If you check the lineup they used against Frankfurt you'll see that Bayern Munich featured most of their key players in that match, so it's not as if they rested lots of players maybe due to the UCL match they're to play against Manchester United today,  therefore I fail to understand why they lost that match with an embarrassing scoreline, maybe they underestimated Frankfurt and paid dearly for it, well whatever the case may be, i believe they've learnt their lesson the hard way and most do everything possible to make up for it in their next fixtures.

 They're now in the 2nd place, giving Leverkusen an advantage to maintain their position at the top of the league and even widening the gap separating both teams, however in their next match against Stuttgart they need to avoid unnecessary mistakes that would make them drop more points cause they would be giving Xabi Alonso's team more opportunities in ending their dominance in the Bundesliga, a record they've kept for so many years.

Jose Mourinho is a very good coach, infact one of the best in the world currently, he's had experience in several European leagues and won lots of trophies and kept good records wherever he goes to, last season he played the Europa League final with his current team against Sevilla and almost won but luck ran out of his sight, however he's still a very good coach and has used his experience and good strategy to get Roma this far in the Serie A and I won't be suprised if they finish top 3 and qualify for the UCL.

 Well I think the best thing Jose Mourinho did this season is by signing Romelu Lukaku to his team even though it's not a permanent deal, cause since Lukaku's arrival they've been doing pretty good upfront and he's made Roma's final third look more decorated with his good finishing, well they were very unlucky to had conceded a red card in their previous match but they really tried in securing a point with one man down.

Well clubs like Manchester City and Arsenal are strong enough to still be in the UCL competition and still maintain a good EPL record, they got a good squad and strategy all they need is to take advantage of the upcoming window to strengthen their squad against injury crisis and sort, cause that's the issue that always hinder most clubs from performing better and maintaining consistency, well Liverpool are in a good form and got a good squad that's capable of getting to the finals but they'll still need to bluster their squad in the Jan window as well.

 On the other hand, clubs like Newcastle and Manchester United are not really ready for the UCL tournament, cause they've not really been very impressive, well Newcastle have tried since it's their 1st experience after many years but Manchester United's performance have been really embarrassing, they've not really represented the EPL very well in the UCL tournament, left for me I'll want them to return and focus on their domestic competitions  then maybe try again next season when they're fully prepared.

Despite the fact that we're human beings and we get emotional we should learn to control our emotions, the chairman of Ankaragücü made a very wrong move by coming into the pitch to punch an officiating ref, what he did was uncalled for no matter what the situation maybe be, cause it's a big embracement to the Turkish football body and justice must take it's course, cause he must be punished for hitting a referee no matter his position in his club.

 I remember last season when Jose Mourinho insulted and almost attacked a referee he claimed was being biased in the Europa League Final againt Sevilla, he was punished severely for his actions, therefore the (FIFA) body should look into the issue and ensure that the defaulters face the right punishment for their actions, else it would keep repeating itself and anyone could just run into the pitch and hit a play or officials.

As the world is evolving it's affecting every aspect of life even in the football world, about years ago Girona won't even come close to where they're in the standings currently or even winning Barcelona who are one of the potential winners of this season's tournament at their home ground, they've really tried this season, they've took everyone by suprise and have impressively work hard enough to be consistent and earn their stand on the very peak of the Laliga table, that is something you don't see every season and it is breath taking.

 Girona reaching this point came as a surprise to everyone, cause who would even believe that they'll beat Barcelona at their home ground and even reach the 1st position when they're likes of Madrid, Sevilla, Atletico Madrid and even Barca, they've done well and they deserve the position they're holding currently, but they have to remain consistent and win their upcoming fixtures if they really want to create a record for themselves or finish in the top 4 and qualify for the UCL.

Manchester united have to play with a very good team spirit, get their decisions right and defend very well if they want to do better against Bayern Munich, cause if they put the same show they did against Bournemouth, then they should be ready for another awful defeat at Old Trafford and it's going to be very bad cause not only would they miss qualifying for the next round but they've also conceded alot of defeat at their home ground this season, a ground which they made a fortress the previous season.

