2741  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: August 27, 2016, 01:15:27 PM
It is not easy for Bitcoins to die as it is a new technology, it just needs to be improved with the time passing by, and it will be all good in the future too, as most people today rely on Internet and who doesn't love anonymity? It's not like bitcoins are not traceable, but if you are much concerned, use Monero instead.
2742  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: August 27, 2016, 12:49:37 PM
SNIP, if he is under 18 years old I would not recommend you to teach him about bitcoins. I have my rule for my kids that they should only focus on their studies until they reach at that age because I know kids has no good decision making yet.

What has bitcoins to do with age? Don't you know there are kids earning more than you too doing affiliate marketing and clickbank?
It's all about taking things to them and they will themselves grab what they want. There is no age of learning, and every kid has a different talent in them rather than just studies, which is why I changed my own thinking for the same.
2743  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: August 27, 2016, 12:46:42 PM
Fastest Way = Gambling of course, with an edge of 49.5%, one round less than 10 second you are done. But its really depedns on luck

Safetier Way (Even able to Triple + OR more) = Trading. Altcoins trading require good knowledge, understanding if supply demand is purely pump and dump or the value in it. Just go on the right way, you will end up profit + Knowledge Smiley

Gambling is not a good thing to be done when it comes to earning more coins or doubling them. It always depends on the perspective of the person, you motive should be clear because that's when you play fair. And about altcoins, still better than gambling because I have been watching some and can say that few of them will surely give between 1% to 5% per day if you know how to play.
2744  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 27, 2016, 12:44:23 PM
Its obvious that the only way to get rich is to invest in something with proper risk/reward, gold has no risk, so has no reward.

Gold does have rewards, and who says it doesn't involve risk?
The only difference is, you cannot get to where you are pointing your higher goals with Gold that easy, when it is possible that you can make a living with bitcoins. That's why I prefer bitcoins over gold.
2745  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 09, 2016, 03:05:02 PM
Clueless? About what? And can you justify why what is so nonsense that seems here?

I have added emphasis to the part of the post that I replied to, which you evidently failed to notice

And notice about what, btw?

Don't make me repeat twice, lol

That's what I said, notice about what when we are free to speak? I guess you didn't see. Tongue
And about your emphasis, I would like to say that we just gave an opinion and not "emphasizing" on flaring people to stop using Gold.
We are just saying that we like to use bitcoins and why, so stop being emotional, lol.
2746  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: August 09, 2016, 02:52:16 PM
I think Gold would be better as Gold is worldwide, but BTC is not that well-known than Gold...

Gold is more popular as most of the people are still not aware about the bitcoin yet as its still very new to most of them and that is the reason they hesitate in investing in it.

For the conservative investors it is better to invest majority into the gold. God is more stable than the bitcoin.

Who says Gold is more stable? It also involves the risk of going bankrupt just as bitcoins, both are open to going boom or doom on the basis on interest of market. The only thing you have here is, Gold can be stored physically which is tangible, but Bitcoins are virtual, and that's an advantage actually, because it can't be stolen by someone unless you give the opportunity to someone to steal it from you, or the only bad thing is hack.

That's right, there is a less chance of bitcoin getting stolen unless you open doors for the hackers and scammers, bitcoin is good to make profits in quick time which is never possible with gold

Stop posting (or pasting, lol) bullshit. Before talking about gold, you may really want to learn what gold trading is actually about and which profits (as well as losses) can be made (or suffered) with gold in how short a time span...

This is a notice to all clueless posters here repeating the same nonsense every page of this thread

Clueless? About what? And can you justify why what is so nonsense that seems here?
We all have the right to speak up freely, it isn't about not knowing what gold trading is, it is also riskier same as bitcoins or I should say even more than that. But that doesn't mean you will always make money, but might lose even more than probability of losing in bitcoins.
And notice about what, btw?

2748  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: August 09, 2016, 12:32:44 PM
I don't have any idea what will happen in 2017 but with the recent dump of bitcoin the price is not stable anymore, but there are some signs that the bitcoin price is going to rise again but slowly this time. Let's see how much the price will go after Kim Dotcom announces the megaupload and he said that bitcoin price will be at $2k

The only thing we can do is to wait and watch as we cannot be sure what will be the exact scenario in next year, and no one can predict the exact price of bitcoin for sure.
True indeed we can not accurately predict the price because prices are always fluctuating. But I'm sure the price will increase because it is caused by the adoption in 2017 will continue to increase so that more people who know and use bitcoin.

