very high.
It's not wrong if people think that bitcoin is a way to get rich, but it also requires time and analysis. There are many things to consider when holding bitcoin. Especially if we are targeting big profits, then we also need to increase our patience.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with spam and scam tokens on my wallet? on: October 16, 2023, 02:08:56 PM
What to do? Well, for me I just act like those tokens don't exist in my wallet. I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to freebies. Even when I got into airdrops and the project sent the tokens I was never in a hurry to sell. I would just sit back awhile and watched other participants react or take action. This is because I'm of the opinion that free lunch doesn't exist. Something must give in. OP, ignore those tokens whenever you get them to avoid regret. Hiding them in the wallet is the way to go since we can't completely delete them.
well, pretending that scam coins don't exist is the best thing, because even when we move the wallet we have, there is no guarantee they won't send it to the new wallet, unless OP really wants to move his assets to an exchange, or several exchange where it is also risky. It's best to ignore all these coins. Even now I don't know how many coins like that I have in my wallet.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats Your Favourite Meme Coins? on: October 16, 2023, 06:19:19 AM
My favorite is Dogecoin, Obviously.
It has a huge amount of supporters, it is fast, it has cheap fees for it's transactions, etc.
It is the original meme coin and even though it is a meme coin, it has managed to receive a very good market capitalization in comparison to other project which attempted to do the same or more than what Dogecoin achieved.

Though, in honor of truth, I must say I have not held Doge in a while, since I do not mean to get much more exposure to memcoins than I can afford right now. I am still opened to get some in the future.
Yes, I remember when the price of doge coins almost reached $1, I wished I still had some doge coins in my wallet. Apart from that, Doge coin is a meme coin which is the inspiration for other meme coins today. To be honest, I'm not a fan of meme coins either, but I have made profits from them several times, and one of them was from meme coins. if I put meme coin into my wallet, then I will choose doge coin for that.
