1641  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: December 10, 2018, 03:35:00 PM
Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why?
it is investors who have high hopes about the development of the currency and perhaps those who put hope in it are investors who have the confidence and patience to invest in crypto currencies

Do you consoder yourself one of them? I sure do consider myself as part of those who are still positive about crypto in the long run. Investors mostly look at the  bigger picture and towards the future. The current market situation of course looks bleak, but there are positive aspects in crypto than gives me confidence in it for long term.
1642  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto adoption on: December 10, 2018, 03:31:15 PM
If crypto does gain massive adoption and you are able to pay for things in crypto, there would be less of a reason for people to cash out into fiat. How would government collect taxes from crypto gains then? Also, if something like ETH becomes big, how is the government gonna stop people from making pyramids, ponzis, and scams in general?
I guess the dream of everyone already into crypto stuffs for them to be able to use crypto like the way they will spend their pounds, dollars, yuan, etc. But in practice, there are no such markets yet, or maybe just a few in some selected regions.

Adoption is still an ongoing process. Nobody said we're ready for mass adoption yet. The points you raised are all valid and there are still a lot to be done on crypto for it to be more usable.
1643  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is one of the saviors. on: December 10, 2018, 03:27:26 PM
I just say don't expect too much from the bitcoin, yes it has the capability of giving huge profits in very short time but until when? no one really knows we can see already lot of people were crying who invested on 2017 and later since they have lost huge amount until now,so its not a saving or saviour it is like gambling.

It can save you from what though? Poverty? Getting broke? Your own decisions will determine if you can be saved from these things not bitcoin. It can be a tool yes, but it's a double edged blade that will harm you if you don't make the right choices. Like what most people who got in this year are experiencing right now.
1644  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the market on: December 10, 2018, 03:16:13 PM
Honestly, what do you think will happen with the market? no matter how positive I want to be, I think that lot of people (myself included) were waiting for the bull run to start this month, but we're already at 25 and there's still no movement, I think we should be thankful that btc hasn't continued to drop, but many projections have fallen apart when we're almost entering November and nothing of the bull run, what do you think will happen with the market at the end? we're finally seeing the beginnings of a stabilization? our goal should be mass adoption now that prices are stable?

I have personally been disappointed by the turn of events this year. I joined crypto actively this year with high hopes. But nothing tangible has been achieved.

Too bad dude. Just tough luck. This has been the most dry season in recent years especially for people like you since there seems to be no chance of making profit when all the time the price is going down. Though keep the faith man. If you can go long then better to hold. We should reach the bottom and make a rebound eventually.
1645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: December 09, 2018, 04:52:24 PM
It was Melo who mess with this team, they are a championship contender in the past but now they are struggling.
Lebron James is willing to let Melo play alongside him though he did not ask the front office to do it, does this mean that the Lakers is doom to be messed if Melo will be listed on their roster? I personally think so, Melo will always be Melo. A player that can't guard even a chair and it would be better for him to just retire or play ball overseas where he can hug that ball as long as he wants. Just my thoughts on him.
Lebron is willing to get Melo because he is his friend but the Lakers management has no interest in getting him. One more, Melo is playing in a PF spot and also Lebron is playing on a PF spot. Melo is known for his over-ego and he don't know how to adjust.

I think no one will get Melo in NBA now but if there is, it will be from a lower standing team like Cavs maybe or Suns.

Not PF dude, they are not suitable in PF position but in SF. The only difference is LeBron plays all the roles that is needed by the team, be it PG to center position. But then I agree with you that the Lakers management is not willing to sign a deal with melo due to a bad omen which melo brings whichever team he goes.
Ohhhh sorry my bad. I'm not that good in positions of different players. Anyway, Melo will not go to the Lakers since they are not interested in him. Maybe somebody will get him but now in a lower value.

On other teams, the Hawks defeated the Nuggets which is embarassing because the Hawks are struggling and the Lakers defeated the Grizzlies with a huge lead. Also the Celtics won on the road against the struggling Bulls by a a huge 56 point lead. Largest deficit of the Bulls history.

Melo's not doing so bad when he started at denver though. He's probably stereotyped as an underachiever because his batchmates have had good runs with a lot of them with rings already. He's an nba caliber scorer and he's proven that a lot of times and probably needs to have a system that can fully utilize what he can do.
1646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Holiday Crisis on: December 09, 2018, 04:47:17 PM
I've been seeing bitcoin suffered from holidays a lot and there is a proper explanation on this, since yearly it always happen.

First of all since December - January are the most anticipated holiday of all months the moment we hit BER months crypto are more likely to suffer since most of the traders are converting their assets into fiat which only leads to a massive fall of crypto, no matter whats upcoming event is or any news regarding cryptocurrencies it always seems to fall in the 4th Quarter of the year specially on December, it cannot be prevented so as a holder it is better to let go of your assets before the fall happens September and October are the best month to start analyzing the price.

If you convert or sold your crypto into fiat you're contributing in the massive fall but if you don't you'll lose the price you currently have so what else can you do.

