2621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: May 01, 2021, 06:16:52 AM
It will eventually reach that much, but only if BTC bearish market hasn't come yet. I mean, to reach $1K maybe it gonna takes another 6 months and that's already short enough. The recent BNB burn also just doesn't seem as impactful to the market compared to the burn that has happened before.
But, we need to see how ETH gonna be after EIP 1559 that happens in july fully implemented. Whether it's gonna take up BSC's transaction volume and make many projects coming back to ETH again or not, we don't know for sure but I assume july is an important month for BSC to see whether it's gonna grow further or not thus affecting BNB as a whole.
2622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 90% chances if a coin is listed in Binance it has a good potential on: May 01, 2021, 03:41:34 AM
Binance itself brings the hype to the coin, even if the coin doesn't have that much potential it could still gets pumped like crazy now adds that to the potential of the coin you'll see that it could get pumped easily however the recent coins listed on binance potentially wise from the perspective of its functionality and innovation is kinda meh but still better than most of the coin in the market. There's reason why so many ICO or IEO investors usually demand or hoping the coin they were invested to gets listed in binance mainly because it increase the odd of such coin to go even higher in price.
2623  Economy / Economics / Re: Are institutional investors capable of selling their bitcoins? on: April 30, 2021, 10:30:59 AM
This can be your concern but it not an issue in this bull market, just look at what Elon Musk said, he said Tesla sold their Bitcoin because they want to know how liquid the market is and instead of the price of BTC to dump base on this news, it pumps. I believe they market will withstand any dump by any institutional investors
In bull market it's obvious that the liquidity is overflowing but in a bearish market when people are too afraid of buying it might be a problem however not as big problem as most of people gonna imagine and it's true that the price dumps after the news coming out meaning actually the crypto market could withstand such massive dump if there's no fud accompanying. But maybe in next few years a sell off of few hundred million dollars not gonna be as impactful as today and tesla probably testing the water and make prediction on the future liquidity based on that.
2624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Elon Musk "Smart" Tweeting Continues! on: April 30, 2021, 09:43:02 AM
Elon himself is an opportunist (imo) and i'm pretty sure that he might have known crypto from when it still have relatively small market capitalization not to mention at around that time he was really active in developing his tech based company so can't assume whether he really had no idea about doge or not but it's true though an address owning such huge amount is simply a red flag for anyone who think they gonna make it big through doge. Just be careful because the market could be crashing anytime, 60% of total supply is enough to make doge price go down as much as 99% since the market isn't really strong due to purely driven by hype anyway.
2625  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: (I have not sold any bitcoins) New words from Elon Musk on: April 30, 2021, 08:20:39 AM
Whatever he says. But undeniably he’s a big help in Bitcoin adoption but I hope his followers are doing their homework specially the inexperienced because if they rely only in the words of others thats why they invested then they might get a serious problem.
Well people expect elon to keep hyping up bitcoin while keep telling him not to sell, meanwhile many people are also trying to cash out due to the hype. Honestly it's fine even if elon himself selling all of his bitcoin, the problem lies on the people who overly paranoid and overthink about elon's decision.
You see how many people in the twitter explodes from the simple statement of "tesla selling off 10% of their bitcoin" and they thought it was all over the day of bitcoin holding, but after elon himself made a statement, they suddenly got calmed down.
2626  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tokyo-Based Game Maker Nexon Purchased $100M in Bitcoin on: April 30, 2021, 06:33:06 AM
Could've been earlier to make the entry but still good thing nonetheless, if they are technology firm then there's a big chance that they gonna implement somewhat blockchain related thing to their product in the future, maybe if they could somehow further advance NFTs for their games making NFT somewhat more useful than it is right now maybe that's gonna be great but japanese company nowadays deemed as somewhat slow in innovation so maybe it's just to diversify the company portfolio and increase the profit they might gain.
2627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would having a Debate like: Bitcoin vs Gold win more crypto investors on: April 30, 2021, 04:14:38 AM
Not at all, trust me when it comes to gold people who have believed the value of it won't get easily influenced by such debate and instead it would just brings up different opinions and probably just trigger some chaotic discussion but that's it. No matter how much saliva coming out of our mouth to explain why bitcoin is better than gold or the other way around definitely won't be impactful to people's opinion regarding gold or bitcoin, the gold investors won't be convinced same with bitcoin investors. Just let the people decide what's good for them by their own judgement.
2628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you in panic whenever there is a big drop in price? on: April 29, 2021, 08:43:11 AM
I'm sure everybody have checked and saw the big drop -18.8% in 24 hours to be exact and keeps going down, we don't know if it will go further and so are the other top coins in the market, are you in panic, nervous that the market is bleeding like this, or do you accept this as part of the market movement, what kind of trader are you
In trading, you can not panic. This is the most important rule - always think with a cold head. In addition, the falls are different. There is an impulse, there is a correction. If you can not cope with emotions, it is better to leave the market with a loss of 2% than 20%
True, it's better to leave the market immediately if we can't control our emotion, who knows instead of holding hard we instead contribute to the dumping because of panic selling, an investment that's supposed to be making profit for us goes to drain instead because we don't have any idea how we really trade. That frequently happened to a lot of newbies who just trying to trade in the real market without even learning technical analysis before hand. These kind of people will eventually losing a lot and then quit the market, better surrender because we lack knowledge than go broke by being too reckless.
2629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl litecoin or exchange for ethereum? on: April 29, 2021, 07:05:29 AM
Just swap it to ETH if you think ETH has more prospect than litecoin which rumoured to have been abandoned (cmiiw since I've never try to look into any news regarding litecoin) and smart contract coin like ETH definitely more popular these days, you can get defi and dapps meanwhile with litecoin you can use it for sending money and pay bill I guess?
Not to mention development in ethereum is really active, try to see their repo so many contributors and the community itself actively discussing about this coin, even the price right now is kinda bullish because more and more people coming back to ETH after the gas fee has decreased significantly.
2630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nexon Purchases $100 Million Worth of Bitcoin on: April 29, 2021, 05:05:14 AM
Seems the bearish won't come this time around, these good news always fuel the market and increase positivity in the market as to keep people's fear at bay. Even the recent dip which so many speculators have considered as a sign of bearish didn't really bring down the market so far as the market itself slowly recovering.

