Seems PowerBet.io is offline now. Did they finally take the rest of the money and run?
Considering that no one of the victims was willing to go after them in Swiss, I do not think that they run.

I have noticed that the publicly proven duckdice scam removed Ozafejyw782 from their Most Profit Stats! Are the duckdice shills able to explain why?

Compare with their actual stats: https://duckdice.io/stats (icognito is still there)

Guys-

game-protect is a mad man on whatever mission he chooses to be on.  check out his own thread, where he continues to keep talking to himself, bumping old threads and quoting old posts.
it's fun to egg him on, but this guy may have more serious issues going on.
Madmans are dangerous, so I would be cautious! Cheesy

Can you please tell us some of the more serious issues I may have going on?

As you appear to know everything, why did your employer stop posting in my thread?

Bumping old threads and quoting old posts is exactly what your employer XarXymtroa did! Why are you criticizing him?

I have been participating in their worldleague competition and do not see any distrust in the leaderboard.
I am on it so know it is statically accurate which aligns with my bets placed.
The number of wins and losses are right for my statistics.
Only because you are on it does not mean that all listed players are real and not part of the fraud family!

But I have to agree, if your statistic is correct, then the statistic for all other names listed must be also correct. That is basic logic! Roll Eyes

Also, if they state mBetSolutions N.V. is authorized and regulated by the Government of Curacao, then that must be true, because it is stated!
2752  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Bitcoin Casino | Plinko, Mines, Blackjack, Roulette + 8 more 👽 on: March 17, 2018, 12:47:13 PM
This is very much a work-in-progress. We've been incredibly busy with happenings on our websites, our goal isn't to start some sort of monopoly we're really just a group of likeminded individuals who think traditional online casinos are scams and want to do things differently. I don't want this initiative to morph into a for-profit thing (askgamblers), finding a trustee would be difficult but I like the idea. Right now though if we were to do anything controversial it would only be do-able by vote of all the members but as things stand the CGF is here for educational purposes at this point in time and we (PD/stake) cover all expenses for videos/articles etc. We get a ton of emails from people who want to join and we've set the bar at 1+ year of solid operation & significant volume (top 20 crypto casino).
If you want to educate the community on your expenses, why do you not inform about the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, sub-licenses have no legal basis! you are financing with 10000s of Euro every year?

PD had been License free since 2013, and has taken more BTC betting volume than any Bitcoin gambling website that discloses stats with no issues.
You have stats of how much Bitcoin you have illegally taken? 5 Years is exactly the time frame players can demand their losses back. Smiley

The curacao license is something that costs near $0 and the reason we obtained it is so we can use google adwords and other advertising networks that require a "license" not to trick players into trusting us.
With a Costa Rica license you can not use google adwords and other advertising networks?

I never said that you pay for a fake license to trick players into trusting you.

Curacao license is indeed one of the easiest ones to obtain because Malta, UK, and other jurisdictions require RNG testing and guess what, Provably fair is not "RNG" it's deterministic.
It is easy to obtain because it is no juridical valid license! Should be easy to understand. Wink

As much as you think there is some major conspiracy behind the curacao licenses, all you have is a theory you don't have any actual proof.
Game Protect has proof that your claim to operate under the 1668/JAZ license has no legal basis. It is explained here Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, sub-licenses have no legal basis! and I already gave you the link.

Let me know which part you did not understand?

Have you seen the 1668/JAZ license you claim to operate under? Have you seen the sub-license contract?

Regardless of this entire fact, I can't see why you'd try and pick a fight with us or insist that we are no longer legitimate now because we picked up a license.
I missed the fact, can you please quote it?

Neither do I fight with you nor did I say that you are now no longer legitimate because you picked a license.

I inform that you finance organized crime with 10000s Euro every year!

If I wanted to fight with you, I would offer a 100% cashback assistance for the past 5 years for primedice and stake.

This primarily feels like just a push towards self promotion for your own affiliation, if you want me to take your opinion seriously remove all the affiliate links from your website and PM me serious proof of your accusations against curacao egaming not just random circumstantial anecdotes.
Game Protect will neither stop offering to Qualify cost free for our online gaming consumer protection service nor send you the hard proof that those sub-licenses have no legal basis.

The hard proof that those sub-licenses have no legal basis is worth $100,000s as I can offer a 100% cashback assistance for any of the 1000s casinos.

