5  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptomarketing services are they always scams? on: October 12, 2023, 01:31:53 PM
Sorry but, calling it "shilling service" instead just made it worse...

For starters, "shills" is a straight up a derogatory word which is typically used to describe people faking interest or positive feedbacks about a product/service they secretly work for. So of course, if you call it "shilling service", people will associate you with that and be needlessly alarmed.

That is true, shilling word itself seems to spread a negative impression of a service that is not intended to use bots but real humans with real discussion about a project, and spreading more awareness about them. It is better to choose the words very carefully when providing these important services to your clients. Smiley
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: October 12, 2023, 12:29:19 PM
Gambling is a place to spend money, although many gamblers consider casinos to be a place to earn money. But in reality, more gamblers lose their money at casinos or gambling sites. So I think all of us here probably have almost the same experience, namely losing a lot of money gambling

Your thinking needs some repair, buddy
How can you say that gambling is a place to spend money?
You mean that you lose every single time you gamble?
Then stop doing it.

Quote
I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?

If you keep losing, or lost something you cannot afford to lose, then the best practice will be to stop doing it totally and leave gambling and work. Nothing comes very quickly, and in the case of money, I have seen big gamblers losing their jackpot prizes to casinos just because they didn't stop doing it after winning a life changing amount.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler avoiding friends after a big win. on: October 12, 2023, 12:07:16 PM
That's nothing new but human nature.
If a gambler wins big, he does not win just the money but your friend in him (the person you knew) loses against that gambler. And he thinks that the society may come and ask him for money because he now has that class to lend people, but he doesn't want to. So he decides to stay away from his friends thinking that it'd be better to sideline them and enjoy his life on his own, with some new friends of his category.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Trading on: October 11, 2023, 09:09:04 PM
Most people stop at a point where they are about to get their best trade. This is like accepting defeat just before reaching the true destination. That's not how it works.
To make money in trading, you need to have strong perseverance and focus and must note down your mistakes before thinking that it's not for you. There are so many websites that allow you to trade in demo, do that and journalise your trades and take notes of what you did wrong when you lost on some trades. Those patterns will help you to understand what you don't need to do to avoid further losses on such trades.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning Wisely: Strategies to Protect Your Bankroll on: October 11, 2023, 07:43:27 PM
It should be noted that when you win a large amount of money, you should stop being a responsible gambler. But what happens often is not like that; instead of stopping as they should, they find it even more enjoyable to continue gambling even more.

This can also be a problem for most gamblers. They don't know how to control and restrain themselves, so they often lose in the end. A win that should have turned into a loss.

It depends on every gamblers' psychology to keep gambling or stop it at a point. They think that by winning more, luck is on their side and they will turn their money into a fortune but it does not work that way, and they lose more out of their winnings, then try to recover and lose more. So it is advisable not to go too deep into gambling and not get it tougher for themselves so that they live for their families at least.

Rohit Sharma - the Hitman has killed the hopes of Afghanistan by nearing his runs to 100 (not so far). I am amazed how Afghanistan managed to score 272, but with current RR and looking at the required RR, India is already a winner of this match without losing a single wicket at the time of writing and may not lose any, as the combo of Sharma - Kishan is very deadly.
It will be like icing on the cake to see Ishan Kishan too opening up his arms and start co-operating Rohit in this run chase and end up the game quickly to achieve a good net RR.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you not gamble on women sports? (tennis not included) on: October 10, 2023, 11:44:09 PM
Why things are getting gender-biased here?
I don't think we need to openly say this, but I gamble on women sports like their soccer games, cricket, hockey, and a few more. There is just one drawback, you don't know who will play how, so you need to watch a few games to understand that team's game before putting your money on the match because no bettor bets to lose their money, do they?

About discussion, I think most of us are men here and the percentage of women compared to men is less and they also don't seem to be participating in gambling discussions, so that could be the reason why we don't see any women sports related discussions here. Someone needs to spark it up to make it a fire, no?
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can somebody make a successful career in gambling on: October 10, 2023, 11:11:25 PM
It depends on the type of gambling a gambler chooses to do.
If you are good at sports, only do sports betting.
If you play poker, go for poker games only on casino.
If you feel you are lucky at dice games, there are plenty options and you may try crash games too.

The question is, how focused you are at building a career in gambling if that is what you want to do in your life for long time. If you can take small risks and have proper money management with good risk to reward strategy (you need it here too), then you can make a successful career in gambling. If you do not wish to gamble, there are other options too like creating a gambling website for a client, integration of crypto in it, providing customer support services and plenty other things to do to make a career in it without gambling yourself.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Common mistakes by unskilled traders on: October 10, 2023, 10:52:58 PM
Their worst mistake can turn out to be following someone without any track record. When an unskilled trader sees another unskilled trader sending some filled images with so many indicators and boxes saying this is high and this is low, take your trades here - and then he takes the trades personally and loses, he also lose trust on others and lose hope in crypto. In copytrading also, it is not good to follow anybody based on their recent past performance but their overall results.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Share your opinion on the market. on: October 10, 2023, 10:39:56 PM
I am also watching so many images claiming that we are nearing a possible pump which will let btc enter into bull run and it will not be a parabolic run like before, but calm so the ups and downs will continue to occur rather than getting a straight green candle and then an immediate correction. There are many trading experts calling them Gurus of trading, but it is better to dyor and then decide to take their call or not. Do not enter futures with their predictions because if it even becomes true, sometimes it will take more time and go against you first before painting the chart as you saw.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: October 10, 2023, 07:42:48 PM
But IRL i'm broke AF. At the end of the day, all of my winnings from those casino still ended up returning to the casino because I lost. Don't know I can't handle my gambling addiction RN. Not gonna lie even my earnings from my current signature campaign I joined ended up losing to these casino.

Well, anybody will tell you to stop doing it or to do it less (with the money you can afford to lose) so that you don't regret on your decision.

I hit a 600x slot win in one casino, withdrew it, and then deposited it into another casino, but in the end, I lost it again.

Quite a big hit, but again you lost it because of your greed.
If you don't mind, can you tell us what was the size of the bet that was made? If it was big, then you didn't need to try to go for me. Luck comes and goes, cannot be there forever.

Anyway saw this on Shuffle's Twitter Bio: $SHFL coming soon... Wen : $SHFL?

Shuffle coin? This is a great announcement if this will have some value. But I have watched in so many casinos that their released coins get dumped later and have no value left which makes gamblers feel they are duped.

I suppose that was easy to answer, the next one would be a little tougher to answer for sure  Wink. That is the correct answer. This photograph is from 1987, I don't know the location or the occasion where it was taken. Two legends of cricket for every Indian cricket fan. Both are still active, we can still here Sunil Gavaskar from the commentary box. Rahul Dravid is the coach of the Indian team playing the World Cup 2023.

I did some calculation to find Rahul Dravid's age in 1987. He is 50 now and this picture was taken 36 years back, naturally he was a 14 year old kid in 1987.

Thank you for the chance. Smiley
I watched the match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan today and it seemed ridiculous for a team like Sri Lanka to lose after giving a target of 345 with 2 full centuries and dismissing Imam-Ul-Haq and Babar Azam at early stage. This shows that this World Cup is full of surprises and India needs to be very much aware of the same and should be highly aware of each and every team and their players' capabilities to win each battle and bring the World Cup here.
