Pretty sweet site, graphics and nice investment system, But it's very under-promoted. it would be great if you advertise for more players/investors.

A sig deal could work

How can you be so sure? Mastercoin once did a sig campaign and the result is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=484396.msg6056946#msg6056946

I am not 100% sure but PD and RGD seems to think it is effective..
I would think about a sig campaign that pays 0.01/week Jr, 0.015 Members, 0.02 Sr and Hero, 50posts min just to get some attention and some traffic for a cheap fee

No Full Members!  Huh

Per week :
0.01 Jr
0.015 M
0.02 Full
0.025 Sr
0.03 Hero
50 posts mini/week; payment on an ED account : all the persons that join the campaign will go see the website and some will play; all the persons that advertise in their sig will get to know ED because they will look at the campaign terms and the campaign sig thread will be bumped often

With this rate I don't think there will be a lot of participants.

You would be surprised, look at some campaigns that don't offer more and get many participants, members love it when it is a fixed rate and will love the weekly payday

I dt know if OP will pay : he created an account  just to do this give away which is not a good sign but he is coming back to the thread which is a good sign; I would go with yes, he will pay

To be honest, I am not so optimistic...

We will see soon but it is very unlikely (or suspicious) that no one found the winning number yet

Why bother with the hash and several days (weeks even?) updating this just to vanish?

2786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Bitcoin-qt "Corrupted block database detected" on: April 09, 2014, 07:29:24 PM
I got the message "Corrupted block database detected. Do you want to rebuild the block database now?"

So I clickde yes and the block database was rebuilding.

When it was about 70% I updated to 0.9.1 which didn't seem to change the database rebuilding

Then when it was almost entirely rebuilt I got virus infections messages then the message "Corrupted block database detected.." again so I clicked yes and it is rebuilding again; can someone help me understand?

If the list in post 1961 is correct, then there should be only 1 number left now.
Let's see if OP will login again and pay 0.01, or if OP will be gone forever Wink

I dt know if the list is correct, a generous member gave me a list of numbers left : there are about 25 left and about one third of the guesses are from this list now so we should have guessed them all soon

I dt know if OP will pay : he created an account  just to do this give away which is not a good sign but he is coming back to the thread which is a good sign; I would go with yes, he will pay

If your username is not public it is pretty hard to enter your account

The blockchain system seems pretty efficient where your username is complicated and not public

2791  Economy / Economics / Re: Would people pour their cash into bitcoin given a stock market crash? on: April 09, 2014, 05:11:48 PM
Next crash won't be epic. It will be a minor dip. And then the market will recover and go on its merry way again. There's too much money, too much liquidity being put into reserves in the banks, at least in the US. Where the US goes, the world will follow. You can't deny it.

In nominal values yes the us stocks will go up and some us companies are going to do well in the new world but the USD will collapse, Yellen is going to increase QE when it gets tough

I thought it was going to roll again but apparently not, the big depositors didn't redeposit and after they were paid people kind of stopped playing; there has been no deposit for 24h

12BTC is still pretty impressive

Next round maybe max deposit 0.6, tons of advertising everywhere and a promotion for the last 2 deposits : 121% if no one deposit in the 24h after them

2795  Economy / Speculation / Re: US economy expected to crash, time to buy bitcoin on: April 09, 2014, 01:38:16 PM
Just because someone is an author and a CEO does NOT mean he knows what he is talking about. They have been expecting inflation to go through the roof ever since QE started. The US inflation is around 2.5% annual and shows no sign of going up any time soon. Peter Schiff may be a smart guy but he is clearly wrong. Yes, the US economy will hit a rough patch here and there. Economy goes through  cycles, up and down, repeat, rinse and cycle again. So, I guess he will be right half the time, like anyone else.

US inflation is a disaster waiting to happen. Just like the housing bubble took a while before it hit, inflation will hit. It's not even a question if it will hit, the real question is when will it hit?

No matter what you do to prepare, make sure you have something to fall back on when dollars and other fiat are worthless. Food, shelter, farmland, diesel, weapons, tobacco, liquor, coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, gold, silver, bitcoin are all better investments than dollars.

It is nice to see that most of the community is aware of what is going to hit us

I feel for all the nice people that are not going to be prepared at all, I hope they won't draw the wrong conclusions
Those who predict what will happen say it is because the state is rigging the economy, when the crash will happen the state will say we need more state bc that is always its only response to everything : control

as you can see there are 14 unpaid transactions before me totaling 4.8242btc and 14 unpaid transactions after me totaling 2.33295296btc

can you please explain to me how and why there are so many unpaid transactions with so much btc unaccounted for and an empty wallet.
could you please return my 0.6 btc to my wallet: 1FbFcgyDe3SipVqbWhvAnu8vQPxnTA8XTY
thank you.

I think you don't know how ponzi games work

The last depositors don't get paid, if not enough people deposit after you you don't get paid, don't forgest the first 35btc sent received 121%..

Everydice is paying in advance, they are just testing with me to see if they should launch a sig campaign

So it's a signature deal with just one person so far?

haha yes I presume you can say it like that

It is a new website, go try it Wink
would you like to disclose how much they are paying you.? if its not confidential b/w you nd ED.

You can hear about it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=476334.new#new

Anyway I really think this thread should be pinned.

People def post way too much in the sig threads, it is worse with PD : more than 200pages compared to less pages for the casino thread

it reached it! and then went down lol. whether it will reach it again or not is difficult to predict and depend on many factors but most people here want it to.
In case you didn't realized that this thread is almost a year old when the price was floating around 100$ mark and now it is going back there..! so the question still remains same will it reach 1k$ again?

Of course it will reach it again
With the correct news and hyperinflation we should expect high 4 figures then 5figures