Microstrategy, Tesla, Paypal, GrayScale, Square, Visa, Nexon. Now who's next Cheesy. I'm afraid though on how these big companies can manipulate the price of Bitcoin since they are holding a huge amounts of it :|
Influencing the market maybe yes but manipulating as if playing the market like a fiddle, I doubt so, with this huge market capital I doubt with their total investment they could do anything to control the market totally.
2631  Economy / Economics / Re: Are some too blind to see? on: April 29, 2021, 03:29:33 AM
Just as Tesla did and let be honest, in their own shoes we would do the same. Unless you don't want that your company makes money.
This said, companies shouldn't be blamed because they're 'full of money and own thousands and thousands of BTC. I believe it's called the "success".
If we are not rich like them, blame ourselves

We cannot fully use our own opinion about the price of bitcoin and altcoin because we also have to follow what the biggest investors like Tesla are doing. if we follow what the richest investors do, we will definitely get the same benefits as them, therefore we have a lot to learn from experienced investors.
Sadly that's not true at all, the time you realize that it's the big investors that made the move in the market you're already too late, it's like when they are dumping and you try to follow them but the market is all already in red, meanwhile when they try to make an entry to the market and decides to buy the price is already too high due to their pump not to mention the capital difference with becomes a factor whether you gonna make profit or not.
Just try to follow the whales movement, you just gonna lose all your money, there's reason why they sometimes manipulate people into panic selling as well after they dumping their coin, it's because they want to buy back at lower price.
2632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ultimately long time holders are enjoying the real BEAUTY! on: April 28, 2021, 10:18:32 AM
Long term holders are always the real winners in crypto space, I've been around for so long to finally understand this but holding for years is what many can't endure since they always expect quick growths in a matter of a year or two, real holders don't care how long it will take them, they just keep holding on
I think mostly it's because some people are not that strong emotionally, the sign of such person are those who always watches the market every minutes even though they already planning to hold it for long term but got influenced by the market movement then they start to dump when the market is dumping even a little and sell when the market is pumping. In fact, so many people always regret of selling their coin too early but if they have other investment with the same potential they definitely gonna dump it to oblivion the first time they see small pump or when the market is in panic.
2633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: April 28, 2021, 09:24:59 AM
I doubt that, even in 2019 more specifically in march some rumour going around regarding dogecoin being abandoned by the developer and less developing progress means the coin isn't worth as much, if doge didn't steal elon's attention due to its branding and because it's a meme coin it will hardly get this far but regardless doge still gonna be a popular coin despite all of that.
It's just the coin might slowly being abandoned by the community as well like other old coins that aren't really getting that much attention nowadays.
2634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk statement on his Bitcoin holding on: April 28, 2021, 08:23:42 AM
Tesla could even sell all of their investment and nobody can say a thing about it. In the end, they don't have to HODL it. But it is really frustrating to see that Bitcoin price is so easily manipulated by these things. When they sell, the price falls and vice versa.
Yeah they are company seeking profit and the only reason they bought bitcoin in the first place is because they want to make profit either by holding it long term or short term it's all already planned beforehand. The market itself being influenced by big company like that dumping is kinda normal I think. There have been history of stocks that got influenced or manipulated by big investors so it's not really good to blame the bitcoin market of easily being manipulated meanwhile the very same thing has happened to other investment instrument.
But what baffles me though, elon says it's tesla that sold the btc, but we don't even know whether he's holding some amount of btc or not.
2635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now Mark Cuban? C'mon Doge! on: April 28, 2021, 05:28:24 AM
Although the reason mentioned by him isn't really strong argument against the question why doge is hyped like at all? but I do agree that many of people actually using doge for paying transactions either through crypto payment gateway or simply remittance.
I personally used doge quite frequently for paying through payment gateway like coinpayments etc and it's certainly convenient if compared to other coin that has more market cap and liquidity. Though, doesn't necessarily means this coin isn't a pump and dump coin because it fluctuates a lot.

