2601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is ETH very cheap now? on: August 13, 2018, 01:43:23 PM
ETH is currently the cheapest in 2018. But maybe it will go down, there was a slight rebound coming from the market and ETH. It has helped ETH not fall below 300$. Hope ETH prices will stand here and prepare to go up when the bull market begins

Well it's a chance given to eth supporters to stock up now and even day traders can get a couple of dollars profit with eth's movement everyday. Though that's pretty much applicable to majority of the coins in the market right now. Hang tight guys, good times are coming.
2602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to buy ETH now? on: August 13, 2018, 01:28:58 PM
Hi guys,

do you think it's a good time to buy ETH now? Price seems to be kinda low, but I'm not sure what to expect from ETH during the upcoming weekend & the aug1-happening after..
Do you think it's better to wait a few days...?

Yes, you can now invest in ETH, perhaps the price will fall even more, but if you hold the coins for a long term, then in any case you will make a profit.

Well it's always a good time to buy when the price is down. Especially with an established coin like eth. And the price has gone pretty low now so if you have the funds, then yeah now would be a good time.
2603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy TRON or ETH? on: August 13, 2018, 01:26:16 PM
This is an interesting choice, eth got a pretty solid support and constantly being used in ICO, so for long term investment it's a good choice, but something really interesting about tron, even though not too popular but tron rising is very fast and tends to be pumped so it can be very potential to make a big profit, I will say diversify your investment in these two coins.

Well eth is more established at this point though both aren't doing very well in this bear market, with tron agan going under the 400 sat mark. Get both. When the market recovers and make a run, i think we can easily get x3 profit from these two coins
2604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: No Bull Run in 2018? on: August 13, 2018, 01:23:29 PM
Coin prices will fall further until they reach a fair price. There will come a time when the price of the coin will be based on its technical part, and not on the actions of speculators.

Hardly going to happen dude. This market in general is highly speculative and i think that'll be the case most of the time. Fuds and fomos will play a huge part in the market movement and a well timed good news can start a bull run before the year ends.
2605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year 2018 will be GREEN? on: August 13, 2018, 01:21:24 PM
I actually have good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow BY END of year!

But I am not psychic!!..

Do you think we may end up in all GREEN by end of 2018?

the growth and happy investing of last years has not happened, but its only AUGUST.

YOUR THOUGHTS?...

Well who knows. 2017, even with btc's monumental run, didn't end up green as well. The hard correction actually started by the end of december. It may be the same case this year so just don't expect too much or manage your expectations to avoid disappointment.
2606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 is not a very prosperous year for cryptocurrency on: August 13, 2018, 01:18:52 PM
2018 is a very unsatisfactory year for cryptocurrencies. People overestimated the development of this market. In fact, the market broke out in 2017 because of the crazy ico, but this year people no longer believe in ico, so there is no more money to enter this market.

I don't think so. Though we've been on a hatd decline since the end of 2017, money will still come pouring with crypto garnering more awareness as it goes on. Icos may not have that much influx since investors would be thinking twice or thrice with a lot of research become making ny cashouts but that would only make the market's image better.
2607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the Crypto market collapse on: August 12, 2018, 04:36:04 PM
Will the Crypto markets collapse?
You can not discount the possibility!

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/02/07/most-cryptocurrencies-will-crash-to-zero-goldman-sachs-says.html
Nah, the crypto market will not collapse this year. It has been fluctuating but that clearly does not mean that the performance will weaken with coins like TAU, ADA and POWR.

Well as op said, you cannot discount the possibility as well. Anything can happen, even a collapse though it's unlikely. We're seeing something here that can be a part of our future so though possible, a collapse probably is the last thing that can happen
2608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teens in the crypto world on: August 12, 2018, 04:33:45 PM
Crypto is a really useful technology for the society, so young people should master it. Excellent prospects to receive income and help the development of society.
Cryptocurrency welcomes people from all walks of life, and for all ages. But it does not stop there, it takes willingness, preparation, guidance and proper knowledge. They should be properly educated and become aware of its advantages and disadvantages for them to learn what are the do's and don'ts in the field of cryptocurrency, and on how to succeed and survive.

Well everybody should have an option. Of course being aware of crypto and how it works would be very beneficial even for teens since they have a lot of time to study thoroughly the market. And it may also play a part in the future that they'll live on.
2609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: August 12, 2018, 04:28:45 PM
not always and not all bounty hunters immediately sell the tokens obtained, only bounty hunters who do not think long of doing that, and some other bounty hunters, carefully examine which altcoins have the potential to develop in the future

Well sometimes you can't really think long when it comes to tokens you get from bounties. I doubt that most bounty hunters do what they do for the token itself. Of course they're looking at the btc or eth convertion of their bounties.
2610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do lot of people hate bounty dumpers? on: August 12, 2018, 03:16:03 PM
Reality is that pre-sale investors dump coins in most cases. 2% for bounty isn't that much for dump. Also in Local coin swap chat investors were even happy to see hunters dumping coins because it let them to fill up bags for 0.3x ICO

I agree. The amount of coins allotted for bounties, even if each and everyone of the token holders sell, isn't that much compared to the whole supply most of the the time. I don't it would have any significant effect at all.
2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto has gone to shit on: August 12, 2018, 03:06:39 PM
Very annoying and such projects and it is really a pity that now crypto-currencies are most often used for fraudulent purposes. But this will be solved with the introduction of at least a minimum regulation of cryptocurrencies.