Yeah next year will be surely better year for bitcoins in compare to this year, as there will be many more users who will join the community and we will find many shops where we can spend our coins.

Of course, since year 2016 is a better year for us as the price has increased substantially. We will be looking for a better price this year and I just hope that it will reach at least $1,000 so we can be happy all.

$1k is a dream price of majority of us and we have been waiting to see that price since long time, and now I think the wait is over and we will see that price in this year.

I think this year the price does not reach the $ 1k, maybe it could be achieved in the next year. Bitcoin continues to fluctuate so as to raise the price of requiring a long time. But I believe bitcoin will definitely reach that number.

It is just because people had been too much speculative this time, including me.
This shows that markets will never go the side we want, it will go its own way, whether stable or fluctuate.
2749  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: August 09, 2016, 12:31:18 PM
You can make money on Bitcointalk by the signature campaign, or by selling your goods and services and skills, or also by participating in the give aways.

Yes this are the basis ways to earn money on this forum and the best thing is all those ways are genuine and trustworthy ways of earning bitcoin, the chances of getting cheated are very rare.

No one will cheat you on this forum if you are yourself not willing to be cheated, because mostly people here are not scammers and if there are scammers you should know them by there actions or by there talks that will reveal them in public.

No, that's not correct.
Even if you are not willing to be cheated, you might still get cheated here. Who could have thought for escrows to be turning out scammers?
And you know those devs who ate their own people's money in ICOs?
2750  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: July 28, 2016, 04:54:12 PM
There are many ways to make bitcoins, I am making few these days by investing in casinos and moneypot.
Had good amount of coins stored with me from before, so I am now all good getting my dividends each month, as it helps a lot in survival.
2751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: July 02, 2016, 05:50:30 PM
I would gamble no matter even if I were rich, because I do it for fun and it feels great when you win and grow your stacks more.
2752  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you come to Bitcointalk? on: July 01, 2016, 08:37:14 PM
To earn some bitcoins as well as earning a lot of reverence from people here is the best thing for which I come here daily.
2753  Economy / Speculation / Re: Falling under 300 again on: July 01, 2016, 08:33:47 PM
Sad days again in bitcoin land... full bear mode enabled.
We will be dropping under 300 within te next 12 hours.

i think that you talk nonsense things as price now is 650$ and it's not even planning to fall down, actually price even rises up now, slowly, but it still does so it is nice

and if price from 650$ would fall to 300$ in 24 hours, it would be end of bitcoins as price would fall even more, maybe to even 1$ only for bitcoin, then bitcoins would die

I think that guy does not talk reasonably about the bitcoin price. It was proved that price did not drop below $300.

I am not sure how it was proven, because it was not. But I am sure it will not happen before the halving. And with brexit it may even not happen this year.

and I am saying that this value was the past of bitcoin and in the future we will never see bitcoin at this value, now more and more people are going to involve in bitcoin and with that the value is increasing more faster.

The bitcoin price will increase with the number of total users. So we have to work hard to promote bitcoin.

Not just users, but their investments.
What will it change for bitcoins if only users are increased, but it will make a difference when they decide to invest in bitcoins, it will help increase demand and so increase in price.
2754  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is going back to $400 on: July 01, 2016, 08:32:20 PM
soon or later it will back to $300-400, hopefully the money will flow into altcoins.

No, it will not happen, bitcoin is a super coin, and it will be super forever, no any other altcoin will compete bitcoin and also the price of bitcoin will not come back to $400, only we need to support it and have to use it as a currency, then it will get more fame.
no one knows bitcoin can return to the price $ 400 or not although the bitcoin prices far above but from my point view bitcoin not stay on the safe zone.

