A "Real Man" would be able to talk with their enemy instead of hide behind a keyboard, they wouldn't feel the need to come on here to beg and plead about receiving some sort of self serving apology.

A "Real Man" doesn't consider people that disagree with them their enemy or resort to ad hominem attacks, no one here is begging and or pleading about anything, what we are attempting to do is drive off the scamsters, the hucksters from what could be the biggest thing since the internet or email or the internal combustion engine....

For me, it makes me feel like I am doing the right thing for the community, but have I ever once asked for a "Badge", or self nominated myself or chest beat like a low land gorilla?

What I will do however is continue to ask questions, questions that you refuse to acknowledge refute what you are saying and just continue on as if the evidence was not shown to you.

These questions are what I bring to this community, to this grand experiment that we have chosen to be a part of... therefore it is my duty, my obligation to ask these questions to those that decide to pray upon the weak, the naive, the blinded by greed and root out those that may try and lead others astray.

I choose not to skype with you not because I am hiding or ashamed of anything but rather the simple fact that nothing good could come of it, either way no matter what is said by us "trolls" you will continue to twist and squirm your way into whatever you want to believe.... you sir have taken the "red pill" as it were.

Everyone can look back and know the outcome might be wrong in the end but during the process there might not have been anything wrong.

Unfortunately we cannot look back and review what you have said because you deleted, every single one of your posts related to TerraHash (and not just in this thread). (makes me wonder just how many other posts you have deleted...)

Quote
Not a single one of us wants to see Terrahash dissolve or go bankrupt but apparently you guys did and got your wish.

None of us wants to see anything related to bitcoin go bankrupt or dissolve, it is a true shame that this is what has come of it, if terrahash was real all they had to do was open up to us and we would have been right behind them doing what we can to make things work.

Quote
No one ever knew Terrahash was planning on doing this,

A couple of us had a pretty good idea way back in June that this might happen, have you not been paying attention?

Quote
we all knew and I've said this before that they were incompetent and were not going to be able to get us the Avalon Gen 1.....

You have never said that terrahash is incompetent, please show proof.

Excellent news, thanks for replying....

A VERY BIG THANK YOU
FOLLOWED ADVICE & WORKED PERFECTLY

If you paid via PayPal and want a refund...  LISTEN UP.

If you did not open a dispute within the 45 day window and you call PayPal... They will (9/10 times) deny you any kind of refund and say it's impossible as after 45 days their terms of service says they are not able to provide a refund.  That statement is sort of true.   If there are exceptional circumstances, PayPal WILL give you a full refund.

I got a refund from PayPal, today, for every order I placed  (If you ordered any TerraHash boards through me - you have been refunded too).

Here's how:

Call PayPal.  Get the fraud/dispute department.  Tell them you understand you are outside the 45 day window.  Tell them about TerraHash.  Tell them you and a lot of people online have been scammed by TerraHash.  Explain what TerraHash is doing and how they ave taken hundreds of thousands from PayPal users. shipped nothing, and will not reply to any contact attempts.  Ask to open a claim even if it's outside the 45 day window.   They may close your claim automatically, siding with TerraHash.  Call them back!

Especially mention the high dollar value.  Every time I dropped the amount of dollars that TerraHash took via PayPal they go get a supervisor.

If they refuse your refund, call again.  Talk to someone else.  Ask to talk to a supervisor.

If they refuse your refund, call again.  Talk to someone else.  Ask to talk to a supervisor.

I talked to a guy in the fraud department named Aaron, employee ID 45731.   He and his supervisor got my money back from TerraHash and he told me today, that he will do his best to help anyone else who can't get their money back from TerraHash.

So, PayPal tells you no?  Call again, get Aaron on the phone, tell him your story.

If you are still within the 45 day dispute window.  Filing a dispute now will get you an extra 20 days of guaranteed refundability if TH doesn't ship, if not even more.  With no downside.   So on your 44th day, file a dispute.

