Yes, in as much as the ball was already out of Anthony’s control, I think that was still a penalty because that was quite reckless from the Chelsea Midfielder. He got same penalty credits some weeks back against Tottenham and he gave out such a similar one yesterday, that’s crazy. It was a penalty but deserved no booking.

Few days back, Manchester City were again held to a draw against Tottenham Hotspurs at the Etihad, it actually didn't seem encouraging and impressing because they're a better side to their opponent but football being unpredictable saw the ability and strength of Hotspur put to a test. For Hotspur it was a big feat as well as they as Chelsea have been able to suppress City. The City boys had an equal share of points which didn't and doesn't speak well for their position on the league table, although that doesn't necessarily mean that they do not have the ability to cover up the paces and differences because they're even more than capable to do so.

 They just have to put all in check and they still stand a huge chance at the trophy, tonight's game against Villa side is definitely a sure win for them and an additional 3 points is set to be secured. The host advantage will be in favor of the Villa side no doubt and definitely they've been doing well when they've had encounters with a few teams. I believe that they'd at least try to get a goal in their racket in tonight's game but which ever way, City's winning power is high.

 Left for me I think Bayern Munich are going to the Old Trafford with a full force and the mindset of achieving the 3 points, one player to look out for is the former Tottenham skipper Harry Kane, he'll be going back to England and for the records he didn't really have a good record against Manchester United when he played for Tottenham and would want to make a difference now he's playing for a bigger and better team, he has a good record in goal scoring with Bayern Munich this season and would want to maintain his goal streak against United.

The win against Al Nassr was a big boost for Al Hilal on the run for their League title. Yes 7 points isn’t much of a gap but with about 15 matches to go, you see that this is a crazy one and it would take lots of consistency to maintain that top spot, Al Hilal looks pretty much a big building lol a team to bring down with their incredible form of just having 2 draws and no loss this season.

 Their force when they attack and thier composure when defending is one no team in the league has been able to have. Ronaldo needs this league trophy as it’ll be him conquering another league entirely and yes, he can only if Al Hilal slip a bit off the league, well he and the entire Al Nassr league shouldn't lose hope yet, cause the league is not yet close to the end so they got lots of time to fight their way to the top.

The January transfer market will introduce a lot of change to the Barcelona team, they'd want to cause a change to their squad no doubt, either to recruit new players or strive to keep the players they have with them on loan. They've got a fierce race to run from next year which would require stars in the team. The coach has to return to his blue print and team list. It's only best to do away with less important players to give room for accomodation and acquisition of new and already old players in the team.

 Barcelona has a target for both the UCL and the domestic league and it's only right that money is pumped in or generated by the team to fund and acquire more stars that befits the goal and help them through the set goal, Felix and Cancelo are doing exceedingly well for the team and I'm convinced that it'll be in the clubs interest to keep them. Everyone wants to go farther in tournaments which would get heated up from the second half of the season so it's expected that a whole lot of dramas would be put up by teams and there'd definitely be a number of players switch.

The Turkish Super Lig is one league that's been having a wide point margin between their title holder and the other teams but this season both top teams have actually been playing averagely and their end result is more or less thesame with a difference in just the goal margins, It's not so bad though but it'd mean that one team would have to put extra work to their game delivery if they want to secure the trophy.

 Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all, Besiktas on the other hand are trying their best in what they do, they still have greater possibilities of excelling in the league and when efforts are out in the team, it'll yield good outcomes, Galatasaray and Fernabache are making the struggle for the league trophy more difficult because they are giving thesame victory energy and aura, the points gathered, the goal differences, they're seemingly the toughest team in the league and their victory is so certain.

 In a long while in the Turkish League, deciding the league's winner will take a while because these two teams are good at what they do, they play to win, and their next league game would undoubtedly end up as a victory for them both because their opponents are the opposite of them in all aspects, they're making the league's football more fun especially when it has to do with these two teams, we await the challenge amongst themselves and we're anticipating the winner. Do not be surprised though that the points will be shared eventually by both teams.

