Yesterday I had few hours of long boring time. In one go, I reported over 200+ spammy posts (LOL) until I received a message from hilariousandco. You don't need to report every single instance of ref spam. Just report one and leave a note that there's much more. Then I stopped my reporting and later discovered hilariousandco indeed banned those users. Today I have encountered another spammy user ( katyaskripnik ) who is actually spamming the same contents through out different boards. Please have a look on the users post historySame contents but in the boards: Serious discussion, Altcoin Discussion, Project Development, Economics, Press, Legal and Bitcoin Discussion. Now what I understand that different board have different mods. In this case of katyaskripnik, if i report the content which is on the Serious discussion board then will the other mods from other board will be able to see the report? I guess not. And if not then I have to report the individual contents for individual board? PS: Since I believe reporting in individual board is more logical that's why I have reported each contents to the boards they were posted. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Yes, as what have said by mate mdayonliner it is clearly stated that you may have multiple accounts but not cheating the bounty campaign or breaking rules in the forum. You have got negative mark by marlboroza because of cheating bounty campaign which has a reference to make a strong evidence against with you.
- You got it wrong mate, I never said " not cheating the bounty campaign" anywhere  You have been redTrusted because of Breaking rules and cheating various campaigns not for having multiple account. There is a difference.
Edit2: Glad to see marlboroza on DT, because he deserves it. He has a keen eye for finding this type of shenanigans, which the forum needs more of.
I do think the same, marlboroza is doing some good work for the forum IMO. I was worried about my reputation not for the redTrust. Anyway well done.
Edit. One more thing. Did you even know that I also hate Merit Abusers?  He already acknowledged his merit abusing to me. So according to my t&c I removed his redTrust with a neutral. I always believe people should always have their 2nd chance and I gave him that chance so that he do not abuse merit anymore. Cheating bounty with alts is another thing. I don't think marlboroza and The Pharmacist haven't done their research before painting him red. I trust some members justifications in this forum and they are two of them. |

Mistakenly negative trust can not be given, because before you receive it, it will pass the test by moderators, which excludes it. But if something happens, then it's better to turn to the moderator and prove your rightness, if it is so.- Again only the person who left the trust only can remove it, the mods can not do anything on removing it coz trust is not moderated I think they should issue one warning to the account holders before given negative trust as this can wasted their long hard work.
Do you think people has much time to warn everyone those they red tag? If you have issue with the red tag then directly contact with that person and discuss to remove it. Like earlier you requested me to remove my one. If double accounts are allowed then its wrong with me as i got negative trust by a forum user he stated that i hold many accounts, i have send him request by clearing my position lets see he will reply or not. Trusts are not moderated. So, the only person can help you is the person who left you the trust. Let me know if that's satisfactory? |

First you did wrong and 2nd you started arguing. It's really bad attitude and insult for the community. If you have questions then create a post in the meta section and let's discuss it there. Update: After reporting 209 posts!!! I am exhausted so, I accept my apology if anything goes wrong. Reporting over 200+ posts for the last 3 consecutive hour was a hard job. I have reported... 3 and half page of Riya R's post history archive1 and half page of bkris's post history archiveand while I was reporting all these posts I end up discovering more two accounts HoLeeDik and ankur1735The same owner also own this two account. Notice the same referral link 15223013277 for all four accounts.If you go through till the first 7th page from the post history of HoLeeDik you will find account HoLeeDik is spamming the same contents ( archive) I have reported first 4 pages of HoLeeDik and while I was doing that I received the message from hilariousandco which eventually saved a lot of my time. It really saved my life. And the I reported two posts of ankur1735. ankur1735's approach is with a different style. Once you visit the history page you will understand. archive All these accounts are using by one person for sure and doing the spamming which leave a question, should they be ban with a warning or they should be ban for good?
I already banned these earlier along with a couple of others that were doing the same.

... Seems like they advised him (OP) to chose which account to keep and he did reply with the one that he wanted to keep. After that everything should be fine. Who cares actually reading all these terms and conditions written in the term page? We only read them when we need. Yes, the OP can not do nothing if they do not unblock the account but still I think FJ is not handling the issue professionally since the term already is saying, "You shall notify us immediately if you become aware that you have more than one Member Account." and OP already give his decision after hearing from them. Or are you claiming that the "juanma" account on FJ was not yours?  OP never said that it's not his/her (if I read it correctly). He said to close juanma account and to keep the other one.
@OP: I do not think you should tag FJ as scam coz it's not scam, it mismanagement from their security department/customer service. Scammers are those are willingly trying to steal or harm others asset. |

I am using Segwit addresses and I don’t want to install any desktop wallet. I have paid using only my hardware wallet before, so I got angry and didn’t make the purchase.
This is the best penalty they should ever get and they have it. The blame goes to bitpay. Instead of using bitpay as a payment processor that drag company should user another payment processor company. May be they do not know the better one. As a customer you can write then the business they are losing and can aware them to change their payment processor company. Once bitpay will see they are losing the merchants for all these hassle then they will rethink to simplify their payment processing system. It's ridiculous IMO. These kinds of issues don’t help bitcoin adoption.
The blame goes to bitpay again, I do not think coinpayment or other has this kind of complacency PS: Have you tried updating your Ledger Neno framework recently? |