Why is everybody thinking of something that is not going to take place by any means?
Why would anyone sell too much and take bitcoins to 400 knowing the rewards are going to get halved and there is an opportunity of a pump?
We need strong hands here to hold and not sell below the price that we want to snatch from the hands of whales.
2755  Economy / Speculation / Re: $705 in 11th july? on: July 01, 2016, 08:30:20 PM
700 is nothing if we are talking about new ATH if it takes place. And I am sure of this thing that bitcoins will be par 800 at least on the day of halving, and then a big pump might take place to just shake everything up.
2756  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: July 01, 2016, 08:28:02 PM
If price fall down below 400 usd would it be good to sell it ?

if price would ever fall below 400$ now  i think it would be perfect moment to buy only as price right now is 650$ so price under 400$ would be very good moment to buy bitcoins

and if price will fall and you will buy, then you should keep them for price rise and sell them for larger price, so this way you will also get very, very easy profit

The halving days have started, we have entered July and you still expect bitcoins to fall below $400?
Stop daydreaming, because you will not see that price unless there is some strong reason for people to dump their coins.
2757  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC now equals $630!!! on: July 01, 2016, 08:25:39 PM
I apologize in advance if someone else already started a similar thread, I did a quick search but couldn't any. To the mods out there please delete this thread if a similar one already exists.
I just thought I'd inform people who are not necessarily following the price movement as this is a pretty sizable increase from ~$580 a few hours ago. Wonder how high we'll reach this time Smiley

well yes this is a huge price rise from 400$ in just 2-3 weeks and i am very happy about that as huge price is very good for bitcoin, and i am happy that price is stable now

but soon it won't be stable because of halving in 2 weeks, so price will either fall down to 400$ or it will rise to 800$, so i can't wait for halving to see what price it will be

Don't know too much about what price will it be on the day of halving or whenever it takes place, but can definitely say that you are going to see a new ATH as of all time, and not to forget, it will be huge this time.
2758  Economy / Speculation / Re: Save, Invest, Wait, Profit on: July 01, 2016, 08:24:13 PM
Read the article and the math too, and appreciate it.
Was good but it's all speculation, and might not turn out into reality.
2759  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is BTC going permanently over 500$ in december 2015? on: July 01, 2016, 08:21:57 PM
You see now that the value of the Bitcoin is rising slowly now and that is nice but of course you are not for sure that it will always rise because it is a currency and that is impossible to predict.
But Bitcoin will have of course a higher value but it can just only takes a long time to sell it with huge profit so you need patience for it.

The bitcoin price just jumped 10% in the last few days. Maybe a new era of small pump is before us.
most probably, i think the price of the bitcoin might be starting to grow a lot in the near future, however i dont think it will be just an ordinary pump as after it the price wont drop

i think that during the halving the price might permanently go over 500 dollars because in my opinion a lot of people will buy coins in order to make a lot of money in short time

Its may or may not depending on if theres people on the other side willing to buy more at higher prices.

And then a slow price fall - we wont really know the new medium price cause it can be way higher then $500 if the bitcoin reaches beyone $1k.

It will reach beyond $1500, and once that price gets in, you won't see bitcoins under 800 again as it seems a stable price for the better future of mining.
2760  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are down again? on: July 01, 2016, 08:20:24 PM
If the price declines, there is only one solution: Buy more coins, I guess.
More bitcoins will not hurt IMO, and any coin squeezed from the market is less available for traders and bears.
When  grandmothers are using btc it is time to sell, and probably you do not even need to sell at that moment since the infrastructure has developed enough.

Well you have to wait for the 'right' time to buy, buying to high will get you in a mess. I am watching the market closely now, I do see the price touching on 550 which will trigger my buy orders on several exchanges.

The price could touch $550 again. I think I will hold my fiat and wait for the price to be around $550 before I buy.
Well I think it's a wise decision man. Wait after halving you'll see bitcoin's price below that. Im sure a massive dump will happen after halving.
There is no time now to buy the price is gradually increasing and i thin its better to buy bitcoins right now days to go that the block halving wil be done and we will see higher price from the present to future price.. so better to buy and hold so that you can make more profit..

Absolutely. Halving is just too much nearer to us, and if we still ask each other that whether to buy or not, we are just wasting our time.
It is an incredible opportunity for us to invest and wait to get the best profits out of our investments.

The bitcoin has already priced in the effect of halving. So the price will not move significantly during the halving.

No, that's what you think. This is not the price of halving, it is just the beginning, the start of halving month.
Just wait and see what the trends will tend to play in their moves further.
