261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ARCHcoin [ARCH] The ARCH Network - NEWS on: January 26, 2016, 09:06:30 AM
I know to many thing was said from btca and different members but that is bothering me to many big wallets they are not selling waiting for something..

Don't let it bother you to much as I have a nice amount but what do I sell into without concrete news? I don't that would be silly I would rather take the loss and hold the bag. Others don't like holding bags and they crash the price well done to them for getting out I never noticed and had wallet synced it was 30days behind and took ages.
262  Economy / Economics / Re: Will You buy a pizza at 10,000 sat? on: January 26, 2016, 08:42:48 AM
If i could just go back in time! Cool

Now you must look ahead in future, learn from past!

Just because someone sold 10k Bitcoins in the past which is now millions doesn't mean that the future is super bright for 10k sat. It will never be a comparison to what the guy laziro lost/spent, I think that is his name. There is not really much you can learn from the past on this to be honest. Other than much can happen with the price of Bitcoins- Not satoshi lol
263  Economy / Gambling / Re: How can I win big? on: January 26, 2016, 08:19:40 AM
you can win a lot of money doing parlays with sports betting, i think thats the best and easiest way as sports betting can be easily predictable in my opinion, though those are just my thoughts

If sportsbetting is so easy to predict you must be very wealthy from it.
There has been a time where I used to bet and anything can throw games head on feet. It is not easy by any means but you have more chance at winning big over time I guess if you become knowledgeable and experienced in the sport you choose.
264  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollin.io hacked on: January 25, 2016, 10:33:37 PM
lol this is just too funny that a big site like rollin.io lets this happen
pretty big shame

I am not sure they intentionally allowed a thief to steal 35Bitcoin from them lol But they should of course have some of the best security of all the Bitcoin gambling sites to stop potential hackers. Turns out they never! Does anyone know if the player managed to withdraw? (seems he did manage to) If they did it was a massive failure with a win that big at least small checks after that many transactions or that big should be required.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will Bitcoin become obsolete? on: January 25, 2016, 10:23:00 PM
You have some merit not asking for delusional Bitcoin believers who believe it will replace fiat. Your post has some delusion to it, if it is a great tool for speculators and so called criminals then theat means there is a need for Bitcoin. I personally don't really care if average joe wants to use it to buy coffee from starbucks or burgers from mac d's.

If they create a centralized coin; good for them! While taking it to market they will make a knock on effect of bringing more exposure to Bitcoin, good or bad doesn't matter. The more people that wake up to crypto in general the better for Bitcoin.

In short unless something breaks that cannot be fixed, Blockchain/Bitcoin will not become obsolete in our lifetime.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We are in Bitcoin Heaven on: January 25, 2016, 10:06:52 PM
Clean streets from here on in,- made me laugh. Same as Bitcoin heaven. We are nowhere near Bitcoin heaven or clean streets but maybe in the next few months we will see what road we're on. I hold faith it will be the right road but a very bumpy one and not without a load of crap being thrown at it along the ways.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are coming for you BTC ! on: January 25, 2016, 09:07:56 PM
and this:

If I'm not mistaken, this was a bug from the website back then. But it does prove a point Cheesy

Considering they have doge priced at $400 per coin I'd say so.

Come on op we're near the top of a nice pump not on the verge of greatness and takeover from that crap.

It is there as a whales play thing, nothing else for a very long time.
268  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: January 25, 2016, 08:43:18 PM
Well majority of the buyers would be honestly waiting for a price drop and a price drop of upto $100 is pretty scary for sellers. But honestly, I'd be happy to buy Bitcoins at $100 and below, but if it did fall so low so quickly I'd be equally worried to invest.

Exactly, if the price goes down to 100$ right now I'm pretty sure no one would buy because it would be too risky and bitcoin could actually die if that happens, the panic selling would be too huge

I disagree. Not all the Bitcoin holders are susceptible to panic attacks. Actually that's how people become rich: they are buying when everyone around is selling in panic. When a year ago the price was around $200 some brave people were buying at the time and they not only profited from this, they saved Bitcoin I'd say.

