2781  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2022 bear market? on: January 20, 2022, 10:28:30 AM
In my opinion, in 2022 the bitcoin bear market will continue at least until March, because bitcoin price movements will still experience a correction.
That's the charts pattern and I guess you're basing it from last year. March is always the month that doesn't look good and are we really calling this time that we're in a bear market? It's not feeling like a bear market to me but I understand the others are calling it a bear market because they're likely bought higher than the support.

If you look at the indicators or price movement charts, there is a possibility that Bitcoin will experience a price decline in the $40k-$42K support area.
In a 3-weeks chart, bitcoin was almost closing in under $40k as it reached the support. But it didn't go below that, it had actually hit the $40k support and it's staying long from $41k-$42k point. Now, here goes the worry if it will eventually fall under $40k surprising or going to break the next price walls next to $42k.
2782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will central bank digital currency (CBDC) make bitcoin worthless? on: January 20, 2022, 08:43:45 AM
it is still very much a fiat currency.
It really is. There's no different with the current setup in China using wechat and alipay for their digital payments. Adding CBDC is just like putting up another payment option for fiat. There's really nothing that much of a difference between those payment methods that I've said.

They're tying it up with cryptocurrencies but as you've said with their description, they're not using blockchain and more of, they're not really a cryptocurrency. There's no need for any argument with that since it's going to be backed up by the government as it's centralized.

Not getting rain for a long time is understandable, it is not a must that you should get rain.
I'm not sure about the rain, I can see in the chat that the rainbot is very well much active and giving names and numbers. Other than that topic, the chat is like what it used to be and its purpose, people are just chitchatting.

However, getting scammed is not really true at all. Yes, lightlord has been awol for a long time we know this. His very last message is from October, literally October! That's horrible, and I understand why people may feel like they are scammed.
We can't blame them for thinking that they've been scammed but the chat box seems to be pretty active and there's no talk about them being scammed except the one that has been said by uncle which we've missed.

2784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: January 19, 2022, 11:29:43 PM
If Magsayo could pulled off this one then this could be the start where he can receive luxurious offer in the future.
Not that luxurious as they say.

But it's really going to be his start to stardom and there could be more opportunity once he pulls this off. He just need to show how strong he is and as much as he can, he wins this match against Russell.

Too dangerous for Magsayo if the fight will end up on Decision. Magsayo should try everything to go for a KO win.
I guess he has a plan on ending it and as what you guys are speculating about him prolonging the fight. His team are anticipating like this already as they're all analyzing each of the fighters that Magsayo is going to face.
2785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Investment against inflation on: January 19, 2022, 10:34:03 PM
Nice story.

I guess everyone who has held bitcoin before the covid-19 came up to this point, we all share the same story as him. Bitcoin has helped us to at least have some solutions financially during this crisis.

The bull run has helped a lot of us and especially the patient ones that have been holding for a long time. His business has to roll with fiat and he just can't accept payments directly in bitcoin. But it would be easier for him if he would do that for his bitcoin customers.
2786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are the top metaverse tokens to consider as a long-term investment? on: January 19, 2022, 09:32:29 PM
I'm seeing the currently existing ones that are already popular as follows;

Decentraland (MANA)
The Sandbox
Axie Infinity Shard (AXS) and likely RON token(soon to be launched)
Gala
Enjin Coin

I think in terms of popularity and potential. These are the ones that I've collected and I have on my list but I may not invest in all of them and only a few of them since there's an issue with budgeting.  Smiley

I never know that Axie Infinity was one of the metaverse token, but anyway, honestly speaking I have no idea in which nft games are ood under metaverse token. Just all I know the nft games that are good so far was Axie Infinity, Mir4, and Cryber dragons(BNX) and Thetan as well too. These games of nft are good to me they are all legit giving a good profit anyhow.
Whichever you prefer to call it. There are folks calling it metaverse and as well as NFT but if you hover to the classification of NFT on coinmarketcap.