 Well, I still have doubt if Manchester United would be able to defeat Bayern Munich at Old Trafford, but nothing is impossible, however when it comes to quality players and team spirit, Bayern Munich are better than them, but the most Interesting thing about this match is that both clubs have lost in their domestic league and would be very careful when facing eachother today, well let's see if Manchester United would move to the next round or qualify to play the UEL or miss out on all major tournaments.

West Ham in the league have been a shadow of themselves but when it comes to the European competition they’re clear off the top, but this West Ham team is one that’s had one poor run of form while in the league, the humiliation from Fulham wasn’t really what the fans expected but it’s one bad one and the fans will want that scoreline get away from their mind so fast.

 Fulham would go head to head with Newcastle who’s also come from 2 straight defeats and would want to get back their feets and this match will be a tensed and tight one but Newcastle could have a narrow escape from the sting of an improved Fulham. Yes, Chelsea is real declining lately and it’s going to be a long season with this kind of form, maybe Pochettino wasn’t really the best option for this young team or maybe the team needs time to get together well.

Ajax have not been at their best performances but they've definitely been winning games and have been consistent to it, definitely a coach has his own impact in a team, once the head is faulty, there'll always be loopholes. It means a lot for a team to get victorious consecutively in a row and for Ajax, that's caused a gradual improvement regardless not doubting that they still have to put in more work. They've got players no doubt but the squad needs to be better, Ajax is a team better than a narrow win, at the moment though, finding the right player who's top and ready in all areas to give that competitive capacity in both the domestic league and the European leagues will be hard.

 Every team won't want to loose their kept men and every player that's be free are the ones that weren't so solid for the team. It's quite expensive to get for a team a high valued player no doubt and Ajax management may not likely be up to the task and it's going to be unsafe to settle for a less standard player, their winning consistency is good but they just have to find a way to stop the wins from occuring through a narrow means. The coach is good at what he does but he has to improve himself and the team too, once all the necessary characteristics needed are in place, then it'll be an easy ride for Ajax.

Munich lost their last encounter with Frankfurt, so it's definitely going to have an impact in their UCL faceoffs tomorrow against United, either positively or negatively. The both teams lost but Munich lost away from home and United lost at home. Of the both teams, Munich is the better side and their winning chances are high too. United have not been consistent and this season they've not actually been in their average form. Tomorrow's game is important and it still doesn't rest on just their shoulders. The outcome of the entire Group A games would determine the fate of every of the teams in the group.

 Munich will be the visitors tomorrow and at this time, United have the advantage but will the outcome of their last EPL home game affect their mental preparedness and confidence in the game? Even if Munich are a better side, it's only left for United to capitalize on being the host to make the difference, and then pray that Galatasaray and Copenhagen result ends in their favor too. But still, for me I'd only advise Ten Hag to do his best and leave the rest, his chase should be majored on the domestic league cups and securing a ticket to next season's European contests too. But we definitely hope to see that they advance through to the next stage of the contest.

Girona have this season proven to be improved in what they do. They've been winning games and are currently at the top spot with 41 clear points. The season has been very much favourable for them because unlike past seasons, they've been able to make impacts in the league and also are now out of nowhere the 1st position ahead of Madrid, Atletico and Barcelona, what a suprise they given everyone this season.

 Yesterday, they had another big win when they held Barcelona down to a 4-2 defeat at Camp Nou. This is a clear evidence that they're a team not to be underrated again. How on earth did Barcelona who's technically a stronger team than them loose at their home ground? What went wrong? We do not have the answers but what we do know is that Girona are now in their full force and they're not relenting in going for the La Liga trophy.

Roma so far have been very impressive with Mourinho as their coach, they've really tried in getting to the 4th position on the standings, about yesterday they had a 1-1 home draw against Fiorentina and  the result of the match would've been better if not for the Red card booking sustained by one of their player Zalewski, Roma was already leading with a 1-0 in the 5th minute of the game and it was Lukaku who scored the opener goal for them.