We can make it unlike easier: If you operate under the 1668/JAZ license, show us your authorization?

The truth about gaming licenses is the legal basis of a gaming license pertains to that specific jurisdiction.
I am not able to understand what you are saying here as the Curacao licensed casinos operate worldwide?

Or did you say that the validity of a Curacao license rely on Curacao laws?

Anyone who trusts a gambling website because they are "licensed" is silly because when you sign up to a (traditional) online casino you agree to often iron-clad terms and conditions which legally give the casino the opportunity to mess you over.
The part you missed is that the civil laws of the jurisdiction where a casino is incorporated always stand above the terms and conditions of the casino. Hence, if a part of the terms and conditions are not in accordance with the local civil laws, then they are simply not valid and a player could enforce his rights at the court.

I am not the supervisor of all existing leaderboards in this world and can not tell you if there has ever been a legit one.

Everyone can read here in their thread starting around with page 20 about their fake leaderboards or lotteries or price draws or whatever.

The publicly proven Sportsbet scam avoiding my questions about their new World League leaderboard at least indicates that something is odd!

Also, why is it called World League leaderboard if only sportsbet customers can participate?

is that really your main question !!
No, I asked several questions.

why it's called World League !!!
well here is the thing they can call it whatever you want , each one of the players is representing  his coyntry you see the flags next to the participants !?? well that's maybe why they called it that
But I do not want to know why they maybe call it like this.

Definition league: "A league is a group of teams that play the same sport or activity against each other."

Is that what happens there?

if the leaderboard was fake you wouldn't see familiar names in the top of it
I noted if you see familiar names = all participants are real persons and not connected to the fraud family! Cheesy

I do not talk about cheating. betting sites operating in Turkey, the Turkish customers do not pay because they are illegal. So the most fraudulent activity seems to be TR.
now you understand me.
No, I do not understand what Turkish customers do not pay means? If they do not deposit, they can not play.
2759  Economy / Gambling / Re: TrinkBahis - ⚽ Only Sportsbook ⚽ BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH, MONERO Accepted on: March 16, 2018, 01:40:03 PM
Informing the gambling community that Turkish sites have the highest scam rate in the world = scratching your site?

Based on your decentralized system, you can not embezzle player deposits or winnings?

what's wrong with my site?
I did not check it and do not care. Players can register with cost free consumer protection service inclusive. Why take the risk with your new and unproven site?

Did you make a deposit, win and don't get paid?
It is absolutely irrelevant if customers of your site currently get paid. This behavior could easily and quickly change as soon as the deposits you have collected are enough for a scammer.

This is the reason for the high rate of infidelity, all these kinds of sites are illegal in Turkey. That's why the winnings are not paid by anyone and this rate is high. We do not accept Turkish members.
I have never heard or seen that the reason for scamming players is because the casino offer is illegal within a certain country  Huh

Using only anonymous crypto currencies, local restrictions are anyway irrelevant.

Interesting to note that someone who is able to code the coingaming software looks for coders for a provably fair leaderboard!

Does this mean the coingaming coders do not know how to code something provably fair? Cheesy

The Sportsbet.io players, we are going to try something no one has ever tried before.

Due to players not thinking our new lottery is provably fair, we are looking for help from this community. We want lotteries and we want it to be crystal clear and externally verifiable that it's provably fair.

Are their any aspiring coders on here who would like to build it for us?

We will pay for the complete dev costs. If the community can come together and decide what it would take for the lottery to be proven fair and get it spec'd out and coded up the way you want to see it.

If you are NOT a coder or no coders step up, PLEASE spec out exactly what needs to be done and we will then get it programmed ourselves. Let's start the discussions!

if you read it twice you would see that they are talking about the lottery not the leaderboard , personally I know 3 out of the 30 in the leaderboard and the results are accurate
and coding a provably fair lottery isn't that easy by the way , we saw how freebitcoin and crypto games were managing their lotteries before
There is no difference between a fake lottery and fake leaderboard! You would need to know all qualifiers to check if it is accurate.

Has there ever been a legit leaderboard then?

No one ever knows all participants of any event.

You're embarassing yourself.
I am not the supervisor of all existing leaderboards in this world and can not tell you if there has ever been a legit one.
