Your right if the token is not listed in any exchanges the token will have no value at all. Just like what other dead altcoins in the market end up because the owner of the project didn't really put an effort to get the token or altcoin listed in the exchange. Without the exchange, the market price would be zero. Also, you cannot sell your holdings, the thing here is if the exchange it was listed was hacked you might need to find a new exchange that is listed or going to be listed. It's not going to get a price so you need to wait until it gets listed in a new exchange but I doubt it a lot of tokens is not going to get listed in some popular exchanges. |

Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies.