 However they allowed Fiorentina to dominate the game more and even pressed them to the point that Zalewski was committed and booked with a red card and it was some minutes after the booking that Fiorentina scored an equalizer goal, well I applaud Roma for holding their ground and defending it with one man down, they were supposed to get the 3 points since they had more advantage but atleast they didn't lose and secured a point which helped keep them in the top 4 currently.

It was very suprising to see the mighty Champions of the Bundesliga suffer a heavy defeat against Frankfurt who are in the 7th position in the standings, it would had been understanding if they were beaten by Leverkusen, Dortmund or even Leipzig cause those are the strongest clubs in Bundesliga asides Bayern Munich but being beaten 5-1 by Frankfurt took everyone by suprise and I'm pretty sure  alot of bettors lost their bets cause bayern Munich where favorites both by the bokies to win the match.

 Bayern Munich really tried in the match by dominating the game mostly, they even tried in creating chances, they had about 20 shots but none was able to get at the back of their oppositions net and to my greatest surprise, not even their skipper Harry Kane could help them resist defeat away from home, it was only Joshua Kimmich that was able to give them a consolation goal. Bayern Munich, would be facing Manchester United in a UCL match tomorrow, and United would be very aggressive against them cause that match would determine their stay in the UCl or if they'll qualify to play in the UEL, therefore they need to be careful when facing United else they may concede another defeat.

Unai Emery's good managerial skills and effort in taking Aston Villa to the top 4 in the EPL standings has shown that the Aston Villa board made the right choice of replacing him with Steven Gerrard, infact he's a very big upgrade to Gerrard and has really tried his best to get the best of his players that's why they're performing pretty good on the pitch and even above Manchester City in the standings currently.

 Aston villa has made the villa Park a fortress this season, they're in a very good form at home and are yet to concede defeat even against the very big teams of the league,  about yesterday they defeat Arsenal to add to their home winning streaks and if they continue this good form both home and away there's a possibility of them getting to the top of the league, because they're currently in 3rd position with about 35points just 2 points behind the current league leaders Liverpool.

At this point it's a very risky thing to predict EPL games. Now the game results keep flunctuating and it just makes the league unendingly fun because a winner can't be predicted, neither can there be consistency too. The last two EPL encounters had in itself results that left everyone in shock, and I'm pretty sure this coming week would be full of more suprises as well.

 Definitely, some teams experienced a decline in their performance and also on their stand on the league table, whilst some remained dormant and some had a small lift too. At this point, the EPL table is highly competitive as just 3points separate the 4th place from the first place. Any next backslide would cost each person their spot on the table. The league tempo bass helped every team to put up their best game recently and prove their worths too. It's only sad that some teams would still stay down and keep embracing defeats

The Turkish Super Lig is one league that's been having a wide point margin between their title holder and the other teams but this season both top teams have actually been playing averagely and their end result is more or less thesame with a difference in just the goal margins, It's not so bad though but it'd mean that one team would have to put extra work to their game delivery if they want to secure the trophy, Fernabache and Galatasaray are good teams with good quality of players and both are capable of making the contest tough. But we await who'd be the greatest of them all.

 Besiktas on the other hand are trying their best in what they do, they still have greater possibilities of excelling in the league and when efforts are out in the team, it'll yield good outcomes
Galatasaray and Fernabache are making the struggle for the league trophy more difficult because they are giving thesame victory energy and aura, the points gathered, the goal differences, they're seemingly the toughest team in the league and their victory is so certain.

 In a long while in the Turkish League, deciding the league's winner will take a while because these two teams are good at what they do. They play to win, and their next league game would undoubtedly end up as a victory for them both because their opponents are the opposite of them in all aspects, they're making the league's football more fun especially when it has to do with these two teams. We await the challenge amongst themselves and we're anticipating the winner. Do not be surprised though that the points will be shared eventually by both teams.