Probably icos yeah but existing and established alts have their own uses and following. Of course news about scams paint a bad image on the entire market but it's not something crypto can't overcome.
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: August 12, 2018, 02:37:02 PM
it's depend on the price in the ico if the price is overvalued in the ico you should invest in the market otherways you should invest in the ico good luck

Well most of the time it's not so if you think you managed to stumble upon a good project at it:s ico stage,  then that would probably be a better investment rather than wait for it to be launched.
2613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is falling and BTC Dominance above 50% now..What do you guys think on: August 12, 2018, 02:35:09 PM
ETH is falling and again BTC Dominance above 50% now.always leader is BTC, he proved it again. So I think in the future This BTC dominance will remain near 50%..What do you guys think

What  50% do you mean? Cryptocurrency is dominated solely by btc and all the other altcoins are just following the lead of what btc can do. I don't think that even when the price of eth will be increasing, btc will not be dominated.

Market's still down none the less so i think there's not much to it. And people probably prefer to just hold on to their bitcoins than being active in buying and selling or holding alts.
2614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In this bearish market, What do you think is the way out?? on: August 12, 2018, 02:32:08 PM
There have been a gradual fall in the prices of cryptocurrencies although few still try to show a little green on the way, what do you think cryptocurrency traders and enthusiasts should do now to revive the market?

What way out can you think of? Because if the market's reason why it's bearish is the manipulation of humongous investors and stakeholders in the market, what can you do?

If you're thinking of a way out, then you're likley to contribute to the current bear trend. I'm not much thinking of how to get out since most of us are probably at a loss. And as much as possible, i'd rather hold tight that exit at a loss.
2615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: August 12, 2018, 02:29:31 PM
No, because it is very hard psychologically for people. I think the price will decrease not lower than 300$ for one Ethereum.

Well i also think it's unlikely since nothing serious so far has caused eth to go down. The market in general is in the same trend and we're probably close to seeing the end of this bearish run.
2616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN? on: August 12, 2018, 02:27:15 PM
For now, Bitcoin is still better as compared to other coins. It would take a lot for some altcoins to go beyond what bitcoin have already achieved.

Well there are a lot of alts better than btc feature per feature but people aren't looking into that yet. It's a case of what's making profit for them. Perhaps in time we'll see alts by the projects they present and then btc's dominance will have better challenge.
2617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is superior on: August 12, 2018, 02:23:11 PM
Bitcoin is the base of all coins and accordingly is the superior among all.
It is superior because lot of reasons are suit for the Bitcoin. But all the altcoins are depends on Bitcoin origin so it will always rule the Crypto market. Nowadays peoples are doughtly check the Bitcoin but finally it is won the game so we can ready to accept the Bitcoin worth.
I think we will see the good opponent in future because day by day technology is improving in the world so nearly possible in best opponent.

Well being the pioneer in an up and coming industry definitely has something for it. And bitcoin is enjoying that popularity of being that especially now that people are seeing how crypto will fit in the future of how we do transactions
2618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounty participant really the cause of dumping coins? on: August 12, 2018, 02:21:09 PM
Yes i agree, there are lot of bounty participants who causes the value of the coin to dump because some are selling it below the ico price. But most projects only gives 2% budget for bounty, so i guess that will not really affect the token, in the beginning yes, but after that, the price would stabilize

The main purpose I think why bounty hunters dump their coin right away is because they joined the campaign to earn money out of it but not necessarily thinking about investing.

And i agree that there's really a small percentage that goes to bounties for an initial offering so even if all bounty hunters dump their tokens, i don't think it'll cause a serious decline. Investors are the ones who would have that effect on a project not bounty hunters.
2619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: August 12, 2018, 02:19:17 PM
I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.

Maybe someday, but I don't think that will happen in the next 5 years. Besides, I don't think we have to rely entirely on grace.
You need to try other investments in trade, or in some other areas that are more promising and have great potential.

Well, new projects would need to be funded and that's where icos come in, and there will always be new projects that will come up in the future. Probably one would even top btc. And it will start from an ico.
2620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many projects are dead? on: August 12, 2018, 02:17:14 PM

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?
You are right, to choose a good project or coin is hard enough, because there are no guarantees in their success. At the moment, profit in the short term is almost impossible to obtain, and the tokens that appear on the stock exchange do not show any growth.

Well it's not that easy to spot bogus projects since scammers cam very well set up a good white paper as well. People being wary are perhaps one reason why many projects don't get funded, whether they're scams or not.