Depending on what has caused the price to drop to those stupid levels I think will also depend what whales next moves are. You're right above that is when big money is made. There is a Rothchild saying; "When there is blood on the streets its time to buy" Needless to say $100 there would be blood lol Also it will either crash to nothing or bounce straight back giving huge profit.

As stated above I would be looking for what has created the crash and if I feel it is orchestrated then I would be buying as well but it is a tough decision and that is not something I will be wanting and waiting for OP.
269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is the price dropping? on: January 25, 2016, 06:58:17 PM
Is there something big going on? I'm asking because if it's just a hype thing (like the Mike Hearn thing) this would be a good time to buy. Otherwise I don't know

Do you question and wonder what is going on when we rise $10-$20? It is forever doing it. There is no news that I am aware of that is to blame for this recent couple of dollar drop. I don't actually don't care either. I will be waiting to buy more as I don't think this is the time currently.
270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: January 25, 2016, 06:30:58 PM
If you think you're addicted, email all gambling websites to block your email, account or even IP

If you are addicted its really tricky, there are too many websites an IP changers are really easy to install.  You can get a firefox plugin that does that in 2 minutes for example. I'd go and see a therapist, worth the money.

I think better than that would be to block those sites from your side, because if they blocked you once, you wont be able to access again in case you ever feel the need of gambling. So, dont take decisions which cost you later.

Yeah you right. better you delete all your gambling account to prevent you to come back to gambling and make a seperate wallet for gambling and your main account.

That won't work there are many gambling sites that require little to nothing to get an account which takes a few seconds. I am sure that they won't block you within Bitcoin. In fiat you can get a self exclusion from a site but most people just go to another if they have a problem like many do here around Bitcoin.

If the need is there to gamble people will gamble regardless of obstacles placed in there way including loved ones. If you get a problem the problem is within and that needs sorting by keeping busy, hobby, work etc
271  Economy / Gambling / Re: VegasCasinoBits.com - New casino website using Moneypot on: January 19, 2016, 01:28:56 PM
Only coinflip, hi-low and slot ? Cheesy and you going to grow players ? Cheesy change name to russiacasinobit. looks more real  Grin

While there is no choice at the moment he has stated that there will be more to come in the future and at least it isn't another single copied dice site. At present the name doesn't suit it but that is a good name he managed to bag there if it grows as planned?

Thank you. Yes, there will be more games in the future. We are making the games from scratch to give them a common feel.

Roll Eyes I will come take another look when you have brought more games to your site. Good start.
272  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best place for investing (bitcoin or anything)? on: January 19, 2016, 12:03:06 PM
There are to many to even begin to mention but heres are few of the more obvious and one not so obvious. Gold, Silver, stock market, promising alts, Bitcoin, possibly investing in a casino or dice site will give small returns. Forex when you know what your doing is good. My personal favorite which is a bit corny but 100% true the best thing/place you can invest in is you!
273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of my favorite bitcoin gambling sites on: January 19, 2016, 11:25:58 AM
I did not see DirectBet on your list, have you or can you bet there? Also I agree with Betcoin.ag for any poker needs and I too play at Betcoin.ag but not all the time because I also like SWC. The biggest freeroll I see at BTC.ag was 10btc last year, awesome promotions. I won't answer on casinos but I used to be a fan of the one mentioned also.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: 400 will not hold on: January 19, 2016, 11:02:00 AM
$300 incoming.
Grab your shorts.
 Grin

I hope we won't go that low. But if it does anyway, then I might actually buy some if I get the chance to buy at low $300's. I don't think it will happen.

Oh, it's going that low.
Next support is around $317.

At this point everything is possible. My guess is that it won't go much lower than $350. Maybe $330-$340 as the very low for this year.

If we go to $350 we will be falling to $320'ish and if/when that support removes its orders who knows where we go? It isn't up that is for sure. I am holding my shorts and have no idea where to put orders to get back in, or whether to get back in? Maybe 200's if I do, What's your plan Bob?

Price didn't go below $350. So far the $350 price level seems to be the bottom, but I can't say it won't go below that tomorrow or the day after that. The panic is not gone yet. I have the feeling that a large dump can trigger a second round of massive dumps.

