The type of lock that's on your account is basically impossible to get, but to give you the benefit of the doubt I unlocked you. If it locks you again I won't unlock it for poker a second time. |

I have only tried the site with bonus chips (twice), I took advantage of the low min. bet and martingaled in blackjack. First time it worked nicely and I managed to withdraw about 5 USD in BTC (which was nice since it took less than 1 hour and our currency is devalued as fuck). Second time (Christmas bonus) I started with a "big" bet and quickly busted my bankroll  . Even though I liked the site i have not deposited since I am somewhat afraid of the number of accusations against them. I prefer to stick with other sites I trust (Directbet, Betcoin.ag, rollin). We always pay out legitimate players. Recently we withheld a 2.8 BTC cashout due to a bad tip that the play was faulty. The guy created a scam accusation thread after we told him we were just reviewing the bets. We paid him out in full and he never updated the thread. Others have withdrawn their no-deposit bonus unlocked winnings. Others still have withdrawn 1-2 BTC and have posted here about it. Give us a chance and we won't disappoint  |

Video poker info says less than 1% house edge.
But the payable is one of the worst and only pays out ~95% with perfect play. Also, the computer sometimes suggests some pretty bad plays. (like holding 4 with T Js Ks As X)
I think the 2,672.880 BTC ($1,192,532.14) first deposit bonus is why I've never bothered to really look at this site in the past, didn't realize there was anything other than those weird games.
Do you have the math and hands to back that up? House edge is what it says on the tin with perfect play. You don't have to take the hands suggested to you by the computer. |

Every time I see you at a poker freeroll you are sitting out. I think you register for every game but don't play. It is annoying waiting for you to blind out. Is there some way players can be removed from freerolls after sitting out for 12 hands in a row or something? It would make the games run much smoother and stop people abusing the freerolls like this. Going to look into this one. |

I just realized it's the same as nitrogen - assuming it's identical in most ways, it's the most bearable browser based poker software I've used - what is it called?
It's provided by Cubeia. http://www.cubeia.com/It's pretty shitty for a lot of the reasons Dooglus posted (and other random glitches/errors...like hand histories that last for 2 seconds) but it's cheap and web based so that's why a lot of the bitcoin sites use it. To be fair we did a lot of research. Cubeia is relatively new, but it is, in my humble opinion, the best offering for HTML5 multiplayer poker. |

It's true, there's no way to prove someone is playing honestly. You can only prove that someone is being dishonest. Allowing players to use the same ip gives them a chance to be transparent. Are roomates not allowed to play on your site at the same time? Poker is fun to play with friends, most poker players prefer to beat their friends - not cheat with them. If two friends were playing from the same location, would you rather one of them changed their ip, so you didn't know or they both played from the same? In the online poker world, the norm is to not allow multiple players from the same ip to sit at the same cash game. but usually tournaments are ok. (I believe stars only allows same ips to reg in mtts with 45 players or more, partypoker allows any non-sit n go - just examples) If there is anything which triggers an investigation - it would obviously not look good if they had the same ip. Online poker players tend to be friends with each other, live together, hang out together etc...not to mention during major live events at casinos, everyone uses the same wifi to play the same tournaments. Only allowing one player per ip would kill any sites tournament schedule. Most of them aren't cheaters and I would imagine those who do cheat would use different ips whether they were forced to or not. You bring up some good points, as does Dooglus. I'm going to chat with some folks here - we've talked about these issues more than once already. The options that we have are to a.) turn up the heat on the in-game collusion reports without IP blocks or b.) keep the block in place. I'm pretty sure there are ways to get past any anti-collusion software, but obviously we'll have to consider giving people a chance and disabling the blocks for users that request it - while also perhaps limiting their access to some games as a sort of probationary period. |

Here's a little bug I found: I have 4-color-deck enabled to make it easier to tell the suits apart, but the dealer chat still only uses 2 colors:  The cards are small there, so 4-color is more important there imho. Sent this along to look at. Thanks! |

But how about playing other games, particularly the dice games aside from the poker ones. I have 3-5 mates here in our flat sharing the same IP addresses when accessing your site. Would that be blocked by your site or not? You'd be blocked from poker, unfortunately, but not our other games. Since we can't be in your flat with you making sure you're not sharing info for your hands, we have to block people on the same IP But if each of the 5 people was using their own phone's data connection to get online it would be OK? I think you should detect collusion based on in-game actions not on which IP address they are using, because it is so easy to change your IP address. IP address is a very poor indicator of collusion; same IP address doesn't imply collusion, and different IP address doesn't imply lack of collusion. We have both in place. If 5 people are playing on the same IP then obviously something is going on and we can't monitor that. If someone is using the same IP address because they changed it and *somehow* it was the same as another person's then the signs would be pretty clear - the chances of that happening are pretty low and even if it did there are still ways to tell that's what's going on. |

why can't remember username and password in your site? Just improve your site and hire better programmers come on, very bad user experience here, i have to enter them every time, wasting time.
My username is in the field every time I login - I'm not sure how you're getting this issue. Do you have any special settings in your browser? google chrome, other sites on my browsers are very normal, their accounts and username are remembered, but in your site it even doesn't remember the username, so i don't think it is my setting problem, could u check that? google chrome 47 m version, the newest version.
