2721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QRK] Quark | POW/POS | 0.10.6.3 - New Self Moderated Thread on: January 07, 2018, 04:17:41 PM
Just curious if a link to the original thread will get a post deleted

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260031

if the community votes it deleted, it will be, as for me, I hope not, as it is quarks history worts and all

If it were real community the other thread would have been left unlocked and people would have a choice where to post.

Now somebody will give the stale response 'well, start your own thread' which is obviously pointless.

I bought quark at the beginning, kept it through the conflicts etc, but a moderated thread is the one sure sign of a toxic community. All coins are going up now but it is hard to wish well on those that choose to limit opposing views, even if they pretend to be protecting people from bad opinions or fud or whatever.

Sorry you are incorrect some of the very best projects are moderated to keep divs away who seek to ruin it for everyone else with groundless shit that has been disproven 1000x

Voice your views but if they are disproven then stop voicing bullshit that is proven to be just that.

So its simple say what you want so long as you bring evidence or corroborating events to back it up or have it dismissed as junk and leave it at that.

Some people are not willing to abide by those reasonable rules so must be moderated out.

However over moderation is sign of a scam so needs to be reasonable moderation too else it is indeed sign of scam or wrong doing.
2722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPTO BULLION (CBX) | Inventor of PoSP! | 2017 Road-Map PUBLISHED! on: January 07, 2018, 11:08:47 AM
At $250 that's about $10 a block for doing sweet FA other than staking :O

If and when Bullion reaches 100$ people will be happy they have set themselves up with a 2000 CBX masternode; at that point, setting up a masternode will be like setting up a small business. Does everybody have their 2000 CBX for a masternode ready, while prices are still decent?

It is merely a question of when Bullion goes to 250 if vault 3 goes as it should.

With this tiny minting any small kind of realisation of the potential here can send this on a green candle the likes of which you wont see often.

Could perhaps do with being on another exchange like kucoin or better bianance or trex but even that is not essential really. I see xrb going to 4 billion on 2 tiny exchanges not as good as cryptopia.

Yes that actually may be quite useful.

I bet gleb could trace that rat to his current hiding hole.

I saw someone here had 200k XDN locked there so thats 20K usd or greater today that may be worth 5k or 2 K time tristan gives it back if he ever does. That is a lot of stress for a normal individual.

May even be worth putting it with some serious debt collection people for half and half .... tristan is probably some little nerd who would shit bricks at the first sight of anyone real wanting their money back. Of course only stern words will be required with such weasels to get him to do the right thing.

I notice polo are creating their own markets by cutting of access to the coin.. vcash trades for half on there compared to bittrex because they cut the wallet access of for MONTHS. I bet they making the MAX on that situation too.
2727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex Preparing for an Exit Scam! DO _NOT_ SEND COINS THERE! on: January 06, 2018, 09:43:43 PM
I have about 200k XDN coins there stuck since nearly a year now. The wallet status is saying "temporarily disabled" and not much I can do about it, really sad to see this especially since XDN is getting pumped really hard now..
I have written countless support tickets and no answer..

Ouch... that's a lot of coins. I sincerely recommend threatening them with legal action. That's about all you can do. But you have to make it sounds smart, and serious. Granted I think being an asshole doesn't get me very far in life, but what's yours is yours. They can't just keep your money. That's illegal in every sense of U.S. law.

I firmly believe they simply don't have the coins to give you. They sold them all already. Thats why its "temporarily disabled." You'll probably get them back when/if the price tanks.
Threaten them that you will file a lawsuit, get your self a good lawyer, file a complaint to Better Business Bureau, not sure if this kind f exchange sites are covered by BBB since they claim that their address is from Wilmington Delaware so I guess they are or should be covered by BBB.

Thank you for the advice guys! I also have 100k SC stuck in withdrawal since half a year, do you have any advice what to do with suing since I am based in Germany.
Can I find a German lawyer and sue them from Germany? Or maybe we could do like a collective lawsuit to pressure them about the issues?

We need to collectively fund a personal law suit against their ceo that dumb prick is swanning around with millions leaving a bunch of dumb ass bunch of monkeys handling customer services. These monkeys have no way of dealing with any real issues.