They've classified it as a metaverse and that means that it's a metaverse token. Thetan arena you say? Look at the chart of it, it's likely that the devs have already cashed out.

I know Mir4 and it's an RPG game which is also popular, just enjoy playing and making money there.
2787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the next big industry move? on: January 18, 2022, 09:48:06 PM
I've seen sites like NFTrade.com that offer trading of NFTs, where you can put your NFT on the trading block and receive or make offers for other NFTs with it.  I think the natural evolution of this idea will be to implement that sort of thing with gambling.  If you were able to find a partner with a similar valued NFT to gamble with, that might be interesting.  Imagine betting a Bored Ape against a Crypto Punk on a roll of the dice.  That would be some epic stakes...  I'm sure it's only a matter of time at this point...
That's interesting.

It's not just going to be a gamble for the Bored Ape and its value but also there could be some relevance of the bet for the pride. I don't know but it feels like that.

Whenever huge amounts are involved for such a bet and you're against another one that's totally fine to gamble with it. The amount would just be the second in line and whoever wins could be proud of himself afterward he has bet for such a huge amount.

This is possible actually right now and it's like a p2p gamble for good and valuable NFTs.

This is a great list of good metaverse and I can also say that they are indeed good projects for long term investment. Right now, they are all down which I think is a good opportunity to buy metaverse. Just buy little by little with your extra money, don’t force yourself to buy so no pressure and stress at all.
There's no need of forcing yourself to get in even if the prices are low if you're out of budget.

You have to do it at your most comfortable time and when you're not struggling financially so you can buy within your budget and you've got plenty of spares to spend.

That's just based on what I think so I ended up with that list. I guess there are also other metaverse projects that others are finding out and it's all up to you guys if you're going to buy them. Just make sure that you make your own research before the purchase.

2790  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you manage Bitcoin price now on: January 18, 2022, 06:35:55 PM
I can't manage with bitcoin price because I am not whales can make bitcoin suddenly pump and dump, I just watcher only and get chance with bad moment when bitcoin dump to buy back and waiting whales make good news to sell.
I guess that's not the literal question that OP is bringing but it's about how you handle yourself with the current price of bitcoin. It's not about being a whale or a small fish.

Never care with how most potential bitcoin price at the future because my confidence always try selling coin when get chance with profit, maybe many trader and investor heard motivation holder is winner but when price dump looks panic for selling  Cheesy Cheesy
I'm sure that everyone cares about the price of bitcoin not only today but also in the future. We're on it for the profit and that's why we all care for it. And when the price dumps, the excitement is becoming lesser because you'll see people are disappointed with it.

But for the long term holders, there's not that much to do but to keep calm and holding.
2791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any website without a dispute here? on: January 17, 2022, 03:59:41 PM
Bustadice, I never saw any accusations against them apart from the trolls, devans running the site for years and to be honest it is the best ever dice crypto site for you and I am saying this from personal experience and also lot of other names can be mention even I want to say about Roobet but people will say that I am just shilling for it because I am wearing their signature and getting paid for it.
Yeah, I never saw one.

Expect those players that have just lost against their own emotion and that makes them a troll. The devs there are honest and really wanting to solve any problem if someone has found one.

No bad review as far as I know that I've found there, majority of the reviews there were positive and good.
Good reviews means a good site for me but of course complaints will always be there, since not all gamblers will satisfy for the services of any site and of course problem will also occur. I don’t see any site without complaints though but it doesn’t they are all bad sites, better to look for the top site and analyze their services you can also look if bad news is too much compare to the good news about the site.
All at the top have haters and people that won't stop complaining. Even they're going to give them a bonus in the first place, later on, if they keep on losing.

They're going to be the first ones to complain about how bad the casino is. That's how they're quick in changing hearts when they feel that they've been losing a lot.
2792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: There are short-term and long-term of investing in cryptocurrency in the future. on: January 17, 2022, 01:19:09 PM
Well, you don't say that with everyone who likes altcoin.