I don't think that applies in this situation though. Yeah normally the price dips during the last 2 weeks of december due to people cashing out for the holidays, but if the market is like this and people are down 70-80%, and they're hoping for a recovery, i doubt they'll be selling that much this time.
1647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: are you now afraid to save bitcoin until December 2018 on: December 09, 2018, 04:44:26 PM
I don't want to add more bitcoin into my wallet for now. I will wait for the best time to make buy order in case the price still moving down. I am really sure that someday, the trend will come back to up again.

Just place a buy order a little lower than where the price is now lol. If you really believe that the market will recover, then for sure it will be way beyond this current value. I'm saving btc for way beyond 2018.
1648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is easier 1-2% a day or 20-30% per month on: December 09, 2018, 04:42:49 PM
Ok neither of these are easy but as a long term strategy to do think its best to day trade and try and get 1-2% a day or invest in a couple of coins and try and get 20% over a month

Perhaps 1-2% a day is more common than keeping your coins unmoving for a month. A lot of things can happen during that period and 10 to 20 percent may have been hit and then dumped before you check it after a month.
1649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who do people dump tokens below ICO price and how can this be stopped? on: December 09, 2018, 04:40:56 PM
Without much ado,  I think excessive sales bonus have a part in dump we see on newly listed token.  But there are some other factor also that put token value under water.  The long delay in launch and slow token generation event is also reason for lackluster attitude to token trading!
I don't think it's just a bounty hunter do that, because developers only allocate a few percent of their total supply for bounties
campaign, so I don't think that the bounty hunter is the one only who dumps

Tokens probably go back to developers lol. I agree. Bounties perhaps are compised of insignificant amounts of coins, if ever the ico is legitimate, the the devs can afford to throw away. And it can't be stopped. Most hunters would do away with them once they get to exchanges.
1650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear time is near to end on: December 09, 2018, 04:15:24 PM
I think bear market is far from over... I expect at least 6 more months of bear market. Also new lows are possible.
This does not mean we will just go down and down ...  We might see some rally up soon, but I think you should not get overconfident, because this markets will give you hope and than crush your hope over and over again until you finally give up... And when most of the people give up only than we will see the start of the new trend...

Well by the looks of it, it seems 2018 is out for good. We'll see this bearish trend go over to next year. I'm opting to be a little pessimist for the short term so if in case it does make a run then it'll be a sweet surprise lol.
1651  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to profit from the market, bulls or bears on: December 09, 2018, 04:12:23 PM
Avoid FOMO and greedy,  and quit from the market if the price of all crypto was pumped,  and to make money from bearish market we should be trade on margin trading by short the price.
we must follow the market not to fight the market, because we dont know who cntrol and manipulates the prices in the market, do not be greedy when the opportunity comes, then sell it. when the price weakens, do not resistto hold and think the price will recover soon, dont do that, you have to do something..

but if you only follow the flow of the market without knowing the risks going forward, it is tantamount to suicide, the potential assets for recovery are 50:50 when BTC and many other major companies start bearish. When prices reach dip, it's better to be more careful, it could only be a bull trap
Follow the flow does not mean following fully without regard to certain things, here I am more inclined to say flexible, that is a better word. you must be flexible with market conditions, always analyze so that you are not stuck with certain conditions on the market..

I agree. It shouldn't only be buy during dip and sell during an upward movement. If you can't be flexible then most likely you'll end up like those still waiting to recover. Unless you're planning for  long term hold, you have to learn how to react to market swings.
1652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Treat trading as your job on: December 09, 2018, 03:13:54 PM
It is good idea and also treat trading as more than your job then only you can get good profit. dedication is very important part in any work, dedications leads to get success in any work and in your life too... keep doing hard and good work.

Many guys consider trading their main job as this activity brings them the money they live for. Yes, now when the market is in depressions, traders do not earn much. But I am sure, the better time will come soon.

And that's why it can be very challenging financially not to have a regular job. Imagine the people that rely on trading during this kind of market and they would need to cash out for their expenses? Big losses already and you'll be forced to convert your coins in depressing value.
1653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Need To Put Your Emotion in Trading ? on: December 09, 2018, 03:05:31 PM
no need to use emotions I think if we before starting a trade investment know all the risks that will be invested in investing in crypto currency beliefs and patience will reduce emotions
Yeah it's mainly because giving in to your emotions make you do unplanned decisions based on short term instances. It results in panic or fomo, both of which can be very dangerous most of the time.
1654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where next? Preparing the ground for the big players! on: December 09, 2018, 02:16:38 PM
I believe the current market crash has been engineered by big players, they would buy heavily during this dip and sell when the market pumps again in future. In this way, they gain big profits.
I also believe that the current decline was made so that large investors could buy cryptocurrencies at an attractive price.

Bingo! The biggest players made everything they could to let the prices of the main cryptocurrencies fall so greatly. Now they can easily buy more crypto, especially Bitcoin and Ethereum, and pay for it less.

