2721  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Palestine & israel? What do you think about that situation? on: May 04, 2015, 07:23:25 PM
A lot of interesting opinions about this situation, continue to discuss guys!

@J. J. Phillips, you are awesome .

...
If we  see the bitcoin price in a long term that it is obvious the price will be more higher than now, instead if you seen the short term it is only a pump & dump (sell high and buy a few dollars down.

We can only know what this really is when the whole thing has played out.

Yes of course  Grin.

It's impossible to tell if this is in fact a trend reversal or just a "pump and dump". Why haven't we broken down back at $213?

I do not know, but I can ask you the same thing : why haven't we seen again 1'000 dollars per bitcoin (So I can dump all my bitcoins) ?

2723  Economy / Lending / Re: need loan without collateral. (Dont post if your not willling to give) on: May 04, 2015, 07:10:39 PM
as name of thread say im not offering any collateral.
i need a loan of 0.02 (i think thats about 2$)
btc addy:15rxv7ek8jKUgpU8HqZAs9E727qzhttpbT
repayment of 0.023 in 2 weeks!.
thanks!

All lenders in this forum obey the rule, "No Collateral, No Loan". So, please refrain from doing any thing that would fetch you negative trust.

Not always, I (and other members) gave some loan also without a collateral. But only if the member is trusted and he is an active member (with an high forum rank).

However OP, send me a PM with the reason why you want those 0.02 bitcoin.
2724  Economy / Speculation / Re: The $250 barrier may be broken this month on: May 04, 2015, 07:07:21 PM
to some extent fiat is irrelevant to BTC, since fiat can be endlessly printed.

I have come to the view that fiat is largely a means to strip mine wealth from wealth generators, eg actual useful work.

Not exactly, because you buy and sell bitcoin for FIAT. Then FIAT currencies are extremely importante in the bitcoin ecosystem (but it is normale | 1 bitcoin = 1 bitcoin | independently of the price in FIAT).

I see it more retracting, and this is only a temp rise.

But, this is just what I seen from the past, and of course this is all speculative no one can really anticipate every or any price movement.

Nah, I'm still bullish! There are just too many things different this time around that would 'legitimize' a trend reversal. So many things are starting to turn green again, without us having found another bottom in the mean time, which is quite remarkable!

If we  see the bitcoin price in a long term that it is obvious the price will be more higher than now, instead if you seen the short term it is only a pump & dump (sell high and buy a few dollars down.
2725  Other / Off-topic / Re: Milestone - i've earned 0.5 BTC on: May 04, 2015, 06:12:15 PM
I think this is the wrong section, the properly one is the 'Off topic' (in my honest opinion).

My topic will say.
yes! Today is a milestone that my earnings reached 0.5BTC today...  -> https://blockchain.info/address/15zLFJqBvfZ2F2hxKp1Ljx16vktUvoZpT1
Ufffff... I've started earning from this january but i was heared about BTC by some PTC websites at last november and started visiting some faucets then some games and now sig. Campaign. This is how my earnings reached 0.5BTC after some months.. Its really hard to earn this much bits for me.

Share how hard you're earn?

~Rude Boy

Congratulations. If you managed to earn this amount of bitcoins just by using faucets and participating in signature campaigns its great achievement. Too bad that bitcoin price is now very low.
So you would be better just buy some bitcoins for FIAT. I earn some peanuts from signature campaign as well. Simply as a hobby, so its not much.

It is a little amount for a lot of work, maybe he should find a sort of work or offer a service and ask to be paid with bitcoin. In this way I think he will 'earn' more & more bitcoin.
2726  Other / Meta / Re: Quickseller left himself positive trust using an alt account on: May 04, 2015, 06:06:53 PM
I was just messing around...everyone on the forums is so serious lately. I was hoping it might make someone crack a smile. Sorry if you though I was directing it at you though.

It's all good, of course it's good to have a laugh.  But I know that I'm not finding QS's smear-campaign against my reputation very funny.  I suppose that others who have suffered similar issues would feel the same.

I really think he will remove (or maybe better change to neutral) the negative trust, but I do not know what you should do. Perhaps you have to repay $username aka TF.
2727  Economy / Lending / Re: redsn0w's loans [For reference] on: May 04, 2015, 06:01:31 PM
Sorry for bothering. Cheers

No problem, maybe try to be active here in the forum (help the other users) and one day you will receive the loan (remember to provide a valid collateral).

2728  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quickseller... on: May 04, 2015, 05:50:45 PM
Lol this forum offers free entertainment

This forum is one of awesome forum that I've never seen! Thanks Blazedout419, but I was expect a scam accusation not a song .
2729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi: "You should never delete a wallet" on: May 04, 2015, 05:22:18 PM
The person who originally sent the broken transactions deleted his wallet
Sigh... why delete a wallet instead of moving it aside and keeping the old copy just in case?  You should never delete a wallet.

For sure he has a backup. Somewhere...

Ironic that right after creating this thread you proceed to shred your wallet so no one can help diagnose your problem.

This is one of the few reasons why I do not believe him, I think he only want some btc in donation.

it is also possible that he lost them or forget password or destroyed those bitcoins
i don't think he own that much bitcoins right now, and no one has wallet address of satoshi that are supposed to holding thousands of BTC

AFAIK he created a new address for each of the block rewards he got.
So I don't think it's possible to find a single address with all that coins.
If it was it would have appeared in the Bitcoin Top 10 rich list by now.