In a few recent games, Bilbao have been able to show strength and charisma to winning games. They've safely been tagged underrated and not really focused on but looking deep, they're making waves. Even their betting odds would speak for them. They are a team practically growing into a La Liga threat club.
They've had competitive games and ensured they kept up their pace making the result of the game be either to their favour or a fair draw.

 Girona and Vallecano are a testament of the fact. It's good how Spanish teams are starting to face the uprising of the beat and live through letting just 3 teams be the talk about of the league. Currently the likes of Girona,  Real Sociedad too and definitely Bilbao are outshining in their deeds and it's amazing to watch how football has become even more interesting this season in the Spanish league.

The season hasn't been quite adventurous for Juventus as they've been indicted to not taking part in the Europa League. They've been focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they've been doing excellently well in it. They've even got a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too. Although inasmuch as a weighty gap is expected of them, Inter Milan has made it difficult because they've also been in their best form.

The team are using this season to put in more work to ensure a spot in next season's European cup tournament and they definitely would earn it. They've got good set of players, right squad combination and their coach is doing his best part and giving them the right tactical approach. I don't know if they've got choice of changes to make during the mid season transfer window but at this state now, Juventus are good to go to some extent only if extra energy wants to be pumped into the squad to increase their efficiency too.

The most randomly used tactics solution when facing a bigger team is a defensive strategy that only obeys counter attacking. Bayern do not seem as a team that'll be vulnerable to this tactic but they still have to be cautious. They have all it takes to secure a big win, their players from defense to attack are so organized such that Kane doesn't have to make much struggle in winning the ball and placing at the back of the net.

They've made Munich loose a winning point in their home ground and that definitely says a lot on how critical and technical their contest for the trophy is. They're not taking chances. This season may be the difference and they may have to sit back and watch someone else lift the trophy. It'll be bad and sad for them though that's why I believe Tuchel won't fold his arms and watch Alonso's Leverkusen take it all. They're just a very little point away from each other, with Munich to a pending match advantage too. PSV are really one team to watch out for in this year’s UCL Edition because they’re creating some incredible stats that are worth seeing and they could just be the surprise team of the season’s UCL, they’re through to the Round of 16 without much stress and that’s shows the characteristics of a winner, (champions).

 The Round of 16 might be quite a tough one for them but we can’t fail to give them some part of our money when we place bet on them because their stats this season are seemingly crazy,they're doing very well both in the UCL and their domestic l (Eredivisie) League, however with the way they're going I won't be suprised if they get past the round of 16.

Brighton who are new to the Europa League have shown strength going through this competition and they’ve shown that by securing wualificaoti the Round of 32 before the last match for the group stage.

 Now they’ve got to struggle to get all 3 points so as to end up top of the group and I think that’s quite possible but when you check that Marseille needs just a point then you know that Marseille would be coming into this match to frustrate Brighton and her players, so they have to be at their very best and avoid errors that would cost them the match.

 Massive achievements for the club and her manager as this would be one the fans won’t forget in a hurry and they’re grateful for. This Brighton side could go a while in this competition but I don’t see them as favorites as there are better and stronger teams than them in this competition.

The expectation was for Arsenal to win this match and as well the comeback wasn’t much a big deal. Declan Rice keeps showing us and the gunners fans that he’s worth every penny spent on him. He keeps saving the day for Arsenal. A draw from this game would have been so bad for Arsenal as they could have just lost grip of the title challenge and that would have sent some very good signals to top teams they would be playing that they could as well steal points.

 Well Luton has shown they could take their chances when it’s placed infront of them but now they should learn to work on creating opportunities for themselves going forward as this is the EPL and not the Championship, if they keep conceding goals and not winning matches, then it would definitely take them back to the Championship where they came from.

Kaiserslautern performance was quite impressive especially judging from the ups and downs the team generally have been through, Changing the coach of a team especially halfway into the season could change the team’s performance generally either way but this side has made that change affect them positively and gained points were it mattered.

 Dortmund will go through when they face Stuggart, though this match could give them some worries but they are going to come out top of this encounter and I’m so confident of that especially with the way they played Leverkusen, therefore facing Stuttgart wouldn't be very difficult for them even though Stuttgart would try to make it tough in the 1st 20-30 mins of the game.