It's actually a good strategy since people are expecting to get a good run to end the year, and when this crash happened, disappointed souls sold cheap. It may continue a little bit more and see us at 3k or less though.
1655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you have to buy cryptocurrency for 10.000USD today.... on: December 09, 2018, 02:14:20 PM
Don't put all your monry in one coin so if your preference is thse two coins then split and invest on both but for me bitcoin is more preferrable than any other cryptos so I will pick bitcoin for 70% of my capital and the remaining into other coins.
its safe if we diversify our asset into several coins.atleast 5 coins could give us several gains and loss.and bitcoin always get biggest portion in our portofolio.

Those men, who enter the market now, can become a winner soon. When you are sure you are ready to deal with the crypto, invest this money in several altcoins which are in the top-20.

Top 10 it is for me. That includes tron. Perhaps i'll equally divide that money among the top 10 coins. You wouldn't know which will make a run first so if one of those coins break away, i can be more flexible.
1656  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you should do when you lose most of money? on: December 09, 2018, 02:11:03 PM
Nothing can do instead of doing waiting and patient for market growing. In dumping market i face I complicated disease so I check up medical hence I sold all my bitcoin and Ethereum.

I think the guy should better know what he must NOT do. He must not give up and quit trading. Better take a break, get more information that will prompt you how to trade more effectively, and start again.

Did it come to you that these people may have gotten more information and that's why they sold at this point? A run may come but it may take a long time and this bear market may very well carry on to next year. Im not supporting fud but just trying to be a little practical.
1657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Blood everywhere on: December 09, 2018, 02:07:51 PM
What a ridiculous thing, how can a large agency that has been trusted to lose money just like that, in my opinion, could only be a lure so that the crypto price gets weaker. Later after they get what they want, with many reasons news like this will be rejected and labeled HOAX
It make ways to find good thing about crypto, many are failed because they never wanted to understand it. Many ICO get failed also as they failed to get the trust of the people around. Its getting troubled for us now and to think if crypto will survive from these.
Speaking of many ICO's failed I guess that also contributes the market become red, many investors quit because of that scenario.
In this situation let's help weak people not to do panic selling because we could not blame those whales playing the market right this moment because they keep doing that to have a huge profit and the greediness they have. So, let's help each other HOLD as much as we can don't make the whales laugh because of selling your crypto asset.

At this point? I don't think weak hands are panicking. These weak people have been shrugged off the market already. It's people who think the bottom is still far that are selling, probably to be able to get in again and get a little profit if a reversal comes.
1658  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: December 09, 2018, 02:05:20 PM
Good day, mates.
My strategy is to buy coins when the price drops sharply.
Sometimes I fail, because the price drops more than I expected.
But, to prevent this worse situation, I put 30% of my budget at the time of initial investment.
If the price getting down again, I put 30% more.
With this strategy, I am getting some money so far.
In conclusion, I recommend you guys to buy coins when they drops rapidly.
After sharp drop, there should be sharp rising.  Cool
Yes let us take advantage of the bear market because we can acquire coins at a lower cost and keep it for a long time and wait patiently till our investment grows.

When I have money and see that the altcoins, which I like, fell in price, I try to do everything to buy them. It is very profitable now to invest in the crypto - soon, when the bulls come, you'll get a lot.

Lol the price sharply dropped to 5.5k after staying around 6.5k for a long time. If you bought then, you'd still be at a big loss 😜 i realized during this market that it's not all the time a good idea to buy sharp dips if you're only trading short term.
1659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trade Vs long trade on: December 09, 2018, 02:01:26 PM
Daily trading or long-term trading now can be used as an option, but for that I think it is the choice of each trader, because now the market conditions are in an unstable position I think long-term trading is better,
For me this is very situational option, if you force to keep choosing daily trading when there is no enough volatility, then the risk will be much more higher.
And also for long-term, you still need to set up a stoploss or make a target when will you get out if the market doesnt meet your standart.
Agree , Every token/coin has its own volatility level , Trading the high volatility token will make your daily trade chance successful than the low volatile coins that is good for long trade.

Well i'm not seeing any strong volatility in btc right now since the movement is either straight or downwards. If ever it goes up, there's very little profit to be made from it. Same thing, if not worse, for ethereum.
1660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: PRICE STABILITY on: December 09, 2018, 01:56:14 PM
Do you agree if Bitcoin finds a meeting point for stable prices in the range of $ 4000 - $ 5000 ...? and I think you might not agree but if you look at a few weeks until now, this is what happens to the price of bitcoin still at $ 4000 maybe this is the best way for bitcoin or bitcoin that is still in transition
What i see is bitcoin will have a strong base on $2000 and from that it will start gaining. This is my analyses and the current prices are $3400 and till late December we will get to see this downfall.

You're entitled to your own analysis anyway. I think 2k will be a little bit too crucial for miners that may just move to another alt. 3k would probably be sustained until we get a decent push. But as what we all say, who knows how it's going to play out.
