HC,
Thanks so much for stopping in! We appreciate all of your work on $UNO and Pro.
Don't let the uninitiated, unappreciatives get you down!
Hope to see you around more often!

I submitted the request with payment about 16 hours ago. It says it will take 2 business days, so if they're fast it will be up tomorrow, if not we may wait until Monday. I did not receive an e-mail confirming the submission, but I may get one when it is completed. You can also watch their twitter @yobitexchange, they seem to post whenever a coin is added (it seems many have been added lately). Their bikini-girl twitter banner does not exactly convey professionalism, but who knows, maybe that's the owner Great! Thanks for getting it started. I agree about the banner, but like to see the RUR on there! Let's get the party started...

Where is the Prototanium? I would have lifted Uno to BTC parity, but so? You simply shut a coin off? It was centralized, only one node hardcoded. Ligths out - end?? How can I trust, Unobtanium will not be shut off? proto is some sort of test chain coin created by our awesome founder Hagbard Celine. Cool, fun, experimental stuff for the tech crew that understands it. WAY above my pay-grade. $UNO is in it's third year and still going strong! Great community and great future! Welcome deadlock1!

If I owe you 100,000, and cannot pay, I have a problem.

Other people are indeed having real problems with withdrawals. Cryptsy needs to fix these issues. This is getting absurd.
Now they've drastically reduced the maximum withdrawal limits for unverified accounts to $25/day or $100/month - and that month started 30 days ago. Are they in bed with the guvmint? or Are they insolvent? Who in his right mind would give non-public, personal information to this site?
|
|
|
Yeh, wow, B.C.! Just finished Tier 1-ing on Cryptsy; but every time I did my mug shot, the picture that turned out is some fat-faced old guy.
[Seriously but, does anyone know how to contact those two Aussies who were so wound up about P2P? Looks like their time's a-comin'.]
I'm right there with you. Where's the UNO-EX spreadsheet link?
|
|
|
Does anyone get the vibe that Cryptsy has just gotten deeply in bed with the US government?
Know your Customer Tiered verification?
No warning?
With the terrible security, who would be comfortable in leaving any personally identifiable information with that group?
Sure glad I don't leave anything on there, it would take years to get off.
Not that it's great, but it seems the Yobit move makes even more sense now if one prefers to keep his / her personal information personal.

Listen, first of all you know nothing about domain names. You can't even justify your average from top 5 domain names. I do not want to waste my time with you ignorant clown. Btw, bitcointalk noob account has nothing to do with escrow.com transaction. The names are listed at sedo as well.
@Runtime Thanks for the information. I'm sure that if anyone has interest they will contact you directly. @Siameze You are always welcome here. Nice to see you, brother! Come around more often! @Nat I just went ahead and sent all 0.08 BTC in one tranche. TXID 4cdc04e89f0596268cf8ba52c647b8388a2857a1393697799f4ea8dc574b1f00

I'm curious, for those attempting unsuccessfully to withdraw from Cryptsy.
Do you typically leave your coin on this or any exchange of a long period of time,
or
do you move the coin in, conduct your trades and then withdraw?
|
|
|
@NAT
What is the BTC address for the Yobit listing fee?
I will be sending mine and BTC National's as well.
I will send in two separate transactions and then post TXIDs here.

Okay I am pro-Yobit now. Why not. Anyone want to swap 0.025 of btc for my uno towards the cause?
I'll be glad to. Can we do BTC withdrawals from Cryptsy or not? I don't want to get one started and then not be able to complete it...

Anyone else having a problem syncing the wallet? I can't get passed block 266752. I have updated to the most recent OSX wallet, although I did notice there were two different types of OSX wallets available. My wallet is showing my UNO balance appropriately, but does not seem to be downloading the rest of the blockchain transactions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Interesting, my Android wallet is downloading the chain very well. My windows desktop client; however, is stalled with no connections and no blocksource available.

@ Bitcoin Charlie: I'd be happy to have several people split the .1 cost -- I'll pitch in.
Ah! Making the market! Good point. My meagre resources are engaged with CBX/UNO over a 'Topia. Anyone?
My time is limited and I'm not a trader, so I'd be glad to make the payment to the site in exchange for commitments from others to make the market...

Well, I didn't realize Yobit offers a Chinese version. Maybe for 0.1 BTC it would be worth it to get our toes wet in a Chinese-friendly exchange.
What if we could get, say, 5 people to share the .1 cost (more to show commitment than a concern about the cost), and make a trial on Yobits exactly, Nat, a trial? I apologise for my absence. Unavoidable situations. Happy birthday to us! I believe that more exchanges are better, especially those offering a Chinese option. I will agree to fund the 0.1 BTC cost to a publicly known wallet. Will others agree to help make the market? For how long? Also, since it sounds like $UNO market cap is much larger than the other coins on Yobi exchange, could this be another market in which we could become a base trade pair?

everyone should get a chance and I will try to do the best with my coin
That's fine and I wish you the best, but should you not be promoting osmiumcoin in an osmiumcoin thread?

Anybody up for chat on cryptocat?

Oh, someone has made a brand new account to trash talk UNO. All markets are manipulated. The long term holders barely move their coins.
Link? Don't know what you mean by link, it was the guy that posted a few posts up, with only 1 post to his account. Gotcha, saw that FUD, thought you meant somewhere on reddit or somewhere else...

okay take 2 maybe not China but ASEAN the markets https://www.bitcoin.co.id ... i am really impressed with their btc & doge trade volumes ... there is also fair btc trade in .ph .th .malaysia ... then later on the list .india .paki .... if we can score victories there then we are already on the door steps of China ... .jp .kr also have budding btc exchanges. Right now china alt market is a little flat ... BTER in particular seems to be deadwood ... btc38 is the clear favorite ... and then there are 2-3 other (possibly) fake volume only exchanges. I e-mailed bitcoin-indonesia a couple of weeks ago and got no response, but I encourage you to try as well. Any of the regions you mentioned, if you can find an exchange, send them a message What's the email address?
