In my opinion, the situation is difficult due to the dismissal of Nuno Santos as Al Ittihad coach. Completely agree with you bud, like I think I mentioned in my last comment on this thread, I wasn't opportuned to watch the match between Chelsea and Tottenham, and I did was very surprised when I learnt that they (Chelsea) beat Tottenham, I was like, how can this be true? What really happened? I had a lot of questions running through my mind.
Later learnt that Tottenham played with just 9 players as two of their players unfortunately got suspended from the match due to them being awarded a red card, I must say that it was a very unfortunate match for spurs, and Chelsea I believe can not boost of deserving the win they got from that match, it is just luck that decided to smile on them that day, and Chelsea fans who are truly sensible should know this already and not boost.
No doubt, it's ever shocking to learn that Chelsea with their form right now as a team could win Tottenham because twas more like the whole world expected Tottenham too triumph. Indeed they were lucky because the players' suspension that Tottenham had to go through was enough to destabilize the team completely. 1 card call affect a team greatly not to mention of two card calls in a game, Chelsea played a destabized Tottenham team and only capitalized on the opportunity they had before them and converted their chances, it was just a narrow win for Chelsea, sadly I'd have to say that Chelsea cannot confidently surprise us and win genuinely in a more balanced game. I also second there idea of having to honor Diego Simeone with another contract yes this love story is not ending soon, I am always a fan of top coaches building and staying long at particular club rather than moving around. Many would say Simeone hasn’t done much to Atletico but it’s not true, he took charge of the club in this era where Barcelona and Real Madrid have not only dominated the Spanish league but the whole of Europe and Simeone’s Atletico have been the only Spanish side to push this two away. Chelsea and Manchester United this season have been in their poorest forms, finding it hard to secure a point not to even mention a solid 3 points, these slow pace and inconsistent game scorelines though makes for their difficulty in attaining better positions on the league table, Unlike other big teams who are doing efficiently, it'll be difficult for the former two teams to finish in a good stand this season. It's almost the first half of the season and they're still lagging far behind in earning points, their games with small teams can't even be sure to do the trick for them because they're still uncertain about their team balance, It's sad that Chelsea and Manchester United have to be faced with these battle at these moments and it now seem as if all hope is lost for them, well it's seeming like it but we still hope a correction can be made. |

This story was reported by many news outlets that Karim Benzema has been having a frosty relationship with the Portuguese manager. That was how Rudi Garcia was sacked as Al Nassr because of the misunderstanding he was having with Cristiano Ronaldo. These coaches should know that some players need to be tolerated because they are very expensive and the club will not want to lose them for anything.
It is believed that Nuno Santos was not consulted about the signing of Benzema and the French striker didn't fit in his plans and this didn't go well with Benzema. There were also speculations that the former coach of Al Ittihad didn't want Benzema to be the captain of the team. It became clear every day their differences were irreconcilable so one person needed to leave the club. The poor performance of the club made the coach the victim and so he was used as the sacrificial lamb.
United Arab Emirates club Al Ain coach Alfred Schreuder has resigned from the club after spending just a few months. It is believed that the Dutch coach with replace Nuno Santos. For now, Al Ittihad's assistant coach Hassan Khalifa will be in charge of the club.