Yes, of course. Because it was normal to create an address for each transaction, also for a question of privacy and anonymity. I think he has a wallet wit a 'lot of address' or a couple of wallet (who knows?).
2730  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] iMac or Macbook on: May 04, 2015, 05:18:00 PM
MacBook Pro Late 2011.
4GB Ram and 500GB HDD (never been upgraded but can be).
Had AppleCare until Feb of this year.
In good condition (a few minor knicks to the underside from being in my bag).
Comes with a Thule protective case and the original charger (which has some wear)...

Also for you, can you send me some photos of the Macbook (and also the 'price')? Thanks.
2731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Satoshi still have plans to access his coins? on: May 04, 2015, 05:26:19 AM
Give me one proof (valid proof) 'prove' that he is dead .

I asked first .

But satoshi's email got hacked..he could have informed people through p2p foundation before that account was hacked too but NO! Plus he could have come up online here and told people that his account was hacked to stop the hacker from scamming but he didn't do that too.. This must be enough! Your turn now! Smiley

Interesting point of view, but as an user said he "back online" one time in the 2014 to say "I'm not Dorian nakamoto". However you are free to believe whatever you want Wink.

Maybe one day he will back online and he will write something else.
2732  Other / Meta / Re: I am the oldest miner here, why are my post moved around? Where is Thermos on: May 04, 2015, 05:12:35 AM
Thermos thell them to chill out.

Maria

Thermos3.0 here... Everybody chill out...

Thats what im talking about tell these mother fuckers Thermos.

Serious question, anybody here has metatrader running? I can help you set
that up too if you dont theres no need to be ashamed. MT4 is the platform used by most brokers that allow clients to trade from their computers. It also has a programming languagr called MQL4 which allows you to program your own strategy.

We are still waiting a signed message from an address of ~2009, if you can't provide it theni think no one will believe you.

We should set up a github repo and build a special forum created EA.
Maria BTE

So what are you waiting? Create the forum with your own fund (the 2009 bitcoin mined).

Good luck!
2733  Other / Meta / Re: I am the oldest miner here, why are my post moved around? Where is Thermos on: May 03, 2015, 08:12:55 PM
I hate posting on this site because I always have to prove who I am before making half of the forum feel like asses.
Yes, my account is 7 days old, my wallet however, was created in April 1, 2009.

That is why I am the oldest miner. If anybody here has a wallet that can date before that then that person is the oldest miner.

Now that its clear who I am, can we please move on to the important topic of this thread which is my trading software.

Which im calling from now on, maria3.0 Open source

Maria Trump

Can you sign (again)a simple message from a bitcoin address (remember to add today's date: 05/03/2015  or 03/05/2015 // Choose the format).

Thanks Wink.

PS: why we should trust you?

Would you like to buy 2010 13' MacBook Pro?

I do not know, can you send me some photos of the mac? Thanks.
2736  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] iMac or Macbook on: May 03, 2015, 05:51:17 PM
Hey guys, I would like to buy or better to know if someone of you have an iMac or Macbook on sale. Write here the specs, or send me a PM. I'm based in EU so I will not buy outside the Europe (due the high 'customs duties').

Thanks for the attention.

PS: I forgot, escrow is a must. I am also looking out of the forum.

@Botany : I forgot scams aren't moderated.

@Vod : Honestly I'm talking this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1021034.msg11052314#msg11052314
those account belong to loan scammers, I gave a sign and told to lender about that, but he keeps accepting their loan request.

If it is not againts the rules, I won't ruin someone's business and  bother lending section anymore.

Honestly, even though Neotex is encouraging scams, I don't think he will stop accepting as he is profiting from it. Get accounts for low price and sell it - Profit!!!
Bingo. As long as the lender only lends a small enough amount that the loan is below the market price of the account then the lender will actually profit more if the loan is not repaid then if the loan is repaid. Most of the loans I have given when I took the accounts as collateral ended up not being repaid, however I was able to sell most of them for prices significantly above the repayment amount with minimal effort in all cases except one.

Using your account as collateral is not against the rules. Having more the one account is not against the rules.

As long as the lender ensures (beyond reasonable doubt) that the account wasn't hacked then used as collateral.

This may be a stupid question, but how are the accounts sold. Whenever I see an account for sale, everybody wants the seller to send a signed message from a BTC address that was posted a few months back to prove that the account wasn't hacked. If someone takes possession of an account that was pledged as collateral, how does he prove that the account is now his and wasn't hacked?

I think he should only provide the 'first' signed message(by the real owner - or previous owner). Unless he will also buy the private key (of the bitcoin address) from the seller and he will be able to sign all the bitcoin message that he wants.

So if I understand you correctly, you use the same signed message that the original owner gave you. Is that correct?

Yes, this is the 'unique' way to provide a signed message when you want to sell the account (if the user will default the loan). ** or unless he will sell also the bitcoin private key.

The lesson is not "Don't do bad things with Bitcoin". The lesson is "Don't do bad things".
If you are a criminal, you are going to get your comeuppance, whether you use Bitcoin or not.

Breaking the law with bitcoin just give bitcoin a bad name.

A reply of these two posts:

... and why breaking the law with dollars, euros, yen, etc... doesn't give to the FIAT currencies a bad name  Roll Eyes. This is the 'insane' thing here, the problem is not the 'money' but the humans.