The way to get the xdn xcn bbr sc and all other withdrawals working is to create a thread here first dedicated to their ceo this tristan dip shit.... google will soon pick it up and highlight his neglect and absolute disregard of his customers. Making it personal to him is the key, i believe their are 2 other main directors too.

We need to locate who they are and where they live and make them uncomfortable with the level of negative attention.

They are not planning any exit scam in my books since you can take out btc in large amounts.

It is simply total and utter disregard for people who have issues with their exchange.

I know people that are today losing the opportunity to withdrawal 10s of thousands of dollars of crypto in XDN alone.

I would not even rule out polo instigating this huge pump on the and dump on XDN whilst they hold these XDN captive...

YOu may see them open this wallet once this coin dumps.

That is totally unfair and tristan and the other 2 turds running this fucked up dump need to be brought to account on this.

I absolutely agree with you. However I have once read that Poloniex is basically registered on an US address only with no real physical office, so it might be hard to catch them.
I like the idea of collectively raising awareness especially since it are great missed opportunities with all the pumps going on right now, and as you said it is quite likely that they dump the customers money and give them back to you near worthless, if ever!
Can we form a Telegram group or coordinate who has problems with getting large sums of it? With BTC I didn't have problems so far, but mainly the altcoins as mentioned above.

Tristan la scammer ID can;t be hard to locate. We need GLEB on this. He will track that sucker down and make him reactivate the wallets that hold the stolen coins. Imagine the XDN holders today that have A LOT OF their coins trapped on there they must be going nuts.

why do we keep going on about attracting miners?

we need to simply fork a good coin

pivx, or some other up to date good pos coin and coin swap from this old relic to the new code base.

Can anyone confirm they have the

XDN in their wallet at polo? I expect they have shifted those and sold them now. How to see if they have moved those coins?>

Tristan D'Agosta needs to be located and asked in person why he is taking peoples crypto for himself and not returning it even after 6 months or a year??

Someone will be able to locate him I am sure and ask him in person.

It will be time to start a dedicated thread about this scammy little scab in the near future.

No way can they pull wallets offline for months and not respond to tickets about it.

I know people that have their entire crypto wealth trapped there.
2733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: (ANN) Netcoin has gone POS! With PIR & OWI on: January 06, 2018, 03:20:02 PM

2734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / POW coins with strong histroy will return in a big way on: January 06, 2018, 03:05:03 PM
BTC
Doge
LTC

Many others too will make a return as people clue up that ICO coins were 99% scams that had no business with crypto they were merely start ups that could not hoodwink any seed money from people outside of those driven by crytpo fomo

Many are shitty erc20 promise tokens with development teams that could not even handle a good POW clone on their own.

ICO releases were far too easy to scam on and these are gradually going to be weeded out and fined and delisted from exchanges.

Most ICO top Market cap coins are fakes they have fake caps and fake volume

Dev teamns on the quiet are rebuying these cheap old POW relics since they wont have ICO regs to bother them in the future and they can revamp these old tested beasts quite easily.

All the fancy bullshit around 99% of these new projects is not even crypto related essentially the other 1% are promises and dreams that would require multiple nobel prizes to get half their road maps completed.

BTC is one of the most simple designs some of the other POW alts have more experimental designs but are written off as old tech.... lol where is the new tech we have a few dag a hash graph and some other new methods like xby...........these are okay for a punt. Most of the ICOs bring nothing apart from hype and ponzi enablement. They bring nothing NEW to cryptocurrencies at the tech level i'm afraid to say.

2735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Dogecoin worth holding onto??? on: January 06, 2018, 02:47:30 PM
works perfectly.... fairly distributed real POW coin.

Will never die

not a scammy ico over inflated shit either
2736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PACCoin - This needs to stop on: January 06, 2018, 02:02:47 PM
because market cap is easily faked ...thought 99% of people aware of this.

can the dev team do anything to get those assholes at poloniex to open up the xcn wallet for withdrawals?
I have tried to contact the manager of POLO, but I haven't received any reply. I have about 50K XCN at POLO, but they won't give me a withdrawal.

we all need to get together and force poloniex to return our stolen coins

the dev here should do more to highlight this issue with them too

I've been bogging them for more than a year.
Maybe we need some inside contact.

I think we need to target the image of the ceo of poloniex. He is responsible for many persons having thousands and hundreds of thousands of their money locked in there with the wallets turned off.

Does anyone have an inside contact before we start with that?
