You missed something:
Ken/ActiveMining is going to go bankrupt through one or multiple of the following depending on how much "liquid assets" he actually has.

MSD Refund
MSD Fines
Fraud Lawsuits
Refunds on sales
Sales Lawsuits
Wages

You are probably right, but the Fraud Lawsuits would take those back through Ken personally.

Does anyone have a link to wages? I don't remember ever seeing them.

*Edit posted on ActM Thread previously

By taking into account how much he started with and how much is left, I am certain 100% he lied about all wages.

Ken has stolen money from ActiveMining, of that I am very sure.

Can we discover all of this from the blockchain? I remember the accounts were scattered, was there ever one single address where both IPO funds went to?

Burnside would be able to disclose that information, but he wouldn't do it without a subpeona

Well at least we know where the funds went to from btct.co
2762  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 04, 2014, 06:20:59 PM
I just logged into cryptotrade and found that my shares have STILL not been transferred. Then I was reading something on here about IPO refunds?

I "hold" almost 15k shares. Could someone bring me up to speed in a concise explanation as to WTF is happening?

Ken doesnt know how to run a company.

MSD
Lawsuits
SEC

All coming soon enough

Whats the latest on this coin?  I've read in other threads (Cinni Dev) that XC and DRk arnt really 100% anonymous.  Can someone chime in?

BBR is way oversold.  I am shocked its not going up at a faster pace.'
2767  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 04, 2014, 12:11:16 AM
wow, it's amazing and utterly disheartening to see the truth unfolding…

shoulda, coulda, woulda, went with my gut the first time I read a negative commentary about Kenneth Slaughter.

Well Ken, your rep is thoroughly going down a deep hole.

The giveaway on this was noticing all his past company's have failed
2768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: June 03, 2014, 08:36:09 PM
Barabbas has brought up good points.  I have also voiced similar opinions.

Oh we'll

2769  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 08:29:59 PM

I think the possibiilty of the SEC getting involved is almost a certain.  They just went after Erik Voorhees, ACTM is now fully on the radar and a state is already involved.

Erik sold SD a year ago, and they go after him now?  I guess Ken has another year at a minimum before they get their act together.  That's assuming they care enough which is doubtful.  "fully on the radar"?  Odds are slim.

Doubtful?

This is going to be big.  SEC will be all over this by next year.

You guys will go to 5k.

Why?  Because I didn't buy or invest into this.  This has happened several times to me already  Wink

Good luck
2771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - Secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency on: June 03, 2014, 03:30:07 PM
ANN: I have bought into MRO (yes, daring to use that acronym) and rank perhaps between 10-30 largest owners. Reason is that I see it as the #2 coin with most potential second only to Bitcoin. It is my first and only alt investment.

Here is a thread with mostly very good general discussion on altcoins.

I am very interested in getting to know the community, so feel free to PM or otherwise contact me Smiley

You don't know me, but I have followed you from the wall street observer thread and your own in (speculation forum).  I do enjoy reading your posts and they are well thought out.
+ you have an awsome castle  Wink

Becareful in these alt's section.  90% of these are pump and dumps and once people know or realise who you are they might try to get your attention into a coin.  You have enough btc to make the big whales on the exchanges look like small fish  Wink

I am actually a bit excited that your involved in Monero

take care
2772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LIBERTYCOIN][XLB] X11 | 100% POS | No IPO | No Premine | Cryptsy & Mintpal on: June 03, 2014, 03:22:01 PM
Someone place order in mintpal to buy 451842.33749033 at a price 0.00002910 = total 13.14861202 BTC   Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

That's about 7% of all Libertycoin in circulation.

Either from a single buyer or from 2 or more people all wanting to buy at the same price.

The concentration of coins into fewer and fewer hands looks like it is continuing.

And yet the top wallet of around 725k yesterday is down to 500k today.

The top wallet has dumped 30% or more of their holding.

Hmmm

It's going to take weeks to get all the larger hands to unload.  If this drops to 1k I would expect a jump in price again like what we saw last week.

Is anyone speaking with Woodlake atm?  I'm just wondering if that's an avenue I should look down..
2774  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 12:48:33 PM
If ACTM had in stock miners flying off the shelf I would be
more optimistic

Although if Ken buys back a significant amount of shares there is more motivation for him to perform better
2775  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 03, 2014, 01:18:27 AM
What is the outlook for active for the test of the year?
2776  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 02, 2014, 11:21:45 PM
OK so then  if he raised on average 0.0017 x 10,000,000 then he needs 11mill USD to buy that 17,000 BTC back today.

To be more precise:

...
The refund will only be for the current price you purchased at this time, not for your previous price.

Because Ken has powers...

that won't fly in the us

2778  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 02, 2014, 10:14:13 PM
Active Mining will have to use non-investor funds to pay a fine of up to $100,000 this will have to come from
the mining account only.  The balance in the mining account will used to fund operations.

How can we get reimbersed for our shares?

This will be announced at a latter time.

When will the remaining dividends be paid out?  How do you feel about ACTM end of 2014?
2779  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 02, 2014, 10:06:10 PM
I sold a lot weeks ago... I'm out a lot.  Should I re purchase what I sold? For refund/accounting purposes?

Make sure you read the website fully.

It says mining starts December 2014
