Correct form is: setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

Interesting, i noticed quite the opposite or no difference, even on as low -dcri flag as possible (280x, 390). Are only cards with HBM memory affected?

[...]I am still playing around with claymore miner due to the fact it is already heavily modded already and can also choice how hard want to get gpu working. Should have some results later this evening. As am trying to use all miners out their for AMD cards and then put together for all miners. [...]
Quite nice topic you got here. Is work on modded miner progressing well? Squeezing some more hashpower from CDM would be something really impressive. I can't wait to hear about results and see video of miner working.

I would like to see how nano looks with that big cooler, post a pic pls.

Crashed my psu. Working dual miner ( 4.3 ) after 1 hour. My rig: 3x R7 370 . Psu coolermaster 600w.
What did you expect with CM 600W... It's not fault of CM 600. R7 370 can suck up to 150W when in dual. 75W can come from PCI-e 6 pin, so another 75W (6,25A) must flow through PCI-E slot from motherboard. And this is only for one card! Make it times 3 and you get almost 20A flowing through motherboard. Risers powered directly form psu are resonable idea in that case.

In my opinion it's because of voltage ripple of VRM when GPU is changing power state.

Tried your Nano BIOS right now at my MSI, the conservative 100/100 version. Flashed, reboot -> Game over. No screen, no windows, 100% fan speed, thats all. Flashed back the org. ROM after using dual BIOS switch at card, fortunately it runs again now. So "thanks" for the fright and 1/2 hour wasted mining time. Your card must be unlucky, i flashed -100CoreMem bios on msi nano and gigbyte nano, they seems to be working fine, didn't tested them for very long.

sensors tab says..you cannot downlclock below 1500 or VRAM..
In that case you would have to flash gpu with modified bios and set memclocks in it (vbe7 and atiflash would be the easiest way).

Hi Claymore,
It is possible to work on miningrigrentals ?... not working thx
Try something like: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu-de01.miningrigrentals.com:3333 -ewal Q_R_V.28389 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:2252 -dwal Q_R_V.bob -dpsw x -dbg 1 -tt 70 -dcri 50 -allpools 1

I don't use windows. Compared to stock ethminer I still don't know, would need more stable time to check. And finally after several hours the miner has crashed on all my rigs and they have stopped mining I think I will put up a script to check if the miner is working and if it is not, will relaunch it. I will try to test it under ubuntu and GenEthOS, will report back if i find something usefull. You didn't mentioned drivers version your ubuntu is running, 15.12?
The rigs are running stable now for more than one hour. It seems it was a misconfiguration in wallet/rig field. I used wallet.rig format and the correct way is wallet/rig
Good to hear that. Have you noticed any hashrate change in relation to windows dual miner?
Well, it crashes after a few minutes I have 8 GB ram on each rig and the swap partition is not 16 GB as advised, it is 2, 4 or 12 GB depending on the rig. I don't think that's the reason. I have had a look at the logs and can't find any errors at the end. How does it looks like? Gpu driver crash or terminal closing without a warning??

this is my setting on 3x msi r7 370 2gb bat conf: setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-asia.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal 0xwallet -epsw x -dpool http://dcr.pool.mn:4722 -dwal worker -dpsw x http://imgur.com/EATZZ99Can you tell us your power consumption?

What do you guys think is the best GPU I should build my rig with for dual ETH/DCR ? Tanks! I would say 280x or 380x
@Termie Can you say a little more about mining results using that settings? Power consumption, noise, hashpower, etc.
Awesome! Your mod is going to my "to do list". What OS are you running? win10? Thanks
Very nice results, i am impressed with your modification. Did you tested stability under other circumstances than ethereum mining? For example other Dagger coin (Soil or Shift)? What about other, more energy consuming algos (DCR), are they also stable with modded bios?

Exactly, dev working for free, paying for services and additional features with his own hard earned money - this is why we cannot have a nice thing. Premine is needed to cover expenses during launch, development, implementation of new features and for bounties given to community.