Felix has always been a good player, he's a loan player no doubt but he's performed more than he did with his original club. Barcelona has given him the type of tempo he needs to play with. They're a good and committed team and their players are coordinated. The coach himself is young and knows what he needs and builds his team to deliver rightly. It won't be bad to watch Felix stay to do more at Barcelona. Atletico didn't favor him as much as Barcelona has. He's now out of his shell and has built more confidence in himself as well. I personally don't think that after being watched to grow by Barcelona, then they'd let him off their camp.

 However I'm convinced that he also would want an extension with the Spanish side. What kills a team is favoritism and it's one factor that should be worked on. Coaches should not involve favoritism as it may have an impact on the game outcomes and as well cause a whole lot of technical errors to occur and it may affect the players' conditions. They need to be encouraged and made to put in efforts to working in the team. It'll build their ball playing abilities and causes positivity in every game outcomes.

In the Serie A, Roma hasn't really been in their best of performances but they've no doubt been trying in the aspect of meeting up the race for the European cups ticket. In their recent games, they've lost and also drawn some of the games and now their main striker will be out for their subsequent games which seems tough too. Their first encounter with Bologna will definitely be a tough ride because, they both are in the same range of performance technically and they both have a purpose to fight for. None would want to take their chance.

 Bologna's got the upper hand because of the home advantage and then Roma is short off their striker who's the only one capable to make goal scoring impacts in the game for them. Then they'll go up against Napoli, even if Napoli has gone away from the top 5 sit as a result of the recent games outcome, I do not personally think, Napoli would want to loose to Roma again. They've experienced losses already from Juventus and a draw too and it's not one to be traded with, their spot is slipping off gradually and they can't afford to let it go off completely.
Lukaku's absence will one littlest way affect the team and so they've got to create alternative solutions that'd work for the team for the mean time.

Over the years, every season, we've seen certain teams leading the top chart of the Bundesliga and there's been some levels of consistency especially for Munich who's most of the time finished at the first position. Before now, Leverkusen and Stuttgart weren't even seen near the top four, it was always a Munich, Dortmund show but there's been much of a difference this season. Now there's a kinda rub shoulders between these teams, Leverkusen and Stuttgart who's been on the sidelines for seasons have now come up to be competitive for the trophy. Since the season began, they've been able to be threats to the trophy race, Munich now have to be extra cautious in their games too.

 They've lost twice in a row and it's kept the ints between them and Leverkusen. Also for Stuttgart who's been doing their best to keep their spot in the top 4 space. It's very much impression that this season took a different turn in the Bundesliga. Leipzig and Dortmund still have to strive to regain back their usual space on the table because currently, they're seemingly below the top 3, although with not much points difference which they still have a chance to meet up with.

Well I won't really say Liverpool are the favorites to win the UEL tournament, they might be doing very well currently but they still have tough competitors especially Bayer Leverkusen that's in a very great shape and form currently, with alot of players that are very eager to win and make the team successful, and moreover there are still teams like Sevilla and Manchester who's fate  in the UCL is not decided yet and they could drop to the UEL tournament.

 If Sevilla qualifies to play in the UEL tournament then I think I'll even prefer them as the potential winners of the tournament to Liverpool cause they've got more experience than any other team in Europe when it comes to the Europa League Tournament, like you said they've won it the most and there's a high tendency for them to win it again, based on their experience, well there's no doubt that Liverpool is a potential winner of the tournament but they've got lots of work to do to achieve that cause the  tournament is about to get interesting.

To be honest I didn't expect that came with the weeks game, from the suprising defeat at Old Trafford by Bournemouth to the defeat of Chelsea at Goodison Park, including Arsenal and Newcastle as well, well Chelsea's defeat was expected cause after what they experienced at Old Trafford,it was expected to weaken their morale when they faced Everton yesterday,but I didn't expect Arsenal to be beaten by Aston Villa, even though villa has kept a clean record I expected a draw from that match.

 Well that's the fun of the EPL, it's very entertaining and full of suprises,Liverpool and Manchester City where the only big teams to escape a defeat but also they need to be careful in their next matches because the race for the 1st position is becoming very though and if you snooze you'll lose and drop points like Arsenal did against Aston Villa and now overtaken by Liverpool who are the current league leaders.