Yes I was watching and see we touched $350 but that soon bounced back. The panic does seemed to have calmed down and it isn't looking to bad now settling between low $380's and mid. Depending on the news a large dump can always cause big dumps.
275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it profitable to invest in betting sites? on: January 19, 2016, 03:36:52 AM
While there are risks with gambling investments they can be worthwhile if you take a risk and get in on a new site and they become successful. All in all though I would not invest in any of them anymore as the ones that are trusted will just not give the return you want for risk.

The reference is a bit misleading to be honest as that guy has had in excess of 5k Bitcoins invested in his site and he is still around under another name. Why did you link that profile when he has never scammed anyone?

As I said before, it's okay invest in gambling site , it's profitable okay. I just concern about how worth investing in casino. And I think it's not worth , dissent is okay right?
I am sorry if it was make misleading, BAC would not put that neutral trust without reason, but I would not judge dean too.

I did say it was not worth investing in gambling sites as well. Of course it is ok if that is what someone wants to do then good luck to them its their money they're risking. No need to be sorry it is not me you referenced in the same post as casinos that disappeared/scam. I could not really care less pal except it is misleading "at present" as he has not done neither yet (by the looks of it something happened though x2).

No he would not leave a neutral without reason and I never said he did, ""he is trusted for a reason" the reason given was clear for everyone to read and be warned by. Lets just hope that your post does not turn to be a correct reference in future.
276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: January 19, 2016, 03:02:47 AM
I have brought gold with Bitcoin and a few items of digital goods. VPS and my most recent purchase was malwarebytes as I see they accepted Bitcoin, so paid with it just because I have not brought anything with Bitcoin for awhile. I used to gamble a little but that is in the past and will be either trading or holding until more places accept and I can buy more than is currently available. Needless to say I voted yes I have and yes I will continue to do so.
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it profitable to invest in betting sites? on: January 19, 2016, 12:35:54 AM
1% per a month is a lot more than most banks!

I have invested in a few different sites for some months. From my personal experience, the average return is a lot better than 1% a month. But I don't think it should be compared with the bank deposit rate, as the degree of risk is very much different.

can i know what is all the gambling sites u invest in? may be interested to divert my investment too.

Currently I have invested some bitcoin in Safedice and Just-dice, and I have previously invested in Moneypot, PRC and Bitdice.

Interesting, 1% profit monthly each site? If you invested 100 btc each site you get 1+1 = 2 bitcoin every month.
The question is, is it worth invested 100 bitcoin to get 1 bitcoin monthly? Hmmmm . is it profitable? Yes it is profitable. But I think risking too much money by invest on risk thing like gambling company is not good idea.

What's your point? You want investments risk free? They do NOT exist, investments always have risk, this is a controlled risk, you know you have +EV so you know you are going to get profit eventually and you are not really risking all your money, It would be hard, close to impossible to lose 100 bitcoins if you invested them in a casino.

My point : investing in casino are profitable, but the risk is not worth.

I know there's no free-risk investment. But investing in casino / any other gambling site are not worth I think. They could be in trouble when the casino decide to disappeared/scam.

278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lets try to make 1.5 BTC from 0.013 on: January 19, 2016, 12:16:51 AM
Great going, haven't expected you to go this far though. Good luck to ya!

I have seen him doing this for awhile and has another picks thread if I am not mistaken? You have had a great start OP now lets get to 1.5btc and finally see one of these thread be a success.
279  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: January 19, 2016, 12:02:19 AM
As you see, the Bitcoin is crashing and trying to break a new low until it stop.
But I won't sell any Bitcoin at this time, I believe it will rise again as it always do. Smiley

If that was Bitcoin trying to break a new low then it was a terrible attempt at it and disappointed me to be honest. It was clearly just playing the news to create panic and seeing if a certain people could stack up on some more coins. It worked. You maybe right to not have sold this time. I did sell and made some extra coins through it but it is always a risk and I really am not sure if I brought back to early. Time will tell.
280  Other / Off-topic / Re: UK or USA on: January 18, 2016, 11:43:08 PM
Never been to the UK but for size of the country with such a small population and what they accomplished in ages gone. It goes without saying the UK are easily the best in many many fields. To many to name. But, both countries have been infiltrated and are controlled by the same greedy people anyway.
