How does this improve Litecoin adoption? It takes away the sole strength of cryptocurrencies: not having to trust anybody.
Meanwhile, everybody who uses cryptocurrencies most likely has a mobile device that can handle it.

As far as I know, they even give good support after paying. It's their core business to make sure everybody knows paying gets you back your files, if they don't deliver, their business model fails.
I've even read about competing cyber criminals, it's big business!

On a side track: I really dislike seeing Hero or even Legendary members with big fat Red Trust. I'd like to suggest dropping one rank for each Red Trust from a DT-member. If a user can't be trusted at all, he should be a Newbie, even with 1000+ Activity.

Whether or not it's normal depends entirely on the transaction size. How many bytes are you talking about?
If you have a lot of inputs (or outputs), fees get high. I wouldn't expect this from blockchain.info for a normal transaction under 1 kB.