After him, who else would billionaire try to help Elon Musk to build Doge Pump or hit $1 price? why billionaires only talk about doge? Why don't they talk about better coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance Huh Roll Eyes
Because they're doing it for memes, nothing else meanwhile other coin was seriously build for making an innovation but a billionaire couldn't be bothered by such things and it just seems appropriate for a billionaire to make memecoin joke I guess.
2636  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: April 27, 2021, 10:20:16 AM
If you can't really do trade for the whole day meanwhile you also don't want to let your asset go down right to the bottom it's very essential but if you really don't care with the dump since you intend to hold the coin for a long time anyway it's not really important.
I personally never liked using stop loss since if I do trade most of them are short term that I could monitor and if I couldn't really monitor the market i'd decide to convert my asset to stablecoin instead.
But, overall certainly very important for people who have more to do than just seeing the market full day.
2637  Economy / Economics / Re: The Country Cryptocurrency vs Bitcoin on: April 27, 2021, 09:39:18 AM
It baffles me how some of this institution think they can replace bitcoin by creating shitcoin with a central authority that depend and belong to a particular country. Its a dead on arrival.  Grin

i don't think most of those who keep creating altcoins (including any big companies like Facebook) are trying to replace bitcoin because they know it is impossible. what they are doing is trying to not be left behind as the revolution of bitcoin continues to take over the world.

Also most of institution or government who tries to make their own version of cryptocurrency whether centralized or decentralized by default are trying to create userbase or further expand the reach of their currency. Just imagine a country that creates a CBDC, their cryptocurrency in form of paper money? no one cares but if it's digitalized and somewhat take advantage of blockchain technology making it fancy being called CBDC? maybe it could attract people.
It's just matter of further expanding their interests through the use of blockchain technology despite all the shortcomings they may face in the future because most of them are made to be centralized.
2638  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria's SEC says central bank's crypto ban disrupted the market on: April 27, 2021, 08:13:54 AM
If they so afraid they should've made CBDC to compete with it like any other countries has proposed to but they choose to isolate themselves from this technology. At least the countries that still allow crypto could gain taxes if taken advantage properly and now people in nigeria choose P2P that's a potential loss for the country's income and just making it left unmonitored.
Best course of action is just to allow it like it was before and they could start to build system that allows them to tax and monitor the crypto users there if they really intend to take things in their control.
2639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell in May and Go Away. What do you think? on: April 27, 2021, 06:43:44 AM
From the graphic it seems the red market distributed evenly and not necessarily gonna happen in may until october so I doubt its gonna be a good idea, not to mention the recent dump happens in april which means this year around red market gonna be counted in april and who knows in may till october there gonna be more bullrun than before. I'm pretty sure that this year the bullrun market gonna amounts more than the bearish considering all the things that have happened to crypto market such as institutional investors or even defi that makes people goes crazy.
I'd definitely prefer to hold it till the end of year like exactly what i'm doing right now, since many people also projected that the bullrun in the current time is just beginning.
2640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin liquidations briefly surpass Bitcoin. New altcoin era? on: April 27, 2021, 04:28:23 AM
If it's just doge that does that, I doubt it's truly alt era, doge got shilled hard by elon and surpassing bitcoin in liquidation didn't surprise me since it's just how hype really works. I think altcoin era gonna be really coming only if the altcons that are pumped aren't just some meme coni but other promising coins aswell.
Just wait until the other coins such as BNB and ETH reached new height of liquidation and market cap, by then we can assume altcoin era is coming.

Agree with you !! If you look to BSC, there are lots of new MEMEs Token that created at the BSC. I don't know the reason, perhaps because of the growing popularity of BSC or because BSC has low transaction cost . Not sure about this, there are still many cheaper fees, such as tron, avax, solana.
Developer of this Memes token, want to follow DOGE but most of them are scammers

Yeah mostly those are just money grabs or pump and dump coin, even it's not rare for some of the developers of such coin to pay people just for shilling.
