264  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] SatoshiBet launches Roulette on: March 27, 2014, 02:07:56 AM
1) You use a martingale bot for thousands of hands, and it had a long losing streak, and you have to realize it lost.
2) The roulette does not and is not capable of making bets on it's own. It is just impossible. You physically (or your bot) placed a wager and clicked the SPIN button.
3) Whenever you place a bet, if it reaches the server and is processed it is a definitive bet. Even though your browser or internet crashes after the bet is made and you are unable to see the outcome, the outcome is there. Your winnings and/or losses will be added/deducted from your balance regardless of the front-end freezing.

I looked extensively at your logs and all your bets are legit, provably fair bets. Some of which you unfortunately lost. You will not receive a refund, I'm sorry if that doesn't suit you, but there is absolutely no reason to.
265  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitroulette.se - The First And Only True Random Online Roulette. on: March 26, 2014, 12:06:51 PM
such claims and not even being Provably Fair? Smiley Cmon..
Come back when your roulette is provably fair.

267  Economy / Gambling / Re: PSA, The scam that is bestbitcoincasino and Bito͘o͘mBa on: March 24, 2014, 03:50:11 PM
How can it be a scam if it only redirects to an other casino?
Maybe the owner changed and he merged the 2 websites.

Does not mean he is a sure scammer

Please at least visit the website before commenting. bestbitcoincasino is not a casino, it's a review site that reviews casinos. What they do scammy is redirect every bitcoin casino that exists to their own casino, making the whole site fake link-bait that tricks people into playing at their casino, using other casino brands to pull this traffic.

Also, be careful about registering an account with them, they don't protect your password in any way, they store it in plaintext in the database. Don't use email/passwords that you use anywhere else.
268  Economy / Gambling / PSA, The scam that is bestbitcoincasino and Bito͘o͘mBa on: March 24, 2014, 02:15:20 PM
Do not trust these sites. Bestbitcoincasino is just a spam site that redirects every casino to BitoomBa.com. Their content is just SEO-bait and they use other casinos and their reputations to direct traffic to Bito͘o͘mBa.com

Several requests of me to fix this issue have been ignored.

Just a fair warning, as long as bestbitcoincasino does not change the URL's to the rightful casino, it's just a spam site and I advise everyone to stay away from Bito͘o͘mBa as far as possible with any real BTC.

Take it for what it's worth.
If you intend to wager anything of value to you, play on trustable casinos that have build a reputation for themselves to pay out.

Are you still updating this Mark? We have added both Blackjack and Video Poker in recent times, could you update our profile?

I don't think I'll ever see my shares, I think Ken doesn't have the tender list.  Even if he does, he's never going to do it.  He can't even respond to questions properly, why would he sit and and organize that kind of thing?  I can't see it happening.  I guess it's good that Ken just didn't vanish and leave town like so many other Bitcoin company failures.  There's that...

+1

counterparty risk should be ok on havelock.. If colored coin ever gets to a stable release you can always make the switch if it really keeps you awake at night
And otherwise there is still direct shares, ASIC & Friedat seem to be doing just fine with this approach
272  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 19, 2014, 11:37:20 AM
So Ken, when can we trade?
273  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 18, 2014, 10:50:05 PM
[snip]
This is ridiculous waiting around for colored coins or a legal filing when there are actively traded shares on CT right now!  It's complete B.S. that we have to wait for those other two things while anyone new jumping in to grab shares can ignore those problems and trade away.
[/snip]

This is the biggest disconnect I see when it comes to Ken saying he needs to wait for the investigation to blow over before we can trade...

Why wouldn't he suspend all trading? Why can people still buy in, while others are prevented from selling? It just smells fishy to me.

Indeed. I have serious doubts myself Ken has everything required to reinstate trading.

Unbelievable that you don't even mention anything related to the shares Ken. How many pages of concerns do we need to write before you care?
278  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitZino - Bitcoin Casino - Blackjack, Roulette, 3 Card Poker, Slots and more! on: March 13, 2014, 01:01:36 PM
I have won and lost huge amounts here recently and in the past. This site is fair. The haters can go guck themselves. Thanks!

Yea, I'm in the same boat-  not to have a pissing contest, but I can almost assure you I'm one of their top 5 players having won and lost a few thousand BTC in the past year with BTC prices very high.

I can't get a hold of the owner, or support --- Has anyone been in contact with them? Maybe they are on their yacht and gave up the customer relations part of the business?

I'm pretty sure he's still monitoring Bitzino from a distance, although he seems to become rather inactive on the forums. In any case I wouldn't worry too much, Bitzino is probably one of the most trustworthy casinos out there.
279  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiBet Bitcoin Casino - Roulette, Blackjack - Supports DOGE, LTC on: March 12, 2014, 01:37:25 PM
Great that you accept doge.
There seems to be a problem with withdrawal though? Seems stuck on "pending"

Withdrawals take 5 minutes. If you won a lot and we need to replenish hot wallet, it may take up to 24 hours.
280  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 11, 2014, 04:14:52 PM
Havelock is the better choice, they have the most volume and are the most "reputable" of all current centralised exchanges out there.

We purchased those shares. To hold them hostage any longer is just ethically unacceptable. I am not sure how illegal it is but I guess it's better we leave that can of worms unopened for now.