TerraHash/Amir: You tried to fuck me.  The tables have now turned.

So is anybody still unconvinced that this is not a scam?
265  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 28, 2013, 03:00:23 PM
Bar,
You never answered this...

Also please share with everyone why you choose to delete all of your previous posts regarding TerraHash.

What a fun filled day yesterday was! It was like pouring water on an ant hill (The Ants being the trolls in this thread and surprisingly other threads as well!)

Let me just say that while I fully expected for you guys to go nuts about me deleting my posts, you've outdone yourselves! What better way to drive you guys crazy than to send you into mass confusion/tinfoil-hat country.

Here are a few of the Gems I saw in other threads.

IS Bitcoinorama, Bargraphics??

IDK, but from what I recall, he was heavily invested into Terrahash. Don't know what method he used for paying but anything other than CC and he might be taking a big hit. Feel bad for him.
He was one of very few people on my ignore list, for acting like a dick. He has 11 jupiters on order, so I think he has plenty of cash to splash. The fact he deleted 1000's of posts suggests he is a crook covering his tracks. Happy for him to reply here and set me straight though.

and not to mention this one that really got you guys going.

It gets better.. PM:

Thanks for the "Corrupt Cheerleader Eliminator" badge! Much appreciated, my friend. You didn't think deleting your posts would make them disappear, did you?

What do you mean?

I bought this account today.

 Roll Eyes

I think btceic made ~13 posts yesterday just about me.

There was mass panic in the KnC Thread about why 8 or so pages were missing for a good 3 hours.

I'd say operation troll the trolls was highly successful.

Oh and the best part of it is I have Atomic wasting a ton of his time trying to bring back the posts from the dead.

PS: I Voted Grapefruit on the poll of yours Eric, we actually should grab lunch or maybe jump on skype sometime. You literally live ~4 hours from me. It would be interesting to see how you act/are off the forums.

Are you stating that you intentionally led people astray regarding TerraHash's viability?

To everybody, your welcome!

IANAL but you guys might want to look into this regarding them dissolving the business,

Quote
injunctive relief n. a court-ordered act or prohibition against an act or condition which has been requested, and sometimes granted, in a petition to the court for an injunction. Such an act is the use of judicial (court) authority to handle a problem, and is not a judgment for money. Whether the relief will be granted is usually argued by both sides in a hearing rather than in a full-scale trial, although sometimes it is part of a lawsuit for damages and/or contract performance. Historically, the power to grant injunctive relief stems from English equity courts rather than damages from law courts.

Looks like I missed out on a bunch today, meetings galore...

Regarding the PM's,
Bar I have no need nor desire to skype with you, we can converse here, if you have something to say then say it.

Way to mess up the vibe man, we were getting work done before you trolled your way back into here.

Usually only children would deny a gentleman's chat but I'm aware of your age and I am boggled by your insistence on carrying on without trying to resolve.

I'm interested in the extortion claim someone left you in your mining address, what is that all about?

Scottaloo aka pirate@40 put that there when I wouldn't take down a txid that I posted, he said he was going to dox me, I told him to go fly a kite and like a dumbass said pay me!

Oh look, he actually did go back and delete them, but I have them logged now. What a pansy, needs to hide how wrong he was. Man up Bar.

I was just going to post this, he had over 1000 posts as of yesterday! I guess his lawyer told him to delete all of those cheerleading posts!

I already archived them all and will post them to pastebin shortly.

This thread is a treasure chest of evidence. It's a good idea to save all the posts.

First off, if his lawyer did tell him to delete them, it means your not only screwing him over for posting them on pastebin but screwing EVERYONE ELSE over who is going into the lawsuit with him.

If I am correct, you got your refund? Help us get ours, or get out of the thread. Your annoying. Your not helping but only arguing. Just let it go and help the rest for fuck sakes.

Your not actually believing anything that Bargraphics has said are you?