Despite having no guarantee with the altcoins in profit, it's also undeniable that there are altcoins that have given a lot of profit for some of the people here. That cannot be hidden as there were a lot of altcoins that have pumped when bitcoin did.

Apparently, they don't look good because bitcoin has been down and so they are.
2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always do Some Research Before You Start Staking on: January 17, 2022, 11:14:00 AM
It's true that there are others that are shady because they're not yet known and you have to be careful in which platform you're staking your coins on. Staking is a good passive income as much as you have a big amount to stake so that you'll be getting a quite sum of money for the profit.

But if you don't have that much, it's also nice because by doing nothing you'll get more coins as a reward of staking and that adds to the current staked coins you have.
2794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto NFTs, what are your thoughts. on: January 17, 2022, 06:26:12 AM
All of them to me are amazing especially when they're being sold to anyone. The idea that there are people that are willing to buy those expensive NFT arts tells me that you expect something unexpected.

Just like this guy who sold a likely beeple of himself.

22-year-old Indonesian boy makes $1M by selling NFT selfies on OpenSea

Isn't that just by only a few months though? Shouldn't be too much of a change.
Yes, there's not that much of a change.

And that's why it could be that the cycle is no longer being followed by the market and bitcoin itself. Having that said, many are speculating about the new ATH by this year.

But there's no confirmation yet, we're just starting out and the year still has a long way to go until we validate and see it happens.
2797  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 2022 bear market? on: January 16, 2022, 10:14:38 AM
As we have seen the bull market of 2021, history has shown there to be a following of a bear market in the next year (2022). What are your thoughts so far and how do you believe it will play out.
It's true that if we follow the 4-year cycle, it should start the bear market by now. But before the bull run has started by 2021 and halving of 2020. The bull run has already started by the end of 2020 which shouldn't happen if we're following the cycle.

In that case, there's already the change from that pattern and cycle that we used to follow.

I think the bear market is still just starting, btc should now be around 16-22k on average price until 2025.

Your thoughts?
That's too low but we did saw bitcoin dropped by $28k last year after it went from its first ATH.
2798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge coin will be the future crypto spacecraft that will take you to the Moon. on: January 16, 2022, 08:27:43 AM
Recently we have known that a satellite will be sent through by Elon Musk using doge coin fund named "Doge-1". This will be a innovative plane for the authority. We can also assume that in future there will be new planes with the SpaceX. In it's continuity we can assume to go to the mars or look for a new planet which of curse give the new dimension to the Doge coin. What do you think about it?
I'm not that type of person that thinks deeply when it comes to this. With what I'm thinking for this mission, it's just all about giving the name of the Dogecoin and in particular, just another marketing stunt to help pump Dogecoin.

Other than that, I'm not seeing what you're seeing with dogecoin as deep as it is because of some space mission. It's Elon and you know the guy has been memeing with Dogecoin on his twitter and if you find him serious with this, then congratulations to all of you.
2799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting or casino? on: January 15, 2022, 11:25:46 AM
^

Most people enjoy betting on sports events or gambling only when they win, of course, if they are not fans of the sport (they bet for fun) or gamble only for fun (such people are very few).

Betting on sports allows the bettor to use a wider analysis than any gambling games, so the probability to earn by such activity is higher than by gambling.
I think even the bet didn't win as long as the match is close and the game is intense for that sports that you've watched, that lose is just totally fine as long as you get to enjoy the game.

That's what I enjoy in sportsbetting. Even if I lose, as long as the match is too close and you know that the team you bet for did their best, that's like nothing to me and I just have to bet better next time.
2800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tonga to copy El Salvador’s bill making Bitcoin legal tender, says former MP on: January 15, 2022, 08:54:04 AM
Good news as it is.

As El Salvador has started it, here goes Tonga that's about to make it a legal tender and if it passes then that's good on this small nation to adopt a new currency as their legal tender.

And if it goes well, I think its nearby small countries would also take the example from them and might do the same since it's ideal to them that they're near into the other islands that could be fine using bitcoin as a legal tender.