Let me spell it out for you Bargraphics just FUCKED YOU, SPIT ON YOU for the last 4 months and then had the balls to try and cover it up.

What about all of this do you not understand?

It's clear now that Terrahash are engaging in dishonest business practices.

If they were not, they would be happy to refund customers who are no longer willing to wait. We get they had Avalon issues, but this is no excuse for not refunding customers as required by the law. They continue to not only ignore refund requests (against the law), but nearly any and all communications have virtually ceased via email, phone, their own support contact system on the website, in addition they have broken nearly every single promise to date, and continue to lie to the community about who they are, what the are doing and when their own customers can see any type of resolution.

It turns out anyone can file a complaint with the FTC, not just US based customers. Terrahash could be liable for a fine of $16,000 for each violation (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=279330.0)

File a complaint right now at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ - Many people already have filed complaints over the last few days and weeks.

The FTC uses statistical analysis to detect fraud and helps them decide who to devote time prosecuting. Let's pull out the big guns. This will either turn Terrahash into an honest company and provide remedy to their customers, or make them face the consequences. We need complaints in numbers, so if you have been ripped off or treated badly, we need you.

Terrahash are sullying the reputation of Bitcoin. We must all stick together and help clean this mess up. Report your dissatisfaction to the the US Federal Trade Commission today at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and help the entire bitcoin community.

It is a Inc.  with deciding to close it chances are Amir could care less on fines.  TH is its own legal entity assuming set up right.

They can owe millions in fines.... but if corporation is closed you cant get money out of something dried out.  There will no doubt be some money left and will be separated by creditors and those who sue.

But at end of day Amir is sitting back still getting paid a salary chances are right now.

Knight where are you!!!! The one of few people to meet Amir.  And also who somehow managed to see Amir to log into one account and see 40k chip orders.... yet 20k just went poof!  I still (and this is my personal opinion) wonder if he something with TH.  We do know he had a special deal to pick up boards he talked about..... was there anything else?  Who knows.

You may be incorrect on your assumptions or previous knowledge,

Law360, New York (December 05, 2012, 9:39 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Tuesday urged a federal court to dismiss a get-rich-quick real estate business owner's Chapter 11 case, agreeing with a U.S. trustee that the California man filed in bad faith to avoid paying the agency $113 million in fines.

I will try and find the full article.

fyi,
TerraHash announced bankruptcy yesterday and Bargraphics, ever the terrahash cheerleader deleted every single one of his posts regarding terrahash.
275  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 26, 2013, 08:39:12 PM
Why is the thread missing like 10-15 pages HuhHuh

Bargraphics deleted every incriminating post of his regarding terrahash.

Well, seems like Cointerra is the best alternative for the time being Cheesy

They've got all kinds of exciting things going on for them, just recently partnered for liquid cooling which will save some $$ on hosting

Thanks, personally I am waiting for my KnC group buy, we will see what happens with them in the next week or so....

This is ever better than the time Bargraphics and VolcanicErupter had to eat the biscuit after their ActiveScamming groupwank came to a sticky end.   Grin

Yep, it's always nice to see a shill get put in his place. I didn't archive the other thread unfortunately, but for anyone interested, you can easily get the archive at google cache, until it updates again, which will be in less than a week. So I archived all this thread's pages.

A sample for you is:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?output=search&q=cache:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.1700   - Page 86
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?output=search&q=cache:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.1720   - Page 87
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?output=search&q=cache:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.1740   - Page 88
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?output=search&q=cache:https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198489.1760   - Page 89

... And so on. As you see, you simply increment the last number by 20 (under 100, it was 10 for some). I made PDF's of all pages with a quick script I created.

Whether TH or Bar deletes, we still have them. Unfortunately, since I wanted the full version, and not just text, they are rather large for he entire thread using a PDF.

The cache is already updated, I looked at 3 of those pages and none of them mention bar at all.
